I hired on time home services for a kitchen faucet leak. While they did fix it, they wouldn't give me any warranty (30 day or 90 day) on he job done. I would have given a 5 star review if they gave me the warranty. Isn't it usually the industry standard to give at least 30 day(or more) warranty?

I highly recommend in time home services! Jason was super helpful, communicative and explained everything going on. I have used them before and they really live up to their name- as well. On time and reliable!

I called On Time and asked if they worked on floor heaters, they said yes. Sent a technician out who told tenant they did not work on floor heaters and the unit was too old. Then gave me a staggering quote of $4,200.00 to replace. Did not sound right so called around and found out Gundlach's works on floor heaters. Gundlach went out and said there was NOTHING wrong it just needed to be lite. Don't bother with this company.

My A/C went out over the weekend while I was out of town. I got home Sunday and noticed my house was warm. I have two A/C units so my house wasn't too hot. I called On Time House Services and they were very responsive. They sent out Randy the same day. He was completely professional and took care of my A/C units. My house is now cold just like my family likes it. A+ service, highly recommended.

Doug was great. He was very up front on costs, addressed my questions and concerns in a timely manner.

My first service was having a leaky valve, the old rusted part needed replacement, I was charged mid- $300 range including parts and labor.  We were very happy with Rick's quality of work and professional manner.

Our second service, which landed this review, again, with the awesome Rick, providing services, he installed 2 toilets that we picked out from Home Depot. I was worried, reviews questioned how easy or hard installation would be. Rick did great! We were charged in the mid $300 range as well. He was so quick, cleaned up the area, after himself, answered all my questions... Rick is just awesome!

Disheartening to hear that I would be quoted almost 2k based on a couple of photos. My customer experience with them has been not helpful

Noticed our AC wasn't working effectively the day before our family vacation. So we turned it off during the heat wave and left town for a week. We made an appointment for the day we were going to be home. The technician, Brandon, arrived promptly. He was so nice as he listened to me give a somewhat ridiculous explanation of what was going on and what I thought it sounded like.
It didn't take him long to find the easy fix. He also recommended a part, that wasn't the cause of the issue but that could lead to bigger issues down the road, be replaced.
He was in and out in less than an hour and it cost MUCH less than we thought.
I'll be honest, he totally could've taken advantage of my AC ignorance and overcharged (or even charged us for phantom parts/services).
This company is HONEST, EFFICIENT, and I will never call anyone else!

I highly recommend this company.  I like that it's a small locally owned company with honest technicians.  Scheduling an appointment was easy, they showed up on time and have different tiered packages to suite your HVAC and plumbing needs.

The plumber, Jason,  was right on time, in fact came early. He was friendly and efficient, and spent time explaining things.  When the invoice came, the costs (labor and parts) were not separated so I couldn't tell how much the parts costed.  He came out again and explained that this is the company policy, but would bring my concern to the agency.  The labor was high; $189 for about 1 hour.  The cost if the parts, a kitchen faucet, were much higher than what we would have paid at Home Depot. However, he gave us a $50 gift card and subtracted $25 from the total.  He also came out again two days later to flush the hot water heater for free, which is a standard service for this company.

It was a small, non emergency job and they still came within the hour and took care of it.  Fast, friendly, good price.  Will use again.

Alfonso Is the bomb!!!!  Our A/C unit quit on us last night, Friday of course,  so  we called another service 1st and they gave us the 'we are closed until Monday' speech.  Not what you want to hear in the middle of August in Bakersfield. Next we called On Time and guess what, On Time said they would have Alfonso out in 1-2 hrs. He came, he diagnosed, and he fixed our A/C unit.
My wife and I are now enjoying the fruits of Alfonso's labor and we both appreciate it.

The type of work they did for me was to replace a very old condenser that I had. It was the original condenser using the old refrigerant. I had a leak in the coil, and they told me right away that it was best to replace it. I would be throwing money away if I had them repair that outdated thing. I agreed. They offered financing which was a big help because I didn't have that kind of cash laying around.

