I am long overdue in writing this review for Jerez Plumbing. Fernando is so nice, professional, and friendly. From the moment I called to the moment he left, it was such a great experience. My husband and I had an issue with a gas valve that we thought we needed to relocate in order to fit our dryer machine and Fernando said he could take a look at. Thankfully, he was able to find a great solution that didn't require us to cut open the wall and move the gas valve. WHAT A WIN!!! I am so thankful to him for helping us and being honest throughout the process. I definitely will reach out again for any future plumbing needs. Customer service is top notch! I called Tony & Sons due to a leak in my bathroom and he came and fixed the problem within a few hours, I know there was some issue due to previous plumbers that we used (SOS Plumbing.....big mistake) but he was able to correct the problem and get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. Our shower drain was clogged, so I gave Fernando a call. I asked if someone could come to take a look that day and he offered to come by after his next job. I called around noon and by 3pm he was at my house.
Fernando was friendly and very professional. He wore a mask, had booties over his shoes and wore gloves in the house. Our issue was fixed within 30 minutes and we were charged the price he quoted over the phone. I can't say enough great things about him and the quality of his work. We will definitely call them again in the future!

Highly recommended !!! Fernando is HONEST and trustworthy. He won't ripped you off for the price of his work. I have a complicated shower set (Moen Spa shower) that other plumber said hard to fix but Fernando was able to do it and he didn't charge me lots of $$$ like the other plumbing company. He even call Moen company for me to tell the customer representative that the cartridge that I received was defective. So Moen send me another one free of charge. Thank you Fernando.

I needed a licensed, bonded plumber to fix a few longstanding issues related to work done by an unlicensed friend of a friend plumber. I was hoping to find a local small business with a good reputation, and Jerez Plumbing was a godsend, just what i was hoping for. Fernando explained his assessment of the issues and presented a game plan. Where there were options, he clearly and plainly explained them and also made recommendations to save me money where appropriate. He and an apprentice worked efficiently and removed all resulting

I can't say enough praise for Fernando and his dad, Antonio. I found them on Yelp and read their reviews from previous customers and decided to give them a call yesterday about my broken upstairs toilet. Fernando answered on the 2nd ring. I was shocked because I was used to most business answering by a machine. After listening about my toilet problem, he said he would come within the hour. He arrived within 30 min. He quickly found the problem. (We bought it in 2007 when we built our upstairs and had problems with it at least on 3 other occasions). He could have fixed it but pointed out that it was old, full of plastic parts which are hard to replace and not an energy saver. For a few dollars more he would bring us a new toilet with metal parts (easy to find) flapper and an energy saver. I happily approved this. Fernando said he would be back the following morning at 10 am. He arrived 20 min earlier which was great, and was finished with replacing the toilet, hauled away the old one, gave me a 10% discount for 1st time user and out the door at 10:28 am. I highly recommend Tony and Son for any of your plumbing needs. They are professional, clean and know their craft. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

These guys are the best...we had a previous plumber come out and mis diagnosed our shower/tub leak... Choosing Jerez Plumbing is one the best decisions I've ever made. From start to finish, Fernando and his team did not disappoint. They are punctual, organized, knowledgeable with their line of work. Fernando, the owner is caring, honest, and sincere. He will do everything to address your needs. He is also very informative. He explains the process of the job that needs to be done clearly. He answers questions via text or call promptly.
I hired them when our sewer pipe broke and flooded our crawl space. Fernando immediately contacted a company who will remove the water in our crawl space asap. He had his team started early and finished late hours to finish the job in 2 days since he knew we were staying in the hotel while the repairs are being done. They also took care of some issues in our house for free; such as changing the drain in our bath tub, fixing the screw of our loose toilet bowl, turning our water heater on and making it functional (in which we had a plumber from a different company recommending to change it), and hydrojetting our pipe lines from in and out of the house to the sewer. Since purchasing my home in 2013 I've used Tony and Son plumbing for all my plumbing needs! They've replaced my water heater at an unbeatable price. They've also removed roots from some of my pipes, install pipes and drainage for my new laundry room, and repaired a leak or clog here and there.
Prior to me hiring Tony and Son, I've shopped around for prices and I have got to tell you that based on the work they do, how clean and efficient they work, there was no other plumbing service that came close.

