I needed help to repair and replace one old circuit breaker, which has been discontinued.
Jeff was very honest and communicative upfront to troubleshoot via picture and text, before making recommendations and quote to us.
He was friendly, COVID conscious, and was very knowledgeable to share detail on what to do and prevent future issues.
He finished his job very quickly and still took his time to explain everything, and answer many questions that I had on overall electrical setup in our condo.
Highly recommend him and would definitely ask him for next project that we are planning.

We were in a pinch and I saw a recommendation for Jimmy on NextDoor, so I called.  Fortunately he was free the next morning and he went to work trying to figure out our lack of power on one wall problem.  He was able to find the source of the problem and fix it for a reasonable price- we were very happy with his work and hope to hire him for some future projects.  Even my uber-picky husband was impressed.  Excellent customer service skills too!

I went into the Ideal Plumbing storefront just to ask an opinion regarding a plumbing repair I was considering hiring another plumber to do.  The other plumber had given me a suggestion on how the repair could be done cheaper and faster, but before investing in parts and his labor, I decided to get a second opinion.  Mr Bill was manning the counter that day and once I explained the situaton to him, he said the idea was perfect
(thank you, Duane) and immediately went to work finding all of the necessary parts.  He explained exactly how I would assemble it at home, added some plumber's tape and sent me on my way saying That will be $10.00, but go home and make sure it works, then bring the money in on Monday.  Amazing!  He said if I'd hired Ideal to come out, it would have cost me about $166.00, so he did me a HUGE favor when he could have just scheduled an Ideal plumber.  THANK YOU MR. BILL, I am now a lifelong customer of both plumbing companies :)

We needed several outlets updated in our house and Brilliant Electric did a great job. Alfredo, Oscar, and Jose were very professional and courteous. They showed up on time at the initial estimate and the day work started. Our house was built in the '40's, so they were very thorough in figuring out what needed to to go where. I have confidence that the job was done right and will recommend them to family and friends.

I received an early morning call from my tenant that the lights on one side of the house were flickering and the electric panel had a crackling noise coming from it. I immediately thought of a possible fire, so went to the Next Door app to see any neighborhood recommendations for electricians. One was from a real estate professional who offered a positive review for Zed Electric.
When I called, a very helpful and friendly receptionist understood my concern, and although they were booked out for the week, assured me she would add us to a call out list for that day.
I was very pleased to receive a call about three hours later that an electrician could be at the house in 45 minutes which allowed me plenty of time to get to the house.
The electrician promptly arrived and found the melted breaker and another damaged by the heat. He also put up a new motion detector light as ours had fried in the recent rainstorm, and also offered advice that the type of light bulb we had in the dining room lamp was incorrect with a dimmer switch.
I found the cost of the repair very reasonable and the company's response to my problem was very professional. I like to have good services available so my tenants are not inconvenienced by repairs, so I am very pleased to have found a company that I would be happy to call again for my own home and the rental properties.

Daniel was quick to respond to our request, and stayed in good communication at all times. Personable and professional, Daniel worked quickly to diagnose and resolve the problem; he also made several recommendations regarding potential problems he noted along the way. Will be a go-to guy for future electrical projects. Recommend.

Good service,after we realize out hot water pipe was busted, I called couple of companies, Darell was quick to respond, he came out about 1AM fixed it, and I was able to sleep peacefully, and not have to worry about leaking pipe.

Woohoo! is right!!  I found the guy to go to, for all my electrical needs.  John exudes honesty and is truly one of those nice guys that you enjoy interacting with.  I had a circuit in my house that for some mysterious reason decided to stop working!  John methodically started checking all the possibilities out and found the problem in what seemed to me no time.  I know that most of you would also like to know that he is very reasonable on his prices, just icing on the cake!  I already have another job in mind for him :-)  You ready John?

Kel was absolutely amazing. She was timely, professional, and thorough on her work. The work she did was great. I will be using her for more work around my condo and would recommend her to anyone.

Rick and his crew did an over the top job installing a couple outlets in our bathrooms. After an initial assessment regarding placement of the outlet was not ideal for me and my wife we gave the okay to cut through some dry wall (which would add to the cost and deal with it might not looking the same as before).  When Rick showed us the final install it was not only in a better place but his Yankee ingenuity did it without cutting any drywall. He could have the easy route and slap them where is said they could only be but he goes that extra mile. Before any work started they prepped the area like a crime was about to be committed because they left no evidence behind. They are my new guy when it comes to needing any future electrical needs.

Jay originally did work on our home after an emergency remediation situation. At that time his feedback and guidance regarding the best ways to place lights, controls etc were spot on. Since that time he's also helped with installing a heater and later replacing breakers.

I can't recommend Jay (JW Electric) highly enough. His work and work ethic are top notch.

We called National city electric because we were selling our condo and needed to have GFI plugs installed and tested. I called left a message and was promptly called back. Spoke to Geraldo and he was at our condo in less than 30 minutes. Completed the work and did an excellent job. I usually do not do reviews but he was so wonderful and efficient that I had to leave him an excellent review. I highly recommended this company.
