Our kitchen sink was leaking and we called A Plumbing Hero to help us.  They told us the plumber will be coming between 9-11 am and Joe came in around 0920am.  Joe was punctual, reliable and trustworthy.  At one point, we both got locked out of the house and Joe lent me his ladder so I can climb over the fence :D He totally went above and beyond his job description!

I had a great experience starting with the lady who called me back early in the morning to Juan, the plumber who showed up promptly at my door when he said he would.  He was knowledgeable with solid experience and very courteous.  He answered questions and explained things with patience, and didn't try to overcharge me just because I was an ignorant female customer who doesn't know much about plumbing.  He unclogged my drain, gave me a fair estimate for permanent work that is needed and he left, leaving behind a very good impression of his work and his team.  If I could have had something different, I would really like it if he had booties on his boots so I didn't have to mop the floor but that was a minor inconvenience.

I will be calling them for the work that's needed very soon and I would highly recommend their services.

Joaquin replaced the cartridge in our shower on/off, hot/cold water controller.  He arrived promptly.   He and Caesar put down drop cloths so that the floors would stay clean and not get damaged.  The task was done efficiently and effectively. He also left the work area clean.  Joaquin and Caesar were polite.  The price he charged was very reasonable.   I would definitely recommend Ayala Plumber.

Jake was prompt ! He responded to my sewer pipe issue right away and gave me options on what can save me money vs the reality of my pipe situation. He gave me a fair price and he kept me informed on what was happening why my pipe was having an issue. Whereas the previous plumbers I have hired gave me nothing and quoted me for a higher cost. There was one company I hired and, they were very corporate and I'm just glad I found this these guys . Will certainly call them again for any future issues I may have with my house.

We had three plumbers check our toilet effluent line, which connected with the shower, as it would backup at times.  The first ran a rooter, which he said located a break in the line outside the house in the yard where it didn't make sense -- but he was right.  We had another come to scope the line but he didn't bring a scope and thought it just needed to be rooted with a more industrial device.  After that failed, we tried to get it scoped but again the person did not show up.  Then I contacted Trenchless, which located the break by scope at around the same place the first guy located it.  However, it turned out the previous home owners had the line plumbed into a dead line that was capped and not on the city inspector's records.  Trenchless then replumbed it to the right line and we've been good so far.

Since purchasing my home in 2013 I've used Tony and Son plumbing for all my plumbing needs! They've replaced my water heater at an unbeatable price. They've also removed roots from some of my pipes, install pipes and drainage for my new laundry room, and repaired a leak or clog here and there.
Prior to me hiring Tony and Son, I've shopped around for prices and I have got to tell you that based on the work they do, how clean and efficient they work, there was no other plumbing service that came close.

Our condo had a backed up line on a Sunday. We had called adeedo and they didn't pick up. So we tried roto rooter and they said it was going to be $750 to snake the toile!
We called sal and his guys were there in an hour and it costs us $120! These guys are my go to from now on.

I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience with this team! I had new appliances that I needed installed, and every place I called was backed up for weeks because of christmas. Theye right at the time we allocated. Their price that they quoted me was so fair. Of course one of the parts I had for the appliance I was installing was missing and they had to go purchase it. They showed me the receipt and I paid the actual price and not some mark up price. My house is going through a renovation and you can believe they are the only ones I'm calling for my plumbing work. Slick Rooter & Plumbing and specifically the owner - Ferdie - are phenomenal! They do great work and have very reasonable pricing. I had a sewer line backup, and at no cost, Ferdie came out and did a camera inspection and showed me the roots coming through the clay pipe and the fact that in sections, it was completely broken. He put together a low-cost estimate (I had two other estimates and one was literally DOUBLE the cost he had given to me!) and was able to start the job the next day. He installed a trenchless pipe and also connected my drain pipe to go under the driveway and directly into the sewer line -- a San Francisco requirement with any sewer work. It was inspected by city inspectors and he patched up the concrete. The work just took a few days and looks great - the line is now working perfectly. I will use Slick Rooter & Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward and highly recommend his services.

This company is very unprofessional. They left the job site a complete mess. They turned off the gas to all my tenant's units and didn't notify anyone of this and didn't relight the pilot lights to any of the water heaters. I called back to complain and I was lied to that they didn't turn the gas off at the main only at the water heater they were replacing. All of my tenants complained of a gas smell after they left the job. They said it was a coincidence that the other water heaters are not working now and that I would have to call in another work order from my home warranty company. I wouldn't have this plumber touch my kid's toy house let alone your house or a rental unit ever again. Total crooks! If there were negative stars I would apply them to this company.
