These guys are awesome. They have worked at my place maybe 3 times and each time they are kind, professional and helpful! My only complaint is that they can't come immediately-  :)

I called him because my tub would not stop dripping. I asked him ahead of time what it would cost, and he kept to what he had quoted.
Turned out it was original plumbing from 1979. He came out within a couple of hours.  
He was able to take it apart without it breaking, and found the parts at the supply house he needed.
Very nice person. Very good at what he does. Very happy with the results.

I called for a leak from the piping of my home fire sprinkler. Andy called back and was very friendly and helpful on the phone. It was a service his company could repair, but because I lived in San Diego county, he recommended that I also search local for this simple task. Though I didn't use his service, I found that was very reachable and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him to those that live in the OC.

Needed a terrible leaking pipe fixed asap and found ERP online. We had a previous pipe issue that needed to be fixed and I was not happy with the previous company we hired to fix it. They made a big hole on our ceiling which was impossible for my hubby or I to patch up ourselves. It's always a flag when someone creates such a mess that can cost us double just to seal the hole on our ceiling.  
So glad we found ERP. They responded back pretty quick. Fairly new company, but gosh were we happy we went with them. Chris and Richard were amazing!! Great communication and knowledge with explaining the pipe issues and immediately fixed it without hassle. They were pretty neat, straightforward, and thorough. Very satisfied with their work and pricing. Highly recommend them.

Rick's work is solid.  Very respectful, kind and excellent work.  Finally, we found a guy we can trust, with quality work and not too expensive.  Rick took care of many items for us, but the big one was the install of two lights.  He did a clean job.  We have saved Rick's number on our cell phone.  We will call him again.

This place has the best customer service and plumbers...they call you back and also do an amazing job..they also call you, to make sure, everything is working out..so happy and pleased  there are  still people out there that can do their job and also have a wonderful attitude...thanks guys..Mike and Ted

I called Adam to fix a plumbing issue at my first home in Stanton. He did an excellent job at a very
affordable price. Since then he became my go to person for several projects. He is the best I could find for drywall and stucco repair. He also done door and windows installations for me. He not only beat a very competitive quote for the whole house painting but did a super job for which I got many compliments! Highly recommended!

Called Swift Water Heater and talked to Jay on the phone. Great service and sent out a plumber to my house in Tustin to repair a broken dishwasher. Problem fixed quickly and efficiently. Price was very modest and easy to do over the phone. Thanks for the great service! Would definitely recommend to anyone with plumbing needs! All the best for this amazing company!

Steve came out yesterday and replaced my water heater and a hose valve. He was very professional and efficient. This was my first time using ACP and everything went smooth. I will definitely call ACP for future plumbing needs.

Called to set up an appt. In 2 weeks.  No return call or response.  Tried the chat on website again, No response.

We needed a new main shut-off valve and John of R.J. Plumbing had done a great job on a neighbor's valve replacement. It's a messy job, involving concrete demolition and a water shut-off for the whole condo complex so I wanted the work done right and on-time.

R.J. Plumbing did a great job on the valve replacement.  

1) They return calls very quickly and follow-up thoroughly on questions regarding cost, schedule, etc.
2) John showed-up right on time and he kept me posted during the whole job on progress and problems
3) He did the work right the first time and thoroughly cleaned-up after the job was finished
4) John was always polite and professional
5) They did the work for the price promised

The first who came to our calling of rescue was Elite. Never pushy from the beginning. Professionally explained what would happen and even provided a visual diagnostic for us to really see what we were up against. These alone made up our minds to select this company and entrusting them with what we needed. Everyday they showed up early on time and ready to work and tackled on even emergent situations during the work day. I didn't have to even call our water department, Elite took care of contacting them and having them over stat.  Everardo the owner himself was there for us to ask concerns all throughout the job, and indeed I had a lot of questions. They worked hard and long to really complete the job on the given timeframe, impressive!  From here on out, I can only hope that we can keep this plumbing for sewer to last longer and now work efficiently for us!! ( I still won't cut my tress, we love trees too much). Long awaited to no more having  to snake a drain anymore is our biggest hope and celebratory victory hurrah.  Great workmanship, teamwork, and attitude all the way. From the initial call to the final day of service, NIR responded promptly, professionally and most importantly clean and friendly. We had to repipe our whole house! Nick, the owner, came over right away and after walking through the house he explained to us his recommendations and also gave us a reasonable price. My wife likes to ask lots of questions and Nick was able to answer them all with ease, which made us feel confident in going with this company. We got 2 quotes to repipe the house by the way. We then scheduled the repipe which included plumbing in two restrooms, a kitchen and removing an old water heater to go tankless. The repipe process was performed primarily by Mike Lopez, a one man army. Mike is the most knowledgeable plumber out there; I'd put him up against any other plumber in the country. Not only that, but he's also the neatest plumber as well. He cleaned up immediately after each project and was able to explain what he did every step of the way. Sergio Cortez helped install our tankless water heater. He was also very prompt and knowledgeable. Nick came by almost each day and was available by phone every time we had a question or concern. Nick, Mike and Sergio all reminded and reassured us that they were always available for their customers. 24/7 service. The whole process lasted less than a week and we were able to stay home the entire time. I will definitely be calling Nick and the team to handle all our future plumbing and A/C needs. I recommend them to anyone in this IE area needing commercial or residential services. For people leaving negative comments complaining about price, remember, you can choose to go cheap, but you get what you pay for.
