Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Will definitely keep him in my list of go to house service calls for plumping and HVAC. Thanks Mike! Go Blue!

Our sinks we clogged. I called and received a quote from Carlos. They were able to come the same day. Both our sinks are draining great now. Excellent service! Honest. We will definitely use JS & Sons for all our plumbing needs.

Jeff and Jesus were fantastic.  Needed a clean out on my old home.  Estimate was prompt and service was quick. The job wasn't easy, my clean out is on the roof and then they had to crawl under the home to find the problem.  Super friendly and felt I could trust their work.  Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

The Plumbing Master team was great. I placed a service call regarding a hot water issue. I had one technician arrive to trouble shoot, my existing unit was old. I gave them approval to replace. Technician removed old heater and cleaned area for installation. Second technician arrived and they installed quickly and correctly. Robert A and Danny W were very professional, knowledge and friendly. I have had no other issues with my hot water.

The name says it all One Stop Plumbing. My 2nd floor bathroom was leaking and damaged my ceiling dry wall in garage. I reached out to this company at approx 830 am. Travis was here by 1145 am. Fixed the problem.

We had an emergency this week. Our main water line pipe busted. We called Big Johns, they were able to come out right away. MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Thomas was really great, my parents were out of town and I was watching the house and needed to call a plumber when our sewer drain had a clog. There was miscommunication between my parents and I on what we wanted done and the price, and I was getting chewed out, Thomas completely understood and made it work in our budget. My dad is a lieutenant at SPD and Thomas thanked him for his service and risked a lot to discount the price for us. It was really great, couldn't have asked for a better guy. They better not give him any flak for this! He knew that customer service should always be the top priority in any situation. He made a stressful day a lot easier on all of us.

Would recommend Service Champions to anyone :) Our AC unit started acting up and when we found out the company who installed ours went out of business - we were referred by a friend to Service Champions. Within a day, we called and had a technician come out to consult and inspect. Frank was such a pleasure and even though he was here for a few hours he was very thorough and patient. Due to my pre-paid home warranty plan once again assigning me a plumber who did not care less about my plumbing issue. I once again called Norwalk/La Mirada plumbing to come and install a customer supplied kitchen faucet for me. As I called them on a Tuesday, we mutually agreed for someone to come out Thursday. Not only did they keep the agreed upon appointment time. But immediately when the plumber, named Chris, rang the doorbell, he introduced himself and before entering my home, he placed shoe covers on. I found this to be most respectful to me as a paying customer. Within the first minute of speaking with Chris, I instantly felt comfortable with him in that I could sense he was one of the few honest ones still around. Chris even proved my good feeling towards him as he himself told me that I would not need any additional parts. Since the faucet that I pre- purchased for todays install, came with all the required parts. I myself had a feeling that I would not need any additional parts since my home was recently repiped just 7 months ago. But Chris could have, like so many other contractors that I have dealt with in the past, tried to upsell or flat out lie by saying you need this and that. To which bad I told him, I truly appreciated his honesty, good personality, and knowledge of his work. I have so many things that I would like to do to my home and due to my previous bad experiences with others, it has really made me just live with things the way they are. Therefore, I would once again like to thank Chris for being such a professional individual and Also thank him for making my install today stress free. For the life of me, I really cannot understand why so many companies would rather make a fortune off their customers on one service call. As opposed to being honest and professional to where the customer will become loyal to them and also recommend them to others. I've been a loyal customer to Norwalk-La Mirada plumbing for the last 7-8 years and if I can continue getting Chris or a plumber of theirs similar. It looks like I will continue being a loyal customer of their for the years to come.

We've been in California over 15 years. Hired quite a few Plumbers. Competent to incompetent. Just because they have a truck with big recognized logos,  tool boxes and ladders doesn't mean they're good.

None good enough to recommend.

The job was enormous. Every pipe protruding from the damage soaked walls and angle stop valves needed to be replaced.

The once operational main hot water pipe underneath our cement slab would be capped. Not used.

Mike came out to do the repair but failed to repair leak.   He claimed supply and valve were defective, which they are not.  Ended up fixing myself.  Not happy paying to potentially cause more damage than fix.