They came around 9am and left around 3pm, so a 6 hour job to replace the unit. They added some new lines and a bunch of work that came with upgrading to a newer condenser. Gave me some pointers on how to keep it running efficiently and talked about the air filters. Just overall very pleased with the work.

I initially requested a price review on Yelp and the owner Douglas responded to me quickly. He then quoted me a fair price and I proceeded to schedule the appointment for the next day first thing in the morning. Day of appointment Jason showed up early and ready to work. He was professional and came in and assessed the issue with my shower knob quickly and got right to work. He was done within 30 minutes and problem was solved. Jason also provided me with tips for the future to prepare for any more issues with the rest of my knobs in the home. We we're heading out of town, and we realize that our hot water heater wasn't working! We called On Time Home Services and they came out right away, diagnosed the problem and we had a new hot water heater installed that same afternoon. Fast, efficient, timely, and tidy. This company really knows how to treat their customers. They were able to come out same day and identified the issue as quick as possible. My AC had more complications that required them to return and they came back until it was fixed. I had babies in the home and they really did take that into consideration. I called On time home service on Friday just after 5 pm. Wade called me back promptly. He knew the area, type of house (from 1949), and how water heaters were installed in a closet off the kitchen.  He gave me a price, needed to order the 30-gallon skinny heater, and said he could be there Saturday morning at 8am.  All this happened, and we had hot water by 9 am.  Prompt and professional.

Can Do installed a new water heater a couple months back.  Just recently we discovered a leak and we called Can Do -  They disptached Jason within hours and he was here within 2 hours - looked at the situation  diagnosed it and replaced a part within 20 minutes.  Outstanding customer and technical service from Can Do! -  They are on my speed dial for all home repairs and I highly recommend any opportunity for all Home Services.

I have nothing but good things to say about On Time. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and there was an opening on the same day I called. My service tech, Rick G., called to confirm I was home before arriving. Rick was on-time, cleanly dressed and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired and cleaned up in a brief amount of time. Rick was patient and responded to all of my questions, and he did such a good job of cleaning up, that I think it looked better than when he arrived! I do not hesitate to recommend On Time, and technician Rick G. to anyone.

As most folks, I overlooked maintenance on my AC for a bit and had the dreaded blowing but not cooling issue with over 100 degree forecasted. I called on a Thursday afternoon and an appointment was luckily available for the next morning.

Randy arrived on time and was very helpful with explaining what steps he was taking before moving on to the next. Found the part and replaced it along with some other housekeeping items (included with the initial work) and had our home cooling within 45 minutes.

OTHS has become my recommended go to place for anyone that needs their AC/Heater looked at.

Writing review on behalf of my 84 year old mom who lives in Bakersfield and experienced On-Time's poor service.
My mom's AC was struggling to meet lower temps, so she called for service. On-Time service rep came out approximately June 13th 2018 and informed my mom that he found nothing wrong and charged  her $90 for inspection.  Air from the AC unit remained warm, so she had a different company out Tues Jul 10, 2018 and the tech from the alternate company, discovered issues On-Time should have discovered during their diagnostic eval. He did not believe the issues he discovered would show up within a month time frame.

I called On-Time on behalf of my mom and asked if they recorded  pressure measurements or other info that prove the tech actually completed the diagnostic tests on her AC; this type of information was not captured. I informed On-Time of the alternative company's findings  and asked if they would refund a portion of the fee back to my mom, since she payed for two inspections and they declined.

I had an issue with my zone control damper. Steve helped me resolved the issue and also showed me how different components of my AC system work. Friendly, experienced, and got the job done!

We were having issues with our heating system and On Time Heating and Air Conditioning sent a technician out right away for us. Brandon C was our technician and he was very professional and informative. We will definitely be using them again!

