I got a new refrigerator but the people that installed it broke the ice maker valve (they're paying for the damages). I needed a plumber and fast. Cal-Tech was referred to me and I couldn't be happier with the service. The plumber was Albert and he was nice, very knowledgeable and offered fair prices. He fixed the valve and now I can enjoy my new fridge. I highly recommend Cal-Tech Plumbing & Drains to everyone.

John and the SJ team provided superb customer service.  Water was leaking out of the side of my house, I thought it was a leaking sewer line. Ryan and Sal were onsite next day for a camera inspection and determined no leak in the sewer line, so John came out personally and determined there was a water line leak somewhere in the house. Tim and Dylan came over the next day and did a very thorough leak inspection and found the leak was in the hot water line under the concrete slab in my family room. I feared we might need to jackhammer the floor, but Tim provided 3 good alternative options, and I chose the least invasive. Tim expertly made the repair without the need for any damage to my floors or foundation. The SJ team was prompt and provided great communication. I would highly recommend.

We had a difficult dilemma with a previous homeowner making home alterations without city permits. Smart & Handy was hired to work help us return laundry hookups and relocate a water heater.  From the first point of contact, Smart & Handy was prompt and laid out a realistic plan of action and cost involved, especially given the degree of unknowns involved from previous renovations. The final results were very polished and precise. Their work ethic and diligence was also a reflection of their professionalism. We passed final city inspection without a hitch ! Thank you, Smart & Handy.

These guys saved the day! It all started when we purchased a 60 inch thermador built-in from pacific sales in Brea (Sean HYUNH..awesome! The subject of another review) and the company that was supposed to install it; west coast appliance failed to show..3 days before Christmas!!! even though we called them back and told them we were home!! Should've known from their piss-poor reviews!!!!

I called Pro Appliance the same day at 6pm, they showed up at 9 !! Simply awesome service, Mauricio and his partner took their time to install our fridge, made sure everything was meticulously perfect, and cleaned up after themselves!!! They worked well into the night, didn't complain, display an attitude or try to rush the install.  I can not compliment them enough!!

Thanks again, we WILL see you guys again for our next install as I will insist on Pro Appliance Installers.. as everyone in So Cal should!!

Frank is reliable and consistent in getting things done. He helped us get the part needed w/ out us needing to do anything on our end for our water heater. He is honest, communicative and made sure to provide us with updates along the way.

Raul was prompt and on time for the repair appt. He did a great job with the repair. Raul also had someone with him learning the repair. We always appreciate a teaching moment and glad to witness skills being passed on to the next generation.  Raul was a great instructor and tech.

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. Hector arrived early and was very professional and courteous!  He fixed the leak under my bathroom sink and left it spotless!  I expected him to say I needed to replace this and that (older condo) but he was very honest and said I just needed a new washer and seal!

Will use C&C for all future plumbing issues and definitely recommend them to my family and friends!!

I was not disappointed today. We had a laundry room backup that had been festering and we finally had to resolve it. Steven came on time, told us the price in advance, and got our drains fixed!  Very friendly,clean, and professional.   Definitely will be used again.

DISCLAIMER:  JND did not perform any work for me.  However, I am giving them 5 stars because the owner came out because I called with an issue with my yard drainage/runoff system.  I essentially have a V-Ditch that goes underground from a hill in our backyard and out to the street.  It gets clogged but cannot be cleaned out since there is no pipe/conduit.  He told me the minimum of what he would charge, but also recommended more cost effective solutions even if he wasn't going to make any money from his recommendation.  Very nice guy and honest from what I could tell considering I didn't pay him a dime.  But I would consider him in the future based on this experience.

Great company! Really fast, professional and friendly. Needed them to shorten the gas connection to my dryer. He had to run out and get the correct parts after seeing the mess behind my dryer, but he did so quickly without complaints and now we can buy the new bigger dryer. I definitely recommend Prostar.

Tankless water heater was installed yesterday by Cameron and Jonathan. We are so thrilled with the service they provided from start to finish.
Installation took longer than expected due to a glitch from a previous plumbing job years ago but Cameron and Jonathan pressed on and corrected the problem and at no additional cost. The price we were quoted was the price we paid.
Cameron explained how the system works and answered any questions we had. He even left the area cleaner than when the installation was started.
I can speak highly enough about Pristine Plumbing. From the first contact at the office to the finished installation every step was very professional. We will use them for future plumbing needs.

Very surprised to see so many ratings of 1.  George and Carlos did great.  Communication could be a little better as far as scheduling but overall good job even with one snag.
