I highly recommend using Cross Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.  

I recently purchased my home and it was discovered I had a hot water slab leak after 3 months of owning.  I tried going through my home warranty company and because of the complexity of the job, they didn't want to take it on.

I reached out to my insurance company and they sent Mike from Cross Plumbing to help me.  Immediately my frustration went away when Mike arrived.  Mike was able to come the same day and he was able to determine where the leak was.  He explained in detail what was involved with fixing the leak.  He partnered with a restoration company that was able to remove a few of my cabinets so Mike could get to the broken pipe.  Mike was able to fix my pipe right away with no delays.  He also did a really neat job.  He was able to pin point exactly where the leak was so he didn't have to tear up my kitchen.  Once he fixed the pipe, his crew came a laid the cement nice and neat.

I am so thankful Mike was able to help me.  I will always contact Mike for anything related to plumbing because this guy knows what he's doing!

I had issues with a shower clog and a toilet leak.  Jerry and Matt arrived within set appointment time.  They explained issues and gave me a straight price.  Additionally, they were extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and transparent as they completed both projects.  I'm not sure if they are the cheapest service out there, but I'm willing to pay a little bit more for a professional job well done in a timely manner... nothing a hate more than unkept appointments, sloppy work, and price markups; none of which they did. I will definitely recommend and be a repeat customer.

Disappointed. I contacted Mike through Yelp and got a quick response telling me to call him. I did and left a message about a dishwasher I needed installed and there were a few other things I needed as well. Mike never called me back. I waited several hours to hear back, so by the time I contacted somebody else, I had to wait an extra day with a dishwasher sitting in my kitchen. (Actually, a few minutes after I posted this review, I noticed a missed call on my phone. It appears to be Mike's number. Apparently, he also did call me back the day after I contacted him, but by then I had scheduled with someone else. Unfortunately, he did not leave a message either time so I just assumed it was a wrong number, but to be fair, it does appear that he did try to contact me, so I don't feel completely blown off.)

On the plus side, I found a new guy and a new, non-Yelp site called Thumbtack. Sam came out and hooked up my dishwasher (which took about an hour and a half) for less than Mike charged me for a 10-minute job to install a pop-up in my bathroom sink. Don't get me wrong, Mike's guy did good work, but by not calling me back until the next day and never leaving a message, I found a guy who did just as good a job for less money, so really, no hard feelings. Mike's a really good guy and I would still recommend him.

What a wonderful company, with wonderful workers! I called them for a second opinion on possibly needing a new sewer line. According to another company that came over, we needed it fixed ASAP to the tune of $19,000! Michael came over right away the next day to do an inspection. He took his time, checked from multiple angles, and turns out that was a bunch of bologna! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the honesty I received. It's hard to come by companies that you can trust, but Cross Plumbing is one of them. Turns out what needed fixing was just a toilet reset! It was very reasonably priced and done quickly and beautifully by Dean. Dean even answered some questions I had about a sink I needed replacing and helped me figure out what would need to be done and the dimensions! I will be using this company for all of my future plumbing needs! Thanks again Cross Plumbing!

Mike came out the same day I contacted them through Yelp about my water heater that had stopped a few days ago. Hearing that it'd been a few days made Mike want to come out even faster, which I really appreciate. He did the job quickly and well and at a better price than what I had been quoted from other services. Will definitely be using Cross for any other projects I have in the future!

We needed an outside pipe replaced that was leaking. We called Mike about it on a Saturday (so glad he answered even though it was the weekend!) and he came Monday to inspect. His guys came over Wednesday morning to fix it - they were prompt and done within 2 hours. And the price was so reasonable! We'll definitely go back to Cross plumbing for future issues.

Highly recommend Cross Plumbing!!!

Cross Plumbing saved my shower!! This was the first time I had tried Cross Plumbing after I saw the great reviews on Yelp. I only had a tiny trickle of hot water coming out of my shower, so I called a plumber. I am just very sorry I didn't call Cross Plumbing first! The plumber I called first was terrible and I think just made my shower worse. Cross Plumbing stepped in, finished the job AND charged me much less than the first plumber had originally quoted me! They are very professional and easy to talk to. They got my shower fixed fast and did a great job!

