Do not block the street and most importantly do not get an attitude when someone asks you to move your car, which you even left with the door open and we could not drive around it.

Do not use these guys!  They are rude and inconsiderate.  One of their plumbers who wasn't of the Smell Good variety charged me 3x what I found out it should cost to fix my garbage disposal.  DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!!  Total Rip Off!!!

Terrible Service. Made an appointment to fix my AC. Waited all day in 100 degree weather just for them to no call, no show. Tried calling and was just told they'll call me back, which they never did.

After waiting nearly two hours for the homeowner warranty plumber to arrive, which they never did and no call was ever received, I called One Stop as water was gushing from an overflow pipe for the two hours I waited for the other guys.  One Stop arrived in about an hour and replaced a water regulator for what I considered to be a reasonable cost.  Problem solved.  Never did hear from the home warranty plumber service provider.

After reading great reviews on yelp I contacted JC Sewer & Drain because my garbage disposal played out.  Sulley was able to come out same day within an hour an assess my problem, gave me a quote & was very professional  & knowledgeable, he showed up with a mask.  He then came back the following morning as promised and did a terrific job.  Yvonne is also a sweetheart, she called & let me know the technician was on the way. Overall I was pleased with reasonable pricing, honesty, good communication & excellent workmanship and highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

During my Saturday morning while washing dishes water started spilling out from under my kitchen sink. Prior to this incident I had noticed the faucet was acting up by not properly shutting off.

This occurred at 9:30am, so I decided to Google search a much needed plumber. I decided on Drains and Plumbing 24 based on merit reviews. I spoke with Jose who was on another service call, but gave me an eta of 12:30-1:30pm to arrive at my home.

At 12:00pm Jose and Gerardo arrived onsite for service. I immediately noticed their respect for our property. They had to park around the corner of our house as not to block our driveway, and before entering our home they slipped on some protective covers over their shoes. This to me showed me they not only cared, but were attentive to the little things.

What I appreciated is how professional and upfront Jose was. After diagnosing the problem with our kitchen sink he showed us pictures and explained what the issue was and what caused it. We needed to replace the entire faucet fixture due to the worn out threading on the hose.

Jose gave us a quote for all parts and labor needed. He stated that in the off chance the parts would cost more he would immediately inform us of any price changes. My take away from this is that it's great to do business with someone who is upfront and clear about things. No surprises. They even offer a year warranty for their repair.

After replacing our kitchen faucet, Jose went above and beyond by fixing our switch to our garbage disposal. We had to keep it unplugged since the switch wouldn't shut off the garbage disposal. He made a minor adjustment inside the switch and now we have a full functioning garbage disposal. This service wasn't even part of the quoted job he was called out for. I wasn't charged for this or for the minor adjustment that was needed to my bathroom sink drain plug.

All in all I am completely satisfied with the service we received. Jose and Gerardo are my guys for any and all my plumbing needs moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend using Drains and Plumbing 24.

5 Star Plumbing is very responsive and honest.  We had a toilet that would not flush and our current plumber told us it could not be fixed and we needed a new toilet.  We have Koehler toilets and only 7 years old so I searched for a new plumber.  5 Star was the first plumber to call me back and Mike was great.  He asked me to take a picture of the mechanics inside the tank and serial number.  After he saw the pictures he knew the toilet could be fixed and set an appointment for the next day.  The tech came out and saw it was a bad gasket and replaced it. The toilet is working great and it even cost me less than the price quoted as they did not need t replace all the mechanics.  Very honest and professional.  We will all 5 star for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Jorge even made sure to lay workers cloths down to keep my home tidy. Thank you as well to Charlie for finding me a plumber last minute. I had a slab leak and needed to replace a water heater, Don and Jesus showed up to do the job and what a wonderful job they did. They were honest, knowledgeable, diligent and hard-working. I live in an older home with tricky, older plumbing.  The Family Plumber has always responded quickly to my problem and sent out professional plumbers who have done a great job. Jan, in the office, keeps thing running smoothly.  Recently, my laundry room flooded and I called the Family Plumber.  Aaron came out and got to work solving the problem. My laundry room is tiny but he never complained or showed frustration about having to hop over the washing machine when he went to his truck.  He always had a smile and a pleasant disposition. He explained everything he was doing and even showed me pictures on his phone to back up what he said.  He cleaned up the area before he left.  Aaron was persevering, competent and efficient. I was very impressed and satisfied with all the work he did. He represents The Family Plumber in the best way possible.

My family has been using Lampman's' for over 20 years. For over 20 years they've been honest, reliable, hard-working, reasonably priced!!

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood.  I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service.  I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses.  North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate.  They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would.  The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done.  He was quick and polite.  Highly recommend!

My uncle's shower had no water flow and he wasn't able to tell us why. We had JS & Sons come out and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. It was much more involved than we expected and they had to cut through the wall and floor to replace pipes. They did an outstanding job at an extremely reasonable price. We highly recommend using them and will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

This company is amazing from Reann(I apologize for misspelling your name) to the two David's that advised and fixed the issue with my toilet. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I got a quote as indicated on their page and was not charged extra $$ as the issue was what I described. I would recommend this company and I am definately bookmarking it for future projects. Hugo is a wonderful and trustful person! We had a few contractors look at our leak and said diff things to us. Trying to make money off of the situation. But Hugo found the answers to our problem and had it fixed within 3 hours at a low cost and explained the process to us step by step! I highly recommend this company!

Our water heater went out last night, I called Ray's and he sent out a technician, Charles, right away.  He removed our old water heater, installed our new water heater and also made a couple of other repairs.  He was friendly, efficient, and cared about the job.  We would definitely recommend Ray's Plumbing.

I had John out with Big John's Plumbing to replace a shower valve and shower head set. They ended up coming earlier than planned which was excellent for me! I couldn't be happier with the work they did and will use him over and over and over and over again. Thanks John!

We called Roto Rooter out because our washing machine wasn't draining the water from it's wash cycle. We told them that from day one. Over the course of two weeks we had several different members of their team come out and do various work to try to fix it. They snaked our drains, scoped them, replaced pipes underneath our deck and our house, work totaling almost 5k and they told us the problem was fixed. Not even a week later we started having the same issue again. So we called them back out because their work has a year guarantee on it. Well they came back out, snaked the line behind the washing machine (which poked holes in the return u-bend which I am currently fixing) and they lied to our faces by telling us we never told them the washing machine was a problem. I will not be using them in the future and would caution folks against them. One star.
