After a few attempts to contact J&M, Jesus returned my call and set an appointment for the same day.  They show up promptly, fixed my broken drain pipe, and replaced a hose bib with no hiccups.

I had a pipe breakage happen after hours. The pipe was located outside of my condo in the walls. The water was leaking into my neighbor's garage.

It had to be fixed asap. I immediately went on Yelp to look for a plumber. I chose ERP because of the great reviews AND they had the word, Emergency in their name. It was definitely an emergency. Plus, they operate 24 hours (except Sundays).

I called and left a message. In less than one minute, I received a call back. They were at my home in less than an hour.

Chris and Eeker were friendly, professional, and efficient. Great job, guys!

The quote was slightly expensive, though even if it was the cheapest quote, they way the technician snapped at me when trying to understand the quote, I would not have gone with their team nor refer them.

When asking how come the quote was significantly higher than previous times to unclog our sink with another company (twice the amount, I figured maybe there was an additional problem), he snapped at me and raised his voice saying, I'm not the owner.  I don't make the prices so I can't tell you why they are like that he attempted to continue but I cut him off and asked again to please explain to me why they are charging this amount, what is going on? He then explained but did so as if I was an inconvenience to him.  Never would I recommend them.
Their field techs are the face of their company, and honestly failed me after being in my house for only 5 minutes.

They came out on a Tuesday to fix a slow draining bathtub and a slow draining sink in 2 different units. They recommended invasive work for both (cutting hole in the ceiling, repiping for the other) and told me the office would call me with an estimate. They left with the sink and tub still not draining. By Friday the office still had not called me with an estimate. Charge for their non fix and non communication over $350. I called another plumber who came out and and fixed both issues with no invasive work. Just snaking the drain. McKeown Plumbing used to be my go to favorite plumber. Not any more.

I called Adam to fix a plumbing issue at my first home in Stanton. He did an excellent job at a very
affordable price. Since then he became my go to person for several projects. He is the best I could find for drywall and stucco repair. He also done door and windows installations for me. He not only beat a very competitive quote for the whole house painting but did a super job for which I got many compliments! Highly recommended!

Torres plumbing has provided a few services in my old home here n there.I didn't know he was on Yelp otherwise I'd write a review sooner. Efficient plumber , he knows what he's doing and he explains thoroughly what is going  on, ex: new water hearted, main line under my house , some water valve that's outside by the water meter. I trust him with his work , he is clean and as for pricing it's average and goes with what he has to do . Not easy work .he shows up on time

The City of Rialto required us to install and have tested a backflow preventer in our irrigation line here at our business in Bloomington, Ca. Also the city of Rialto gave us a list of businesses that they approved of and Pro Backflow was on the list. I searched on Yelp and found Pro Backflow Testing Services with amazing reviews. Mr. Jamie Perez gave me a estimate of the costs and quoted me a great price. He's super nice and friendly. He left the job site neat and without any debris on our property. I 100% would highly recommend Mr. Jamie for your plumbing needs. Super easy to communicate and got the job done in a timely matter! We are very pleased with his amazing work!

I had a very good experience hiring EZ Plumbing to service my water heater's warranty replacement.  Very friendly and professional.

Armando was a pleasure to work with.  I contacted him last night, texted some pictures and he knew exactly what needed to be done.  He came out this morning and was done replacing our Honeywell control valve for our water heater in less than 30 minutes.  Reasonable rate, friendly and professional service.  He took a few minutes to explain all the steps for the repair and how to properly maintain the system.  He even installed a sediment trap, which the original installer failed to do.  I definitely will call him in the future.

This is the place to call! Called in at 10pm. They did not hesitate to come over. Had to snake the main pipe that goes out to the street. Awesome communication, arrived quicker than expected, and did a fast and effective job. That and pricing was fair as well. They have a customer for life now.

Titi or Juan ( not sure which is the correct name. Perhaps it is the same person) came with the right attitude and really made things alright. After my experience with the previous plumbing company that my home warranty company  had sent, I was concerned and was hoping the second company they offered to send will be better.
I was very pleased with Tito. He had great communication skills, was very friendly, had good knowledge of my type of heating unit, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He was also able to give me proper advise regarding my specific heating unit.
He took care of the problem effectively, and explained everything he did. Thanks Tito/ Juan.

Pat and this company really disappointed me.  My job was initially scheduled for a Sat. morning (9-10) but Pat called at 9:55 and told me the worker who should have been at my property had returned to the job site from the previous night and rescheduling was needed.  (I should have been called the night before with this information.)  After taking the newly-scheduled Mon. off of work (Omar was supposed to come between 1-2), I called Pat at 1:50 because Omar hadn't arrived.  Pat seemed surprised Omar was not at my residence and said he'd call to check.  Pat never called back.  When I called him again (2:30), it went to voice mail.  Luckily I was able to get a reliable leak detection company to come out to my property before the end of the day so that I didn't use vacation hours for nothing.  Very unprofessional to those in stressful situations that need immediate attention.  I do not recommend this company.

Last week while taking a shower , the control handle literally broke off in my hand with the hot water still running! YEKES!  I was able to turn off the water for the house and called Jeff on a Saturday.  Within an hour his son Tyree was at our home and had the part to fix it.

Stay away from Everything Plumbing they are complete LIARS!!!
I am a SENIOR CITIZEN living in a golden age community and the owner John of Everything Plumbing sent his two men to install a water Heater.
John the owner said he had installed many waters heaters here within  
my complex and DID NOT NEED TO COME DOWN TO GIVE ME A QUOTE FOR THE INSTALLATION.............
He quoted me $600.00 for the Job to install my water Heater he also said I could purchase the water heater direct with the Manufacturer and he will pick it up and measure it make sure its the correct size that sounded very favorable  However the day of he sent his two men to pick it up they arrived one hour late when they looked into the space the room that John claimed they were familiar with they looked confused they came with NO DROP BLANKETS I had to run to lowes to buy drop Blankets
THEY STALLED THE WHOLE JOB DID A COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH ON THE PRICE! THE PRICE iNCREASED TO A ADDITIONL $1,500.00 TO WHAT WAS ORIGINAL QUOTED.  . AFTER i DENIED THEM THE JOB THEY CHARGED ME FOR DOING NOTHING BUT WASTING MY TIME $335,00 THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE FOR ONE HOUR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
