Called, Got a bad connection. He said he would call back in 5 min.  Waited 30 min and called back. Went to voicemail. Never did receive a call back.

I had a bathtub faucet/shower that would only dribble out hot water. I had another plumber try to address the problem first. He spent 4-5 hours over 2 days and still didn't fix it, after which I called Mr. Rooter. They sent Brian L out within an hour of my call. Brian got the water running in about a 1/2 hour. And also took extra time to give me some advice about another small issue I'd been experiencing. Professional, communicative, and, most importantly, solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Worth every penny.

Happy with his service. Honest advised on his line of work. He is prompt in his job performance.

I called Bob the Plumber on Saturday to fix an outside faucet and to give me an estimate on replacing a shower handle valve. He was able to set up an appointment Monday morning. Gilbert came out. He was friendly and polite. My outside faucet is an odd size and had an extra piece attached to allow a hose to be used. Gilbert took the extra piece off for me.
I elected to not have any work done. I felt bad for wasting their time but Gilbert was kind and understanding.
I Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. Fast, friendly and helpful.

I had a shower that was leaking and contacted several plumbers, and Greg was one of the first to respond and was able to accommodate a late afternoon appointment. He came on time with advance notice, was very professional, assessed the situation , and gave a very competitive quote. Came back the next day to get the job done. I messaged Pro Appliance on Saturday night and they said jobs can be done on next day. David from Pro Appliance came on time and he was very professional, courteous, and straight forward.  I had to replace my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and it only took less than an hour to finish the whole job. We wanted to install a new faucet and shower.
For this we were supposed to get the parts ourselves and then have a plumber come to the house and install them.

Having somene from All American Repipe review wether the parts we're getting are good or not was a struggle.
We needed the help of a technician/plumber to know wether what we're buying is a good match or not - but there seems to be some miscommunication between customer support and technician/plumber?

To pay they're asking for all the info on the credit card + expiration date and the security code? They did offer a second option in the end - Zelle.

Unfortunately we had to decide to take the project to another company.

Our experience with Nick was nothing short of amazing. We initially called Free Flo about leaking pipes in our ceiling. I was due to have a baby at any second so they sent someone out immediately to resolve the problem. After assessing the situation, we realized we actually had several plumbing issues that needed attention.

In total we required several visits from Nick to completely fix the situation we found ourselves in. He was professional, friendly, and most of all, knowledgeable. His communication both surrounding and during his visits was great and we always felt comfortable having him in our home and around our toddler. If another plumbing issue were to arise, we would not hesitate to call them again!

Our kitchen sink was clogged and wasn't draining properly. I called Plumbing Method and they were able to work on it almost right away and I greatly appreciated that. Cori and Anita were both very professional and knowledgable.

Pro Backflow really got me out of a bind - had one of my clients given a shut off notice and was getting the run around from other testers. Jaime got in touch with my customer, got in touch with the water company and provided them with the required test forms promptly and professionally. We have been using him ever since. I highly recommend him for testing and repairs.

After another company suggested repiping our home for a gas leak (to the tune of $6800), we had JustinTime come out for a second opinion. They identified the source of a leak in an outdoor gas fire pit (which would not have been part of a repipe), capped the line, and had the issue fixed right away for $250. Much less than the first company quoted us for a temporary fix of $2000! They gave us a reasonable quote for replacing the damaged line. They were also very quick to respond. We will be calling and recommending JustinTime Plumbing for future plumbing problems.

Had kevin come out to install a new kitchen faucet and replace the drain in my bathroom one. He did good work and was very pleasant to talk to which is hard to come by now with all the large corporations running the plumbing industry. Price was fair and cheaper than anything you'll get from large companies so I highly recommend him and will be a repeat customer

Marco installed my Lockly Secrure Pro smart lock. He was very friendly and professional. I was dreading putting this in myself because the YouTube tutorials seemed a bit much, but Marco saved me the headache. Will be using him again to put in an outlet for my electric vehicle.

Just got the Nema plug for my electric vehicle a couple days ago and works as intended. Perfect!

We had a main water line pipe break. This led to us being introduced to Matt M. He had a great attitude, was very courteous and respectful.  While he was completing his work on-site, we had to run an errand but also needed to leave our garage door open to give Matt access to a valve.  He wished us a great rest of the day but actually took the time (after he was finished), to wait at the job site until he could reach us to make sure we were able to close our garage door remotely.  Who does that anymore these days?  We don't have a regular plumbing service but will now use 20/20 plumbing and HVAC based on our experience with Matt M.  Thanks for your friendliness, attitude and follow through Matt! He demonstrated model customer service!
