Only good things to say about Alex and Positive plumbing.  He has saved me so many times over the years I can't thank him enough....Friday's at 5 pm, a Sunday night and even once on the 4th of July.  Alex truly cares about his customers, has reasonable prices and most importantly does solid work.  I highly recommend Alex and Positive's services to anyone looking for a plumbing/hvac contractor.

Called Coastline, they returned my call within 2 hours and scheduled someone out that afternoon.  Todd came out, solved what turned out to be a difficult issue (he wouldn't give up, and got the job done).  Very fair price, kept me informed, cleaned up after themselves, couldn't be happier.

Steve and his crew were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my questions. They were also quick to respond and the price was very competitive.

I called about a leaky toilet and Art picked up right away. He arrived shortly after the call, left to purchase the parts and my issue was fixed within hours. Art and his team were extremely professional and kind. Excellent and prompt service! Highly recommended.

I literally had to ask them did they add an extra zero to the estimate.
All plumbing already exists, they just had to connect it without additional materials.
It's crazy! And they charge $88 just to take a look and give estimate which took them exactly 3 mins.
Avoid at all costs!
We went with another company and they did everything we asked for, for $530.

The installation process was quick, efficient and both Dave and Bernardo were knowledgeable and professional. The heater has been a game-changer, providing consistent and reliable warmth throughout my home. The heat output is just enough to keep my space cozy, without feeling stuffy. I had a pinhole leak between my walls down into the garage. I cut the water off the moment I noticed the damage and called Syama. He was literally out within hours after he finished another job. He quoted me over the phone after I sent pictures of the initial damage. He stayed on the low end of the quote which is greatly appreciated as my wife is 8 months pregnant. Anytime without water is a huge inconvenience.  Appreciate you Syama for getting out so quickly and especially for the quality of work you do and the knowledge you shared about every aspect of the job.
During these uncertain times it's good to have people you can trust on your side.

Needed a hot water heater.  Went to Lowe's, picked one out, met with and researched their installer and between process and bid felt something was off.  In HB for 3 years without a go-to plumber, I poked around, found Olson Plumbing, made a call late yesterday afternoon and THE Mr. Rich Olson answered the phone.  He gave me a fair quote, and by 11am this morning the unit was installed.  Installer Alex was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.  Alex not only did an excellent job with the installation, but was thoughtfully teaching his colleague Roger how to do the job.  Now I have a new water heater and a go-to plumber.

My Rheem tankless water heater wouldn't turn on after I did the annual flush. The remote control panel was completely dead. Moe was recommended by the Rheem website so I gave him a call. Moe picked up right away and did a quick diagnosis over the phone. He told me to just replace the remote control which I did.  I bought UMC-117 from Home Depot and voilà it worked! It's hard to find a honest plumber and Moe saved me money and time. THANK YOU MOE!!! 5 STARS!!!

Had a great experience with Jeramy and his company. When you're looking to get things done right and don't want to worry if you'll have problems again, call him. you'll appreciate his great knowledge and attention to detail. I had some plumming issues, and I'm the type of guy that is clueless , but Jeremy is a great communicator, and very knowledgeable, I understand what he did and am confident I got a great outcome.

I called for a quote and Les sounded very unprofessional and trying to brush me off.  He quoted minimum $125.00 plus parts and will also charge $45.00 to just drive out to my house.  I wouldn't bother using his service just by his phone manner!

My backflow tester failed one of my devices. He said I needed to replace the backflow device. This would have been very costly and he did nothing to troubleshoot it. I called another place and they were a no-show. I contacted Van @ Titan a few times and he took the time to explain some things to me. I asked him to stop by and he did so promptly. He found a piece of plastic of some sort in my backflow and removed it while cleaning up the backflow. Then it passed and he got the forms online himself and sent them in for me. Great service and I highly recommend him over the guys that just test for cheap and end up costing you more because they don't do anything to troubleshoot the backflow.

I've been using Nova plumbing for my house and office and I have been very satisfied. Very affordable and reliable. I highly recommend them.

We asked Alan back to perform some restroom repairs and he completed them flawlessly.

I was amazed at how quickly he was able to diagnose the issue with the toilet and fix it.

He then completed the sink which was left previously by a contractor that was not that good.

We appreciate how well the work has been done and we have a few more jobs that we need done as well, so will be calling him back.

Wow I can see why this company gets all 5 star reviews. We called and Devin showed up in 20 min. Fixed our clogged kitchen sink in about 20 min. He even brought in a mat and used a towel to clean up after. Very professional and friendly.

We made an appointment to repair a leaky shower in the master bath and Chris arrived exactly on time. Not only was the problem repaired quickly and correctly, the price was extremely fair!
