Mark was very helpful over the phone with my inverter for my motor home, never had to take it to him. Each time I called be had an answer that kept me moving through the process to change my batteries and complete the reboot.

Had a leaky shower. Thought I had to replace the entire fixture which would have been a major project since I have an older home.

I was told Jim would be arriving between 2-4 pm. I received a phone call from the office at 1:45 that he was on his way. He arrived at 2 pm and immediately informed me that if the work went beyond 4 pm the cost would be time and a half.

Jim went to work and had the handle off and saw the problem immediately - worn out parts. Fortunately, I had sent a picture of the fixture by email to the company so Jim know who was the manufacturer and brought the required parts.

There was a problem because the new stem part was shorter so the handle would not fit on. After a little thought and exchanging of parts, Jim had the solution and the shower handle was fixed.

The total time was about 1 1/2 hours i.e. finished before 4 pm.

I was very pleased with the work and the explanation of what the work entails.

I plan to use the company again IF I have plumbing problems.

Brilliant Electric did an outstanding job on an installation of a new Nest Hello doorbell for us. To say the least, the two gentlemen were professional, informational and courteous and did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend Brilliant Electric to any of my friends and family.

We hired Daniel for one of our properties. He was extremely prompt with all his communication, and he was the ONLY electrician to answer his phone after hours (5pm).  He also came out on a WEEKEND to provide an estimate.

Can we say hard worker??  I definitely appreciate anyone willing to go above and beyond these days.

Daniel does charge for the initial inspection to diagnosis the problem. But, it's well worth the money! He was able to figure out the issue in the living room as many of the electrical outlets stopped working for unknown reasons.

He got the job done in 1 1/2 days, and we are extremely satisfied with his quality of work!! Not sure if Daniel services other areas, but we will be sure to hire him again in the future.  

Daniel's price was almost the same for what a handyman previously quoted us. Daniel saw the handyman's temporary fix and also explained to us that it was very dangerous as the voltage was more than it should be.

Lesson learned: for electrical issues, be sure to hire a licensed professional! His rates are reasonable and he'll get the job done right.

This was my second time hiring Darell and again he gets 5/5. This time, I had an outdoor water pipe (above ground) which had a pinhole leak due to rust at the connection site. I called Darell to ask if this was something he could repair and he said yes. He came a few hours later and even though it ended up being a bigger project, he stayed till the end and finished the work. I am super happy that he was my first call.  Just like the last time, he was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately never returned my call or texts after sending photos of my panel and getting him all the info he requested. Scheduled someone else.

I contacted 'She Fixed It' to fix my Patio Door and hallway lights. Kelley is very knowledgable, quick and speaks to the point. We were extremely impressed by her work and would strongly recommend to anyone who is in need any house repairs!! I would rate 5/5 without a second thought!

Hooked up my hottub and everything works great.  It has been 1.5 years since install and no issues.  JW was prompt and courteous.  The owner made some outstanding recommendations on the install - for example, a covered outdoor electical outlet (to avoid getting splashed) and we love it.
I now need to use JW again and wanted their number, found on Yelp and decided to post a review.  I will post again after they install my lights and fans in my outdoor living space!

Review
We called National city electric because we were selling our condo and needed to have GFI plugs installed and tested. I called left a message and was promptly called back. Spoke to Geraldo and he was at our condo in less than 30 minutes. Completed the work and did an excellent job. I usually do not do reviews but he was so wonderful and efficient that I had to leave him an excellent review. I highly recommended this company.
