We had a clog in the main line and the toilet was overflowing when we run the washing machine. Zoom drain came out (free of charge) and gave us a very reasonable quote and fixed the problem within a couple of hours.

Leo answered the phone on a Sunday morning and was at my house within 1.5 hours to clear a main line clog. He was professional and thorough and his price was fair, especially considering it was last minute on a weekend. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. I will definitely call him for any future work. Thanks again Leo!

I've had a number of issues occur over the last couple months (broken water pressure regulator, toilet issues, and backed up sink). Ted has been super helpful and he's a genuinely nice guy. I have zero regrets choosing him over any of the big names. He gives a more personal touch at a super reasonable cost. When my toilet hose cap sheered and nearly flooded my bathroom, he came out to my house at 5:00 am and only took about 10 minutes to get here. He took me to Home Depot, explained what the issues are that I'm dealing with, and didn't mind my questions. Absolutely recommend Ted!

We contracted with Ducks to have a re-piping job done on our house which was built in 1950. At the same time we needed to find and repair a leak in our guest bathroom. This turned out to be no small task, but Alex and Alberto not only rose to the challenge but earned our trust, making us a loyal customer. Because of circumstances they ended up having to create another access point to underneath the house. And then the leak turned out to be a major issue, requiring that the bathtub be removed. Not only are they skilled plumbers but they have mad construction skills as well. They installed a whole new tub, got the walls ready for tiling and got the piping done. The entire time they explained exactly what they were doing and why. They kept in constant communication with us, and showed up on-time for each appointment. The old pipes in the house continued to present problems but they solved each one professionally and quickly.
For one of the jobs he quoted us an amount but told us that if they didn't run into any issues, then the labor might be cheaper. What could have been a day and a half took only one day and true to his work he adjusted his invoice accordingly.
They also repaired a heating problem we had on the first visit. Our former plumbing/heat/ac people took three tries and still never fixed it.
They are very courteous, respectful, completely clean up after they are done with their work and were a joy to do business with.

I had a leak in my below-ground pipes which is a huge issue as it can damage the home's foundation. I called several plumbers and was told that just a consultation would run me anywhere from $125-$600. Then I called Ben and he said he'd only charge me if work needed to be done. He came out, gave me a consultation and estimate for the work, and I hired him immediately.
The business is family owned and operated. The grandfather, uncles and cousins do all the work. They are quick, clean, reliable and honest. They stuck to the price estimate they gave me and did all the work in two days, as promised. They even called to check in a few days after the work was finished to make sure everything was going well!
I could not recommend them more!

Terry came right on time, something that rarely happens in the service industry for various reasons.
We noticed a leak under our kitchen sink a couple of days ago and for the last couple of months we noticed that our guest bathroom toilet wasn't filling up very fast anymore.
1) Kitchen Sink Leak
After a quick inspection, Terry found the leak was part of the retractable faucet head. Seeing that it was a Kohler he mentioned that usually the faucets have a lifetime warranty so to check that first before considering purchasing the replacement parts. WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER. I called up Kohler, gave them the part #, and they're now sending me the part free of charge. Before leaving Terry showed me exactly what to do in order to replace the part after it comes in.
2) Guest Toilet water pressure
After a quick inspection, Terry found that the flumaster (sp?) was clogged and the main reason it wasn't refilling up fast enough. I noticed this was starting to happen to my master bath as well. He told me I could purchase the parts and install it myself, but I didn't want to risk it and asked if he would do the honors. Without hesitation he went to Home Depot found the replacement parts, came back to home, and installed it.
The tips he gave me on what to look for and insights into things I should keep in mind living in a home with no under crawl were an extra bonus.
This was an incredible experience. Greer Family Plumbing deserves all the raves they get on Yelp.

During my home purchase, the home inspector discovered a leak under the master bathroom sink. After the sellers failed to repair it, my realtor said he would send his guy--Erik with Strom's Plumbing. First off, Erik did not show up. He sent his young son, who walked with with a wrench (no tool box, no business card). After he left, the sink still leaked. I called and when Erik said he would send his son, I said I wanted to see his son's plumbing license. Then Erik said he would just show up to prevent the hassle. He took a look at the sink and said he could not see a leak. When I told him that I felt water along the sink hose, he said 'yeah, the hoses might be old. I guess I could replace the hoses, but I don't have that part in my truck. Do you want me to get that part?' Yes, yes I would. He purchased and replaced the hoses and walked out the front door. No closing conversation, nothing. Really frustrating to have to manage the entire process, especially during such a stressful time.