Mike Cross and his crew are on it and amazing!!  He has done many things for me over the years.   I am the owner of Sparks Property Management and had an emergency in one of my rentals where water was raining from the garage ceiling from a leak and was being told by the Insurance plumber that they would not be out there for a couple of days.  Meanwhile the whole house water was turned off and my tenants and children could not use water.  Mike had someone out there within the hour and got the leak repaired and water turned back on to the house.  He also submitted everything needed so we could work with the insurance company and get it covered.  Thank  you Mike and Cross Plumbing.

Cross plumbing is honest, reliable, and reasonable. The first time I used thier service is when I discovered I had a water leak right before leaving to work at @ 5am (main water pipe) my front yard and parts of my backyard were flooded. Cross plumbing was dedicated to fixing the issue and discovered palm tree roots broke pipe. Mike provided cost saving alternatives and soultions and put my stress level at ease. I would recommend Cross Plumbing to family and friends.

Michael helped all day long even though I didnt make any appt. This guy came within an hour to fix my issue which needs to be dond on same day. He went to go parts for my pipe several times back and forth to fix my issue even though he was on busy schedule. He is THE BEST PERSON and PLUMBER i never had in my life. He was very kind and willing to help with understanding my situation. Without his help, I wouldnt be able to get back on track. He saved my ass from getting in trouble from city. In a world of non-existent customer service Cross Plumbing is a pleasant surprise.  I had a defective shutoff valve that was installed about 2 feet under about 6 inches of concrete and only accessible through an 8 inch access hole if you have really long arms (I will spare you my rant about the plumbers who originally built my house).    I requested a quote on Yelp and got a response from Michael C in a few hours. We set up an appointment for someone to come out. The morning of the appointment Michael C called to tell me that Jesse, the plumber assigned to me, was on an emergency call. My situation was not critical so a delay was insignificant, but I appreciated the call to let me know what was happening.   Later that day Jesse arrived and said he could not only replace the valve but re-pipe to raise the valve closer to ground level and install a larger access cover so the valve would be more easily accessed.  He did an excellent job. He installed a better type of valve and the valve access is done perfectly.
There is one thing that may disturb you before you get to know these guys.  I called Michael C a few times to ask some questions and it is obvious their business has outgrown their phone mail box. A few times I got the message that the mailbox was full and the phone hung up. Don't let that bother you. Each time Michael C called me back in a few minutes.

I am so thrilled with Cross Plumbing! I have been a fan for years!! I know if I ever have a plumbing issue, Cross Plumbing will be there to help me out. Recently, I had a leaky kitchen faucet that was about to drive me insane!! Without delay, Mike, the owner made sure to send a team out to fix it. They arrived in a very timely manner - there was no waiting around for hours on end! The gentlemen got right to work and it was not a simple switch out. There were hidden leaks and all kinds of replacements needed. The plumbing is about 20 or so years old! So, they didn't skip a beat. They worked diligently and quickly replaced everything.
Now I have a sparkling new faucet! It feels like a mini-facelift for my kitchen. Yahoo!! As I stated above, I wouldn't choose any other company! Cross Plumbing is the best!

Fast, excellent service. Called Mike and he sent Jesse out within an hour to replace a broken gate valve on my water heater. Also installed new TNP valve. Done fast and right. Very professional and would not hesitate to recommend.  After it was complete, Mike called to follow up (sadly, never had any other company do that before). Very impressed with the whole crew and will definitely use again!

I called Tuesday (April 19, 2016) at 10:30am to set up an appointment. I thought I had dialed the wrong number and then a different number called me back. It was Mike and he was really nice and easy to speak with.

I hadn't heard back from them and there was a bit of miscommunication, so I assumed they got busy and forgot about me. I got a call this morning (April 26,2016) about 7:30am saying they would be here between 9:30-10:30am. Jessie showed up and he was awesome! Very personable and friendly. He knew exactly what he was doing.

I'd gladly recommend them and use them again in the future!

We had a hot water leak under our granite tile in the kitchen. I found Cross Plumbing in the paper. Mike came out and was able to determine where the leak was and the best way to fix it. He also told us we should contact our insurance company because it should be covered. I did not even think of that. They were able to fix my leak by re-routing the line instead of ripping up my tile floor. He was very easy to talk to and professional. My insurance covered the repair. Mike did a great job and I definitely recommend Cross Plumbing and will use him in the future if needed.