Called yesterday that my tankless water heater was leaking. Took the time to research and make sure he was installing the correct model tankless water heater for my setup. I was having issues with my laundry drain which was clogged and these guys were great,honest and the response was quick. My issue was taken care. He recommended something but since i dont own i have to get an ok from the landlord to clean my drains the price was good to me. They also clean up any mess so yes i will use them again and recommend these guys for plumbing .

I called Tony and Son on a Sunday morning, they were the 3rd company and the 1st to actually answer my call. I spoke to Fernando (son) and he said he was on his way to LA but he would come to my house right after, which was less than 2 hours. Stop! Your search for a plumber ends here because you have landed on the best crew for your job. You won't find a more honest, professional, clean and detailed oriented plumbing company.

Like most people I hate having to deal with plumbing issues and plumbers. You just never know if the plumber that shows up to your house is more interested in fixing your issues, or more interested in overcharging and building up the sales commission. In my experience most plumbers are more interested in the up-sale and not fixing the issues.

Tony and Son's is different. I had stinky poo water backing up into my kitchen sink, toilets and bathtub. My house smelled like a sewer and my wife was about to kill me because we just had a plumber out for the same issue just 2 months earlier. Obviously I wasn't going to call the same company again because they didn't get it right the first time.

A friend of mine told me to call Tony & Son. They were life savers.

Setting up an appointment was easy. They got to my place on time and got to work. Unlike the last plumber that came to my house, Fernando and his crew carefully assessed my problem before telling me the problem. Apparently the last plumber that I called only scratched the surface of my issues. Fernando explained to me the issues, the options and the cost. I never felt like he was hiding something or being shady. Fernando and his crew got to work to fix the issues. I'm happy to say that more than 1 year later I have no issues with my plumbing, and my wife didn't kill me. I can't thank these guys enough.

Most of my ratings on Yelp involves food. In this case, I was very impressed with the plumbing service that I needed to write something.

I was having issues with kitchen and washer sink, I also bought a new fridge that needed water lines hooked up. I looked up on Yelp and found Tony & Son Plumbing. I called and left a message and less than an hour later, Fernando contacted me.

He came to my home and checked what needed to be done. He gave me a reasonable price on clearing the sink pipes and checked the water lines for the fridge. He explained everything to me that needed to be done. Fernando fixed the plumbing issue in an hour. He connected the water lines in my new fridge the next day in a timely manner.

When I returned home, I noticed that faucets in the home was not giving enough pressure. I contacted Fernando when the business was closed and he answered me! Fernando then said he was on his way to fix the problem without asking him to check on it. After several minutes, the problem fixed itself.

Thank you Fernando for the excellent service and the professional work you and your team did. I will definitely call this business for future work and refer Fernando and his business to my family and friends!

