I've had problems since April and have been asking Jeff for advice. He's been very kind in giving me all the answers I needed and very patient. Finally we went through the job and he was very efficient! I appreciate his flexibility as well. Customer service was excellent! I definitely recommend these guys versus any one else, other electricians were not as thorough!!! I'm a happy,satisfied customer!

Core promptly returned my call and headed over.  Problem was fixed within 90 minutes of my call for service.  Only charged me for the service call out since the repair was quick.  Ivan even let me know how to avoid the issue with the new parts.  Excellent service. Highly recommend.

At about midnight on Christmas Eve our property management firm was looking for an after-hours electrician after exhausting our current list of vendors. Mark Snyder promptly replied, set an appointment for Christmas morning, arrived on time, was professional and courteous to our tenant, provided photos of the repair, and followed up with a detailed invoice at a very reasonable cost. For a property manager, it doesn't get much better than that!

I have been in business for 19 years as a handyman I do light electrical but anytime I have big jobs I always refer Doug. I hired Ideal to come out when we had a broken gas line and they were awesome. Joe showed up on time and helped me work out a solution to reroute the gas line. Brad and his crew worked really hard for a few days to get the new line in so we could cook and have hot water. Easy 5 stars to those guys and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
So when I decided to have some electrical work done I immediately called Ideal to get an estimate since they did great work before. When I called I was told I needed to speak with Jeff as he does the electrical estimates.  After speaking with Jeff, we made an appointment for 10 am the next day to meet for the estimate. Next day rolls around, 10:30 no call no show. I called Ideal to see what was up. They confirmed my appt. but had no idea where Jeff was. I'm pretty amazed that I never got any explanation for missing our appointment. Just totally blew me off! And now I have to shop around for a new electrician. Bummer guys, you blew it.

My circuit breaker tripped tried to reset it myself but failed miserably. Hopped on yelp and found Brilliant Electric,  Alfredo is very professional even came over to see what the problem was free of charge. He was very informational and actually taught me a couple of things incase it happened again. I  would absolutely recommended Brilliant Electric to friends and family.

Zed Electric has done several jobs at our home over the last few years, from replacing all the kitchen under counter lights to installing new wall sconces to new fuses for a kitchen upgrade and landscape lighting repair. At all times, the work was performed expertly, professionally and promptly. As I have a job, I especially appreciate the fact that Zed actually shows up when promised. I heartily recommend their work and will be using them any time I need electric work performed.

I hired Darrell to work on three bathroom faucets. He was professional, nice, approachable and polite. He arrived 15 minutes early.
He did a very good job in removing the old faucets and installing the new ones. The installation of the three faucets was nice and clean
He checked everything to make sure no leaks. He cleaned (wiped and vacuumed)the work area.
Overall quality of work was very good.
I strongly recommend him.

Unfortunately never returned my call or texts after sending photos of my panel and getting him all the info he requested. Scheduled someone else.

Richard is definitely 5 stars. He is affordable, dependable and does great work. We have used him for several jobs.  He is ex military and is a really nice guy. I would highly recommend him and will definitely hire him for any electrical work in the future.

As a property manager, I have gone through several vendors.  Good vendors are definitely hard to find.  JW Electric is one of my key vendors.  Jay and his team are knowledgeable, don't overcharge, and get the job done.  I highly recommend JW Electric as your preferred electrician!!!

Power was popping off for no reason in one of the apartments.  Geraldo figured it out  - the end caps connecting power to that unit corroded.  Last wind and rain storm was too much for the corrosion. Replaced both end caps and did some replacement wiring and good as new.  Power issues always scare me . . . .  now we have a new local electrician.