(Update) Although, communication was professional and my reschedule was done in a timely manner. Nobody showed up to my confirmed rescheduled appointment. I understand that things come up on the business side of things but an updated phone call or request for reschedule from the company would have been much appreciated. I am sure this does not happen too often per other reviews.

Rick saves the day!  Sprinkler shut off valve lever in plastic broke off when I tried to shut off the system after water continued to go due to a faulty system!  I am a club member with on time and thankful to be as it saved me some money!  Rick got to work and in no time it was done and now I have a shut off lever that works.

Our kitchen sink backed up and was extremely slow to drain.  This was on a Saturday evening.  I tried a drain cleaner, but it did nothing.  

On Sunday morning, I took the pee trap off and found a bunch of gunk in the pipe. I tried to run a cheap home store snake through the pipe, but the clog wouldn't  budge.

I texted the owner of On Time Home Services and he responded by text quickly.  I set an appointment for Monday morning.  

The technician (Jason) responded with in 40-minutes of the earliest time of the window (12.00pm to 2:00pm).  

Jason was very friendly and accommodating. Jason was able to clean out the drain quickly.

I would highly recommend On Time Home Services and especially Jason.

Jessi is very friendly and patient. He needed to come back again as needed to replace the another thing for air conditioner @my brother-in-law house. The provided service was exceptional and will use this company again in future. Thank you again Jessi.

This Company got it together. Called 6-27-2022 on Friday at 7:30am because my home A.C unit failed. They answered the phone and an hour later 8:30am they were knocking at the door. WOW!! ON A FRIDAY!! 2 servicemen showed up and they both presented themselves very well. After doing all they could to save my unit, it had to go after 25 years. I had a 5-ton A.C unit so I was expecting a huge quote. I was shocked! Not only was the bid fair, but it was also way lower than I expected. I couldn't wait to say yes. They installed a RUUD unit on Monday morning at 8:00am. Unit was installed by 2 other servicemen, and they performed perfect. They spent time with me explaining everything in including the 10-year warranty. We suffered over the weekend with 100 degrees temps. The house reached 90 degrees inside. Pure Hell! Once the unit was installed it was immediate cooling. This Company was just great. Perfect Service!!  In today's world good help is so hard to find. For A.C service, this is my go-to Company from now on.

A while back, I would say about a month or so ago I had issues with the plumbing in my mothers Casita . Seems that she was getting a bit of dirt in her plumbing and we couldn't figure out what it was now I have had two different plumbers come to my place and tell me that I actually need sand filters. This is what they quoted me. This is what they told me and as far as I knew that's what it was.
Then of course I called this establishment they come in and they check it out and they go well. The sand is only coming in when you turn on the hot water first thing they wanted to do was check my water heater come to find out my water heater is a dinosaur , it's probably been here since the dawn of time they recognize that and they said not only that it looks like they did some things wrong when they installed it which would give me a reason to have dirt in my pipes. It seems they rerouted stuff wrong when they put it in the first time cause it's not like anybody use the Casita before my mom actually lived in it. They probably used only the toilet area but they didn't use the sink areas or the shower.
I sent him a message. He got back to me as soon as possible. He came and looked at the problem. Didn't quote me anything until he knew exactly what was wrong didn't charge me for anything until he knew what was the cost and he got back to me promptly promise that he'd come out and fix any issues that I got was reasonable and fix it within a day . Now how many honest businessman do you know that are willing to do that and not charge you $75 just to come out and look at it or $150 on the weekend to look at it. I honestly ask you how many?
So if anybody says, do you recommend this man and his team to come over to your place and find out what's wrong with your plumbing? I would say absolutely not only did he fix my water heater but a couple of doors down on my neighbors he said he just got through replacing his and he said pretty much everybody on the streets going to have to have it replaced sooner or later , and if any of my neighbors need it replaced I know exactly who I'm gonna recommend do it give them a chance always go for people who have free quotes don't go for the ones they're gonna cost you because those are the ones that are costing you extra when they don't have to make sure they have a solution to your problem, or at least guarantee that they will find out what exactly is wrong and what exactly it's going to cost you. I am extremely happy with the customer service and the amount of time it took to finish the job which was a total of two days one day to inspect it the next day to get it done and he took payment a few days later, which was nice because he seem to be very busy and why wouldn't he be busy when you got good customer service like that?

