Victor is an outstanding electrician and an extremely professional businessman.  I needed circuits relocated from a fuse box to an outside main panel and after contacting several electricians I chose Victor - and I am so glad I did.  Victor is so easy to work with and I appreciate his honesty.  Trying to prepare a house for a rental I have had several thoughts on how to solve various problems. He has been so patient listening and helping me see the pros and cons of my suggestions.  I would recommend Victor without hesitation and he will be the first person I will call when I have additional electrical needs.

Mark Schulkamp is fantastic (and brilliant)! He and his crew are consummate professionals and will get your job done right. I've worked with him on several projects (new lighting for a condo, all new wiring and lighting for a new home, some small jobs). He doesn't have a lot of reviews here because his business is all word-of-mouth. You can't go wrong for your project.

Robert is great to work with!  He is knowledgeable, pragmatic, punctual, and fairly priced.  I have already had the privilege of recommending him to friends.

Shout out to Jonathan and his colleague (I didn't catch her name) for being amazingly helpful. We showed up close to closing time with two tired kids in tow. Jonathan immediately offered to help and patiently walked us through some great options - he has a wonderful eye for design and was able to recommend lighting styles we hadn't considered. Most importantly, he could explain why certain things would work in our space (or not). Meanwhile, his colleague grabbed our kids paper, pencils, and water so we could focus. There was no pressure at all to buy - he sent us home with some tear sheets and encouraged us to mull it over in the space. We can't wait to go back and buy from these guys!

Carlos was so great! I had an outlet blow out at 4pm and he was at my home within 20 minutes. He was professional, kind, did a great job, and gave me a great deal. The job took longer than we expected, but he happily worked until the problem was solved. Carlos will definitely be my go to electrician.

I appreciate that the technician came earlier than scheduled but that could mean I might not be home  (they came at 10 am when my schedule was 1-2pm). My garage door and the electric socket next to it lost power overnight so I decided to give EH a try. However, for a service that only took 2 minutes (if at all) and a mere pressing of a button, I was charged the diagnostic fee of $185. I understand professional fee and all but for a 2 minute service and pressing a reset button, I am not sure if charging this much is warranted. I contacted them and appreciate the 50% discount but even that, I still felt a little robbed. I have contacted services through yelp where companies come for free estimates but I guess charging a flat rate diagnostic fee is the norm for electricians?

Ben was great to work with. We had him come out to help replace a garbage disposal unit. He was the fastest to give me an available slot within the next 24h out of 5 other handymen on Yelp and was easy and smooth to communicate with via text. He was knowledgeable at the job and very efficient at getting the work done, as well as fastidious e.g. during tidyup. I would recommend Ben!

We hired Mike to install a light fixture in our living room, and our experience was as fantastic as those reported by others here.  He was quick, friendly, accommodating, and even incredibly gracious about indulging my daughter's boundless curiosity since she was home sick the day he came and wanted to watch him do the job...and maybe ask a lot of questions.  Mike does top-notch work and communicates well.  He's perhaps not the cheapest handyman in SF, but I feel he's well worth what he charges.  Five stars without a doubt--high quality, no headaches or worries.  You'll be glad you called him.

Guerreros Electric is great!  We had them do some major work in our house - Carlos made sure things were done correctly and on time.  

When we reviewed the work, there was one small thing that got missed.  Carlos immediately apologized, and resolved the issue.  With a project as large as ours, there was bound to be something that got missed - what I like is that Carlos immediately took ownership, resolved the issue, and made sure that we were satisfied.

We will definitely use Carlos again - very highly recommended!

First of all, most importantly, I have to say that WireTech Electric did an excellent job. I was having electrical fits and starts in one part of my condominium apartment. (Each unit has a separate electrical connection and meter.)  Of course, I checked the circuit breaker for that area. It had not kicked off even though the problem persisted. I gave up and shut off the power to that area, the bedroom and bathroom.
Next, based on prior reviews for WireTech, I gave them a call. They sent out their estimator the next day, who told me, not a big surprise, that because our building, and my unit's power center  were 50 years old and sort of dangerously not up to code, they couldn't do the required work without replacing the entire power center (all the breakers and the box). He also gave me an estimate that was certainly more than I had imagined when I first called, but entirely reasonable once I understood the extent of the work that had to be done.
It was a week before they could do the work, so I had to live that time without lights or outlets in the bedroom and bathroom. I managed.
When the electrician arrived, on schedule and with all the required tools and equipment, he did the job very efficiently and in good spirits. All wrapped up and he was on his way.
Everyone I dealt with at WireTech was helpful, polite, positive and forthcoming.