I called Cross plumbing due to a leaking water heater which was quickly escalating into a potential disaster. Not only did Mike swoop in to the rescue in rapid time, but he was professional, fair, and honest. He gave me a range of options, and even provided some background on some of the regs in the county as far as tankless systems went.  All in all, I couldn't be more impressed with the level and quality of the service provided. We are already referring others to Mike, and as much as no one looks forward to plumbing emergencies, it's a great feeling to have someone local I can trust!

We needed some help with our dishwasher and two sinks, so I scoured Yelp and decided to contact Cross Plumbing.  The reviews were outstanding and I was not disappointed.  Mike was so nice, and he had a technician out within a couple of hours.  Eric was great - he got the work done quickly and cleanly, and was so patient, kind, and understanding of the mess our house was in, and one of our cats that was determined to get his attention!  He was a perfect blend of professional and friendly, and I appreciated him and his work so much.  I have absolutely *no* hesitation recommending Cross Plumbing to others - from my experience, they are competent people who truly care.  Thanks, guys!

I had a small drip that the water hose held back, then as one would expect the drip became a leak. After reading the reviews for Cross Plumbing, I sent them a message and received a prompt reply.

Eric called me and was soon enroute to my home. I was at work when he evaluated the problem and informed me what needed to be done. I approved and before lunchtime, the work was completed. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Great Job and Thank You for the quick response!!!

I run the maintenance department for a large warehouse in the IE. When I call a plumber it's because it's beyond our scope and the problem is BAD. I've called out Cross Plumbing a few times for some major clogs deep in the drainage system. They have not let me down once. They are quick, have the tools, parts and experience to get the job done right the first time.

Both kitchen sinks did not drain this morning. Cross replied to my request within several minutes and said a technician would arrive in sixth to ninety minutes. The technician arrived as promised, snaked the line and took his time to make sure water was running freely. The technician was friendly, conversed, and professional. I recommend Cross Plumbing.

Found leak coming from the electrical panel from outside of our house. Jerry came over and worked on it and explained everything he was doing and reassured me. This is update review. Actually I should write it earlier. The job is overall fine. but the last one he cheated on me with the faucet. He used a very cheap faucet different with what he showed me on a different day  to replace the broken one, and told me we had saved money. But the fact is that he charged a lot more than the actual price of the faucet, and the faucet did not work well.

--Extremely nice guy! Professional and did a wonderful job for us. He tried his best to reduce the damage of the original house no matter how hard it is. And he also tried to save us some money. We absolutely will call Mike if having another plumbing work in the future. And 100 percent that I suggest you take him if you have a similar problem.

uinreal. my moms water heater started leaking on tuesday afternoon. cross was 1 of 4 companies we called . they stateted they were busy but would get someone there to look within an hour. the other companies pretty much said they were too busy and would get back to us. well jessie from cross was there within the hour, diagnosed that she needed it to be replaced ordered a new one, drained the old one and was gone in about an hour. as promised the new one was installed before ten wednesday and at the price quoted. my mom was estatic and i would have no problem letting jessie work on any issue any of my family would ever come across. for a recap two of the companies still have not got back to us and the 3rd wanted to quote us a price that was nearly double and they never even looked at it. they wanted to make sure we were serious as they were so busy and didnt want to waste time . we will no longer ever need to call 4 as we will only be calling cross from here on out.

We have an old 1951 house, so of course, we have a lot of plumbing issues that arise. We've been using Cross plumbing for a couple years now, and frankly, wouldn't consider using anyone else. These guys were outstanding! Not only did they have a fast response time, with a professional approach, but they are cost effective and get the job done right. I had two other companies provide quotes for my main-line repairs and new clean-out  - Mike was the most accurate, friendly, easy to work with, and had an excellent price on top of it all. I called Cross Plumbing to fix a toilet in my house. Eric, the plumber, arrived on time and gave me several options. He got the toilet working with the least expensive option. Another plumber came to give me an estimate and told me that I just needed to replace the toilet which they could do right then for $475. They didn't consider or discuss any other possible problems or solutions.
I will call Cross Plumbing again when I need a plumber!