I don't think I can say enough good things about Fernando and Jerez Plumbing. These guys not only perform stellar work but do so in a friendly and professional manner. I had them out due to a water heater with multiple issues. They were able to diagnose the issue and present me with all options and pricing so I could make the best decision for my home. Because my water heater had so many issues, some I already knew prior to them coming out, I had them install a new unit. They provided a same day install, updated some of the surrounding plumbing and made sure it was up to code, as the prior was not. The price was competitive and fair. Fernando also noted a small issue with one of the handles in my front bathroom and made time to come back and fix it at no cost. It was a quick repair, less than 5 minutes but he went out of his way to take care of my home, that is excellent customer service that you don't often find these days! They saw that my vent pipe was leaning on one side of my roof and with out question they fixed the problem and gave me a great price. So happy that Tony and Son Plumbing came out to my house to fix the kitchen sink faucet. We had periods of hot water running without shutting back off!!! Sometimes it would take five minutes to turn off the hot water from the kitchen sink. Fernando came to the house the next morning, replaced and installed the sink immediately. Thank you Fernando! We just need to be able to turn on and off the hot water to wash the dishes for goodness sake! We could not handle having the hot water continuously running and taking so long to turn off. Great service locally. My 2 year old daughter dropped her toothbrush in the toilet and Fernando was able to check that it actually went through the piping already and he had made sure there were no clogging. My husband called Tony and Son Plumbing on a Friday morning for stuff backing up into the shower and toilet. I expected to book an appointment for a later day but Fernando said he could come by after 4pm. He arrived earlier and started to diagnose the problem. He gave us the options and probabilities. He was genuine and I did not feel he was trying to push us in any direction. The problem would require digging and cement work. The price tag was fair. He came back the next Wednesday, Valentine's Day, and started digging. The picture of the dirt pile in the driveway my husband texted me at noon made me nervous but when I arrived after 6pm the cement was already drying and they were packing up. He brought in extra crew to complete the job early.
I would definitely recommend Tony & Son Plumbing to others and will not hesitate to call again for any other plumbing issues.

Jerez Plumbing has a motto: Outstanding Quality through Expert Service. I'll just say this holds true in everything they did. When the original path of installing a tankless heater turned out to not be feasible (would have required way more work than I was ready to pay for), they helped exchange the tankless heater for a tank. Fernando and pops came through December 19, 2019. They told me owning a home would be fun until you have a busted pipe through the wall. With some time Fernando and his pops were able to find the pipe in the wall going to the ground to take care of it. Our horrible home owners insurance said give us a week to send someone out.

Great knowledge when they arrived. Broke it down step by step of what needed to be done. Price was given. If needed I would reach out to them again.

Had issues with plumbing. Spoke with Tony over Yelp chat, he is a LICENSED plumber and best of all is COMMUNICATIVE and PROFESSIONAL. I felt that I got price gouged on a recent job, and he was able to honestly quote me what the cost of repair would be from him which included warranty, camera scope, AND clean up. Unfortunately, I ended up having to pay the other plumbers, who didn't offer warranty, scope, and clean up, but they refunded me based on Tony's estimate. I will certainly reach out to him next time if I have ANY plumbing issues.

Fernando is the best in the business! We've used his services multiple times now. Very professional and super responsive. To top it off, he is very fair on prices - also very honest and helpful!

First time I called was for a stubborn kitchen clogged sink about 6-7 months ago. After prior failed attempts by 2 other plumbers to unclog it, Fernando came to our rescue and did a very thorough and fantastic job. Now my kitchen sink still drains like a charm.

Recently, my wife & I thought it was a good time to change out our water heater (slow leak for over a year & 20 year old unit - it was surely impossible to drain & replace it myself). We decided to give Fernando a chance to quote us. He came by and explained the amount of work involved, and advised me to allow 1-2 days to work a quotation. Fernando did not try to upsell me on any services & equipment I didn't need - super honest and humble - no short cuts. You looking for fast honest and affordable plumber, Tony and Son are the guys to call. Woke up one morning only to find that my kitchen sinks garbage disposal was leaking. Searched around on yelp and made a couple of calls. Tony & Sons yelp advertisements caught my attention with their catchy, professional and innovative tools that they presented in the video. We had a shower leak and called Jerez Plumbing to help diagnose/fix the problem. Javier came out right away and was very thorough. Explained pricing upfront, expectations, and spent a few hours figuring out different scenarios of what may be happening. Our situation was a bit tricky and so Tony also came out to lend another set of eyes to figure out the issue. Ultimately, we were able to rule out major plumbing issues and pinpoint where the source of the leaks were coming from - leaking through an area of tiles/grout rather than the drainage or pipes.

