They were great at getting my bathroom project completed. Fast, efficient and made zero messes. Also felt safe with their covid mask wearing protocol and shoe covers. We will definitely use them again!

It was a dark and stormy night, the winds were howling, the dogs were barking, and now our AC had decided to go to the great beyond! Ok, now that I have your attention, it wasn't stormy (come on, we live in CA), and there was no wind or dogs. But our AC did quit working.

After some tears (could have been sweat), I decided to search for an AC repair company. I've dealt with different companies before, and it's not easy to pick one hoping that they'll prove you wrong and just be good.
NexGen won the coin toss, and here are the reasons why I'm writing this review.

I made the call, and just as they advertise, someone reached out and said they could be there in 30 mins. A gentle knock on the front door revealed a towering young man named Anthony Zavala. He shook my hand, introduced himself, and I led the way to our unit. He did a quick check, and then said, I think I can fix this. I laughed a little thinking that the fix was going to be a pitch for a whole new system. But, Anthony quietly took the unit apart, discovered that it had been wired incorrectly, and that it needed a cleaning. Suddenly the unit roared to life and immediately went to work bringing sweet cool air to us and our cats. Anthony said that the motor was old, but that it looked like it would last a little longer...

Well, a couple of days later the AC went on strike and quit working, again. The cats sharpened their nails, and I quickly called Anthony back. Once again he showed up quickly, and this time triaged the motor. He said he really didn't want to have to put a new motor if he could help it. Now here is why NexGen will continue to get my business. Anthony actually took the time to teach me what he was doing, and he got the stubborn motor roaring again! It was what he said, that also makes Anthony and NexGen a great company. He said, family comes first, and shared his story of how he got to where he is now. He loves what he does, and he genuinely loves helping people.

Ok, this review is near the end, I swear! Cue a couple of days later, and once again our unit gave up. Once again, Anthony showed up with his calm and caring demeanor. This time he said it was most likely gone, and I offered to have a Viking send off. But he said those crazy words, I just want to see if I can get it to work again. I think he's part magician, because he actually got it to work! But I insisted on a new motor, or for him and his family to move in with us. Sadly, he chose to get a new motor and our AC is running like a brand new unit!

You see, Anthony and the company of NexGen proved to me that there are companies that do care about their clients, and not just up selling. He was humble, kind, and one of the hardest working technicians I've ever had the honor of dealing with. He listened, he tried, and didn't give up until he knew he had helped me with my problem.

Mark came out and expertly handled a backed up bathroom drain that needed to be both snaked and hydro jetted. Everything from this experience was top notch - booked with Valerie who confirmed within minutes, I received a follow up call the next day that she was able to accommodate my request for an earlier appointment, I received text messages of the tech en route to my house, and appreciated Mark's ownership of the problem and care of the house. These plumbers are the best! We had the pleasure of getting to meet Gino when he came to fix our bathroom sink, and then again when our kitchen faucet connection burst. Every interaction has been nothing but a pleasure and he also does fantastic work! 10/0 would recommend Sal's to anyone!

We had some issues in a couple different areas, De Vinney Plumbing came out and completed the job and was fare on price . We will definitely use them in the future.

Although I haven't hired Cesar to do any work doesn't mean that he isn't a valuable and trustworthy person to keep on the resource list. I had a pvc pipe burst in the front yard (it's original piping from 20+ years ago) and contacted a number of people on Yelp. Not only was Cesar quick to respond on a Saturday night after hours, he gave me some SOLID advice even if it meant that I wasn't going to hire him. That's the kind of person you keep close and although I didn't have to hire him this time, hopefully with this review it helps give him some business - those like Cesar who do good just because deserve the extra business.

Called in am and got an afternoon appt.  I am a first time customer and was pleased with the courteous and quick service.  Tech was able to come earlier than scheduled time which I was happy about!  Tech Eric was so professional and courteous.  Finished repair needed quickly and answered all my questions.  I definitely recommend this company for service needs.