This is our second time calling out to Cross Plumbing for emergency services. Mike and his helper are by far the best. Awesome work, polite and reliable guys. First time was for our rental residence, tenant had a leaking water heater. Cross plumbing came to check it out within hours. Once the work was started they were done in less than 2 hours. This time it was our personal home, we had a underground pipe broke and leaking lots of water. Mike was able to tell us what to do temporally until he showed up, he gave us a very reasonable quote. They were able to complete the big job in one day. I would recommend cross plumbing to anyone in the area. We wont use anyone else!

Cross Plumbing provided me with an experience I will never forget. A loved one within my family is terribly sick both mentally and physically. Compulsive hoarding and in need of heart bypass surgery but refuses to accept treatment. Their house has 3 toilets but only one which is operable. I found out myself when I went to check in on this family member that this third toilet had stopped working. Due to this persons mental illness, they continued to use the toilet even though it was backed up. This was an immediate problem because none of the other toilets in the house are operable. I did not want to imagine where this person would start going to the bathroom once the toilet bowl completely filled up. I started searching for a plumber right away. Not sure if it was due to the holiday season, but I could not get in contact with anyone. The few people who did answer declined the service call after I gave them some detail of the job. Mike from Cross Plumbing arrived to my family members house within 20 minutes of speaking to him on the phone. I showed him the toilet and he went to work. During the time he was working, other family members were at the house trying to convince our loved one that they needed to check them self into a hospital. I'm sure Mike has been a plumber for years and his experience shows, but I was shocked and amazed at how truly compassionate and caring of a human being he is. I did not feel like this was just another service call he was taking care of. Not only did he show the utmost respect and professionalism when dealing with the horrendous situation, he cared about more then just the toilet. He cared about me and my well being during this tremendously tough situation that I was dealing with. It showed the entire time... not only was he fixing the toilet problem but at the same time listening to me, giving me input and some advice. Before leaving he told me if there was anything else he could do to help to give him a call. The price he charged for the service was absolutely crazy because it was ridiculously cheap for what he had to go through. I feel like I have made not only a friend, but for as long as I live within the areas that he services I will never go to another plumbing company for anything... he has made that much of an impact. A few weeks ago a plumber came out and told us that our pipe was disintegrated and needed to be replaced, tearing up the floor, etc.
He gave us a low quote of 4500.00 saying that it could go higher depending on how we choose to do it.
Another plumber gave us a similar quote.
Mike came out today and used a camera to find the problem...as it turned out, there was nothing wrong with the pipe...the original plumber simply did not know what he was doing.

Called them for leak seeping up in front yard in late afternoon. They showed up 8:00am next morning which was perfect. They dug in and showed me the leak which was several leaks on the main water pipe to the house. They offered several options and quotes. I chose to replace entire pipe. They called additional guys to help and was able to replace the entire pipe line that day and did not change quote as well as add a few things to bring us to code and did not charge additional. The pricing was comparable to other companies, but they did the job in 1 day and was careful to replace the soil with turf on top so the lawn still looked green. I was super impressed with friendliness and professionalism of all the guys. I really appreciated that they showed me the leaks instead of just telling me. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs and I will keep them as my plumbing service in the future.

Mike is super helpful and he gives you great tips before and after helping you fix your issue. He is responsive and very personable.

Cross Plumbing backs up their work and is licensed and that is something I look for in a plumber. I rather not deal with any of those commercialized companies. They are all out for commission!

I will definitely use him again and will refer him to my family in the area. Great service and honesty these days are hard to find!

Finally found a plumber in Riverside that I will use for future jobs as well as recommend to our friends and family.  Called this company yesterday who sent out assosiate Jesse the same day. Jesse was on time and quoted the work that needed to be done at a fair price. (I say this because the first guy from another company, wanted to charge $660.00 to change out a hot water line under the bathroom sink, that our contractor put 2 elbows in which is not the standard of practice. Cold water line was already changed out by someone else at a cost of $254.00.) Jesse did the work efficiently and cleaned up the mess completely. He also checked the connection to the faucets and discovered that all of the lines were only finger tight. Meaning an opportunity to leak in the future, so he tighten the lines up for us and triple checked everything to ensure no future problem. We, so appreciated good old fashion customer service. To put the icing on the cake Mike Cross the owner called us to check to see if we were satisfied with Jessie's work. Oh by the way he only charged 195.00 so all the way around good value for a job well done.

