Robert did an amazing job installing my home audio and video.  He set up surround sound in my huge living room, safely mounted my TV on the wall and sourced the best Audio for me to use.  He went so far as to connect everything seamlessly, and even gave me a full lesson on how to run it all!  He was very communicative, thoughtful, considerate and mindful when working with me on how I wanted to approach this project.  He left the job done with out a mess and working perfectly.  I would highly recommend Bulterman Electric over all others in the Bay Area!

Our client wanted large Darlana outdoor lighting, which are very large and extremely expensive. She also wanted two fireplace mantle crystal sconces, and three picture lights. Immediately, I thought of Kate Space sconces and Chapman & Meyers cabinet picture lights - both made with quality brass. The showroom manager, Linda, was extremely helpful and provided us an extra 10% off. She took care of our needs quickly and was very knowledgeable.

Before the backordered lanterns would arrive, the electrical team realized the lanterns were too large for the patio bifold door opening that the contractors were currently building (and there was actually a code to respect in terms of height). Since they were building the opening of these bifold doors AFTER we ordered the lights, everything changed.

I called immediately to cancel, but the lanterns arrived that same day. I spoke to Jonathan and he was super helpful - we were able to order new lights that would fit and follow code for this spot. He even emailed me a variety of options that would work in our space with clickable links, which made the process much easier for me. The exchange was a smooth process and they even waived the return restocking fee as a one-time courtesy. I also spoke with Madison and she was very sweet.

Everyone here is so helpful and kind. I'm so grateful this showroom is located in the Bay Area - we are lucky!

My days are longer now that lights work in the whole house again. Matt diagnosed and fixed the problem of my partial power outage in less than 2 hours. It was a month-long issue for me, and I worked with another company who believed the problem was something else entirely. And they were booked up for another month, so I contacted Electric Heroes to help. Matt is the real deal! He's super friendly and smart, and maybe psychic too! It's like he had the whole electrical scheme of the house mapped out in his mind and found the problem right away. And bonus - he went to Home Depot and picked up a light bulb and replaced it for us too! We are hopeless, but Matt really lived up to his company's name - Electric Heroes. Ben is my new go-to handyman! I'd been dealing with a faulty kitchen faucet for months, and Ben was able to evaluate and fix the issue within an hour. His deep expertise, responsiveness and warmth made the whole experience a breeze -- he even took a look at some other fix-it needs around the house, and offered sage advice at no charge. Even my puppy loved him (which is saying a lot!). Wish I could give Ben six stars, he's truly top-notch. I'll definitely hire him in the future, and recommend him to friends.

I know it's weird, but I honestly feel like Mike is not just a handyman but my friend! Albeit, one I make a list for and pay hourly, but the time he is there is not awkward or weird.
He shows up on time, He's really informative, will answer all your questions, will tell you if he can't fix it, will try to refer someone who maybe can. He also doesn't waste time, he'll ask you to make a list, send him pictures, descriptions, and gathers all the information before so when he's there he's ready to get started.

Ha, actually, he sounds better than some of my friends! Anyways, part of being a homeowner means stuff is going to break and you have to fix it. Having found Mike, I no longer have anxiety or feel totally lost about this stuff!

If I could give Carlos 50 stars I would. He talked me through a potential freak out when I accidentally messed up something when removing a light fixture. He was calm and sweet on the phone and guided me through finding the right breaker and magically fixing it all. Apparently we had two breaker boxes. His calm demeanor was just what I needed. No more DIY electrics for me at least. And nice to know who to call when I need an electrician.

We had some wiring issues in the office and Wire Tech Electric came by to troubleshoot and provide an estimate.  Olvin shows up on time and is easy to communicate with.  We had new electrical lines drawn and they made sure all the outlets worked with the correct current.

The reviews here are dead-on! Geoff and Williams Electric were fast, courteous, friendly, and got the job done perfectly.

We bought a great mid-century modern house a few years back and while it's wonderful, the one period detail we didn't love was the preponderance of two-plug outlets throughout the whole house. After years of dealing with extra-long extension cords from the handful of three-plug outlets we had, we realized it was time to upgrade. I called Geoff based on these Yelp reviews and had an appointment two days later -- on a Saturday, no less.

Geoff arrived a couple of minutes before the appointed time (early???!! awesome!), did a quick walk-through to check what we wanted, and got to work. Within an hour he had completely swapped out ten two-prong outlets with brand-new three-prong GFIs, tested them, and made sure we knew the ins and outs. He also charmed my two kids with cat and squirrel noises and was super-patient about letting them peek over his shoulder as he worked.

He also gave me a quick lesson on why outlets suck in so much dust and how that can be a fire hazard, and reminded us to have our dryer vents cleaned out for safety.

We've worked with a lot of service folks in this older house and I have to say that after one visit, Geoff has shot to the top of our list. Highly recommended. :-)

Carlos is very professional and reliable. He was there when he said he would, and completed the job in a timely manner. We requested an electric panel changed, not only did he explain everything he was doing, he let us know in advance what needed to be done.

I called Samson in the morning to get a quote for installing a ceiling fan/light in my living room. The room has tall (11') ceilings and I knew I'd never be able to install it myself. He gave me a quote and came out the same afternoon and completed the installation, including changing the light switch from a dimmer to a standard switch to make sure everything was working okay. Even though the fan was more challenging to install than a typical Home Depot-type ceiling fan (it was a Minka Aire Artemis XLS high-end fan) and he had to change the wall switch, he stood by his original quote, wich was quite reasonable.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Samson and SWL Electric and would definitely use him again.

Pete is absolutely the best! He is always on time, keeps you totally updated about everything while he's doing work for you, and is super quick to respond to any questions you have even after he's done with the work. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done in advance so we were fully aware of what we should expect. AND he came in under budget so we paid even LESS than we were expecting to :D

Tam's did our electrical updates when we first bought our home. One of our main circuit breakers frizzled out during the December storm and we were experiencing blinking lights. We called PG&E who updated all the equipment outside but still the same problem.

We finally had to hire and electrician because now we were losing electricity intermittently. The new electrician came and diagnosed the problem as a burnt circuit breaker. When he pried it out, he asked DH why this breaker was USED? Not only used but broken. The plastic encasement was chipped off. Seriously this was done a little over a decade and we needed to replace it.