It's a family run business which I always appreciate. You are being helped by the people in charge of the business. They are honest and definitely went above and beyond to make sure the problem was handled. Highly recommend.

We needed our laundry hookups in our kitchen flipped to the other side of the wall into a different room to make a laundry room. From my initial message via Yelp to the estimate visit to the job being done, Fernando was a great communicator and professional. He was accesible via phone and explained thoroughly what he would do to get the job done. We got multiple quotes from other plumbing companies and some were in the same range as his quote. The difference was that we felt we could trust Fernando to work honestly and to open up our walls the least possible, and once it came to the day of the work to be done, he delivered. As others have written, he explained at every step what he was doing and what he wanted to do next, and potential outcomes along the way. I also appreciated that from the start, he and his dad put a huge rag on my kitchen floor to work cleanly (this was after a day of rain), and Fernando used a blade to cut my drywall without producing dust in my kitchen- very thoughtful! He also offered ideas of projects in the kitchen (we are in between long term projects) and there's a smaller project I need to do that I intend to do myself, but I asked what the pricing would be if I can't manage to do it after all, and he quoted me but also said that if I start to do it myself and at some point get stuck, to feel welcome to send him photos and he can try to help me get through it- If that's not great customer service I don't know what is. I had a great time talking to him and the work he and his father did looks great, I appreciated that they covered the holes they had to make so that I didn't have to rush to patch them up the same day. We have not connected any laundry machines yet but I'm confident with the work performed- he said that if there's ever a problem in the future to just let him know. Fair pricing, honest work ethic, considerate of our house, and reachable. I also wanted to address a negative review someone left because of not receiving elaborate messages via yelp when they asked for a quote. I don't think that was a fair evaluation of this company- they are not here to flower people with salutations, it sounded like they answered her question in a straightforward way, and that's what they did with me too. I don't expect a flowery response when I ask for estimates on yelp and they probably don't have time for that because of how busy they are due to their great reviews, and once you meet them you see they have truly great service. No one likes to call a plumber as you know it will surely be costly!! We've had an issue with our bathroom's backing up. Fernando came out one evening and almost last minute, my husband called him at about 7 pm and he was out in no time!! He was the least expensive of all the plumbers my husband called. He was able to clear our main line rather quickly and the price in my opinion was reasonable. Within 10 days we had the same issue, he told us he would bring out a camera to see what the problem was, again, given past plumbing issues, the price was very reasonable with a camera involved. He showed me the issue on the screen and gave me his opinion, eventually the pipe will have to be replaced, but in the meantime we can make do. He didn't charge me to clear out the pipe only for the use of the camera, who does that??? I cannot recommend Fernando and Tony & Son Plumbing enough. Their honesty and integrity are beyond impressive. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a good and honest plumber and will only use them in the future.

I called Tony and Son for a water leak in our house. The 2 guys immediately started to trace the problem. It turned out to be a broken sewer pipe. They immediately started to put plastic to cover the area to protect from dust and cut out the damaged part of the drywall and cut the broken piece and replace the new one. They also noticed that one of the showers needed caulking and took care of it. They completed the job and finished up by explaining everything that was done and swept the area from all dust. These guys provided great customer service from the minute they picked up the phone to the minute they walked out the door.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer for my home after having done laundry at my parent's home for the past 12 years! After the drainage on first load, I noticed water seeping from under the dryer; managed to complete three loads, but knew the issue needed to be diagnosed and resolved. Fernando from Tony n Son Plumbing really came thru for us today! We had been without water for 2days due to a leaky pipe...waiting for plumber thru our Home Warranty, only for them to tell me this morning leaky pipe OUTSIDE of house was not covered. We calked a handyman who said the pipe ran under concrete slab under our A/C which would hv to be moved to cut concrete THEN pipe could bd replaced (cha-ching multple times, rt?!)...I was hvg heart failure until handyman referred me to Fernando...he took a closer look at it and found the pipe was actually a line for sprinklers in our backyard. Excellent service. Fernando came to my house (he is Tony's son) and he was a very pleasant guy.

