What a great company and owner. Cristian, responded when needed, kept me informed on time frames without me asking, got the job done correctly, and is very personable and friendly. I will be using him for all my Plumbing needs in San Clemente.

Bob arrived on time and went to work replacing a kitchen sink that required a complete design  change to the drain plumbing. Challenging issues came up during the removal of the original sink but were resolved effectively and efficiently. The rest of the installation went smoothly and was a testament to All the experience Bob has gathered over the years. I can recommend his services without reservation. I found a capable handyman but also a gentleman with an all around great personality and professional attitude.

We needed to install a new steam generator, which is not a very common request for the existing house. Miles from Jerry's Plumbing & HVAC was responsive to our needs and provided us a 5-star service from the initial contact to the completion of work.  His estimate was the best for the scope and price. His communication was very clear and courteous. Miles was pleasant to work with throughout all stages of our bidding, selection, and performance. The company keeps exceptionally good documentation and notification messaging. We will be happy to use his service again for our future plumbing jobs.

Jorge did a most excellent job in replacing our old wooden fence with an attractive block wall.  I was impressed with his precision, thoroughness and professionalism. I highly recommend him.

We had a leak Inside the bathroom wall in our home. The walls were wet and needed to get someone out ASAP. We called Tweedy who was recommended by a the owner of the home and they were able to respond the same day and repair the leak. The plumber was polite, friendly and explained everything he was doing. Great experience.

My water heater sprung a leak in the middle of the night yesterday it was so loud it woke me up. Andrew and his helper showed up this morning and replaced it for a reasonable price.
I've used these guys a few times and am always satisfied.

He is reliable, professional, and comprehensive, he's a problem solver, and he cares about quality.
This review is long overdue, Kevin has helped us with many projects. He first mounted some shelves in an office. He installed a new electrical outlet in a bathroom. He also installed the motor of an automated rolling fence, this was a big project. He did some concrete work, some metal fabricating, and some tricky engineering, struggled with Chinese instructions and faulty equipment. But he stuck through it and the fence works great now. The magnets he installed to control the start and stop positions look subtle and work precisely.
I will definitely be contacting Kevin for more help in the future!

I would NOT trust ANYONE with our plumbing needs than this company! Honest, professional and friendly. Roy the father and owner gives advice even on Sundays even if they are closed just to make sure all is well before actual appointments. They have done two jobs in our house and we are beyond impress!

I was looking for quotes and Lay It Rite responded quickly as we were messaging his response time was quick! This gave me confidence to hire this company to address my plumbing issues. Andy showed up to my house told him what was going on with the kitchen sink not even 30 min later he had completed the job! No more weird smell coming from the sink and the water just flows like wine !

I set up an appointment, was told Plummer will come between 9-10 AM. They texted me every two hours and said Plummer will come shortly. It was 8PM , no Plummer showed up. Not reliable,

We have been customers of Coast Plumbing for probably close to a decade thanks to the recommendation of a friend. Our house is close to 70 years old and even though there have been updates, things break. The joy of home ownership right? Every time we have found the need to contact Coast for plumbing or HVAC issues they have been professional, on time, and detailed in explaining what needs to be done and the costs. Never once have we felt like their staff was padding the bill, unlike with other plumbers we used before finding Coast. So far they have snaked many a drain, replaced both of our water heaters, dealt with multiple leaks that were easy fixes, repaired our heater, fixed our HVAC, and finally replaced a tub faucet that was a few steps past last legs. The gentleman who came out yesterday gave us multiple options and was very open about how each would work. He even offered to attempt to repair the existing faucet if we were hoping to keep it for the vintage effect.

We tell everyone we know about Coast when they find they need plumbing/heating/air help, and will continue to do so!

Replaced a hot water heater at my home. Quoted me a fair price , communicated with me frequently during the process and did a great job of installing and cleaning up afterward. I would highly recommend.

They don't return phone calls!!!  My husband called twice, early yesterday afternoon (Thursday) and again this morning (Friday) requesting plumbing service and his calls were never returned!  I tried myself today and same thing!   All I got was a recording with no information about when they would be back.  I really do not understand how a company with a five star rating on Yelp can't even take care of returning a phone call!!!

He installed a wall AC. The work was excellent and fast. I won't hesitate to use him for any future jobs.

This is the second time using ARK Plumbing through First American Home Warranty.   The first time they just came in and snaked our pipes and it fixed the problem.  I was pleased enough to specifically ask for ARK again this year.    (I had another plumber come out that was requisitioned to snake the pipe underneath the house and not only didn't do what was requested, but told my daughter that he wanted to get behind the washing machine, but would not pull the machine out - so he left and took the service call money.)

This time I got a phone call within an hour after ARK was assigned to the claim, and they had an opening within an hour.  Andrew was the technician that came and thoroughly diagnosed and solved the issue to my satisfaction, making sure that both appliances that had been  overflowing were working again.  He was very personable and efficient.  He cleaned up the area where he was working - even though he didn't create the mess.  I would highly recommend and will seek ARK out again when we have issues.
