These plumbers are amazing!  They are very friendly and quickly explained what might be the issue and the options.  Good pricing too and fast service.  I definitely recommend if you need a plumber!

I had an urgent utility sink backup that Leo and Dennis took care of so quickly! Called on a Sunday at 10:00 pm and they were on-site the next morning at the time they committed to and were so capable. Very reasonably priced!

I want to let everyone know that this company and especially Ted was GREAT!!! He was fast, quick, easy and VERY reasonable.  My water heater died.. I called Ted at 7am and by 12noon had hot water and a new water heater... that didn't break the bank.  THANK YOU TED !! I appreciated all your hard work and being just as kind.

Our A/C went out on Saturday of the first triple digit weekend of the season and Ducks was here Monday to take a look for us. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining what was going on with our compressor to cause a leak and the solution. Not only did he explain, but also took very clear photos (unit is on roof) to show me where the issue was. So happy we called Ducks! Couldn't ask for a more trustworthy, kind, and timely company to call.

I called on 12/16/19 and left a voicemail requesting service.  I never heard back. I called today 12/17 and immediately got an automated text that said,  please text me. So I texted, hey is this the plumbing service? I never recieved a response so these guys are worthless when it comes to communication. If they are busy,  all they have to do is call back and say so. I have a leak in the house and don't have time for messing around.

The number I used was 232-9590. If this isn't their correct number then perhaps they should update it. Lousy way of doing business.

Had some problems with a job that had to be put on hold due to unforeseen circumstances, but the plumber left a pipe just stuffed into the outlet without a slip nut or whatever it's called to keep it tight, so of course it leaked. We did get it worked out eventually but it should not have been left that way in the first place.

We had an emergency and we called reliable plumbers and the response within 10 minutes and come over fixed outer leak under sink. Very reasonable price and awesome attitude. We highly recommend to all. Thank you

During my home purchase, the home inspector discovered a leak under the master bathroom sink.  After the sellers failed to repair it, my realtor said he would send his guy--Erik with Strom's Plumbing.  First off, Erik did not show up.  He sent his young son, who walked with with a wrench (no tool box, no business card).  After he left, the sink still leaked.  I called and when Erik said he would send his son, I said I wanted to see his son's plumbing license.  Then Erik said he would just show up to prevent the hassle.  He took a look at the sink and said he could not see a leak.  When I told him that I felt water along the sink hose, he said 'yeah, the hoses might be old.  I guess I could replace the hoses, but I don't have that part in my truck.  Do you want me to get that part?'  Yes, yes I would.  He purchased and replaced the hoses and walked out the front door.  No closing conversation, nothing.  Really frustrating to have to manage the entire process, especially during such a stressful time.

I called today and they came today.  There was a leak in the outdoor spigot.  They called to let me know they were about 15 minutes away.  Great customer service and friendly.  I texted them a picture of the problem and they gave me a cheaper price than first quoted.  I asked about another plumbing issue and they gave me a quote and said it was up to me.  Not something that needed to be done.  Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.  I will be using Abe Lincoln again if I need other plumbing repairs.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Pat from E & J came out to my house, and he is probably one of the nicest most professional plumbers I have ever dealt with.  He worked diligently on a clog I had in my kitchen sink, and was able to solve my problem with what turned out to be a great amount of effort.  I am truly appreciative, and E & J will definitely receive all of my future business. We called Joe to fix a hot water valve on our shower. He doesn't do the email quotes here. Tried texting first; he never responded. So tried calling talked to him. He showed up around the specified time. He fixed issue we were having, and said it was a simple fix, just a screw needed to be replaced. One of the issues we were having it fixed (the hot water doesn't cut out abruptly) but shower still drips (he'd said the dripping would stop when the valve was fixed). Also the hot water continues to drop pressure, though it doesn't cut out all the way as before. So it's better but not sure it's totally fixed. He's competetant I'm sure but he came at the end of the day and seemed in a hurry to get done. He was here maybe 10 minutes. Cost was $120. Hasn't called us back about the dripping.

Scheduled Noble Plumbing on Dec 14, 2020 for a leaking bathtub faucet. Showed up on time 8:30 am.  It was a JOKE from start to finish.  Technician
Brian, did not bring in the proper tools, changed out the stem and the cold water faucet knob, still leaking, knob spun around while you tried to open or close faucet, he claimed it will do this.  I do not think so. Then he asked me to show him the water main location so he could turn the water on, I led him to the rear alley to show him, and wait he did not have his tool  to turn water main on.  Then he claimed it was all working properly.  Still leaking same as before, knob still  spinning around.                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                 Next day 15th another technician Vince came out claimed that prior tech., did  the right job and that the knob will spin around, again I do not think so.  Same technician  informed  &  advised to tear out the whole plumbing hardware and replace at a cost of $750.00 dollars ( including tile shower wall)  I do not think so.  I replied that you do not need to teat out the tile shower wall, that there is a crawl space you can stand up in behind the hallway linen closet, his reply we charge $125.00 to estimate if we can access in that space, again I do not think so.

Scheduled Valley View Plumbing -- Scott came out reviewed the situation, replaced the stem which was incorrect to begin with, and remedied the problem.  NO LEAKING whatsoever.

He was friendly, courteous, and effective and worked clean  in a timely matter.  An the rate was no where near the amount Noble Plumbing charged they billed me @$300.00 for some crap work they call fixing it.   Explained to Scott  what Noble Plumbing suggested he could not believe it.  
Already recommended Scott to our neighbor.

Service and communication is terrible.  Office staff is not organized and fails to follow through with phone messages left by customers.  Billing is another problem as I had called in to pay my bill over the phone with my credit card and then ended up getting a collection letter.

Very nice young man who arrived when he said he would. Then proceeded to accomplish the task as required. More than satisfied with his work and ability! He cleaned up and was on his way. He charged a reasonable fee and was very pleasant. I recommend him highly.

Really pleased with service to install va tankless water heater. Got quotes for both types and went ahead with work. It took the whole morning to install in garage, but all done and no problems.

Been waiting for a callback with a home warranty company for 20 hours..... He doesn't deserve to be in business!!!!!
