Jeff is excellent. He did a superb job and was better than I had exlected. Jeff is reliable and knows residential electrical work at an advanced level. I have hired Jeff to do more projects and I am glad to have found an electrician after a lengthy search.

Homeowner needed help, and I got it from Craig. Craig's weekend was booked and would not available until Monday. I told Craig my water heater conversion problem from gas to electric he told me to text him if I had any questions during my install and that was on a Sunday. I must have texted him about 20 times, and he did not once ignore or give a condescending remark. Craig checked in on me over the next 24 hours and complemented my handyman skills. We tried to compensate for his time, but he kindly declined. We felt this is the least we could do for him. With his help, we were able to take a hot shower before the weekend's end. We will be calling Craig for all our electrical needs in the future. THANKS, CRAIG!!!!

Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical employees are skilled in their trades and very nice workers to have in your home.  Juan and Damien (Electrical) did an outstanding job removing fluorescent lights in our kitchen and installing recessed lights.  They wanted us to be happy with the placement of the lights and we are.  They also did other electrical work in other rooms and we are pleased with what they did.  They were followed by the drywall repairer who did an excellent job repairing, taping, mudding, and texturizing.  Rafael (Electrical Supervisor) bailed us out when we needed two outlets installed in the kitchen.  He somehow fit us into their busy schedule.  Thank you for that!  And he also installed new lighting in the master bath.  Joe Clark went the extra mile in finding trim kits that would work with our existing plumbing and match our sink faucets.  Joel installed them in the showers and tub/shower combo.  He did such a good job.  Our experiences with Ideal, with their various trades, has been very positive.  They are our go to company.

Alert: deceitful billing practices! Contractor taking advantage of an emergency power outage.

After a utility pole went down on our property, we got a quote from Alfredo for temporary power/Generator hook up, which we thought was pretty high to begin with. As it turned out, he billed and got paid from our tenants directly in addition to what he charged us, which almost doubled the cost of temp. power. He later claimed the amount he quoted and charged us was only for the second day's work, not the first night, even though he texted us both before AND after working on the property on that first night, fist saying he is on his way and then again saying our tenants have temp. power and everything is good, never mentioning there was a separate charge for that first night. The next day, we were told he left his cell phone in the office, so that we could not contact him, and no one else in the office had any details about this job. We called a couple of times because we wanted a quote for the utility pole replacement (until we heard from our tenants about the separate payment).  After two days, we never received a quote for the utility pole. We had another electrician do that, who did an excellent job and for a reasonable amount.

I had Daniel come out to change a disconnect on my out door spa. I was impressed not only with his knowledge and skill but most importantly his attitude and personal commitment toward quality and craftsmanship. It's rare these days to find trades people who genuinely care about their craft. This project was not a straight forward installation and presented more than a few challenges. Daniel met every problem with a solution and kept a positive attitude through to the end. His name is permanently in my contact list. He is now my goto guy for anything electrical. I can't recommend him highly enough. AAAAA+++++

Darrell helped me install a new receiver in my fan. His quote was the best of many that I received and he was very accommodating to my schedule changes. On day of installation he followed up on when he would arrive at my house and was very respectful of my house. He even took off his shoes before entering our house. In general great experience and would recommend.

Funky issues with some wiring, all sorted out. John was a pleasure to work with and exactly the type of help I was hoping to get. He was extremely clear and straightforward, fixed my issue (which I was missing sleep over), went the extra mile to take care of some additional clean up items (my wife is happy) and is now my permanent go-to for electric work. Richard is definitely 5 stars. He is affordable, dependable and does great work. We have used him for several jobs.  He is ex military and is a really nice guy. I would highly recommend him and will definitely hire him for any electrical work in the future.

Jay provided a comprehensive written estimate which he agreed was a firm price for the agreed upon work. He worked all day long until all the rough-in work was complete, and then he returned to complete the work after the other contractors were done, as requested. Again, he stayed until he finished all the agreed upon work. He helped us plan to better utilize the existing power available at the power panel and set up the wiring so we could have options later if we wanted to change the type of lighting we installed (LED). He has great ideas on where we might want extra outlets, etc. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work. He is super reliable, knowledgeable, and was committed to finishing the work when he said he would.

Thank you Geraldo for coming same day to   Troubleshoot and fix the power outage on several connectors and bathroom. Easy for you since you know hay you're doing ;)
