Jeff was punctual, friendly and professional. We needed to install a 240v outlet for our new ev and he did a great job. He went thru extra trouble to route the wire so there's fewer holes in our garage. Also he patched the wall and cleaned up afterward. We will definitely recommend him to our friends!

Wow!!! Called him late Friday to install a 50 amp plug for my trailer at my house and he was out there quickly to install it. the install looks natural to the house and left no mess behind. Thank you very much and will definitely refer you to all my friends and family!!!

We wanted to get a quote for a kitchen remodel and bathroom and bedroom addition! They gave my fiancé attitude when she asked for the quote 2 weeks later. When they sent the quote over they were 75k over other quotes! Don't wast your time with this unprofessional company!

I chose Brilliant Electric to come install two new fixtures for ceiling fans in my home.  This was definitely a small job compared to some of the jobs described in the other reviews, but I definitely didn't feel like they treated me any differently.  Alfredo was great in setting up the appointment, detailing all the work that would be required and providing a cost breakdown for each portion.

On the day of the install, Jose and Alex showed up promptly, went over some last minute details (switch and fixture placement, etc.) and then got to work.  The crew put down dropcloths and set up drop cloth screens to keep drywall chunks and dust from getting all over the place, which was great.  In the end, they did great a job and they left the house as clean as when they arrived.  Very satisfied with the service and their prices.

I called about 6 days ago. They promised that they would be there in the afternoon on the same DAY since it was building lights and a hazard to my tenants in the evening. Well, they didn't make it that day. I called again the next day, they said that they would stop by in the afternoon the same DAY. Well, you get the picture, day after day the same thing until I called yesterday. The lady specified that the owner, david, would call me and explain things. Well, he hasn't called me yet. There's bad service and then there's NO service. I feel like I'm the ex-GF that no one wants to see ... Good luck Zed Electric, you're not getting any more calls from me ...

Responsive, Accountable, Fair, Prompt, and Quality

Responsive - Daniel replied to my request for help very quickly after I sent it, on a Saturday morning.
Accountable - He thoroughly and patiently explained what he could and what he could not do. When he had an unexpected opening in his schedule, he called me to offer to come a day early.
Prompt - He said he'd be at my place by 11 - was there at 10:01.
Quality - Daniel worked with me, showed me what he could, and made doubly sure I had all of my concerns met. Once his work was done, he went through the problem areas to make sure that power was full-strength all the way to the appliances in question.
Fair - In fact, beyond fair! He didn't charge me for the time we waited for the utility person to show up, because he wasn't able to work until the utility did their part.

I hope I don't have more electrical problems, but if I do, I'm keeping Daniel's number in my contact list!

We just bought a house and needed a variety of small jobs done.  Darell quoted us a fair price, he showed up on time looking professional, he brought all necessary tools, equipment and supplies.  He replaced old 2-prong electrical outlets, attic and crawl space vent screens including a custom built access screen and repaired a broken fan vent that was venting into the attic.  He worked all day to get the job done well!  We will be calling Darrell again for future needs.

I got a great quote over the phone and gave him my address and thought we had set up a timeframe, but then crickets. Multiple voicemails went unanswered over the next week or so. Seems like most people are happy with the work that they got done, but the fact that we had spoken about price and approximate time of work and then nothing was a little frustrating.

Kelley did a fabulous job painting my living room and hallway. She knocked the job out quickly and the quality and detail of her work is fantastic. She was super easy to work and communicate with and I'll definitely be reaching out to her for future projects. Thanks Kelley, it looks amazing!

Just had Rick out for a second job at my house and, again, it was done promptly and well. He was there when he said he'd be to look at the job and was able to fit me in within a day to add an outside outlet to complete a project. It involved running some surface conduit and his work is very neat and tidy. Rick is easy to deal with, is a good problem-solver and makes sure that the job is done right the first time. I think his charges are reasonable. He's my go-to guy for all things electrical now.

Jay provided a comprehensive written estimate which he agreed was a firm price for the agreed upon work. He worked all day long until all the rough-in work was complete, and then he returned to complete the work after the other contractors were done, as requested. Again, he stayed until he finished all the agreed upon work. He helped us plan to better utilize the existing power available at the power panel and set up the wiring so we could have options later if we wanted to change the type of lighting we installed (LED). He has great ideas on where we might want extra outlets, etc. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work. He is super reliable, knowledgeable, and was committed to finishing the work when he said he would.

We chose National City Electric to do all the electrical work we needed for our home which included installation of a bathroom exhaust fan, numerous outlets interior and exterior and installation of light fixtures. Geraldo, the business owner was very professional, had great customer service and was very knowledgeable with electrical work. I would definitely recommend him for any of your electrical work needs, whether it is a small or huge electrical job, he will make time to fit you in his busy schedule to service your electrical needs. His prices are very reasonable, he does not over charge considering that working with electricity requires hard work and is very dangerous.