He was on time and he was able to replace my shower head assembly (the whole thing) even though he ran into a few complications along the way. He was very honest about the whole process and walked me through all the steps.

Yes, he wore a mask the whole time and he had covers on his boots inside the house.

Given the fact that he took this task off my hands and I didn't have to worry about it, I would say the price was quite fair. There was a certain component that he did not have to replace, but I opted to replace it anyways which drove the price slightly higher (that was on me). Other than that, it would have been the original price he quoted me for on the phone.

My water heater broke down on a heavy rainy day. I called a couple of plumbers to see if there's any possibilities to have same day or next day service. I have a 7-Eleven in Long Beach and one of my sinks was clogged. I called them because I was referred to them. Had a slow draining drain that became an even more slow draining drain over the course of a few months. It was time...

...time to give up hope that I could fix it on my own. I picked up my phone and called Tony & Son. Fernando was courteous and straight to the point, he would get to me by the evening or at worst the next morning. I appreciated him telling me that at 9am because I was able to make use of my day and sure enough 4pm he texted to see if I was still in need of service.

At arrival, both him and Edward worked to free up the clog. I was able to pick at Fernandos brain regarding plumbing and in addition to that random home upkeep chat.

As someone who loves to save a buck and want to do things on their own, it was money well spent.

Was in the process of buying a house and really needed the plumbing inspected in a short period of time. Was really worried I wasn't going to be able to find anyone. I called Jerez plumbing and spoke to Fernando. He was really knowledgeable and promised to come by even if it meant squeezing me in at the end of the day. So .. owning your home is a fantastic feeling. It's part of the American dream ..well , until it isn't ‍

Things go wrong and if you own your home they tend to go wrong when you least expect it.

This past week we noticed a small puddle in our pantry floor. We cleaned it and then it came back a couple of days later .. uh oh

After calling a few plumbers and having one visit the location , I found out there is a problem that needed repair.

I received some outrageous quotes for the job in terms of pricing and it compelled me to do some deeper research into who I want to trust with my home.

In comes Tony and sons plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and got a message back right away from Fernando. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional.

He quoted me a fair price and showed up today on time and ready to get the job done.

They did really quality work and were also great guys to work with.

I still glad to be a home owner and even more glad to find someone who can be trusted and takes pride in there work to take care of my home.

After many years of our toilets and showers backing up. I knew those clay pipes were probably in bad shape. We needed the line cleared recently by hydro jetting, so I decided to get a clean out installed for future ease. I got 3 quotes and so glad I went with Tony and Son Plumbing. Fernando was knowledgeable, explained the process and various scenarios for sewer repair once clean out was complete, but the main reason I went with them was how straight forward, honest, and fair in price quote they were. Fernando arrive on time and immediately got to work. He kept me informed through the day. Even when he discovered there was another area that had a serious break, he honored the original quote. He even hydro jetted the line once all work was complete to clear some roots that original company neglected 3 weeks prior. Bottom line is Fernando and his Pops are the best. If you need a plummer, don't waste your time searching.
Call Tony and Son. Fernando answered my call. He was
very responsible and updated me by text when he would arrive.
He did a great job trying to find the reason for my clogged sink.
Using rotars didn't help, and there was a problem as previous landscape workers put stucco on my outside drainage covering it up.
Fernando, felt around the stucco, cracked it open and there was the drainage outlet. He opened it up and my problem was solved. This is especially important as the holidays are here and I didn't want to be stuck. Anyway, call Fernando. Not only is he attentive to his work, the price was so resonable. What a great holiday gift!

