With a name like Insinkerator you think your garbage disposal can pretty much choke down anything. NOPE. Not the case. I mean seriously I expected to be able to but bones down that thing and have them chewed to shreds with that name. Boy was I wrong. Then you wake up to a wet floor. Your contractor told you hard wood floors in you kitchen would be a bad idea, you wouldn't listen though, You wanted them throughout the house. I mean seriously what could go wrong?

Well the insikerator went wrong that's what, now my pipes are all backed up and I can't use my kitchen sink. Then Bam! Phil to the rescue. Phil was at my house in less than 24 hours and cleared that mess right up and in a short time I might add. His prices were very reasonable and he let me know about some of the issues with using drain cleaner etc, which I obviously tried to no avail. If I ever get something stuck down one of my pipes again, you can bet I'm called Phil at Express Drain and Plumbing.

The initial inspection was very professional and informative. Diego walked us through all potential scenarios and answered all of our questions.

I had done business with Rayne in Northern California many years ago and had a great experience. When it was time to add a RO and water conditioning system to our home in Dana Point, I knew who I was going to call. The Irvine location services my area. Their employees have decades of experience and are very professional! Romarico and Refugio installed our new conditioning system. They actually arrived a bit early and performed the install efficiently and professionally completing the process by cleaning up everything when finished. They made sure to explain how to operate the system and what to expect before leaving. I'm very pleased with their team and my new system!

They charged us $320 for 15 minutes of work that included switching out the line for our new gas range. Their explanation is that they charge $165 to move our range out and $165 to move it in again. And that's before any work is actually done. So be careful if you're going to have them work on any appliances that need to be moved to and from the wall.

My pool heater was having issues so I contacted Lorenzo.  He was able to come out and quickly identify the issue, found the replacement part and have it installed within a couple of days.  The heater has worked flawlessly since then and everything was done for a very reasonable price.

Its fair to say I was nervous about using a company with no reviews but after working with Lorenzo, I can highly recommend his service.   It was a great customer experience from start to finish.

I'm a business owner in Huntington Beach who has dealt with several HVAC issues in the 4 years I've been open.  I have struggled to find a company who offers timely, friendly service and have actually been appalled at how rudely one company I worked with consistently treated me.  So I am extremely happy to have discovered Stephens.  They have been out to my business three times in the last couple months and all three times they had a quick response time, were very reasonably priced and their techs were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.  I'm not going anywhere else for service from now on!

Our water heater was shutoff because we turned off the gas. After we turned it back, the pressure valve release so much water that we had a flood. Gerardo from CastleWorks was amazing. The first time he helped us identity the place we had a gas leak. The second time he helped us replace the pressure valve efficiently and with reasonable cost. He also came on Sunday for a rescue. We are so appreciative!

I needed a prompt sewer inspection when buying my house and Steve came out immediately. Due to root intrusion he estimated that a 4 ft portion of the sewer line would have to be replaced. When I hired him to repair the line his inspection findings were exactly right. He carefully showed me the broken part of the line, cleared out the roots and showed me the condition of the rest of the line on the sewer scope. Steve answered all my husband's and my questions, and was very professional, honest and knowledgeable throughout. His estimate was his final price, no unexpected added charges. He even helped me replace a toilet at no charge while he was there for the sewer repair. Can't recommend JetLine plumbing highly enough!

I will recommend Optimum to anyone who needs plumbing work. John is an extremely hard worker who cares about his business and customers whole heartedly. Had no hot water this morning and thanks to him and his quick service on this beautiful sunday we are up and running! Thanks John for coming through so quickly and efficiently.

Great service. The water main in front of our house broke and was leaking onto the street.

Eddie and his team responded very quickly and we were able to have him come give us an estimate the next day. He gave us a very reasonable price when compared to other plumbers and let us know the process. Other plumbers said we would have to get city permits and would take close to a week to finish, but Eddie was very knowledgeable and explained that this would be covered under an emergency situation and wouldn't require permits. He fixed it the following day and restored our water.

There was a situation where we weren't sure if the lever should be replaced, so we left it. The utilities company came and said that should've been replaced and Eddie quickly came back out to make the replacement without charging us more. Great company and service!

Highly responsive company. They were on time and gave several options for repair of a leaky faucet. They even covers their shoes upon entry.  Gunner was very professional and took time to explain the problem and offer the right solutions to repair an old tub faucet. Would highly recommend this company and pleased with the repair.

I can always rely on Better Sewer Maintenance's services to be top tier in every area. They are always so kind and helpful in a way that is rare to find in other services, plumbing or otherwise, and their attention to detail in every aspect of the service they provide does not go unnoticed and because of that I will be using their services for a while and i would highly recommend them to anybody in need of any plumbing services.

Our master bathroom shower started to have a constant drip, we called Pinson plumbing and they were very quick with their response time! On the day they came out to fix our shower they were right on time and with the whole covid-19 thing going on right now they also made sure to take the proper safety precautions (wearing N95 masks, gloves, and booties) when they finished they left no mess behind and their work was impeccable! Absolutely flawless! I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with how great of a job they did! I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends!

We had what appeared to be a leak in our kitchen from the second floor.  Troy came out and took a look at it. I cannot say enough good things about Troy's customer service. He was very thorough and patient, answered all of our questions and is extremely knowledgeable.  We've had work in the past and something that makes me uneasy is when employees rush to finish and make you feel like you're just another job to rush through, leaving me to hope that the job was done properly. Troy took  time to listen to my concerns, he diagnosed the problem, repaired it and did an overall terrific job. Not only will we use All City Plumbing because of the great service we received, but we'll be hoping we get Troy every time.

I noticed that I was filling my pool constantly and my pool guy suggested that I might have a leak. I found SoCal leak detection through yelp and I thought I would give them a try. Chris was very responsive and was straight to the point. He arrived promptly and was immediately able to find the crack. He even suggested what material I should get but I had him fix the crack. He was very willing to help even if it means losing a chance at making more money. Very honest guy and the work was very well done. I would definitely recommend him for any of your pool leak needs.

What a great company! Affordable, on-time, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had some plumbing issues around the house, Nasser provided the best quote and he was able to come out within 24hrs and make them all go away. Totally satisfied.
