I hired on time home services for a kitchen faucet leak. While they did fix it, they wouldn't give me any warranty (30 day or 90 day) on he job done. I would have given a 5 star review if they gave me the warranty. Isn't it usually the industry standard to give at least 30 day(or more) warranty?

Woke up to a leaking water heater. This is the third time I have used this company in a panic. They are responsive and professional. Rudy was sent to the call and had the new water heater installed in about 2 hours. No hassle, no fuss, cleaned up and got the job done. The price was very reasonable as well. Thanks Plumbing Hero.

While taking a shower the toilet started gurgling, that's when I knew it was time for a mainline drain clean. Read the great reviews for JDR Plumbing and gave him a call. Great response time and Juan told me he'll be there right after he finishes another job. A short wait and he gets right at it. Very knowledgeable and answers all your questions and does the job the right way. Takes the extra time to really clean out those tree roots. Give Juan a call for any of your Plumbing needs. We have had various plumbing services done by Joaquin and we couldn't be happier. Always punctual, polite, and professional and getting the job done right every time. Have gotten toilets installed, faucets installed, pipe leaks found and repaired, and each time was completed flawlessly. We just had our house re-piped with Pex lines. (Yes, we live in Riverlakes.) We met with Jake and one other plumbing company for estimates. We were impressed with Jake's professionalism so we hired him. He, Tim, and Mark were on time everyday and minimized the time we were without water (1.5 days) as well as the number of holes in our walls. Great company to work with! Highly recommended!

Woke up one day and the toilets and shower was backed up. Called my plumber and he snaked the line and it backed up again the next day. He came back and charged me again and snaked it again. Called another company and they recommended replacing the main sewer pipe. I started getting estimates from other plumbing companies.

We moved into our new home to find out we didn't have any hot water. I called Alan the next day and he was able to come by immediately. Luckily he was able to restart the pilot on the hot water heater, and took the time to ensure that I understood how to restart it myself, and texted later in the day to check if it was still working. I definitley plan to use Alan for all future plumbing work.

I called them on Sunday. Then I got service in 30 min!! Thomas came to my house and took 3 hours to replace my water heater!

HPS responded within about 10 minutes after I left a voice mail about an urgent issue. One company responded the next day and one never called back at all.

They sent Kenneth out within an hour. He spent about 15 minutes diagnosing my problem and trying to correct the mistakes made by the handyman who had tried to fix the leaking hose on my pull down kitchen faucet. He said that he could not fix it properly and still guarantee his work. Even though I offered, he did not charge me for this visit.

His recommendation was to replace it with an entirely new faucet and that he had time early the next morning to install it. His estimated charge was about half the price I was quoted by another plumbing company.

We went out to Home Depot that evening, bought a new faucet, and Kenneth installed it first thing the next morning. Still working great 3 weeks later.

I highly recommend HFS and Kenneth for any plumbing issue and they will be the first one we call in the future.

Rojas plumbing & heating installed a new chimney for our furnace. He did a great job and it looks good! He had to reschedule, but kept me updated and was on time. Covid conscious and wore mask with all interactions. Real nice guy!

We needed a leaking copper pipe and water pressure regulator replaced  Ferdie came out even earlier than the appointment time  and provided me with an estimate later that day. His prices are very reasonable for what we needed done.   Made our appointment for today to do the job.  He and Oscar knocked it out in no time.  Very nice to deal with and definitely would use him again.

I had problems with my kitchen faucet and bathtub faucet leaking and when I asked for recommendations, Samuel was highly commended by local residents through YELP and Nextdoor. So when I consulted with him, he exactly knew what the problem was, gave me a decent quote and even gave me a tip on how to claim my lifetime warranty on parts through MOEN. I did what he told me to do talking to MOEN rep and I got my brand new faucet for free!

He installed the new faucet and fixed the leaks and he made sure everything was tested properly. He cleaned up well, showed up on time and answered all questions very professionally. He has a friendly and positive outlook and always smiling. We even shared a few laughs when talking about home improvement projects.

He grew up locally in Pleasanton, I reckon, so it's nice to support local business owners.

Look no further when you have plumbing issues. This guy is legit and very trustworthy!

Minde was super helpful and useful. He completed all necessary tasks that i asked him to do and would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a handyman. Before he comes he asks for a brief description of what needed to be done and after providing some photos, he gave me an estimate of how much it'll cost. Would highly recommend!

Worst Customer service provided by their so called plumber (Ken). Definitely not a company I would recommend. One simple employee can make a huge difference on the appearance of the entire company.

I was assigned this company by my Home Warranty Insurance Company for a plumbing issue. I do have to admit other employees such as Jeni, who scheduled my appointment was amazing and very friendly. From that contact I felt comfortable and was looking forward to this whole experience. At the day of the appointment Ken shows up. Without even greeting he starts to ask questions. These questions could seem normal to some but the way they were presented, felt as if we were being interrogated. Most awful personality.

Once he asked what he wanted he turned around and started walking away. My partner who was behind him tried to ask a question and got our home door shut in front of his face by this Ken person. Now how rude is it to have some complete stranger shut your own door in your face. When asked why he did it, he kept walking towards his car and said, wait for a call from Fidelity.  

So for having this particular plumber out to my house resolved nothing. I am back to square one in not knowing what my issue was. I immediately called the companies office again and expressed my dislike on this person. Jeni picked up the line and assured me that they would make sure this didn't happen again. I do appreciate the call from Jeni and her supervisor but that doesn't change the awful experience their technician left for me.

I would give more stars but I'm going based solely on what I experienced from Ken at my home. So watch out if Ken gets assigned to go to your home, this man is just plain RUDE!
