Armando saved the day when the water line to two toilets in my parents' house were leaking and the toilets were unusable. Armando came the same day within a few hours and quickly fixed both water lines.

I saved his number in the event I needed plumbing services for my own condo and when I noticed there was considerable water below my water heater and washer/dryer, I reached out to him. He came to inspect it to confirm if there was an issue or not.

Was looking for a professional plumber to install a water softener system I purchased at a big box retail store. Mike came through with a very reasonable cost and finished the job within an afternoon. I saved a lot of money by avoiding going through those water companies like Culligan and others you see in those mailing brochures. Buy one yourself and have Mike install it for you. Don't go with those bigger plumbing companies who overcharge customers. Mike will be MyGuy for any other future plumbing requests!

So, these guys are amazing. This is gonna be kind of long so here's the short vereion. Fast quote, quality work and amazing speed. Their team arrived day 1 of a full repipe job including the main and the water was back on for the whole house by 6pm. This blew my mind.

Up here in Lake Arrowhead, plumbers and tradesman in general were so backed up with work we were getting quotes to start 3 weeks out after a major leak into the foundation of our 1960s three story craftsman necessitated a full repipe of all the original galvanized piping.

A day after I called, Toby drove out and laid out a plan for replacing everything with PEX (the good stuff too, Uponor with compression fittings), including digging out my original and heavily corroded main water line and replacing with a thick copper pipe. Even before the Military discount and the Yelp special they had going on, the quote for this came in very competitive.

A few days after the original survey, Alfonso and his
team roll in and somehow have the entire houses plumbing completely replaced with fully insulated PEX by 6pm. Even the main line was somehow replaced day 1, with the digging 30' down through my concrete driveway and everything. It was amazing to see. They even added a few extra outdoor hose bibs and a area for a future kitchenette and fridge ice maker line etc which were last minute add-ons. 10/10. Did I mention they insulated damn near every inch of that piping with half inch insulation?
I am not worried about pipes bursting at all now.
Other then the holes in the drywall and the cut out driveway sections.. by the end of the day you couldn't even tell they had been there in other sections due to how well they had plasticed everything off.

After the work passed inspection by the county, the repair guys did a phenomenal job repairing the drywall in all 3 floors and matching the various texture well. They left it primed and super easy for us to paint, at our request (good excuse to change colors).

The driveway took a bit longer to get finished due to inspector availability (I did mention how busy up here everyone seems to be), but once it passed they did a great job redoing the drive and it's been solid for weeks now through even the first freezing temps of the season.

We went from only being able to use one shower at s time to being able to run every single faucet and shower simultaneously without pressure drop. If you're thinking of a repipe or need it like we did.. call these guys they are fantastic!

I highly recommend Triple P Plumbing. I had various quotes from other local plumbing companies regarding my sewer line repair but Triple P quoted me the best price & they were at my house the very next day. They fixed the problem the same day. Very competent & responsive.

After my 3rd attempt on looking for a company to assist with a leak I found A1 and I was finally able to have a technician dispatched within 1 hour or less at no charge! A big thank you to Nancy as she made me feel and know I was in great hands. Despite my frustration she remained calmed and went above and beyond. Esteban Munez arrived on time, looked at the problem and explained into detail what needed to be done. After approving the contract he immediately began to work on the issue at such a reasonable price and finished in no time. If you are looking for a trustworthy company look no further! They snaked our clogged kitchen sink from the clean out outside.  It worked!  Aaron & Sam were prompt, efficient, friendly & honest: Don called us back the same day & squeezed us in by the end of the day.  Wish the price was a bit cheaper, but it's fair.  Glad we found a new plumber because our old favorite plumber retired.  We'll use them again.

They only came for an estimate and talked to me like I was a stupid woman, laughed in my face when I questioned them, and then walked out.  Very unprofessional.  They don't know how to explain things and lack professionalism.  I can't imagine they would have ever spoken to a man the way they spoke to me.

The job was to install new wood handrails up the right side of stairway and up the walkway. I am very pleased with the work done by these guys. They were on time, cleaned up after each day. Went above and beyond to do this work like true pros. I highly recommend.

Last Tuesday, I had to find a plumber who could install a garbage disposal right away.  I had ordered one from HomeDepot with installation but the product never arrived and I was desperate to get my sink back as my old garbage disposal was leaking really badly.  I saw Plumbing Buddies on Yelp with great reviews so I gave him a call. Jeremy answered and gave me a quote for a similar garbage disposal that I had originally ordered, plus installation.  The best part was that he could come that same day to install it.  He texted me when he was on his way and came at the early end of the time frame he had said he could come so I didn't need to wait too long.  He ended up installing an even higher grade garbage disposal because he didn't have the one he quoted me on, in his shop.  But he didn't charge me extra for it.  That speaks to his integrity and honesty.  He could have charged me more like a bait and switch, but he didn't and I appreciated it.  Plus, with the first-time customer 10% discount, the total cost made it definitely a great value!  Jeremy and his assistant were punctual, friendly, and professional.  Would definitely call him again for future plumbing issues if needed.

