I did a search on Yelp to find an electrician that had great reviews and a quick response time.  I chose Romo at ER Electric and I'm very happy with my choice.  He showed up exactly on time to see what we needed and his guys were there the next day to fix the problems.  I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them. Work was great and pricing was fair!  What more could you ask for?

I work with Jose for all my electrical needs. He is knowledgeable, punctual and professional in his field. He is able to work with me on my projects whether it is installing a new digital a/c thermometer, changing switches, installing a new pendant light, or replacing ceiling fans he is the man to go to.

We just finished a big remodeling project and Chris McWay did all the electrical work, which wasn't easy in our 1913-built home.  Chris was knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with.  I also hired him to install a motion-sensor light at a rental property and he was right on it and gave me a good price.  So no job too big or too small.

Tried calling to get a quote and check availability and they didn't know when the electrician could come out or provide pricing

Quick and responsive. Hard to gauge on value these days, but they were professional and did a good job.

Pt. Loma Electric gets no stars from me.  Unfortunately, I am forrced to leave a star.  I am a very disappointed, mishandled cuustomer.    Had an appointment on July 18 for repair on my attic fan as well as discussing flood light installation.  I was assigned an 8 am to 12 pm window.  I waited till 11:30 am, no Pt. Loma Electric.  Called, was told electriicians called in sick, as well as, there had been an emergency so they were behind.  At 1:15 they callled me to say they would be at my home at 2 pm.  That was too late for me as I had other business to attend to.   We recheduled to July 27.  I was told since I rescheduled, my time to wait would be 9 am to ll am.  What a mess that day was.  First of all they never called me on their own volition until I got so disgusted I asked for updates every 15 minutes.  They called me once in 2:30 hrs.  Same excuse, there was a fire.  I told them my time was worth something and I had business to take care of.  Twice I was told electrician was finidhing up.    One of my calls I was told electrician was finishing up and would be st my home at 1:00, two hours past the window.  He did not arrive.  I called Pt. Loma Electric, asked to speak to owner.  Mgr offered me $50 off, than $100.00 for inconvenience.  I told him I'd rather have the electrician get to me near on time.  I was not happy with the runaround TWICE.  So called electrician was supposed to be very near my home, mgr canceled my appointment at 1:30 pm.

Pt Loma Electric admitted they could not get electricians when I suggested he hire more.  My thought is Pt. Loma Electric knowingly over schedules their electricians and they cannot get to us in time promised.

Total, two appointments I waited 10.5 hours for them to show up.  Very rude of Pt. Loma Electric to have their customers wait so many hours.

I will never recomend Pt. Loma Electric, will discourage anyone who thinks they may want to do busines with Pt. Loma Electric to include my NEXT DOOR website which gets to 4490 homes and 14 more communities.

Luke is great - he fixed multiple electrical problems with my house, finding creative (but still fully code-compliant) solutions. He listens, doesn't try to upsell you, and is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

In search of electrician to wire & install Nest doorbell. Connected through here. Professional experience, left it better than how he found it - meaning cleaned up legacy electric artifacts that have accumulated over years of different owners. Will def use again.

Called James and asked if he could install a Manual fire alarm but he said he doesn't do that type of work. Which is fine but he was super helpful! He told me where to look for one. To be careful about prices and to look them up to make sure i don't get ripped off. He could have just said no sorry and moved on. But he went the extra mile! That was something he definitely didn't need to do! Thanks a lot James and I hope you continue your good humble work!!!

I took a shot in the dark and called Green Electric Solutions knowing nothing about them other than reading reviews online.
I received a call back very quickly and a technician was sent that day.
Eric was fantastic to work with.  He spoke in layman's terms so that I could understand, he looked at all aspects and possible solutions for each item of concern, and was forward with me about pricing and options moving forward.
Eric went out of his way to assist and even adjusted HIS schedule to meet MY needs.
There is no doubt that I will use this company and recommend it to my friends and neighbors.

We wanted to install an outdoor socket and a floodlight. Greg helped us with both. He was responsive, professional and did an awesome job at a reasonable price. He also gives advice as to what is best for you. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work needs around the house!

David and his team came and helped us rewire our entire 1890's house and replaced the main panel. Our old craftsman house that still had knob & tube wiring and needed lots of love. They did the job quickly and quietly and were finished in 4-5 days. My wife kept changing her mind about the placement of outlets and switches - they accommodated every request right away. When we had an outage at night while they were doing to re-wire (not due to anything they did) - David helped me trouble-shoot late at night. Customer satisfaction is clearly high priority with David and he delivers. He was extremely courteous and respectful to us and our home (+kids) throughout his work. On top of this, he cost is very fair.  Will definitely recommend to family and friends. A+++

Ramon did a fantastic job installing an outlet for our dryer and an ev charging outlet. His professionalism, attention to detail and communication were all superb. He will for sure be my go to guy for all of my electrical needs.

Had them install a Blink EV charger in my garage plus a 240V outlet. Did a great job. On time, properly installed, and even called Blink customer service to trouble shoot it. They didn't leave me hanging and partially completed like many other electricians. They fully completed the install, cleaned everything up and made sure my charger worked. I understand that technically this is not part of the scope of work, but I appreciated it so that I wasn't there trying to figure out what was going on. Thanks!

My electrical went out last night in part of my house...it's the holidays and I have family arriving! I called a few electricians and Linden actually answered his phone and said he could come out in the afternoon. We communicated through texts and he showed up when he said he would and quickly took care of my problem.
Nice personable service and would definitely use again.

I call to gat my heater fix because I call so many people and no body can help me fixed but I call Ochoa Electric. Mr Edward J Ochoa came to the house and he fix it and he did a great job. Thank you Mr Edward .

I wish i had taken a before and after for the sake of yelp! All I can say is that if you are torn, go with Horton! Tom is responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. He wasn't dirt cheap but he didn't inflate prices unreasonably. What we paid for was quality materials, outstanding labor, and peace of mind :)

I highly recommend CLD ELECTRIC! Ryan came out right away and fixed 3 problems I was having with some outdoor outlets. Very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He even fixed the problem I was having with my pool fountain. It hadn't worked in years because an electrician from a different company told me it couldn't be fixed. Ryan replace the GFI outlet and everything works now! I also liked that he installed waterproof outlet covers. I appreciated that he took the time to ask me what the outlets were being used for and he made suggestions that would solve future problems. Thank you CLD ELECTRIC!