I called Tony & Son Plumbing for water leak we had & we had no idea where it was coming from. It wasn't until we noticed the carpet in the downstairs closet (which is next to the bathroom) was completely soaked! We had a leak pop up from the old solar panels on our roof and was inundating our lawn and roof as it went everywhere. I found Tony & Son through Yelp and called due to the good review. I was quoted fairly and honestly, and he told me that since it was urgent - he had no problem coming as soon as he could. My point of contact was Fernando and right away I could tell he is a professional because of his great attitude and polite manners. He explained a lot of technical terms to my mother so that way she could be well educated and make a well informed decision. When he was inspecting our plumbing he found the problem, fixed it, and left the repair. Our toilet clogged in the middle of the day, and we needed rescuing. Other plumbers we called either didn't answer the phone or would take more than 24 hrs to respond. A technician answered our call and very kindly showed up between jobs to rescue our toilet. Tony and Son offers great, reliable and polite service. When Fernando arrived, he brought shoe covers, a complete tool set (some plumbers DO NOT come as prepared) and the willingness to drive to Home Depot to pick up the proper gas line valve (he had a gas leak behind our clothes dryer because the valve was ancient and needed replacing). The gas company service tech indicated the wrong size valve was needed. Since we had no idea whether the tech was right or wrong, we passed the info to the plumber before he arrived, so he understandably came equipped with that size.

There were 2 major traffic accidents between us and Fernando that day, so in addition to needing to patiently sit on the freeway/navigate local streets for 2.5 hours to get to our place, all while providing updates about his ETA, he arrived with a smile and nice demeanor.

It was dinner time when he arrived, so we offered him some food before he began working, but he politely said he would check on what needed to get done so he could get started, first! True to his word, he checked the valve size, went to Home Depot to get the right size, fixed the issue, had some of our salad, checked on the issue again, then packed his things to go.

Before he left, we remembered that we needed some assistance unplugging our garden fountain to save electricity (we did not know which of the many wires behind it to unplug, plus the place where all the wires are is kind of hard to get to) , and he kindly addressed that without charge.

All told, we are very grateful to Tony and Son for their awesome service, and would only go with them for all future projects. Now we can finally safely dry our laundry again without risking and fearing some crazy explosion, have a lower electricity bill w an unplugged garden fountain AND we have found an awesome plumbing company!

We were at our wits end the entire week trying to fix our clogged kitchen sink ourselves and already put in a bunch of money before we gave up and decided to call a plumber. Called for a quote and gave us a fair price and gave us all other options and prices if a simple snake of the drain wouldn't work. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. Had a slow water draining issue with the kitchen sink so after self sleuthing for some time, decided to call Tony & Son to have professionals take a look. Fernando picked up the phone and was very courteous and friendly in asking about my issue and setting up time. There was a slight miscommunication error on my part so they had to show up a day later but they were very prompt in arrival.

Fernando and his partner checked the cleanout valve and asked me whether I wanted to snake it or hydro jet it (hydro being twice as expensive). Based on his experience and recommendation, I went with regular old snake, which the process took about 15 minutes to setup and poke through. Fernando showed me the grease that had accumulated in the pipes and tested the sink drain to make sure there wasn't any obstruction.

The job came with a 30 day warranty which I thought was a nice touch, in case the problem is deeper than a regular old grease build up. Based on my interaction with Fernando, who seemed very honest and genuine in his approach to plumbing and the technical know-how, I'd definitely hire them again for any future plumbing issues in the house.

Today at 6am...I woke up to a VERY FLOODED FRONT YARD!!! I called JEREZ PLUMBING AT 0615 AM...and someone answered me. I explained my situation, about a probable broken MAIN WATER LINE. FERNANDO was at my house almost immediately.....about 30 min.....he was able to HELP me shut OFF main water supply!!! I tried to pay him , and he said NOTHING!!! WHO does that!!!! He went out of his mornin routine to HELP me and yet not charge me!! I want you to know , there's not that many LOYAL AND SINCERE Bussinesses out there. I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP HIM ON MY SPEED DIAL, AND REFER HIM TO ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!