These guys are amazing! Just hours before we were closing escrow on our house we were selling, a pipe right outside of our front door began to leak badly.  I was cold calling companies and and no one could help.  I spoke with Mike at Cross Plumbing, and he arranged for his guys to come out immediately.  Dean and Jesse showed up and were knowledgeable and friendly.  They finished the work in 20 minutes and I couldn't be happier.  Big thanks to Mike, Dean and Jesse.  You just made a customer for life!

Water main broke late on a Sunday night. Called Cross Plumbing early Monday morning and they responded within an hour! They communicated with us throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions! They did great work and finished the job quickly! Definitely recommend Cross Plumbing!

Sent a request through yelp on Sunday afternoon looking for help with our refrigerator valve that needed to be changed. Got a response from Mike right away. Mike and his entire team are FANTASTIC!  We have used them for many, many years at our business and recently at our home.  They can work with the 100+ year old building for our business and our 30 year old home seamlessly.  We had our water heater at our home break while showing our house for potential buyers and Mike had his crew out to fix it within 30 minutes!  Everything was fixed perfectly and we were never without hot water.

Highly recommend Cross Plumbing!!  I got myself into an emergency situation on a job site and this company really came through for me.

I accidentally snapped a hose bib right off the pipe causing water to flood my customers front yard.  I went into an immediate panic because there was no possible way to keep the water from flowing out unless the main valve was turned off.  

Without hesitation I started looking for a local plumber and thank God I found Cross.  Mike was able to have Eric at the job site within an hour.  

Eric went straight to work and was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently.  Their price was reasonable and the work done was excellent.  Definitely my go to from now on!

Called multiple companies prior to calling Cross. Mike was the first to answer his phone. I described my issue, asked for a few specific fees and he was very straight forward. He indicated someone could be out today and that is what happened.
Jessie and Dean showed up and were attentive to my explaining my issue and quickly understood the issue. I had asked for the cleanout to be scoped as I have had a recurring issue and had a hunch there was a problem that required more than just snaking it. Low and behold there was an issue, we found a whole lot of grease and buildup, Jessie suggested to jet the line. I had been told by other plumbers I may need to replace the line in the past. They gave me an upfront quote on the additional cost and went to pick up the machine and were back very fast.
They returned pretty quickly and thoroughly jetted it a few times and scoped it again so I could see the difference. Additionally they came inside and tested my systems to make sure there were no issues remaining and even looked at a few other concerns I had for me.
Overall great experience, straight forward with no bull. Mike even called me not too long after they left to make sure I was satisfied which was appreciated. Good to see an owner actively involved in a company. I am picky with who I deal with and like that company you can always call, this will be one for me.

I have use cross plumbing twice. First time to replace the garbage disposal and recently, they repaired a leak from the drain pipes due to a faulty flange tail piece and slip washers. These guys are honest and always afford an affordable price. The best thing is whenever they're very busy and booked they tried their best to squeeze you in their schedule and that happened to me today. Plus, I can't describe my issue but when I showed them the picture of the leak, they were very knowledgeable and know the issue right away. I normally hire them for my plumber needs and they always come and fix in the same day. Thanks again Mike and the whole Cross Plumbing teams. My apartment has been having issues with the old plumbing system, today Eric was called by our HOA, he did an amazing job.

My neighbor and I's bathrooms were all flooded.
Eric was able to fix the issue within 2 hours then everything was flowing thru very well.
He was a nice guy with great attitude.

I also asked him to help me change the valves behind the toilet because it has never been changed for 30 years. He was super fast and he made sure everything works well.
Price was very reasonable. Easy payment transaction thru Zelle because I didn't have any cash or check on me.

