I wanted to take the time to write because I have had such a difficult time finding a capable and reliable handyman! Norman is the one!! He actually shows up when he says, is able to do the projects, cleans up when finished, and is trustworthy to leave alone in the middle of a project.  He has been a real pleasure to work with and I have peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, I have a real Handy Man to call!

We recently purchased a very expensive chandelier (the shipping/packaging costs were insane).  Calls to three other electricians went unreturned.  Pauric picked up on the 3rd ring.  They could be there that day.  Jacinto was great and took extra care dealing with installation in an old house that had a gas line to the old fixture.  He wasn't satisfied with the height and quickly adjusted the chandelier to the right height,  He also quickly and professionally fixed some dangerous wiring and cabling issues in the bedroom,  Prices are excellent and so is the customer service.   Pauric is forever in my contact list

Craig is awesome!  In a short amount of time, he's already fixed various issues at my house, work, and other properties.  He is responsive, kind and talented.. his prices are also very reasonable.  He's my go-to person for electrical work from now on :)

At work, we had an outage where half our power wasn't working. I was frantic as it's a design showroom and it needs to be bright for clients. Dan came out, did a quick inspection, and took charge. The part that we needed wasn't available, so he ordered it and was back the next day to install. In total, it was two days from when he came out to when he fixed it. And he ordered extra parts (just to be safe) and it was needed after all. So I appreciate his forward-thinking nature. Aside from that, he was polite. courteous, professional, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend!

Juan's team is great.. He was recommended by a friend who had some work done on some windows.  I have so much work that needs to be done on my house, I'm excited to have found Juan and his team as they do amazing work.  They don't cut corners and seem to be a bit of a perfectionist, which is super.  I had 7 windows replaced.. 6 were urgent need as there was some water coming through on 2 of the window frames (old original wood frames on a 1924 home)..  The 7th window was more due to keeping all the windows the same..  The work was done great.. loving my windows and will be replacing the rest of the windows in the home this next year.. Oh, and will be requesting Juan's services for that job and the many others that I have in the home.. Have already referred his team to many friends, of which, some have already had jobs completed.. thanks Juan and team..

A friend recommended BR Electric to me.  I'd been trying to get an electrician to give me an estimate, or return my e-mail to no avail.  I won't name the other companies whom I'm guessing are so busy they don't feel the need to respond, but I will be calling Brian and his team for my future electrical needs.

Brian returned my call promptly.  He also told me that he was coming to San Francisco and could work me in which was great. He and his assistant installed a new outlet with no additional holes or damage to my walls, working within the existing framework.  Bonus!

I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves, leaving no tacks, sawdust, etc., for me to clean.  

Brian also repaired a broken light fixture for me in the garage.  Do yourself a favor and call Brian and his team.  Their prices are fair, and more importantly, they do the work in a timely way and get back to you.

Good help now is seriously hard to find!!  Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Lizandro and his team.  They rewired my building in order to install a buzzer system for new security gate.   Building is old, wiring is old, needless to say - there were some issues.  Lizandro and his team made it work and his price was very fair.  Happy tenants, thank you!

As a recent, first-time home buyer in Guerneville, I needed an electrician to move a thermostat, mount my television and soundbar to the wall while running the wires through the wall, and add a surge protector.  Michael was fantastic!! He explained what needed to be done, provided a number of options, detailed each option, did the work quickly and efficiently, and was friendly, courteous, and professional. For any future electrical needs, I will call Michael immediately! I highly recommend him!

I called Ray to install a new 220V receptacle for our clothes dryer.  The older one did not fit the new 3 prong GE plug and was also loose on the wall.  Ray arrived about 15 minutes later and had completed the entire  project within an hour or so after I had called.  He was pleasant, and the installation and price more than met my expectations.  I will call Ray as long as we are in SF.

Daniel did a fantastic job. I highly recommend using him for Tesla charger installations (and any other electrical work). He showed up for a site survey the same day, walked me through a range of options, and set the appointment to knock out the project. All in 15 minutes! 3 days later the work was done on time and $50 under budget. What more could I ask for?

I had an issue with some track lighting. Paul did some trouble shooting with me via text message to try and save me $$ and an unnecessary service call. Most electricians I have worked with in the past are quick to get an appointment to come over and charge you big $$ of what could be nothing. Very classy of Paul.

Unfortunately for me, the track lighting is still not working properly so I guess it is time to have Paul come by and take care of it.

Up one star for actually showing up to our third appointment (albeit an hour late) and up another star for appearing to be a really nice & knowledgable guy when I got to meet him, but down a star again for being a week late (and still waiting) in sending me a quote for the work we discussed and (still) not responding to e-mail.

I don't want to be harsh and I really did like his friendly demeanor and willingness to spend time with me going through my project and giving advice on it, but reliability and being able to move forward in a reasonably timely manner is very important too.

I should have written a review a long time ago.  Brendan Molony is the best electrician I know.  His work is priced competitively and he goes the extra mile to get everything done on time and done right.
I highly recommend him for all manor of electrical work!

When trying to replace a light bulb, I accidentally tore the light fixture out of my bedroom ceiling. I called first thing in the morning and Abel was able to come out and help me the same afternoon. He arrived exactly on time, was friendly, professional and communicated every step of the way. He repaired the damage I caused, re-enforced the cage thing and helped me replace the bulbs. He was super tidy and I was so happy with the job! Abel even spent a few extra minutes with me, talking about future plans I have ( Maybe a ceiling fan in the future)

I originally reached out for an estimate to install an EV charger on the outside of our garage. He responded very quickly and came in person to assess the project. Dawid provided very reasonable pricing and was great at communicating the scope of work. I was impressed and decided to move forward with Dawid after comparing several estimates. Dawid's work was really high quality and the finished product looked great. It was clear he took a lot of pride in his work. After a great experience, I actually had Dawid come back again and do some additional projects around the house which he did in the same high quality and professional fashion. Waited 3 hours for them to arrive for my confirmed appointment. Very disappointed.  I have had a great experience with Maine in the past and have given them over $20,000 in business.  Today, I have been waiting 3 hours for them to arrive. Still waiting. Either they are very disorganized or the customer experience is not something they value.
