Jimmy was very responsive, reasonably priced and often worked  to find creative solutions for the power and lighting issues throughout my house. We had a Xantrex 6048 solar inverter that stopped working. We are at a very remote location so Mark provided us support over the phone to diagnose issue. Mark was so polite and accommodating yet completely professional. He obviously has lots of experience yet was very patient as he walked us through diagnostics step by step. I would highly recommend Mark for anything electric.

I've used ideal plumbing for other service calls and they were professional and qualified ...not this time. He took an hour to replace a leaking hose bib,. I had to show him where the water shut off was. He had to plug in the  battery to charge for his drill. When I asked him about unclogging the drain in the kitchen and fixing the garbage disposal, he borrowed a flashlight from me, and said he recommends I have an electrician move the switch for the garbage disposal from under the sink to an outlet on the wall? And to use a shop vac to remove the water from the backed up side of the sink. I'm glad he did not try to fixt it, I'm  not sure he would be able to fix it. I was very disappointed.

After reading the nice reviews I decided to call Brilliant for a quote for an outdoor outlet installation.  I set up the appt. for a Tuesday at 3:30 and no one showed or called. After 25 minutes I called Alfredo, got a million excuses, he apologized and then he said he could come out the following day around 10:00AM.  Guess what - again no show, no call!  Wouldn't use them if they were the last electricians on earth - no respect for others and their time!

Good job and good response time but a little pricy. Most awesome is they converted a 220v lamp to a 110v for use in the USA. This is super beneficial when I shop lamps in Europe :-)

Though it was over the weekend, Daniel came and fixed the problem (there was shorting) right away.  Highly recommended!

I've called Darrell for 3 very different jobs already and he's been great. I highly recommend him. First job, he installed a bidet for my house. It was a hard job because of how the plumbing is set up in the bathroom but he got it done! Next, I called him for an electrical issue and he fixed it with ease. I just called him again for a clogged drain that I couldn't unclog with a snake. He fixed it! He's reliable and does work at a reasonable price

Spent the day in my attic fixing a lot of improper wiring and gave a reasonable price at the end.

Very professional. Helped me installed a door bell system and went above and beyond to try to drill through a 1/4 thick tile. Definitely will call her back to help with my honey to do list. Highly recommended.

They came and found that a GFI needed to be reset.  They reset it and did not charge us at all.

JW Electric just finished the electrical rough of my kitchen and did an outstanding job.  I live in an old house and Jay was able to eliminate, correct and improve upon some 80 years worth of homeowner engineered electrical efforts.   In addition, he provided some very solid and cost effective improvement recommendations that really upgraded my overall job.  He and his partner showed up on time, worked solid through the day and completed when he said they would.   To top it off, Jay even returned to my house to return some funds I overpaid...  so not only hard working and reasonable, but also honest and trustworthy!  I am looking forward to having JW Electric do the finish work once my cabinets are in, as well as some additional electrical work in other parts of the house!

Call him a few weeks ago and he came in the same day. Told me where the problem was and fixed it with in an hour and was extremely professional. Would defiantly recommend this guy, Geraldo Cortez you're the man!!!
