These guys are awesome!  Great prices and quality work.  They finished on the same day and it took them less than 4 hours to get the whole thing!!  They dry walled up the recessed location where the florescent bulbs used to be and installed the cool looking can lights in the pic. Totally stoked!  Great work!

The absolute BEST prices in San Diego. We got 8 recess lighting fixtures installed in my home for kitchen and dining room, and alex electric was amazing. The technicians Guillermo & Oscar came out and did a phenomenal job and were very curious and cleaned up after they were done. I shopped around and got numerous quotes and I was getting some outrageous quotes to just replace the dimmer plates (we already had dimmers installed) and they included it in the job. Did not try to nickel and dime me and did an AMAZING JOB! Will def be calling them for all future electrical work.

I have used this electrician multiple times over the years. He provided a very fair and accurate quote ahead of time if you like. He will also troubleshoot with you to save you time, more net, and possibly even a visit. He is very good at troubleshooting, repairing, and installing. Has done indoor and outdoor lights for us, fixed electrical outlets, and other work around the house. Shows up on time for appointment. Definitely would recommend.

George showed up right at the time he said he would and he texted me first when he was on his way.  He quickly fixed my 15 amp circuit breakers and then explained why I was having my electric problems in the first place, which was due to the way my home was originally wired with multiple outlets on 15 amp breakers.   George told me that he could easily upgrade my wiring with 20 amp GFI outlets and he gave me an estimate which was more than fair so I had him run new wiring for added outlets in my office, in my kids rooms and another for my extra appliances in the garage.  His crew cleaned up as if they were never here and all is working great.  The work completed was professional and the materials he used were of good quality.  I recommend using Hi Power Electric....

There is a reason their yelp reviews are this good. I called to get a quote on installing a dedicated outlet for charging our Tesla and got a call back quickly. They were super friendly and helpful and got me a quote within minutes. They worked with me on scheduling and they came out only 3 days later to get the work done. I was a bit concerned when I started thinking about location after the quote because I was worried about rain but sure enough they had already planned on installing a very high quality weather proof box instead of the cheap junk a lesser electrician would've used. Their quote was very reasonable and they did outstanding work. We couldn't be any happier with their work, their customer service, or their pricing and we will only use them in the future.

The quality of customer service and workmanship was excellent. From the very start to the finished project.  They sent someone right away to look at my project, which was adding fans and recessed lighting, changing out some light fixtures.  I received a quote the next day, their prices are very reasonable.  They were right on time to start, did everything exactly how they said they were going to do it. They cleaned up and left everything perfect. I am extremely pleased with their work, I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

As a single mom with 3 kids, I can say that Collier Electric is the only way to go for all your electrical issues.  Not only are the fast and reliable, they are reasonable and professional.  I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Robert has been building my product line of repurposed shelves and other display fixtures since mid-December, and has always come through on my weekly deadlines so that I can ship in a timely manner. Courteous and listens well, he's also good at suggesting options when we discuss projects and is keen on knowing how to use any leftover wood. Six Stars!

John came to our house and quickly resolved a problem that had befuddled three prior electricians who were unable to fix the problem.  No BS with this guy - he is the real deal!!  He did a great job and charged a reasonable rate.  I will call him again.

These guys did a service upgrade to 200 amps on my home. They did a great job. It was on time and looked great. 6 months after the work was done I got a letter from the city saying the permit had not had its final done and would require a new permit to be paid for because the first one had expired. When I called Smith electric they said they would take care of everything within a week and they did. They sent me a copy of the permit signed off by the city when it was all final and completed with the city done. These guys ROCK and I will use them again.

I called Richard  and he was great he helped me over the phone it was a Holiday and he still took his time to help me..   Thanks again Richard!  If you need service from someone who actually cares and is an  honest person you know who to call!

Family First Solars really made the decision on getting solars on our new home so easy. Anthony was very trust worthy and made us feel comfortable when purchasing solars. We didn't know much about them in the beginning, however he explained so thoroughly what they were and how much we would benefit from them. Taking into consideration we have a swimming pool and kids, it was one of the best decisions we have made thus far with our new home. To top everything off any questions we come across Anthony still is there even after the sale! I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great. From talking to Chris on the phone to John, Sean and Frank who've come out - they have all been fantastic to work with. They are my go-to guys for electrical work in San Diego.

I had Ace Electric out a this week to replace a switch box and install a chandelier in my stairwell. Mike was the electrician that came out and was right on time and a very njce young man. Cleaned up after job was done and a very fair price. Would definitely use them again.

I got quotes from three different electricians that were all highly recommended on Yelp, but I went with Checo Electric, I c because not only were they the only ones that came out in-person to get a visual of the work requested, but they were also the best priced. I had 4 ceiling fans and one pendent light fixture replaced. I was quite happy with the results. Only downside is they didn't do disposal/recycling of the old ceiling fans and pendent light, but I was able to drive out to Miramar to get them recycled. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything and I would use them again.

We called Sasha looking for an estimate on a large project, including replacing old deteriorated wiring throughout our home, adding necessary kitchen circuits, and wiring up our detached garage.  Within minutes of meeting him, he had made a great impression on us.  We found him professional and very relatable.  Sasha quote was very reasonable and inline with our expectations.

Once starting the job, Sasha always listened to our concerns and answered our questions throughout.  He gave us some additional options (like under-cabinet lighting in our kitchen) that fit in perfectly with our design objectives without unnecessarily up-selling.  The job was a multi-step process requiring Sasha to work with our schedule and timeline.  He was accommodating and always pleasant when he was working in our home.  He was very attentive to removing trash and debris, often leaving the worksite cleaner than he found it.

The only negative that we can come up with is that now that the project is complete...there will be no more visits with Sasha!
