Tom is a brilliant plumber! He's a seasoned professional, highly respectful, and very reasonable with his rates. I had him install a soft water system along with a sediment filter in my garage and he was able to accommodate my tight schedule to get the job done with high quality. I plan on calling Tom for all my future plumbing needs-- at least the ones Drano can't fix! :)

I would trust him with any job. He recently came and helped us with some work in our house that had been done poorly by a plumber our insurance company hired and gave us an honest assessment of what had been done and what needed to be done.

I called Tom for a minor job. I needed new shut off valves and connectors on my two water heaters. After my call, he arrived the following day and was finished in 15 minutes. He also fixed a broken sprinkler in my front yard at no charge! Tom was available, efficient, friendly, and his prices were reasonable!

We are so extremely pleased with Tom's Quality Plumbing! Tom has been to our house several times and each time he has shown up on time, fully prepared to do the job, and always does fabulous work. Although his work has always demonstrated what a skilled plumber he is, this time Tom outdid himself! We just purchased a rather expensive washer which proved to be a bit too powerful for our tired, old pipes. We thought there was no hope, but Tom solved the problem to our utter amazement and our washer is up and runnning! He then re-routed the gas line in our kitchen to service our new gas range- again, a job that we thought was going to be a difficult task for him he completed expertly. We're thrilled to have such an expert plumber available and highly recommend Tom for all of your plumbing needs- large or small. He can certainly get the job done.

So it's Late afternoon Friday, I am doing some light gardening before I start my Friday beers, when My wife informs me that we have a problem. The valve to the sprinkler is leaking. Big time. Oh dear. I trace the line back to the start and find that there is no shut off valve. I call Tom's Quality Plumbing, because I have used his services before, with the hope that he can do a service call this weekend. It's Friday afternoon and I doubt he can fit me in. Anyways, I give him a call, explain my situation, and he tells me he can see me later on this evening. Outstanding, bomb defused. This should be a simple repair and it should not be that super expensive. Tom shows up an hour or so later and does the repairs per my request. He gave me a quote that was about half of what I was expecting. He does the repair, puts it all back together and it is still leaking. It turns out that a cheap and shoddy job that was done on the sprinkler system before we even moved in has come back to haunt us. Tom informs me that he has to dig. All I see is money flying away because it is late Friday, and I have no choice in the matter. To turn off the leak, I have to turn off the main water supply which was not an option. I authorize the repair with Tom and go back with the wife to have a pow wow on how we are going to pay for this. After about an hour, Tom calls me out out and explains what has happened and offers several options for repair. We go with the best option for us today, which is to cap it off and fix it later. Tom completes the repair. The job is done and the cost is way, way below what I expected, considering it was late Friday afternoon and this repair had to be done, no other option. I was very, very happy with the final results and would highly recommend Tom's Quality Plumbing Repair to any and all.
Quick version,
I had a potential nightmare plumbing problem and Tom made it all better for a heck of a lot cheaper then I thought possible.

When the time came to start my back yard project from the ground up, the search was on for a plumber. After meeting with several plumbers, almost all of them were late to the appointment, but not Tom. Later I received an estimate from each and Tom's price was very reasonable.

We chose Tom for our project because he was on time, price competitively and felt like an honest individual. Tom's replace all of the water lines, gas lines and sewer line from under the house out into our backyard. All of his work was top quality. Much better then other plumbers I have used previously.

You can trust Tom with all of your needs, big or small. We will absolutely use Tom again!

I'm a first-time home owner, so hiring a plumber is new to me. Tom made it super easy! He came out the same day l called to replace the leaking spigots for our washer and a couple others outside. They were all original to the home. 65 years old. He actually had to cut and weld a copper pipe to fix an outdoor spigot. All of the work looks and functions great! I'll be calling Tom for any of our future needs. This is one of the good contractors.

Wow....my toilet tank was cracked and flooding my front bathroom.  I am a widow and turned off the knob (I thought) behind the toilet but water kept coming.  Called a gal friend and she told me to call Tom's plumbing!  They sent Chris...he was here in fifteen minutes!!  He turned the water off (I hadn't turned it far enough).  I asked him if he could put in a new toilet?  He went and got the one I wanted and installed it at eight thirty the next morning.  They are my go to Plumber forever more!!!
Very reasonable too!!!  Would  highly recommend them to anyone who asks me!!!!!  So happy!!!!!

Tom's Quality Plumbing is fantastic!  Tom is my go to plumber.  He is punctual, priced right, and always professional.  
He recently fixed a leaking pipe in my master bathroom (non emergency); however, in the past I have used him for emergency situations as well as day to day repairs.
Tom returns calls promptly (esp. emergency situations), sets up appointments quickly, arrives on time, and his pricing is fair.

Tom, is a plumber we have used years ago, and I don't know how we lost track of his number. We had him out today and he did a very good and reasonable replacement of the shower cartridges in both of our showers. Tom is honest, hard working, and does quality work at a reasonable price. We have recommended him in the past and definitely will again.
