TP-Rooter came to the rescue again! I called Eddy about plumbing issues we wer having, and he pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone. He and his team came over the next day and fixed the problem within 30 minutes.  They are very courteous and did a great job of explaining the problem so that even my elderly parents could understand. They never try upsell you on services, they just give you fair and commonsense solutions for the plumbing problems.

OK - what I like about All Pro is that they are HONEST about the work you need. And I DO believe the techs are skilled are making repairs. But I feel I must share my experience. On the first day, I called for service on two clogged sinks and a leak from my upstairs tub. The clogged sinks (while expensive) were repaired and cleaned right the first time. The tub however, was a three-trip situation. I had already cut a hole in my ceiling (they will charge for that) so the tech can view under the tub and see the plumbing exposed. He spent time repairing the drain fitting, two days later, still leaking. Called back, on the 2nd visit, replaced supposed leaking o-rings on the diverter valve (forgive my lack of plumbing knowledge). A couple days later, still leaking. Also, the tech had to remove my washer to look directly under the tub. Turns out he made the washer hose (cold water) leak so I had to fix at 8pm later that day on my own, luckily small enough for me to handle. So, All Pro came back a third time and sent a different tech. Long story short, he finally fixed the issue. I felt though he wanted to try and bill me for another job - I was adamant this was not diagnosed correctly the first time (otherwise they would have recommended a different repair). He made the necessary repairs after all without billing me twice. This technician however damaged the hot water valve to the washer, and was visibly upset when I asked him to repair it since it wasn't broken when he got here. After a mildly aggressive exchange and reasoning - he did replace the damaged valve, and I greatly appreciated his willingness to help.
***Homeowners; know what condition your plumbing and appliances are in - it's not unreasonable to think that if a professional damages something in your home (while attempting to repair something else), they should take responsibility for it, without attitude. Also, ask your technician to take their time and diagnose. Nobody wants three service calls. Thank You, All Pro

$99 charge to come out and look at a leaky water heater and diagnostic. The $99 goes back into your payment if you decide to get a repair the repair is so marked up 2200$ To replace a $500 water heater.Jason's going to give you the runaround and tell you you need permits and all this bullshit And your piping is wrong. Do yourself a favor shop around and don't feel committed to go with them it took me an hour to swap it out . No leaks and my house has an exploded yet lol .

I've used been Bogart Plumbing for many years now. Over the years in two different homes Bogart has replaced water my water heater, fixed two slab leaks, re-routes and has cleaned out our yard drains. Every time I call Bogart he always answers the phone and is very quick to come by. This morning (Sunday) I texted him about a water pressure issue had on the city side. He called me 15 minutes later and was at my door within the hour and had us fixed 30 minutes later. Bogart is reliable and a very honest plumber. I just referred him to my Dad this week. Bogart's done lots of work also in our neighborhood. All my neighbors had great things to say about him and the job he performed.

Guy came out because we thought the water heater went out.    He walked up and didn't even check the water heater.  He said it was from 2005 and needed to be replaced and would cost $2500.   My friend overheard and told me to check the igniter.   He re-lit the igniter and the water heater was fixed.   Please don't be played for a fool by this company.

I work as a handyman in the Fontana and surrounding areas. Sometimes I need a good vendor that is reliable and professional.  I needed a new plumber, and this company was perfect! Jerry's Plumbing came highly recommended by my physician, and I'm so glad we found them!!

We had some major work done to fix what a contractor did (Cal and Milka Costello, who have worked under several names, R&R roofing, NorCal Construction... 562-712-7144. BEWARE!) Everyone at Jerry's Plumbing was wonderful and professional.  They fixed the problem (water leaking thru walls) quickly, even though they had to break into the slab foundation, and professionally.  They protected against debris floating around and left the house very clean.  The price was reasonable too!  Since then, I have only used them and would recommend them to anyone!!  They are great people!!

I've always used one plumber that I like, but he didn't get back to me, and my project needed to be taken care of, so I called NexGen.
Casey came out and gave me an estimate, and two days later, my water heater was installed, a new shower head , and he connected my new bathroom faucets.
Casey is polite and hard-working.
Do not hesitate to call; I'm very pleased with this company.

Very good service, and very reasonable rate, even though I called late night. He was able to come in the morning and took care of everything very quickly. Very happy with the service and will definitely continue to use for any future issues. Feels very trustworthy.

I was impressed with their knowledge and workmanship.  Had a complete sprinkler system reinstalled and I am very pleased with the end results.  Also had them put rocks in the flower beds and it turned out beautiful.  I recommended them to a neighbor and she is going to use them after seeing the work they did on my backyard.

Francisco is knowledgeable, reasonable and on time. I have gotten a few quotes on fixing our tankless water heater. He's the only one who measured the pipe, explained what each part does and why it needs to be fixed. Break down the quote to each individual items and also put optional items.

Nick Chavez Jr. was exceptionally helpful. I called day of to resolve a laundry drain stoppage. They came out same day, fixed the issue and provided great customer service. Would highly recommend, definitely would go with them again in the future!

Turtle and Tito's plumbing responded to an emergency leak I discovered in a bathroom wall late Sunday evening.  Josh reached out to me within moments of requesting help to fix the leak. Shortly thereafter he arrived on Sunday night ready to work, and after a quick manifold rebuild the problem was solved, and water was restored. I hired Oscar for a nasty clogged kitchen sink in my home, Oscar did an outstanding job at fixing the issue, loved how professional and thorough job he did to the point that I have not had that issue again. Highly recommended, very professional and inexpensive

I found BG's Plumbing and Rooter through other reviewers. I saved the business page because at the time I didn't need a plumber. Well it finally came in handy. My toilet got clogged and no matter what I did I couldn't unclog it. The plunger wasn't even working. I reached out to BG's the next morning (about 8am) and I got a response between 10-11am..

   Bernardo the owner told me he could be there within 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, I was at work, no one was home, so I pushed our appointment till 3 pm without issues. The plumber came out and under :30 minutes cleared the toilet. I'm sure it wasn't nothing too crazy from what it sounded like, but I was concerned because I had water coming out from under the toilet. That is another story.

   The total cost was $120. I'm sure labor and materials wasn't that much, but it's the standard cost of a call-out minimum. I was happy with the outcome.

Very happy with the service Ruben provided to have our water heater replaced. He was punctual, efficient, got the work done, and offered a competitive estimate. I was impressed how he took the time to answer questions about general water heater maintenance and to explain the features of the new appliance. Very pleased, and look forward to working with him again!

I was looking for a rooter service to unclog a stubborn drain line that wouldn't unclog from previous attempts. I called Rooter Hero to see what I needed to do. They were not willing to explain what they might do differently than the other plumbers that had come out to the house to try and unclog the line. Very rude....not the way to gain new business!!!!!
