I manage multiple rental properties - commercial and residential - and I have had hellish ordeals with plumbers (see my review of Crandall Plumbing). Orange County Plumbing Inc is on time and charges reasonable rates. The lady who works in the office is delightful on the phone. Now I have them take care of the plumbing issues at all my properties.

Came by right away to fix a leak we had in the front yard. Gave us a quote and when we got the money he came by to fix it and honored his quote. At the same time we had a toilet with the water running constantly, he gave us a quote for that but said I can fix myself and save some money. Gave me some instructions and saved $130. This man has a lot of integrity and his work is top notch. Every repair he has done for us has lasted and he will always find a way to save us money. This is the only plumber I trust.

Always a good experience. Great follow up and follow through even if it's just an annual check up on our heater and air conditioner.

The owner, Parker and the master plumber and technicians who installed our new water heater were beyond my expectations for service providers.  Parker responded to my Saturday call after the gas company advised me I needed either a major part or new heater.  I sent photos and was told either option was possible.  Given the age of the heater, cost of the part vs a new heater I opted to purchase a new water heater.  They worked me into their Monday morning schedule and I now have hot water and a 6 year warranty.  Bonus, some of the nicest people I've come in contact with.

I was having some leaking below my sink, putty was coming out from around the basin strainer, and my airgap was a total fountain anytime we ran the dishwasher. The previous people we hired to install the dishwasher and sink did a horrible job and charged $500. I contacted IGotPlumbing and they were quick to respond and very helpful.

Originally Abraham came out and checked out the work. He quoted the same cost as the other guy charged for just the dishwasher. Next day, one of his crew, Melo, came out and re-piped my sink, put in a new strainer, and fixed the dishwasher drain pipe in about an hour. Paid electronically using a tablet, tipped, done.

Everyone with this company was professional and polite. Loved my experience, and I'll definitely hire them again.

My husband haired one flow to do our annual inspection for our restaurant in Downtown Fullerton I loved how quickly they responded to our request John was friendly and professional we highly recommended this company.

Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Bad, bad, bad.

Why we called - a running toilet.

First knock, they do not apply their $59.00 service fee towards any work. I paid $59.00 for five minutes of this plumbers time just so he could quote me two to three times much as other professionals.

Second knock, they quoted $230 to change out one part of the toilet. One little part. So total was going to be over $300.00 to fix one part.

Third knock, they would not tell me the costs over the phone. They make you have the person come out to give the quote.

Similar quotes ranged from $150 - $200. Go with anyone else besides Tom Moffett plumbing unless you're into getting ripped off.  I'll give my business to a morally straight company like Cleveland Plumbing, Purdy Pluming or Mitch Clemmons Plumbing.  Each of whom provided a quote based on what I explained to them over the phone and whose prices were all similar and competitive.

They showed up right on time, worked quickly and were very informative. Friendly, quick and knowledgable= 5 stars. Thanks Jose!

Once again Cleveland Plumbing saved the day. Visitors come and plumbing issues tend to happen. Chuck came to my house within the time frame slotted, in fact got here on the earlier side. He explained everything and didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need. He also gave me tips on how to keep the plumbing in my old home up to snuff. I am so glad that I found this local company. I always get a friendly and knowledgeable technician.  THANK YOU CHUCK!!!

Our water heater stopped working suddenly. This plumber was great about coming out same day. Good customer service and same day work. I was very happy to have hot water same day.

Just like the business description states, Brian is honest, reliable and affordable. I'd also add extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional... He promptly responded to the call last Sunday (when almost noone else would) to look at the slab leak in our garage, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and was very reasonable with the pricing without any pressure, surprises or upsell. He even offered to add some improvements at no charge. Highly recommended.

I had a clogged master shower and stinky washing machine drain.  My previous plumber blew me off, but Olivia responded right away and sent out Chris same day.  Shower is now draining and my laundry room doesn't smell! I'm having them come back to do a few other things that need to be handled. Thank you so much!!!

Ran into a problem changing out a water softener on Saturday. Called Tim and he was able to quote me a price over the phone after I sent him some pictures. He was able to come the same day and got the water softener installed. He did great work!

First off our old irrigation line outside had a pinhole leak that water was spraying out of. We called and they scheduled someone to come out as early as possible for an estimate(next day). They came and gave us a very reasonable price and they were able to complete the work the next day. What really stood out to us were two things. Once the technician was done, he spotted a leak but had run out of gas to weld the hole. So instead of taking payment, which we were ready to give, he said hold onto the check until he returns the next morning. He arrived the next morning and promptly fixed the leak. Second, we had a few stepping stones that were dug up as a result of the job and he back filled the hole and replaced the stepping stones as hey were before(above and beyond). Not 2 weeks later our water heater broke so based on our great first experience we were more than happy to call them back to replace our water heater. They offer reasonable prices and do exceptional work. I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs. If we ever need to Repipe in the future we will be choosing All American Plumbing!

Please do not use this firm!  In 2015 this firm cleaned out my mothers kitchen sink for a cost of $225.  High, but not too unreasonable.  I called yesterday 10-15-2017 and was told by the first technician it would be $295 and he would not allow coupon discounts or senior discounts...even though there web site said otherwise. The technician was cocky, rude and completely unprofessional.  I called the very professional dispatcher back and relayed the unprofessional conduct of the technician.  She immediately called her supervisor and another plumber was dispached.  The 2nd plumber came out and said it would be $325 and could go has high as $650 if the line need to be power-washed.  

The only way to stop these exceptionally POOR business practices is simply stop cash flow.  Please do not do business this firm until new management and staff are procured.    John Baker - my Mother is Mrs. Singleton.

Tony and Al came out and took care of my plumbing needs. The process was done in a timely manner and I was charged a fair price. I was referred to Water heaters only inc by Fedelity home insurance! Our problem was never addressed and the tech showed my roommate how to turn up the heat and some bs that there must me so much calcium deposits in my tank and that's why we have our issues! Our problem was that it would turn on and off at random times not temperature (electrical box on water heater) Hopefully this will be resolved ASAP! I don't write bad reviews but a 3 hr window miss work and have no resolution costs everyone valuable time and money! Now they will need to give me another 3 hr window and cost me and my roommate more time away from work!!!! 3 stars bc I'm sure this doesn't happen often based on previous reviews I've read, so maybe this isn't the normal!