Our water heater didn't have hot water so we called Mike and he came within 2 hours and found the pilot light was out on our 17 year old water heater.  He restarted it and it worked but only for a few hours it went out again. Since it's way past it's useful life, we decided to get a new one. We called Mike that same night and his technician came the next day to replace it.  Very professional and quick. I live in a condominium and a neighbor downstairs noticed the smell of a gas leak. Turned out it was coming from an outside gas line used for my condo. I let my HOA know that it needed to be fixed and they told me I had to pay out of pocket. Fortunately when Cross Plumbing came out, they told me they could talk to HOA and let them know it should be something that is covered by them since a sprinkler right next to the gas line caused it to corrode so badly. I ended up not having to pay out of pocket and they came out to fix it within a day. Professional work and very much appreciated that they went the extra mile to talk to my HOA. Thank you!

My husband discovered behind a cabinet in our dining room the carpet and wall were wet but we could find no source for the water. I went on Yelp, not remembering I used Cross plumbing before and saw all the good reviews, except mine!! I called Mike and set a time for someone to come out and check it out. The next day Jerry showed up and checked it out  Well, after investigating the problem he found the source, I agreed to the price and in no time the problem was solved! I can't say enough about Jerry. Nice, professional and got right in there and fixed the problem and didn't leave one trace that a plumber had been in my house. A couple hours after he left, Mike called for a follow up, needless to say I sang high praises for Jerry! I will definitely remember Cross Plumbing next time! We had a water main in our front yard spring a leak underground. Back in Nov. last year. I called Cross based on the glowing reviews here on Yelp. Very quickly they had a gentleman at my house. His name was Jesse, he was very friendly and super knowledgeable. He was able to get things all fixed up and working great. The cost was very reasonable. Over this past weekend we had sprung a leak on one of the connections and I called and spoke to Mike. Not long after that he was at my house and confirmed the issue. He had it fixed and water back on in no time. Also he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will never call any other plumber in the future. Excellent service!

My water heater decided to start leaking and turn my garage in to a spa! But after a brief phone call, help was on the way.  

On a Sunday!

He arrived and immediately went to work on the problem.   Rather than try a quick fix,  we discussed several options for replacement of the current water heater.

He stopped the leak, and ordered the replacement for installation first thing Monday morning.

By the time I returned home from the office, I was greeted by a clean, dry garage, and plenty of hot water for my after work shower.

I would highly recommend this company in the future.

Jerry was a great help.  I was very stressed that the gas leak I had would have require me to tear up flat work in order to fix.   He provided a strategy to locate where the leak was coming from. We talked it through and he explained clearly how best to test.  He has quick, left no mess, provided detailed information.  He was able to fix my gas leak and we did not have to tear up concrete!  It was a huge relief.  He also sent me videos of his testing and results for my files.  He was very professional and I highly recommend using them to all my friends and family.  Superior Service.

Our main drain line started backing up around 8pm last night.  I called Mike at Cross Plumbing to see if they were available to stop by that night to diagnose and remedy the issue.  Mike apologized that he was currently fielding 7 other emergency calls, but promised to stop by in the morning.  Mike came on time in the window of time provided and quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue down to a failed backwater flapper valve.  Mike is responsive, professional, courteous and spent the time to explain what failed and options to resolve the issue.  We will be using Mike and his team for any future plumbing needs.  Thank you Cross Plumbing!

I called the company as a referral from my neighbor.. I really didn't think they could get to my problem until the next day... well the exceeded my expectations showed up in the afternoon.. replaced the leaky valves and drain my hot water and refill it all in a hour. We had a plumbing issue thanks to a kid flushing a toothbrush down the toilet... of course these things never happen at a good time and we were having a pool party on the next day and needed the downstairs toilet to work for our guests. I called Mike and he sent one of his guys first thing in the morning to fix the issue. I had mentioned that our teenagers bathroom upstairs wasn't flushing properly as well. Apparently it was an easy fix and wasn't charged for that fix. I would definitely use them again for future issues and recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys I appreciate it !!!

Mike and Dean were my plumbers. So far they're like no others. Come in and found the leak, got it done that day not a week!
If I have another issue, I won't be grabbing a tissue. I'll be picking up the phone calling Mr Cross, cause for all my plumbing needs Cross is BOSS!