What a difference a day makes. I posted a review just yesterday that wasn't bad, but did relay what I would consider a mediocre experience. I stand by that review as fair and accurate, but this update is a testament to how impressed I am with their follow up and investment in their reputation.
The very next morning, David (the plumber who provided me with the original service) contacted me and even offered to refund the $45 service fee I was charged. He didn't object to anything I said in my review, admitting things could have been better, and offered the refund as a way to make it right.
In my mind, this brings them back to the lofty level I held them before. Abe Lincoln is a company that wants to do better than their competitors, and for the most part they do. I said it in my last review and will again - I still consider them a top plumber in Sacramento.

Tony is fantastic! We needed a bidet installed, and he confirmed our suspicion that our existing toilet was on its last legs. Within just a couple hours, he obtained and installed a new toilet and the bidet. He was fast, extremely professional, and his prices were completely reasonable. A+

We had a rental where shower was dripping heavily while running the bath water. Called Stilwell, received great service at a fair price. We will be using them for all our rentals, when we have a need.

I called Noble plumbing and the plumber came out talking about doing the walls and getting tile on the walls. We just wanted our shower knob fixed, not all this other stuff. I read the Noble plumbing website and it does not mention any of these non-plumbing services this worker mentioned. The worker also never fixed the shower knob.

The service itself was good - they snaked the drain as asked - but the customer service was terrible. They gave me a window of Wednesday 2-4pm. At 4:15 when they hadn't come I called and asked for an update. The gal on the phone said the guys got delayed and asked if they could come at 8am the next day. The plumber came around 8:20am Thursday. Stuff happens but if they couldn't make it during the timeframe they gave me, they should've called me to tell me not to wait around. It was also $120 just to snake one shower drain and the plumber wouldn't take a check, he said they would send a bill. The price seemed high for 10 minutes of work and I would rather have taken care of the payment on the same day. I'm glad to have the drain unclogged but I won't be calling Chet's again.

He was quick responding and did the job on a Saturday without charging an arm and leg.

Martin was very willing to help me with a water heater issues. I called him on a Friday night and he was able to come early Saturday morning to take a look at the heater. He offered me two options, repair or replacement. We decided to replace the unit. He came to my house early on Monday and was there maybe two hours if that. I was able to get into work at a decent hour which makes me happy. I can't even tell that anyone was there doing work, no mess. I had swept up some leaves to clear the path to the heater and he kindly picked them up for me and put them in my green can. Overall very happy with his service and happy to have a plumber I can call! Great pricing!

Hello Able,
Just so you know exterior faucet Bibs are covered Section (E) item (4 - hose bibs covered under contract) as long as part of the original foundation. However your son told me that most likely there are not going to approve!
Certainly they will not approve it because according to the CS rep. @ AHS YOUR TECHNICIAN REPORTED it was an irrigation spout!!!
This is a fraudulent diagnosis this spout has nothing to do with irrigation! Regardless, I will assume that maybe He just didn't want to work. I would like to hear from you today before I have AHS open up an investigation. If you do not care, please don't call me back.
Concerning the sink, ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDED PLUMBER would have removed the small amount of deteriorated Grout on counter top and on lip of sink with a scraper. Probably 5-10 minute fix. The sink IS ALREADY FLUSH and The next only require silicone to seal. And of course Very simple fix!! You have my number.. This is not the first time We had a problem with your technician/son. Not upset because he didn't fix it.. Because he diagnosed the sink as secondary damage which it is due to wear and tear, the grout simply gradually wore down on the sink over the years. Similar to a toilet, the ring wears down on a toilet and the movement causes leaks.. Is Butt movement consider secondary damage or is it wear and tear?
Just because you are contracted by American Home Shield, you are still bound to report accurately by the State of California. When I called you wouldn't even answer the call to address my concerns. So I thought I would give you an honest review.
