I called these folks a few weeks back to come provide a quote for a bunch of electrical work at my house in New Monterey.... I need a new main panel, light fixtures, 240 volt circuit for dryer, some patio lights... really a bunch of things. A nice lady answered the phone and we scheduled an appointment for 2 PM, three days hence. I had to come home early from work for this appointment but figured it was worth it because they have good reviews. Anyhow, nobody showed up. I called at 3 PM and again at 3:30 PM and nobody answered... very odd. I waited a few days and tried calling again around noon to see if I could schedule another time for my quote, left a voicemail and again no answer and no call back.
Very disappointing experience. This company is obviously very disorganized. I believe many of the positive reviews on here about this company are fake, given my poor experience.

I am a Realtor and I am really particular about who I will recommend.  I needed somebody right away,  which is not often easy to have happen. Mike came when he said he would to my personal home for a leak, fixed that, and proceeded to help me out with another minor issue without an additional charge.  He also gave me a few tips on preventing problems.  He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I definitely endorse him and his company.

I e-mailed Sam at Hi-Tech AV to redo some wiring and correct some blatant mistakes committed by an installer before. Sam showed up the same day evening and gave me a quote in a couple of days. All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.

On the day of the job Sam showed up on time and did a very professional work. He ran into so many surprises but he struck with it and finished a high quality work.
