Ray came over to give us an estimate for the kitchen plumbing problem we had.  He came back to finish the job, on time and professional.  We had questions after he left that day and we called him back.  He was available and pleasant to answer each question.  The job was done nicely and clean.  I would recommend Ray's leak detection company as reliable.

We noticed some leaking underneath our hardwood floors and were referred to Ray for assistance. Ray showed up exactly when he said he would, and in the grand total of an hour and a half he had found the source of our leak and fixed it for less money that we'd expected. He also gave us great information about the next steps to take and what information to pass on to a contractor to repair the drywall and floor if necessary, as well as all the information we would need to share with our insurance company if we need to file a claim.

He was polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I hope I never have a need for his services again, but would call him in a heartbeat  if I did. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

This is a great family owned business. Ray and his father came out and found my leak almost immediately. It would've taken me a LONG time to do what he did in just a few minutes. I can't thank him enough.

Couldn't happen at a worse time.  We noticed a slab leak in the hall way the day after Thanksgiving while decorating for Christmas.

Found Ray's Leak Detection & Repair and liked what I read about the company.  Scheduled an appointment and Ray showed up when promised.  The leak was found - under the stairs.  UGH.

Ray wrote up the plan of action which was to bypass the leak and redo the piping instead of tearing up the stairs to open the slab.

The new piping was installed, the site was cleaned up, and everything is perfect.

Ray's professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to ensure the job is done correctly is very much appreciated.

Ray's Leak Detection saved the day. He's came and quickly found my slab leak for $300 and came back 2 days later and completed the repairs for an additional $1,500 and did minimal damage to my flooring. I am very happy with his professionalism and my leak is fixed. His cellphone number 951 377 1942. Work is guaranteed for 3 years. I would recommend him to anyone.

Called Ray on Saturday afternoon for a small pin hole leak on the front yard hose pipe.  Wasn't an emergency, just a small spray into the flower bed.
Ray came out to the house on Monday and took a look at it while we were at work, which was SUPER helpful that we didn't have to miss work to get the leak looked at.
Ray explained that the pipes were fragile due to their age, and that what needed to be done was likely to cost between $250.00 & $350.00 for the hours of labor and materials.  The price quote was more than fair considering what he was going to have to dig up for the repair.  Since its right before Thanksgiving (and money is tight) Ray was kind enough to patch the area with a temporary patch that should last for a couple of months.
1. Thankful for efficiency!
2. Thankful for his communication.
3. Thankful for the patch that will allow me time to budget in the repair.
Have used Ray's Leak Detection in the past & will use them in the future.

Had a sprinkler high pressure feed line rupture beneath my driveway. Called Ray after reading reviews. Ray came out on Monday, gave me a quote then fixed the problem on Wednesday.

Ray is very honest, showed up on time and was very professional. He fixed the leak by removing a section from a brick strip in my driveway, fixing the leak and replacing the brick strip. Will have no visible clue that any repair was ever made.

Next time I have a slab leak, Ray will be the first guy I call!

Get everything in writing and get a receipt for everything!  Okay, to be honest, I went through American Home Shield and Ray was the company they sent out.  We had a broken hot water line that needed it to be repaired.  He did great work in detecting the leak.  No complaints.  It was everything that came next that was the problem.  Ridiculous and costly suggestions made to the insurance company.  Instead of doing a reroute where only, Ray wanted to remove the entire pantry as he claimed that was the only way to access the line - turns out there is a small crawl space where the line was accessible.  If we had actually bought into what he suggested, the only way the line would have been able to be repaired would have also resulted in the kitchen floor being torn up or many feet of drywall having to come off and then needing to be repaired.  Neither option was great.  Add to that, becuase we had had to turn off all the water to the house, Ray offered to install a new hot water shut off valve as the old one had corrded and the new one had to be saudered in.  We jumped at it and for $285.00 he did exactly that.  After paying in cash, the only option as his credit card app was not working, Ray left and it was then I realized that he had not given a receipt.  I called and asked him if it was possible for him to come back and give me a receipt - he had been gone less than 10 minutes - and he told me that he was too busy to come back but the next time he was here he would give one.  I could not believe that taking out the pantry was the only way to access the broken line, turns out I was right not to believe him.  Called another plumbing company - RT Olson Plumbing - they not only came out and fixed the leak WITHOUT having to remove the pantry or the cost associated with it, but also did the reroute without having to take up the floor and in total, only 5 feet of drywall.  When I called Ray, and let him know that we would not be going with him and that I really needed that receipt sent to me - didn't even ask that he come back out, email was fine - he told me, No, I cannot give you one.  I did a deal for you off the books at a good cost so that I would get the job.  He didn't get the job, and, at least for us, we won't be using him again and have asked American Home Shield, to not send him to out to us if ever have another plumbing problem.

I've had Ray come out to our house on 2 separate occasions, several years apart. Both times, he arrived as scheduled, and was pleasant and professional. The first call was for a slab leak that the gas co. suspected we had.  Ray found the leak, & was able to come up with an effective  repair solution that did not involve ripping up the tile, as I had feared.
I called Ray again yesterday, fearing another slab leak. He arrived this morning, looked around, discussed the problem, and discovered that we do not have a leak after all. He offered possible causes for the moisture that we found, and also possible solutions. The solutions didn't require any work from him, so he had nothing to gain, except to be helpful. This was a huge relief!
Ray charges a nominal fee to check for the leak. This was well worth the peace of mind that it brought.  I highly recommend Ray's Leak Detection, and will call them again if we have future plumbing needs.

Ray was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He persisted in finding the leak and it turned out to be something we can repair ourselves. There was no pressure to have him fix it. His rate was reasonable and fair, just as quoted on the phone.
Highly recommended.