We had a problem with a possible slab leak. Contacted Mike and he sent out Jerry the following day. He was able to stop the leak and was very friendly! Then we scheduled with Mike and his team to fix the plumbing issue from the slab leak. He even helped contact the people who fixed the dry wall for our home. Mike and his team are very friendly and fast to respond to any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend them!

There are VERY GOOD REASONS these plumbers have as many 5 star reviews as they do. Here's 5 off the top of my head.

1. They answered the phone the first time we called. No being sent to voicemail

2. They're a fairly small and family owned business, with a different and much more fair pricing model for their work than other plumbers around town.

3. Dean was right on time to help us with our plumbing emergency, and patiently answered with a smile all of our questions about what was happening in our pipes as he was working.

4. Diagnosed the problem quickly, effectively, and got the pipes connected to our washing machine, toilets, and showers clog free.

5. All around great guys who you can tell enjoy solving issues and getting your house working right again!

Excellent service. Would easily call again. Thank you Cross Plumbing! You guys are the best. :-)

Mike and his company are the Best plumbers around I have a business and on a Saturday called him for help, he's a angel for coming to our rescue.. did so much work for a really reasonable price. I can't say enough about mike and his company.. if your in need of a plumber you won't be disappointed, fair prices unbelievable work, and explains exactly what needs to be done or what can wait.. not just out for the money!

We had a 3-hole bathroom faucet replaced on a nice granite countertop. Mike was prompt in getting in contact and setting up the work, and the price was quite fair. Jerry was friendly, did an excellent job of installation and even went above and beyond by managing to carefully remove some hard water deposits on the granite that we were worried about getting off. Great service- A+.

Yesterday I was doing some dishes in the kitchen and discovered that while the water was running the toilet in the bathroom had completely overflowed. I proceeded to panic as there was about an inch and a half of water in the bathroom and through the entryway of our home. I called the first 3 plumbers with 5 stars on yelp. The first two didn't answer and the last one said they couldn't be out for another 3-6 hours. That was when I got a call back from Mike of Cross Plumbing, even though I didn't leave a message!

He explained that he was with another client (which I appreciate, honestly. It's frustrating as a customer when the person you're employing is more focused on their phone than on your problem) and said he had one other person to get to and he would come right over to fix the problem. He got here quickly and was finished before the earliest time the other plumber said he could get there!

Mike was REALLY nice and very professional. I was pretty distraught (I literally just moved in here last week) and he identified the problem literally as soon as he got here and got to work solving it. He also found that it was probably something the home owners association would deal with, so he went ahead and called them for me and explained what was going on. I was having an incredibly stressful day and it was made a lot less stressful by the helpful guys at Cross Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again! Thanks guys!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!   I'm responsible for the maintenance of 6 buildings.   After some bad experiences with Plumbers I found Cross Plumbing.   Late in the day on a Friday before a holiday or a building flooding, Mike and his team always come and save the day!   Mike even went out his service area down to Fallbrook because 2 different companies could not get the job done correctly down there.   Mike and his team always go above and beyond to help me!!   I have called on Cross Plumbing for two years now and know that the job will be completely done.   I highly recommend Cross Plumbing!!!

came out and gave me an estimate of $2650 for a job. The problem was that i had already gotten 2 other estimates of 750.00-850.00 plus parts     (which ended up being around $250.00). Not sure how there would be a difference of over $1600 for the same job

Came by AFTER the end of his day. Almost missed dinner with his wife on a Friday. Saved my simple plumbing issue in five minutes. Charged me far, far less than he could. Solved my plumbing problem for the weekend. Honestly Godsend! Thankful!

We had a non-emergency problem and called Mike Cross, He arranged an appointment for us the next day. That next day it became more urgent, and Mike sent Jesse over earlier than he had promised. Jesse started to deal with it, and then Mike joined him.The problem appeared to be solved, and we paid a reasonable charge for the service. Less than a week later the problem recurred (again, not an emergency), and Mike worked us into his schedule and came out the same day. He resolved the issue and did not charge us any additional fees. There may be a more serious problem, and Mike has counseled us to take a conservative approach instead of urging us to perform more expensive and invasive work.

Mike Cross is reliable, honest, pleasant, reasonable and a decent person.

We recommend him without reservation, and while we hope further plumbing problems do not arise, we know exactly who we will call: Mike Cross/Cross Plumbing.