Called Gary's about a leak in my copper pipe.  Didn't get a hold of him and didn't leave a VM either since I needed someone right away.  He called me back when he saw the missed call and he agreed to have someone come by within the hour.  Greg showed up, indeed within the hour, and was very nice to work with.  He found the problem and recommended the shut-off and regulator be replaced on the main pipe to the house and they were quite old so it's a fair recommendation.  We agreed on a price that seemed fair and he was done pretty quick once he got the parts needed. Great experience.

We had a toilet that had issues and we contacted many plumbers through Yelp. Integrity Plumbing had the lowest estimate and was very responsive.
James came out to our house (same day) and was very thorough explaining everything he did. The final bill was even lower than the estimate. I would highly recommend this company.

My slab leak was extremely difficult to find. If it was not for the perseverance of Nolan and Erick, I would never have found it let alone been able to get it fixed. These guys never gave up. They had looked at every issue that it could have been and found the answer. I am extremely grateful to have these guys come into my home. They left it cleaner than when they came.

Worst service ever. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Who doesn't clean up after a service?!???!
They came to clean out a leaking sewer line for a 4 unit apartment building and did not clean up afterwards. Just left raw feces in a pile on our back deck. Not only was the smell toxic but the massive colony of fruit flies is sickening. There are children living in this complex! The lack of pride in their work as well as the complete disregard for public safety is completely appalling and unacceptable. Our landlord had to call a second company to re-do what Sal's Plumbing clearly did not do care to correct. Their shoddy and incomplete workbacked up again 2 days later. Seriously ready to report them to the better business bureau. Do not use them!!

I reached out to Serve Rite to check a leak I was having. They responded incredibly quickly (within the same day) and sent Robert over. Robert was very knowledgeable and immediately was able to diagnose what the issue was and explain it to me in terms I understood. Serve Rite was definitely on the pricier side compared to other quotes I received, but I felt like it was worth it given the reliability and quality service.

Hanson responded very quickly to a growing tub leak. Andrew assessed and attempted the best and most cost effective fix. Quality replacement parts used. Bonnie in the office was also great to deal with. My first time using upon a friends recommendation and will call them for next plumbing situation. I opened a Yelp account to give the review.

This is an update to a previous review.

Garrett saved the day again. After helping with the much-needed plumber's report and diagnosis for an insurance claim he fortunately did an inspection around the house and ended up catching a very slow leak from our Tankless water heater that had been installed incorrectly. And he noticed that the settings weren't right and fixed it so that we get instant hot water - which the system should have been providing all along.

While leak damages were being addressed, we decided it was a good idea to Repipe and Clear Water took care of everything and worked well with the mitigation crew.  Garrett's team was thorough, timely, efficient, good at troubleshooting, repairing, clean-up.

What can I say about Joe the Plumber? He is fantastic, and I'm hard to please. He is punctual, courteous, polite, and very efficient. I was so pleased with his work overall.

I'm not the person who's going to post pictures of my sink (yawn), but Joe made it 100% better. It was a very expensive farm sink (which I cannot afford to replace now on a fixed income), and very difficult to keep clean from food particles due to of its very flatness. Joe put in a new garbage disposal, and it makes an amazing difference. He also fixed the water lines which were incorrectly installed (homeowner error). It'll take me a minute to get used which way is hot and cold (I had a sticker labeling it for five years), but the change is welcome.

I won't go gushing on about every little thing on what was essentially a Honey-Do List for Joe. But he worked quickly, cleanly, professionally and his prices were great. I'd call him again in a heartbeat!

I was very impressed with Andreas Fault's service. They properly address my mold issue, carefully treated the problem, and left the place in better shape than that found it.  They are friendly and very honest.  I asked them back a few other times after they took care of my mold for other smaller jobs and every time,  They did a great job.  I recommend them!

We were looking for someone to run gas piping for our new water/fire feature, new fire pit and new BBQ.  Shorty's Plumbing took on the project to which we added some water piping and electrical work.  The electrical work was further complicated by problems with some of the components. Shorty's Plumbing went out of his way which required many trips to the equipment supplier and to our location until the problem was solved. He stuck with it until we were happy. Not everyone cares about customer satisfaction as does Shorty's Plumbing. We would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I messaged them at 11:15pm on a saturday and they got back to me within 10 minutes. Great response time
