I was only able to get one of the gentlemen's names, Chris. But both were very professional and personable. They were fast and efficient and they even cleaned up our mess that came back up onto our shower floor. Chris got down on his hands and knees and scrubbed our shower. I don't know if that's what they're supposed to do, plumbers, but it was amazing and I sincerely appreciate it.
I would definitely recommend Cisneros Brothers whether you're in a pinch of an emergency or just routine maintenance, I am 100% satisfied with their service.
I hope my landlord uses them again for any other services we might need.

Wow!

So I called Caliber Plumbing with a last minute water emergency because my plumber of ten years let me down. I was going on 3 days without hot water and needed to work the following day.

Since I needed to get help I called Caliber. I explained to Armando that I thought I needed a new water heater. Even though we were already  well into the weekend and despite the fact that I wasn't an established client, Armando agreed to help me. Armando came to my home within the hour. He looked at the situation and confirmed my water heater was 10 years old, out of date and needed to be replaced.

I was so disappointed that my regular plumber was so non-responsive and that he wanted a weekend deposit before he would dispatch a technician. I needed hot water so I went with Caliber.

Armando gladly picked up the water heater that  I wanted and then he came right back, installed it and left. He left my garage clean and neat. He was done in a couple of hours. He and his associate were so respectful and considerate. I couldn't believe it.

Thanks to Caliber I had hot water within another 45 mins. My dad... 90+ was so happy to get a hot shower.

Requested several quotes on Yelp to clear our kitchen sink drain, Ed was very thorough with his response and provided quote and availability. He did a great job and we asked him to come back the next day to do additional work on the house to replace kitchen faucet, install water shut off valve and fix a broken pipe in irrigation system. He takes a lot of care with his work, cleans up well after the job, friendly and my dog likes him so that a nice plus. Highly recommend!

I had All pro replace a leaking home water valve.  Supervisor Mike Cook did an excellent job. He's very professional, that's why All Pro promoted him to supervisor rank . I will definitely hire All Pro again..

Let me start off with, Carlos is my go to handyman from now on!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!!

From the moment Carlos came over to take a look at the work for the bid/estimate to the moment he was leaving after the job he was professional.

I needed a couple of projects inside the home to be done. There was an old fireplace that had a corner of the second living room for itself. The fireplace corner had a tile stand that was built on the floor and tile on the wall around it. Personally, it took a good part of the second living room and had to go. And there was an unnecessary door in the back bedroom that was letting in heat. The back bedroom door leading to the backyard made no sense to me. It was an extra door that allowed anyone inside of the house, letting in heat and unnecessary. I put a request on Yelp actually, had a few other handymen give me a bid/estimate and Carlos got the job!

The day I scheduled Carlos to come have a look at the job I wasn't home. I told him that I wouldn't be home but that my husband and mother-in-law would be and to please pass on the information then. I wanted to let him know the situation and not surprise him. My husband and mother-in-law were very impressed with him and did not spare any details of the interaction they had with him when I got home from work. They said that Carlos was a very nice down-to-earth person that was reasonable. My mother-in-law said Carlos was very fair in the big/estimate and that he found ways to save money on the job without cutting corners (my father-in-law was a jack of all trades and did handyman/construction work a lot). If some of the work didn't have to be done but still met code and pricing then it would be an option. Carlos would give you the option of which route you wanted. My mother-in-law told me that Carlos would be the handyman we should go with. Not only based on his interaction with her but also the interactions she has had with the other handymen that gave bids/estimates for the same project.

After hearing the experience my husband and mother-in-law had with Carlos, I was sold. I told him that night that I would like him to have the job and to let me know his availability. He was quick with a response and we scheduled a few days later.

The two projects that Carlos completed was done with so much care and professionalism. The unnecessary door in the bedroom that was removed and made into a wall and the unwanted fireplace in the second living room. After taking the job and starting the process Carlos had noticed that the area surrounding the fireplace wasn't the material he originally thought. He said that if he had noticed it was actual tile and not linoleum like he thought, his bid would have been more. However, since the mistake was his and no one else's, he took the loss and kept his price and bid the same! You have no idea what a relief that was to hear that. It seems like these days when I receive an offer or bid, even after the work has been accepted and the bid or offer has been confirmed, the person I offered the job to would change the price. It is very frustrating. However, not with Carlos! Anywho, the door was removed and a wall was built and the old fashioned fireplace in the second living room was removed. Carlos and his assistant both did such a great job! Also, the cherry on top was when Carlos took the dead bolt lock and door knob from the unnecessary door that was removed from the bedroom and put it on the front door screen of the house since there wasn't any to begin with.

As I originally said, Carlos is my go to handyman from now on! You wont be disappointed with his work or him! He's a very down to earth honest guy that is professional and does great work! I will be referring to him for many of my home projects!

I had a leak in my main water feed into the house.  It's a 1 PVC pipe.  Cracks had opened up.  I tried to patch it myself but didn't quite get the job done.  In total frustration, I called Jerry's.  Miles answered the phone promptly and hearing about the problem offered to meet me at home ASAP.  Took off from work and Miles, with Juan as a bonus, were right on time.  Very nice couple of guys, who in their work showed they know their stuff.  Showed them the problem, which I had envisioned would be a difficult repair, seeing as how I had a patch on the pipe that wasn't holding.  We turned off the water and they had the bad section of pipe loose in about a New York minute.  They ran back to the shop for parts and put it all back together right quick.  And for a reasonable price.  I'm glad I called Jerry's.

So happy with these guys! Holy smokes! They came right out and found and fixed my gas leak for $225. They responded immediately to my call and were caring and quick. They gave me a full explanation of what they did and I really liked their personality. Happy upbeat guys who really seemed to enjoy helping others! They are my go to plumming company now!!

I have used NextGen's services twice this week, earlier for a water heater inspection and flushing and today for an HVAC inspection. I was very happy with the water heater inspection by Dave, I appreciated his honesty and recommendations regarding the condition of my water heater and expectations going forward. In short, my water heater is old but still doing fine - no need to take action or spend additional money now.

Today Morgan Valencia inspected my whole HVAC system, also original from 20 years ago in this house I bought but one year ago. Morgan helped me to understand the source of dust in my house and the condition of my system, which is likely to have some issues, expensive issues, within a year or so. Morgan was very careful to explain everything and offer temporary fixes to keep the system running as long as possible ( not cheap fixes). After thinking about it, I told Morgan to button the system up as is as I will take my chances for the time being and consider my options including a whole new system over the next few months.

I paid Morgan the reasonable agreed upon service fee and sincerely thanked him for his time and guidance. Ten minutes after he left, Morgan called to tell me that NexGen management was going to refund my fee since they did not truly solve my problem - I tried to pay as I was happy with the information and minor service they provided but they insisted. Wow, thank you Morgan and NexGen.

Not the cheapest plumber but skilled in the trade.  In retirement now but at one time Fabian took care of 80 properties. Have akways highly recommened him to friends a d loced ones.
