My toilet was backed up and I needed a plumber to come out ASAP. I called A1 total service plumbing after being referred by a friend. Esteban Muniz came out and fixed the problem in no time. He was quick, efficient and even gave a few tips in order to avoid any future issues. Thank you so much A1! Excellent service

I dropped my hair shine cap down the drain and I was freaking out because it got stuck in there and the water would not drain and since it was Sunday I was more stressed thinking nobody was going to be available but thank goodness for A1 Total Service plumbing and especially Andrew Gonzalez who was able to remove the cap and did it in less than 10 minutes, he was in and out. It was fast. I especially liked that he was prompt and the service was excellent. Thank you!

After my 3rd attempt on looking for a company to assist with a leak I found A1 and I was finally able to have a technician dispatched within 1 hour or less at no charge! A big thank you to Nancy as she made me feel and know I was in great hands. Despite my frustration she remained calmed and went above and beyond. Esteban Munez arrived on time, looked at the problem and explained into detail what needed to be done. After approving the contract he immediately began to work on the issue at such a reasonable price and finished in no time. If you are looking for a trustworthy company look no further! At some point every body will need a plumber no matter what and it seems like it's always an inconvenient time when that time arrives.  Our sewer line decided to back up Sunday evening right after dinner. With a house of 4 where everyone still needed to shower and finish laundry this became something that needed immediate attention. Called A1 total service and they showed up on Sunday evening 1 hour after I called which I was impressed and pleased with.  Took care of the main sewer line backup and life was back in order. Completely effortless transaction on our part and was grateful for the great price.  They have earned any future plumbing business to say the least.

This was my first calling A-1 and I'm so glad I did. My bathroom sink was backed up and I needed a plumber to unclog it. We had an issue with our kitchen sink. Called the office, all the ladies who answered were nice, and friendly . Would call to give us update of technician. Our technician was Guillermo. He gave us the quote within seconds, did the job within couple of minutes. He was very fast, efficient and thorough of explaining the process. If ever needed again we will be reaching out again !

Called off a door card promo to get sewer line cleared - Esteban Munez was prompt, polite, professional and experienced enough to clear the clog and called out his Supervisor who ran a video camera to show me how many places were cracked and hosting roots along the line.
May have save a bit before opening the estimate to open up and replace my clean out to be big enough to let them do high pressure clearance or line my cracked pipe in the near future.

I eff'd up big time. In attempting to service my tankless water heater myself I damaged a part and left my family without water. Called A-1 on a Sunday night hoping they could fix it. Andrew came out and told me the bad news that the part wouldn't be available until the specialty plumbing stores opened the next morning.

The next morning he gave me more bad news that he couldn't find a store with the part and would have to order it. I actually found the part and paid three times what it was worth to have it next day delivered. Andrew came out early on Wednesday and fixed it in less than an hour.

I was expecting to pay a fortune since they are a 24/7 company, but the price was more than fair. Andrew acknowledged how hard it must've been to be without water for three days. BTW, he was awesome. He gave me his number and communicated with me the entire time.

Andrew and A1 are my new go to plumbers.

Absolutely love working with the A-1 family and being able to interact with everyone from field techs to office staff and their management team. First company you can really see they take pride in their work and have the mentality of whatever they do, they need to do it right!
