Quick response, good communication, and best price among 3 bids. They were creative in installing a couple of outdoor outlets and I think looked better than what the other bids recommended.  It looks good and works as wanted.

Highly recommend Right Way Lighting!!! Their quote was reasonable and they offered lighting recommendations, which we appreciated. They were accommodating when we had some changes the day of the job, and we were thankful for their flexibility.

Laurence was outstanding!  First of all, he answered the phone on a Sunday.  All others say they are open but no one answers.  Upon trouble shooting the issue on the phone he thought a service call was needed and explained pricing differences between Sunday and Monday.  Slightly more on Sunday but said he would come.  I decided it could wait and made the appointment for Monday morning.  Before hanging-up, in a Columbo (Peter Faulk) like way, he asked me to try one more thing.  Wha-Hoo - it worked.  I wanted to pay him for his time on the phone but he said no and was just happy it worked.  Outstanding service and a real gentleman.

Another good job. My circuit breakers were shutting off. George came by as promised, tracked down the problem and provided a quick solution. Very reasonable pricing.

Responsiveness through Yelp was excellent to schedule the appointment and provide initial cost estimates. Zach from Zapp replaced two 30 year old outlets and repaired a switch. He explained what changes were needed and worked quickly to solve the issues. I'd have no hesitation to engage Zapp again.

We've used Randy for many projects over the years and he has always been great to work with. I recently installed a hot tub and needed to run a new line from my electrical panel. He did an awesome job. He also came back 6 months later when a breaker failed(Manufacturer Issue, not install) and took care of it at no cost. I've referred him to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Very happy we found Robert.  He does an outstanding job - and a pleasure to work with.  He did a wonderful job with our kitchen cabinets; adjusting them to fit our new appliances and also put up our new lights.  Just a great, prefessional and talented guy.  Would have him over for any future needs!!

I called a half dozen electricians and got 3 bids.  Everyone but John tried to oversell me.  John gave me what I needed and at an absolutely reasonable price.  Even more, he was much smarter and more personable than all the rest.  I've worked with a dozen electricians in my day and John is at the top of the list.  Excellent quality and dependable people are tough to come by in the construction trade -- John is one of them!

I used Smith Electrical to install a wall charger for my new Tesla and could not be more satisfied with the service.  

I initially tried another recommended contractor, who asked for a picture of my electrical panel and quickly asserted that I needed a new panel and referred me to SDG&E.  I submitted an online survey, waited for a week or so, only to find out that SDG&E would be out to survey my panel in four weeks or so.  At this point, I called Smith Electrical.

I got an appointment within 2-3 days where an electrician came out to complete a load survey.  He took a look at the panel and then carefully recorded the power requirements of the big appliances in my house (A/C, refrigerator, pool equipment, etc).  As it turns out, there is plenty of capacity in my existing panel and only needed to reorganize the circuit breakers to make room.  I had an appointment within a week for the installation.

On install day, the electrician (Joseph) arrived early which was not a problem for me.  He quickly had the wall charger installed, re-labeled the breakers with the new layout, arranged the inspection for the same time slot, and completed the job in less than two hours.  Joseph was very professional and having installed many Tesla wall chargers, was very competent and did a great job.

I'm impressed with Smith Electrical and will definitely consider them again for future electrical work.

I created a Yelp account because I wanted to rave about Emerald Pacific Electric. After receiving my home inspection report I realized I needed to hire the best and I was fortunate to come across this company. Frank thoroughly examined my home's electrical system and explained what needed to be addressed and the reasoning behind it. I asked him tons of questions and he gladly answered them. Never for a second did he hesitate to explain things whereas other companies did. I kid you not, I spoke to over 10 electricians and no one instilled the confidence in me like Emerald Pacific Electric. Frank and everyone at Emerald Pacific are knowledgeable and professional.

The work completed on May 10, 2017 includes but is not limited to the following: created dedicated circuits, rewire dangerous garage wiring, fixture installations, panel clean up (don't know the correct terminology).

Also, you will get a bid right on the spot which is very convenient instead of having to wait for days for a price. Scheduling was flexible. Cost was excellent. Service was phenomenal.

We only call ACE electric with our issues (we have lived in two old houses and both have had electric problems). They are so kind and they know their stuff! Also, they're clean!  The last guy who came had a small dustpan and brush and cleaned up after himself. It was wonderful.

Carlos replaced our front motion sensor light and he was awesome! Showed up he said, friendly & professional and remembered to text me instead of knocking on the door so that my dog wouldn't freak out.

He actually went to Home Depot to get a new light for us (payed for his time of course). That's top-notch service right there!

The job was a little trickier than we previously thought, and he tried several different things to finally make it work. Added bonus is that my dog likes him.

Happy to find an electrician we can trust.

Sasha took a project for which it was difficult to even get others to bid, and did everything in his power to push us over the finish line.  Highly recommend!