Update :
We never did end up getting our fireplace serviced after all. They had originally forgotten the vacuum the first time. Cool no worries, they were supposed to come back out once I rescheduled. I do that, let the women on the phone helping me out know what we needed. The day of the appointment I get a call again, he had forgotten his vacuum once more and would be unable to come out until after the holidays. The 3rd appointment was cancelled by the receptionist because they were quarantining. I understand and appreciate them following CDC guidelines at the peak of the pandemic , but forgetting the vacuum twice is not the business. This company has the potential to be 5 stars for sure. They just need to work out the scheduling kinks.

Jason came out to diagnose what we thought was a bathtub leak. He was extremely helpful and honest. If this was anyone else trying to make money, he would have told me I needed to rip up the wall and do some repairing. He confirmed there is no active leak and could be repaired with new caulking. Thank you Can Do Crew! I appreciate your honest work. Will definitely keep you guy in mind for any plumbing issues that may occur in the future!

They were on time, and did a great job!  Reuben was very nice, and professional.  Came out Sunday morning, and diagnosed a bad motor.  He called me the next day, and quoted me a great price on the motor/repair work.  He showed up Tuesday morning, and replaced the motor.  I would definitely recommend this company.

We had two faucets leaking for several months that I could not fix because
I am recovering from a hip replacement surgery.  We finally decided to get someone out to do the work.  

We knew it was not a big job and thought it would take some time for an appointment, but the very pleasant young lady who answered the call sent Matthew Carroll, one of their servicemen, out within an hour!

Well, this guy was not just good...he was great.  He fully explained the work needed and left our shower clean and leak-free.  He also flushed out our water heater after noticing calcium deposits around the fittings...something I would not have looked for... and he did so without any charge...in this day and age!  

We feel we've found an honest plumber and they will get our recommendation whenever we're asked for one.

UPDATE 11/4/19...since submitting the above rating I have had nothing but trouble with this company.  They are not responding to my calls to cancel the service contract they sold me on...after I learned the price quoted me was not the same as charged.  A day after their work on my hot water heater it had a complete discharge when the tank ruptured.  No call returned.  $1500.00 for a new tank. BEWARE THESE GUYS!!

Run away from On time AC.   We are new to the Bakersfield area and were having issues with our AC.  We called them out to fix the issue.  Well needless to say they were out 5 times in four weeks and could not get the unit running for more than a few days.  Every time I called it was a hassle to schedule as they only have two techs that service Bakersfield.  I called on a Saturday as this was the fifth time the AC quit working and it was 85 degrees in my house.  I was 6-1/2 months pregnant and they couldn't get anyone to come out until Tuesday afternoon.  We had another company come out and fixed the issue quickly.  They mentioned we paid for repairs not needed.  When I called to complain the manager wasn't very responsive and wouldn't refund any of our money except the maintenance plan which we canceled as soon as we found out they couldn't accommodate schedule or fix issues.  Please do not make the same mistake we did.  It cost us over $2000 and a lot of hot days and frustration.   We did purchase a maintenance plan with the other company and it was cheaper and they actually fixed this issue.

Finding a good contractor seems to be the luck of the draw these days. I hit the jackpot when I found On-Time Home Services (OTHS).  I had two other plumbers immediately tell me that I didn't have a simple repair.  I was told that I needed to re-pipe my home. Rather than look for the basic problem, the other companies jumped to the extreme. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to call OTHS, again.  They are knowledgeable, fast, fair, and honest!

great company. had Douglas schedule Jason to come out within 30 mins or so on a weekend to beat out a quote of a job that was supposed to be done the next day! not only did Jason outbid the other one by hundreds of dollars he even threw patching up and drywall in wow! comes the day of repairs, Anthony L along with his partner did an amazing job. Repiped entire attic with pex and 2 drops in less than a day and a half. competitors wanted to make extra holes in the ceiling. not these guys! good job!

