I needed the faucets for the washing machine hookups to be replaced and yelped a few companies. They got back to me quickly online and assigned me to Frank. Frank was courteous, professional and very easy to work with.

Frank and Angel were very timely and got the job done well and were in and out in about 90 minutes. The longest delay was my fault bc I didn't know which valve to shut off in my building.

Highly recommend.

The positives: the gas valve on my water heater went out. Called First Class and they were able to send someone out to give me a free estimate within a couple of hours. The person they sent out was very personable and knowledgeable.

The negatives: way too overpriced. The quote I got to replace the gas valve was about $1250 and to replace my entire water heater was quoted at about $2400. I declined and got quotes from 3 other plumbers and the only one that came near First Class was at $2100 to replace the whole water heater. Ended up finding someone who did it for $1500, they came out same day and did a great job. Cannot believe replacing just the gas valve was quoted at almost as much as what I ended up paying for a brand new installed unit.

I needed a quick service on a Friday morning with my dish washing machine not draining properly in my property in Joshua Tree. I called more than 7 plumbers and Tameka and Dustin were the only ones who returned my call and they were able to provide service right away and give me transparent prices. We had a great experience using Bernal's Plumbing. Our house required a full RE-piping. Mr. Bernal was thorough and fairly priced. Most importantly, the project was 100% complete and done well. Mr. Bernal went above and beyond our expectations.  He completed extra jobs without an additional cost. This project took place during COVID, which meant Mr. Bernal needed to work around our family's work/school at home set-up.  We had no issues.

We had a new gas dryer installed on Sunday and I noticed a very strong gas smell after the guys installed it. My husband and I didn't know what to do so we called around looking for plumbers. Since it was Sunday, nobody was available. When we called prolific plumbing, Kody advised us on how to turn off the gas line correctly. Kody came out the next day to check out our leak, and I'm glad we called because I found out that we had some funky installation! We have an old home, so he put in a new gas valve, a better gas line to the dryer, sealed everything properly, and made sure everything was compatible. I ran the dryer to test it and Kody continued to check if there was any more leaking which gave me a peace of mind. I talked to him about other issues we had and asked him to check out some recently installed equipment since we had a house renovation and he suggested some things to me for the future. Kody was very clam, professional, friendly, informative, and understanding which is great because I know nothing about plumbing. Payment was very fast and easy and he explained what I was signing. I feel great and relieved about his service because he was very thorough, so I will definitely use this company again for any future needs!

We needed to replace shower cartridge. Tony was great and prompt to get us scheduled. Sam came out to perform the job and was professional, polite, and got the job done quickly. Price was fair and I will definitely use again when needed.

Eduardo the owner was very responsive. Evodio came on time to install my new toilet. He was friendly and worked hard and efficiently and even helped me break doen the cardboard box snd styrofoam the toilet was packed in. Will definitely call them again if I need plumber. Not the lowest bid but still very reasonable.

Had a tankless water heater issues for about a week and we had a new one installed from another company, but two days later an error code was popping up. The other company came back yesterday and stated it was probably defective water heater, but I wanted a second opinion.

I called alpha and omega plumbing at 8am today and George/Joe arrived by 10:30am and solved the problem by 11:30AM! We were advised by the other company that we needed to get a new water heater, but they found that it was installed incorrectly.

They really saved the day because living without hot water for two weeks was not fun. Will definitely use them for any future services for plumbing issues!

We had a leak in one of the bathrooms at our salon and were told by another company that we'd have to wait a couple days for someone to come by and take a look at it.. we reached out to Carlson Plumbing and they sent someone the next day! Mason came by and fixed the issue we had and made it so quick and easy. We will definitely be using them in the future.

We love J's Plumbing and use him for all of our plumbing needs. He arrives on time, gets the job done and is very clean. When he was finished, the bathroom looked much cleaning than before he had arrived. Reasonable prices and Jeff is a great guy. Highly recommend!

These guys are great.  I called and talked to Steve who sent his son out within an hour to look at my sprinkler problem.  I have a 12 station system and one  was not working at all and another was weeping 24 hours a day.  None of the 12 stations were working as they should (20 years old system) and I decided to have all 12 valves replaced.  This was not the cheapest solution I could have gone with but rather than fix only two and wait for the rest to completely fail I decided to be proactive.  Steve and his son replaced all of the valves in a couple of hours at a very reasonable rate and I am very pleased.  All 12 stations are now working like they probably did 29 years ago.  If you have any kind of sprinkler issue, these are the guys to call.

Called him cause I needed my faucet put in and a drain unclogged. He came out when he gave us his word and realized the faucet we had bought was the wrong size so he went and bought the right one and installed it for us. He was friendly and kind. And did a good job. Will call again.

I needed Bob George to come out to my home again to hang a wall cabinet in my main bathroom. As always, he was on time and ready to go. He gave me a wonderful suggestion which I excepted as a betterment to my solution of the cabinet and it worked out beautifully as always. I highly recommend Bob George for any handyman work you may have around your home. He will be back again I'm sure as I am redecorating my home. Since I am a single disabled woman he's more than willing to help me to achieve my goals every time. I highly recommend that you hire him for any of your jobs.

Within a few minutes my quote request was answered. My bathtub was not draining and water seemed to be leaking out. Adrian got the details and was ready to arrive within 30-40 minutes. He arrived on time and the problem was fixed in about 20-30 minutes. The price was more than fair and the customer service was great. Adrian even gave us tips on how to keep the drain clean. Cristian was super helpful and knowledgeable! Came in on a weekend and helped me with my shower drain clog. We had some rocks and copper pipes in my sewer line, but we managed to push them through with the hydrojet. Definitely recommend him to anyone regardless of project size.
