If you're looking for a great, honest and hard working electrician, then Romo from E.R. Electric is guy to call.  Day or night, he is there to take care of your electrical needs.  We had a major electrical meltdown at our work Thursday night, right before the Labor Day weekend.  The main panel in our suite blew, caused a small electrical fire and fried the other 2 panels as well. We did a search on our iPhone for a 24 hr electrician and we were fortunate to find Romo from E.R. Electric.  

We spoke with Romo at 10:00 pm that night and he said he would be at our place within an 1 hr.  He was there in 45 mins.  He accessed our situation, which was grave, but his positive attitude put us at ease and we knew we were in good hands.  Romo told us he would get our electrical up and running the next morning with a temporary fix.

The next morning, Romo was there looking over the panels, and had us up and running with a temporary fix until he could get the parts he needed after the holiday weekend.  After he looked at everything, he told us that the whole electrical system would have to be replaced.  The quote he gave us to replace our electrical was fair and honest.

The work he and his crew (Julian, Paul, & Gabriel) did was outstanding!  Romo and his guys worked fast, efficient and the job (which was quality craftsmanship) that was done could have been a picture in a text book of this is how it should always look.  The wiring in the fuse boxes were a work of art in our opinion.  After he and his crew were done for the day, they would clean up the area and organize for the next day.  Romo also took time out to meet with our insurance adjuster to go over all the electrical and explain what he did and why.  

There are so many great things to say about Romo and E.R. Electric.  To sum it up, Romo goes above and beyond expectations and the work he does is exceptional.  He is an honest and hard working guy with a great attitude who wants to do the best job he can and it shows in everything he does.  If anyone asks us if we know of a great electrician, we would say, Give Romo a call at E.R. Electric.  You'll be happy you did.  I know we are :-)

Primo is the man! Set up a 50 amp connection to my RV. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Chris is very professional and an excellent electrician.  I am glad I found him.  I won't use any other electrician for electrical needs.  He was very good.

THE BEST.I usually dont go overboard complementing a business, but this time I'm going all out and say they are the best service company I've dealt with. Jose came at 8;30  in the morning and stayed there the whole day fixing and redoing things I wanted done and he took care of everything. He was friendly, respectful, and professional. He  also knew what he was doing and improvised on things that were hard to fix. I spoke previously to the owner on the phone and he is equally polite. Their prices are reasonable too. They have my business as long they are in business.

These guys are great! I called Kevin about replacing the bathroom exhaust fan that had damaged ceiling surrounding it. He advised me to install the fan first in order not to damage the new drywall and gave me other recommendations that other electricians failed to mention. He scheduled  Josh to come out two days later. Josh came on time and did the job in about an hour. I highly recommend this company! Thanks Kevin and Josh!

Pt. Loma Electric gets no stars from me.  Unfortunately, I am forrced to leave a star.  I am a very disappointed, mishandled cuustomer.    Had an appointment on July 18 for repair on my attic fan as well as discussing flood light installation.  I was assigned an 8 am to 12 pm window.  I waited till 11:30 am, no Pt. Loma Electric.  Called, was told electriicians called in sick, as well as, there had been an emergency so they were behind.  At 1:15 they callled me to say they would be at my home at 2 pm.  That was too late for me as I had other business to attend to.   We recheduled to July 27.  I was told since I rescheduled, my time to wait would be 9 am to ll am.  What a mess that day was.  First of all they never called me on their own volition until I got so disgusted I asked for updates every 15 minutes.  They called me once in 2:30 hrs.  Same excuse, there was a fire.  I told them my time was worth something and I had business to take care of.  Twice I was told electrician was finidhing up.    One of my calls I was told electrician was finishing up and would be st my home at 1:00, two hours past the window.  He did not arrive.  I called Pt. Loma Electric, asked to speak to owner.  Mgr offered me $50 off, than $100.00 for inconvenience.  I told him I'd rather have the electrician get to me near on time.  I was not happy with the runaround TWICE.  So called electrician was supposed to be very near my home, mgr canceled my appointment at 1:30 pm.

Pt Loma Electric admitted they could not get electricians when I suggested he hire more.  My thought is Pt. Loma Electric knowingly over schedules their electricians and they cannot get to us in time promised.

Total, two appointments I waited 10.5 hours for them to show up.  Very rude of Pt. Loma Electric to have their customers wait so many hours.

I will never recomend Pt. Loma Electric, will discourage anyone who thinks they may want to do busines with Pt. Loma Electric to include my NEXT DOOR website which gets to 4490 homes and 14 more communities.