Joe showed up on time. He was very curteous and professional. He didn't try to upsale me on anything. He said he would try one method to fix the toilet drain that was at a lower cost and then if that didn't fix it, he would use the other method that had a higher fee since it was more labor intensive. After using the first method, he even re-ran the line through to make sure he was able to get the line 100% cleaned out. Now I have two bathrooms again!

Jc Sewer & Drain are the best! About a year ago they installed a gas line for my dryer and last week they installed a new toilet in my bathroom. Professional from beginning of the job to the end! They respond quickly, call to update on arrival times, they are priced fairly, and they have always clearly explained what each job entailed. The inspector for my gas line permit came out to approve the finished job, asked who had done the job, and then said of course, he should have known, because they do good work! I highly recommend this company and if I could give ten stars, I would!

I had a slab leak and needed to replace a water heater, Don and Jesus showed up to do the job and what a wonderful job they did. They were honest, knowledgeable, diligent and hard-working. Also thanks to Mr.Charb and Mrs. Veronica for all your help in working with me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone;  ask for Don and Jesus if you can. Thanks once again to everyone.

This is a good time to thank Plumbing Concepts for their services because we had a sewer backup last night and Pablo, their plumber, fixed it earlier this afternoon in a matter of minutes.  We have been using Plumbing Concepts over the last 18 months because they were selected by our builder uses to install and service our tankless water heater.  In addition to servicing our tankless water heater, Pablo has installed plumbing fixtures for us as well as installing a water softening unit.  He does excellent work and is always on time and reliable.

I would also like to give a shout out to Lori Scheck in customer service.  I have spoken to and emailed her on many occasions.  She has always been very responsive to our questions and has provided us with great customer service.

Called on a Sunday in a panic (Which they are closed on) because our ceiling was leaking and I did not think they would answer However Jose answered the call and I described to him what the issue was and he was willing to come the same day for a fee or next day (Monday which is a Working day) for a free estimate. It wasn't a very bad situation so I decided to wait for the next day. He came right on time and was very polite to everyone he spoke with. He described the issue and gave a flat rate. He even said I could find an air condition repair guy to fix the issue as well but due to their good reviews I decided to let Jose handle our situation. He went straight to work and even covered his shoes when coming inside our home which I appreciated and most plumbers do not do that so that was a plus. He fixed the issue took maybe an hour and a half and even did some extra things for our bathroom. He cleaned up very well and described what he did and everything we should do after. I even asked him to estimate more things inside and outside my home which he was very polite and took a look and and gave quotes. Everything about our experience with Jose and Drains and Plumbing 24 was nothing but great! Highly recommend and would do business with them again! Thanks!

Ok I'm absolutely happy and grateful with this company.  My husband and i had been calling other plumbers and plumbing companies to come out and drain our main line and they all told us in an hour or 2 and they would call us back saying it would be another 2 hours and so on so forth until they wouldn't be able to come out until the next day. Finally I called Fred and sons and he answered right away and then he came out in an hour drained our line was super duper friendly and the price was so reasonable. I highly recommend him and I know for us he's going to be our go-to plumber!

This is the perfect name for this company. Fernando jr. came out to look at our 1950's leaking bathtub faucet. We had lost hope because 2 others informed (guessed) that the faulty  part was no longer made (the stem)...no one took it out to look at it, which we knew involved turning off our water and physically taking it out. He did that, and found that the seat was cracked (a small little part), and no problem with the stem. He got the part and repaired it. He identified the stem's brand, in case we needed it to search for it,  in the future. We are so happy..the other two wanted to install all new fixtures for quite a bit of money without ever going over the basics of a leak. He will be our go to plumber from now on..Reasonable price for excellent help...

This review is long overdue! As first time homeowners we have run into several issues, and Owen Plumbing was so easy to work with the first time, we've called them out for two other things as well. They are quick to respond on Yelp, and also always quick with returning calls. For urgent issues they are extremely fast (when our main water shut off valve was broken they came out in a matter of hours), and for less urgent issues like installing a drain in a new vanity they still don't make you wait a long time. Each person has been super nice and cleans up very well. Very helpful, fair prices, nice to deal with. This is easily my go-to for any future plumbing issues!

The family plumber is a top notch business. I called them this morning about a leaky toilet and they came out the same day. The two servicemen, Anthony and Philip were professional, knowledgeable and polite. They told me exactly what I needed and they got the job done within about an hour. They were clean and explained everything to me. The price was reasonable. If you need a plumber then by all means call the family plumber. Believe me you will not be disappointed. This will be my go to plumber from now on.
