I called Core Electric about an outdoor outlet that was not working. They came out  in approximately 2 to 3 hours and replaced the outlet and made sure the outlet was safe and appropriate. Shane did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company. They are available 24 hours seven days a week.

We have an off grid system at our home in a very remote area of San Diego County. I had two solar companies come out and for some routine preventative maintenance and both were pretty much deer in the headlights when it came to off grid systems.

I was referred to Mark Snyder Electric. When Mark contacted me he pretty much diagnosed the problem via phone and email. Mark came out and had our grid back up and running. I will not use anyone else in the future. It is refreshing these days to see someone so passionate about their work!

Doug came out to my residence to install a 30 amp RV outlet near my circuit breaker.  The work was done in less than an hour and I couldn't be happier.

Did a very nice job of changing out my laundry room valves, checking my drains, and hooking up my washing machine. They got here as early as possible considering I called for an appt. just yesterday.
I have gotten sum super bum deals from other plumbing outfits so I can appreciate that Ideal took care of my laundry needs. If I write more you might think I knew them before - I didn't. They did a good and efficient job considering my neighbors are a bit nuts. Thanks guys!!!!

Alert: deceitful billing practices! Contractor taking advantage of an emergency power outage.

After a utility pole went down on our property, we got a quote from Alfredo for temporary power/Generator hook up, which we thought was pretty high to begin with. As it turned out, he billed and got paid from our tenants directly in addition to what he charged us, which almost doubled the cost of temp. power. He later claimed the amount he quoted and charged us was only for the second day's work, not the first night, even though he texted us both before AND after working on the property on that first night, fist saying he is on his way and then again saying our tenants have temp. power and everything is good, never mentioning there was a separate charge for that first night. The next day, we were told he left his cell phone in the office, so that we could not contact him, and no one else in the office had any details about this job. We called a couple of times because we wanted a quote for the utility pole replacement (until we heard from our tenants about the separate payment).  After two days, we never received a quote for the utility pole. We had another electrician do that, who did an excellent job and for a reasonable amount.

The GFCI outlet in the kitchen wasn't responding correctly and being nervous I called the electrician in town. He tried to trouble shoot my problem over the phone, but thankfully I insisted he come out.  He explained that many times people don't understand the purpose of the GFCI and the service call is wasted, but not in my case.  After poking around in a few areas, he located and corrected my issue.  I would not hesitate to call this company again.

I called in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. After a minimum of time he found the problem and solved it right away. I would use this company again and will spread the word among my community.

Good service,after we realize out hot water pipe was busted, I called couple of companies, Darell was quick to respond, he came out about 1AM fixed it, and I was able to sleep peacefully, and not have to worry about leaking pipe.

John came over to install a ceiling fan in a 20 foot ceiling and change some lights over to LEDs. I had a short list of needs but he did such a quick and amazing job that I found myself adding more and more things that maybe I'll try that myself when I get time just weren't getting done. He was so fast, did quality work, was very reasonable. I won't call anyone else for our electrical needs!  Ocean electric is amazing

Really great people to work with- we had a minor electrical issue, owner was able to come out on the same day, had everything fixed up and working properly in no time. Rates were totally reasonable, response was fast, everyone was super friendly, and they got the job done really quickly. They're definitely who I'll call next time I have an electrical issue after this experience.

Jay and his team rewired my house and did the electrical work for our interior remodel.  They consistently exceed expectations - he and and his team thought ahead about needs and offered great suggestions vs. just blindly following instructions.  They worked tirelessly to make sure the jobs were done on time and the work quality was excellent.  I'd highly recommend them.

Gerardo was on time and his fee was very reasonable - about 1/4 less than another electrician we called for our ceiling fan installation.  He is courteous and genuinely friendly.  He's a first-rate guy who does a great job!