Truly a company full of hard working professionals--I can't say enough good things about Dinh and his crew or their work. The communication was excellent and the response time was outstanding. The work was done neatly and efficiently. The price was absolutely fair! Please do NOT hesitate to hire them!

What a wonderful, very talented and hard working young man! We had a big problem in our bedroom. All of the power was out and some wires apparently burned inside of the wall. This young man called me back right away and then came over and within a very short time he fixed everything!!! He works independently and he is so nice and kind. I highly recommend him and I will definitely call him again if we ever need an electrician! He really knows what he's doing!,A very good electrician and he's also honest!

I have used AJ Electric for over 20 years.  They are reliable and do great work.  Best of all, their customer service is excellent.

I have an outdated electrical system in old home that desperately needed to be  permit-approved and updated during the 4th of July.  The city had actually shut of my power until some necessary upgrades were implemented.  Terrible timing, but Geoff came through and had the power up and running within a few hours despite the holiday.  Just to get by I had to use a generator that was very loud and inconvenient for the neighborhood.  Williams Electric made sure that the generator no longer needed to be running within a few hours and before the inspector was able to drop in. When available, the city inspector dropped by, spoke with Geoff, then happily signed off.  It was evident that the inspector was fully confident in Geoff's work, and let him wrap up without any further inspection.  I couldn't be any happier!

If you are in a pinch, you can definitely count of Williams Electric to set you straight, they work miracles.

Carlos and his crew are very professional, reliable and value for cost. Used him for 240 V EV installation job along with drawing two front and back wires for food lights. Him and crew were excellent consultants and kept me informed of the entire progress. Did an excellent weather proofing jobs for outside and cleaned up after themselves. Will rehire again for sure.

I called Samson this morning to assist with a kitchen light fixture that was coming loose. As we were afraid it might fall, we needed help immediately. Samson was able to come out the same day, within just three hours of my initial call. He was on time, completely professional, and completed the job extremely quickly. The price was reasonable as well. I would not hesitate to call Samson again, or recommend him to a friend. Great find!

Pete is the bomb!!  He is a positively minded, goal oriented self starter who is motived to help you with your project. He recently installed an EV charger at our home and made it so simple and uncomplicated for us in every way.

His easy going attitude threw me off initially as I had gotten bids from other contractors for the same job.  I could tell that Pete knew a lot more about what he was doing from the initial meeting. He also was incredibly personable and reasonably priced compared to his competitors.  To give you an idea of what I was faced with when purchasing the EV charger, I had the option of paying Amazon $600 to have a local installer do the job. It turned out that the guy I would have gotten was more of a jack of all trades vs being an licensed electrician. I only paid a little bit more but had the reassurance of hiring Pete, a qualified licensed electrician.

I honestly wish i could give them more stars because they truly went above and beyond my expectations.  i had an emergency where my whole electrical panel needed to be replaced in the middle of the heat wave.  They were quick to respond and pushed things around to get out there the next morning and replace the panel.  They worked extremely hard to quickly get permits and inspections done to get the power back on.  They could have easily sat back and let things drag out, but they fought through each obstacle and pushed through to get the power back on as quickly as they could.  even though it was an emergency situation, they gave me a fair price and didn't try to up-charge or upgrade my panel for no reason like some of the other places tried.  it really defines their character and you fell like you have good honest people working on your job.  i would definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone.  i my time of need they came through like rock stars.  thank you again.

I was up against the clock on the punch list for my final inspection deadline on my room addition and remodel. Mopia Electric was recommended my several neighbors. Randy was able to accomodate my needs quickly. He and his crew were friendly, helpful, and following appropriate protocol for Covid-19. They worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up nicely after. Randy's crew explained the problem and the solution, which I really appreciate. Even came back quickly when I found another issue. I was pleased to hear he lives in my neighborhood. I like to hire local.

On a Friday night my tenant called and said that he tried to reset the breaker in the my 15amp box and sparks came out.  I called Tam at 9am on a Saturday and he was on his way from South San Francisco to my rental unit in North Beach to fix a short circuit in an hour.    Tam was easy to reach/coordinate with, reasonable and replaced a bad wire in less than an hour for $90.  I would use him again and highly recommend him!
