Had an electrical issue that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. Contacted several electricians and Primo's was the first to respond. I explained what was going on and he gave me a quote and appointment for the next day. Jose was very polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer my questions before he started to work. The diagnosis and repairs were completed in under a hour and for less than what I was quoted! Thanks Jose for your quality work and true professionalism!

Great work from Chris and Justin who took care of my dual meter and 200amp service upgrade project for my rental property that I added a detached ADU. They did all the scheduling with SDG&E and city inspector. Their work passed the city inspection and now I got my 2 meters and a subpanel inside the garage that they transferred all the circuit from the old panel. They also gave me the lowest bid out of 5 contractors I contacted. Very professional and have all the materials ready when all the other contractors telling me that what I needed for the project are backordered. Will definitely use them again for any future electrical projects. Thank you again to Chris and Justin!

Technician arrived on time and was polite and professional. Did a great job and was respectful of my time and my house. Would highly recommend. My new lights look awesome! Thanks Kevin and team!

Having used Point Loma Electric in the past we felt good about calling them for a plumbing problem....a toilet needed to be reset, a basic bread and butter job for any plumber. Brandon Moreno was the plumber they sent and he appeared pleasant, capable and knowledgeable, quoting the job at $435, a fair price. . My husband was a former contractor (retired) and had done jobs like this on our previous homes and rental properties. When Brandon removed the toilet he found that the flange was broken and left to buy a replacement. He had problems finding one and After an hour he came back and said he would have to increase the price to $1,000 plus. When we objected he called the company owner and they reduced it to something in the $750 range, still too high for us. We had to say no, the price was almost double what it should have been. We called another plumber, highly rated, they came out and fixed it today, including replacing the flange, for a total price of $400. They were in and out within 40 minutes, job completed as promised. We will never call Point Loma Electric and Plumbing again, and suggest you look for other options. In reading several the other reviews this up-pricing and gouging seems to be characteristic of this company

Services used: Emergency Tennant electrical diagnosis, new circuits, outlets, lighting and switches.
Luke of LTE electrical is very underrated on yelp. Found him through another website for Emergency electrical services on a Sunday afternoon. My Tennant had blown something, by plugging a hotplate, microwave, fridge and light into one outlet in additional to all the other crap she had in her room, TV, Playstation chargers. Etc which were in fact on the same circuit.
Luke came up with a solution to run a new circuit to the room and run a new neutral to whatever my Tennant messed up electrical wise.. because I had seen a trustable and professional quality in him, I decided to add an additional project of adding circuits, outlets and lighting to an adjacent patio extension.
A great choice to go with LTE electrical, luke does professional commercial quality electrical work for residential projects. Highly recommend for professional electrical services as electrical work is not recommended for DIYers- Hire a professional!

James is 5+ stars! On time, clean, considerate, fast, very experienced. He gives practical recommendations on what work should be done. On top of all that, he is friendly and kind. I have had 2 electrical projects completed in the last few years and look forward to more in the future.

I am impressed! They were on time and prompt, gave excellent service. Had two small electrical tasks. Contacted Green Electric Solutions, who responded very quickly and was able to schedule the work for the next week. When the electrician arrived, he was able to perform the work and clean up his work area (super grateful for that). Very pleased with the experience.

Greg was great, he was referred to me by a friend. I needed a motion sensor light, two new exterior outlets on a switch and a breaker for my hot tub with it also re-wired for 220. He was able to complete the job on time and for the quoted price. The hard part for me was placement, I did not know where was best and why it would be best. Greg gave me a few options and we went with the first idea. This is where his skill and knowledge is invaluable. I will use him again when we start our kitchen remodel.

Great quality at a good price. I had David re-wire my entire 1925 house over 8 years ago and I have had no issues over those 8 years. David was great about working through my job changes and always explained my options and the pro/con of each option.

Ramon did a fantastic job installing an outlet for our dryer and an ev charging outlet. His professionalism, attention to detail and communication were all superb. He will for sure be my go to guy for all of my electrical needs.

I've had two EVs for almost 10 years and recently bought a third one.
I was reading an article that many NEMA 14-50 plug installs are not adequate for the continuous nightly draw we EV owners place on them and called Edward.
Edward knew exactly what I was talking about and my concerns since his primary Business is EV charging installation.
He was very accommodating, making time in his schedule to come out and look at my previous installation.
He was reasonable, noting that one of my plugs was installed well, and we just replaced the actual socket for a better one at a nominal fee.
As for my second NEMA 14-50 socket, I was shocked to find that indeed it had started to melt and needed to be replaced.
We decided to place a dedicated charger for my second vehicle, and I found his pricing very reasonable.
I would highly recommend that everyone who has an electric vehicle, makes sure that their install was done properly and not with inexpensive parts meant to be used an hour or two a week. EVs put a huge work load on the wiring and sockets and a bad install is highly likely to fail from heat and arcing leading to
a risk of fire.
If you think of all the money you pay for house insurance, calling Edward out is a small amount of money for peace of mind.

These guys are legit. I recently moved into a new house and bought a pool table for the loft. It didn't have sufficient lighting at all, so I had lamps surrounding the table, but it did not give a game room effect, plus while playing you would see shadows on the balls. I went and bought a pool table light and these guys hard wired it to the switch and mounted it in place evenly and with the proper height. Real clean work and they made sure any mess made was cleaned up. Would definitely use them again. I thought the job was a little on the pricey side, but after getting a few quotes it seemed like that was the going rate for the job. And they were able to get it done early Sunday morning on short notice.

Highly recommend! Thank you for the quick response and great job! I needed my main breaker replaced ASAP. Linden understood the problem needed to be dealt with quickly and came out ASAP. Very professional, competent and fairly priced. I also like the fact they are a family owned and operated business.

Enrique showed up as planned, at short notice and was fabulous. He trouble shot the problems quickly and successfully with the 3 thermostats needing to be swapped out. He was very friendly yet professional. Worked fast for the flat rate quote he gave.
No extras charges, no oh dear, this is going to be me work than expected that we all have heard. A+++ for attitude, professionalism, speed and technical knowledge.
Very happy customer - Suzanne P.

I've had the same general contractor for 12 years but found out he retired the last time I reached out to him for a quote. He referred me to Tom Horton for the 220 volt wiring quote I needed to setup a second clothes dryer at home. Tom was communicative, punctual, professional and friendly. The job turned out to be something simple and Tom took care of us right then and there. He hooked us up! Thanks so much Tom! You're our go to electrician from here on out. I highly recommended Horton Electric!

CLD came did two jobs for me. The first one went well. The second job request was for my home. Two breakers where replaced 840.00. I approved the work and the electrician replaced them however two weeks later the circuits where out again. I called another electrician who came out replaced the two circuits again, and also the buzz bar, that needed replacement. The total was 531.00. A much better deal and a better outcome.
