Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Oly came over and sorted out what needed to be done. He took care of it quickly and the price for the work was lower than I expected.I will be using him next time I need help with my plumbing for sure.

After seeing several great reviews on Yelp and noticing how Colin responded right away to their questions or concerns, I felt good about trusting him to be concerned about a leak in my pool line  as well. Colin fit me in to his schedule the same day and helped me make the best decision for my particular situation. My hot water heater was leaking and spewing hot water over everything in the garage on a Saturday at 4pm. No other plumber was willing to come only Manneh. He showed up and had it all fixed in less than an hour and even offered to check any other plumbing issues we had all for one low price! What a class act! Thanks Manneh! You were awesome!

Great service! I am super pleased with the work Joey did to add a Fridge line. My rental was built in the 1950s and it did not have a fridge line. Joey gave me a good price. He was very knowledgeable, gave me certain options that I can go with. I am a landlord and I recommend him if you need plumbing work done.

I called Boyd Plumbing for some minor things around my house.  I needed two bathroom faucets changed out and a new sink installed and a hose bib replaced.  With me supplying all of the parts (faucets, sink and hose bib) the estimate came to $1,113.00!  The estimate for the hose bib was $137.38.  This is a screw on hose bib - no soldering needed.  I went to Ace hardware and bought the parts and some plumbers tape ($14.40) and fixed it myself in less than 3 minutes.  How do they justify that price?  I think they saw a single senior woman and decided that I was an easy mark.  I think is is despicable!  I will still need a plumber for the other items, buit it will absolutely NOT be boyd's plumbing!

I came home to a flooded downstairs bathroom, an angry boyfriend, and my nice towels are now covered in . We tried unclogging the toilet ourselves and even went out and got a new plunger...it didn't work. We called late in the afternoon and everyone was telling us Wednesday would be earliest they could come help us. We had to turn off all the water to the house because the water just kept coming out of the toilet bowl. We called Ken from A Better Plumbing Company and he said he we be out tonight! The price was fair and we said okay. He came out at 8pm and didn't leave until the water was back on and the toilet fixed! He was kind, professional, and fair.  I definitely will be calling him for any future plumbing needs. Thank you so much!!

So far they are a 5 in my book.  I actually live in NY and find it very hard to find help on my rentals in the Valley.  I found these folks on Yelp.  They weren't able to help me but actually the person I spoke to went out of his way to refer me to someone that works on appliances which I found very nice.  He actually sent me a text of the name of the company.  This makes me miss Fresno!

On July 1, I contacted Ace Hardware located in Greenhaven to see if they had a reference for a plumber.  Charles Washington was recommended for the job.  I called Charles and left a message and within 30 minutes I received a callback.  We discussed and agreed upon the cost to replace the toilet valve system.  

Charles came by at the proposed time the next day.  I appreciated that he uses shoe booties, because I don't wear street shoes on my floors and carpets!  In addition to the toilet repair, I asked Charles if he wouldn't mind replacing a garbage disposer, although I'm sure he wasn't expecting more work on his day off!  We looked up some disposer options and settled on one.  I was provided the receipt, and there was no upcharge for the unit.  

I, now, have a fully functioning toilet, and a properly installed garbage disposer.  Prior to the disposer install, Charles pointed out that the existing disposer was incorrectly attached to the sink, which is why there was water damage to the under sink cabinet floor.  It is nice to have someone that knows their craft, and to be able to provide knowledgeable and superior service!  It took roughly 2 hours from start to finish, which included travel to pick up the parts.  

I'm happy and very satisfied with the price and services that Charles provided.  He is very professional and super friendly!  I will definitely contact Charles if I need any plumbing services in the future!

Decided to replace our 20+ year old water heater before it failed. Yesterday morning, Friday,  I had instant hot water anywhere in the house. Paid $2200 dollars for a new 50 gallon water heater. After 4 hours of work, the new water heater is installed. We now have no hot water. The tech has no explanation, and told me he will try and get back to me next week, but he is very busy. I have no idea when or if the problem will be fixed. Just ran the water in my kitchen sink for 5 minutes - no hot water. You be the judge.....I think I chose the wrong company.  I have another plumber coming out tomorrow ( Sunday ) , to try and get us some hot water.

From the moment I called Garza Plumbing & Building my entire experience was nothing but honest, courteous,  knowledgeable, and was above and beyond my expectations. I had a broken water pipe somewhere in the house all I know is everything was flooding!!! I called and the office staff was nothing but kind to calm my nerves and direct me what I needed to do. I called my homeowners insurance and they informed me that they would only cover my damages using a licensed and bonded company to repair my plumbing issues and damages. Thank goodness I didn't just use a handyman to cut corners I would've been stuck with bill!!! Garza Co with a crew showed up looking nothing but professional and ready to go. Mr. Garza explained to me what needed to be done. My home was a disaster at 8am and I saw a miracle by 4pm! These guys were detail oriented, they were even meticulous about cleaning and sweeping the areas where they were working!!!! I was so happy and pleased no wonder these guys are trusted by the community for over 45yrs!!! I will use them for any problem that arises in the future. We are thinking about remolding a bathroom and I know who I will call.
