VanGo Rooter was amazing! They are friendly, professional, quick, and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience with a plumbing service on Tuesday(they did not correct the issue as well as would not call me back). After contacting our home insurance they stated that the company reported we needed a new toilet(Wednesday) smh. I knew that this was not correct. After requesting a second opinion, they stated they couldn't get a second opinion out until the following week on Monday.

After this I decided to find a company on my own(Thursday).
Then my stress less experience began with VanGo.
They called me back with 5 minutes, and were in our home within the hour to give us a free estimate.
They fixed the backed up toilet within 10 minutes(if that), the same day, for a great price!
I will NEVER go to anyone else for our plumbing issues!

JC Sewer & Plumbing were recommended to me by someone who had used their services and were very pleased with the work they had done. Just had a great experience with Snappy Rooter.  Mike and Shane got to my home early (they called to confirm I was available first), diagnosed the problem immediately and cleared the clog in minutes.  I think the whole endeavor took less than 30 minutes!

I've used plumbers before to clear a line and they took much longer and were much more expensive.  Thanks Snappy!!!

I highly recommend Draintech. Kaelin was very responsive, timely, friendly and professional. He did a great job installing two new toilets. Not only did he pick them up which made it extremely convenient for me, he did it at no extra charge. In addition, the rate for the job was totally reasonable. When there was a manufacturer problem with the toilet, he took over dealing with the warranty and was super responsive in communicating with me about the issue and giving me options. Great customer service. Thank you Draintech! I will definitely contact you again for any future projects.

Randy Fowler came to our home to repair a leaking shower and charged $150.00 we payed Randy.  The part he used started to leak in 2 weeks. When we called him back and he wanted $90 to replace part he installed less than two weeks prior.  When talking to him the first time he seemed very nice and honest.  It's sad we can't trust repair people in our own community. :-)

Firstly, they answered the phone. I hate having to call and leave messages and wait for the call back. They were willing to come out quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was reasonable. Im very satisfied with their service.

Peter of P J Plumbing is great.  In addition to doing very professional plumbing work, he is very honest and reasonable with his pricing, he's very knowledgeable, and is an overall great guy.  He is the guy you want to have fixing any of your plumbing problems.  

We had him out to replace multiple old soldered defective house shutoff valves that wouldn't shut off.  In addition to doing a good job replacing the valves, while he was in there he thoughtfully suggested adding an additional shutoff valve to the house so we could shut off the water inside the house while we were on a vacation, while still keeping the outside watering turned on.  

You get to feel that he's really looking out for the best interests of his customers.  In our case he also saw and made recommendations for fixing some other things in our house that would eventually cause us plumbing problems down the line, some of which he suggested we could fix ourselves (i.e. a lower quality ice maker hose that would eventually burst later on, etc.).  

Because a lot of people like him and his work (my neighbor told me about him) he's often in high demand, and sometimes it takes a little while before you can get onto his schedule.  If you really need someone fast and he can't get to you quickly he'll refer you to someone else good who can help you (as he did for us previously when we had a water regulator burst and we needed to have it fixed that same day).  This is another example of how he really cares about people, even when won't be making any money off of it.

A good company and a good guy.  I highly recommend him.

Extremely disappointed. Lee's comes so highly recommended and a good friend of mine has a relative that has worked for the company for years so it was a no brainer when we decided to have our AC unit serviced.  We just bought this house a month ago so we wanted to make sure the air wouldn't give out on us during a heat wave. It's always blown cold air, but in these heat waves it has a hard time keeping up with the thermostat.

First they were late. It's summer time in Fresno so I figured they're really busy and didn't mind. An hour after our window passed and my husband reaches out just to make sure they were still coming. They let us know our technician/specialist is running late and he should've contacted us.

He arrives and gets to work. Tells us there's no leaks but the unit is older so he recommends replacing it. We could also recharge it but he doesn't recommend that and doesn't have the Freon so we would have to schedule another appointment for that. We explained we would like to think our options over and we'd get back to him.

Not even an hour passes and our AC is now blowing out warm air. We reset the thermostat and waited it out. This morning we decided to reach back out and see if we could get some help or understanding why our unit is in worse condition than before it was serviced. We got the run around all morning long. We were told it has a leak, then a micro leak that can't be detected, even though the technician said there were no leaks. Then we get a call from him saying that if we wanted him to check for leaks it would've been an extra charge which wasn't explained when he was here and also confuses me further since he told us we didn't have leaks. My husband asked if it was possible for refrigerant to leak out when he tested the levels and he said no because it was sealed and he made sure to replace any refrigerant lost. But I thought he didn't have refrigerant with him? They clearly weren't going to do anything about this so we gave up with them.

We went to go look at the AC unit in the backyard to see if anything was off and noticed the coils are now freezing over which also was never a problem before it was serviced.  It felt like they were trying to force our hands to pay for extra services. When we contacted them this morning, I wasn't expecting them to refund us or get extra services for free. I just wanted my AC back to the working order it was in before they touched it.

Do yourself a favor and go to literally anyone else.

PLEASE USE THIS GUY!!! Jonas is the very best. Smart, reliable and as my Dad put it, A real balls-to-the-wall plumber. Don't waste your time with those rooter folks if you have a plumbing issue just call Jonas. He did a wonderful job locating the problem(s) in my home and gave his honest opinion on what should be done to fix them. Let's face it, plumbing issues are expensive, but when you have someone who is well (overly) qualified to do the job, it really doesn't matter. Jonas also offers competitive pricing. I called three other shops for estimates and got another estimate over the phone for a total of four. His were the best!

I got a new HVAC system in my home last year.  We noticed that there was too much air going into one bedroom, and that a wall in that bedroom was very hot when the heater was on.  This hot wall condition existed before Bell Brothers put in the new system.  They came out to look into our issues. They adjusted the damper to the room that was getting too much air.  They discovered that a disconnected duct in a wall was causing the hot wall.

I had new duct work installed by another contractor (Royce, now out of business) about 6 years ago, so I did not get new ducts when I got the system from Bell Brothers last year.  I figured I would have to pay something for Bell to come back and reconnect the duct.  I was pleasantly surprised when they fixed it for me at no charge, part of their no surprise guarantee.  The repair required cutting a hole in the drywall to get to the duct.  After repairing the duct, they repaired the drywall, and you would never even know that there was a hole there a few hours earlier.

I'm very pleased with Bell Brothers and would recommend them for HVAC work.  Excellent employees, very professional and polite.  5 stars, A+!!!