Called LTE because I smelled something burning in my home. Went out to garage and found that the lights would not turn off. After a bit of investigating I finally called the first company closest to where I was staying. He responded to me within 30 min and walked me through different suggestions. Honestly, I had him going down a rabbit hole with my description and thoughts. He quickly figured out that I had a short in one of my switched and had me shut the breaker off. To some this is a no brainer. To me I would have had a three alarm fire in my home due to ignorance. LTE came out first thing in the morning, small charge and had me fixed and good to go within about 10 minutes. He was super professional and helpful. Prices are reasonable and solid work  I highly recommend

Excellent service from James. Very efficient and detail oriented professional. Attentive to the customer's needs, listens carefully and makes clever suggestions when appropriate. Doesn't mind to make alterations to the scope of work on the fly. Installed a bunch of recessed lights in the kitchen, a ceiling fan, a couple of bathroom fixtures, moved a few outlets, all within a day. After the electrical work was finished, patched and re-textured the drywall surrounding the work area - looks untouched. A bit tough to get a hold of, but work quality is top notch and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Honest professional, trustworthy and extremely knowledgable.  Found James on Yelp reading other reviews.  We needed light sockets and switches moved and reinstalled under our kitchen cabinets.  James was honest, and basically talked himself out of a high paying job.  We decided to save the money and on his recommendation, install nicer light switches and sockets.  He also rewired a 40 AMP circuit for our new oven.  If you're looking for a fair, experienced electrician, James is the guy.

I had a project involving updating the lighting in my living room, and am extremely satisfied with the job that green electric solution did. They were prompt in responding to all questions I had during the estimate, and were flexible in scheduling on a day that best aligned with our schedule.

The electricians arrived on time on the day of the job, despite the terrible weather. They managed to complete the work in less time than originally projected, and under the original estimate. (WOO HOO FOR US)

I needed an electrical outlet installed in the garage for an additional freezer and Greg did an amazing job.  The outlet and circuit breaker were handled great, but he also (offered to and) helped me move the freezer into place and noticed the electrical plug on the freezer was bent extremely out of place, and straightened it out, plugged it in to see that it worked. Professional, great work ethic, and highly recommended, I will definitely call again for future electrical needs.

We have used David for many, many electrical projects at the church and he has given us outstanding and affordable service. He is always truthful and diligent.  I highly recommend him.

Ended up going a different vendor, however Ramon is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. We came extremely close to choosing Ramon for our job, however ended up going with someone who provided better value and had a more flexible schedule. If you're looking for a top-tier electrician, highly recommend Rampad Electric, they may not be the best value however, they are definitely worth the premium, if you need it.

My previous 40A charger was not working.  I bought a new tesla 48A charger to replace the old one, and I called several electricians for installation.  One of them didn't want to do the work because he thought it would be a lot of work, and most of them didn't even  answer the call.

Ed answered the call and stopped by the next day.  It turns out the previous electrician used inappropriate wires and circuit breaker, and the circuit breaker was failing.

Ed replaced the old wire and the circuit breaker with newer ones that can support the higher current, and installed the new charger fairly quickly.  Ed diagnosed the problem, completed the job, and cleaned up afterwards within an hour. Thanks to Ed, now I can charge my car at home worry-free.

Clearly, Ed has done this type of work numerous times, and I recommend if you need help installing a new charger for your electric vehicle.

Phenomenal service! Luis was courteous and professional. Expertly scheduled my two visits. His personnel showed up on time, they too were very respectful and knowledgeable of their craft. They installed a couple of chandeliers, a fan, vanity lights and moves some others electric boxes and cables in my garage. Reasonable prices! They also cleaned up after themselves. Eddie from Ochoa Electric came to the rescue when we discovered late in the day that the living room was without power.  Professional, knowledgeable, quick to determine the problem and reasonable rates.  Can't beat that - a perfect experience!  And Christine at the office was also awesome, tracking him down late in the day to make sure we were taken care of and following up afterwards.  We've used them several times and it's always a great experience!

We needed an electrician to install our Ring Doorbell and Camera Floodlights. I had reached out to 3 or 4 electricians based on reviews in our neighborhood NextDoor app. My first appointment showed up, we walked the property, and they indicated they would email an estimate. I had two other electricians come out for quotes. The latter two never sent their quote. The first electrician sent a quote and then vanished. Several months later I found Horton Electric on Yelp. Tom, the owner, offered excellent advice about the install and provided his quote promptly. He also had installed Ring equipment prior to our visit. Tom installed our Ring equipment impeccably. We could not be happier. He is competitive, highly-skilled, an excellent communicator, responsible, professional, and delivers high-quality work. He is now our go-to electrician.

Our bathroom and kitchen lights completely stopped working but all other lights worked fine. We called out an electrician from a different company the night before, although they were nice and did try to find the problem, they still could not after 2 hours of looking. We were afraid that the problem was much deeper so I went ahead and contacted CLD Electric for a second opinion.. Scottie came out and saved the day!!! He found the problem in just 40 or so minutes, explained it thoroughly and then fixed it right away! He even set it up to where the problem should not reoccur. My family is so incredibly relieved and happy with what Scottie was able to do for us today. On top of that, the price we paid was absolutely worth it and completely reasonable.