This company is timely and they employ the best plumbers. I will use them again if need be.

I have always had difficulty finding good quality contractors to get some of the few things done around the house that I don't have the desire or the expertise to complete. The can do crew is just that. If you're looking for a company that simply does a good job, this is the place for you.

Jesse and Jose were just here relocating some of the ducting/vents in my kitchen to help compete the remodel we are doing. They were friendly and did a fantastic job. And, they were done within a few hours, which included having to make a trip to get additional parts. They came in at the quoted price and the work looks spectacular. I'll be having them back once it cools off to replace some of the old leaky ductwork in my downstairs. Glad to have found a company with competent workers who aren't trying to gouge their customers.

This was the first company that responded to my quote.  I went with them even though I had never heard of the company.  I'm glad I did-this plumber knew what he was doing-  he scoped the plumbing with a camera, fixed the problem quickly and was in and out in one trip.  100% better than the last company I used (has to schedule a second appt for them to come out and use t he camera)- will definitely use On Time again.

These guys were customer service experts! They took the time to explain exactly what they diagnosed and what they needed to do to fix. I also signed up for their yearly maintenance plan which not only reduced my bill by eliminating basic visit charges, but provided necessary yearly maintenance to HVAC and plumbing systems. Compared to other contractors, On-Time provides excellent value!

we discovered a leak in our water main this morning.  Called three different independent plumbers, none called back.  Someone suggested On Time Home Services and so I called them.  The receptionist who answered my call was very helpful, understood my plumbing need and she booked us right away.  we were promised a time frame between noon and 2 pm.  A plumber arrived by 12:30 and by 1:30 the repair was completed.  Very happy with great customer service.  Thanks, On Time Home Services!

I had a 16-year old water heater that started leaking. Time to replace! I contacted On Time due the several 5-star feedback posts. Reply was prompt, and we had a productive exchange of info via text. A quote was shared before they came on site. I didn't have to wait long for service. They had a tech available to come to my house the next morning. My tech was Marco, who was a very pleasant gentleman. Old tank was drained, and taken out. New tank was installed with no issues. He pointed out that the main supply water valve was not shutting off flow entirely and had internal corrosion, and gave me the option to replace, which I did.  24 hours later all the connections are looking bone dry and good. Excellent hot water supply to the house is restored.

I was really pleased with my experience with On Time. They were friendly and professional. The work was done right. And they were very prompt in all regards.

They wanted $500+ to fix my water heater on top of the $50 call out charge. Or almost $1800 to replace the unit. Needless to say, the part cost $118 shipped overnight and I installed it myself in 20 min.

Don was the technician that came to my house today.  He was professional and prompt.  He was knowledgeable and relentless in repairing my a/c unit.  It was a pleasure having him serve me.  He needed a part and had to leave to order it  and promised he'd be back the following day.  To my surprise, he showed up and completed the job within the hour.  He went back on the roof and knocked on my door and had completed the job within minutes. This folks, is awesome service! Don was on my roof during this Bakersfield heat wave at 112 degrees! He was friendly and it felt like I was speaking with a friend. He explained everything to me and he was adamant about servicing for my future protection. I joined their membership and won't ever bother with those home warranty companies again.  This is superior service and my go to from this point on!

Anthony from On Time came out when we had some major issues with our kitchen sink and did a very thorough job cleaning up a big mess. We have had many people come in the past and do what I felt to be patch jobs, but Anthony told us the full scope of the issues and how to handle them. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful. If Anthony's boss is reading this, give the man a promotion, he deserves it.

Easy to make an appointment. They came out the next day at 8am. On time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They did maintenance on 4 AC units and 2 evaporative coolers. They did a great job and I then asked for some quotes to replace an AC unit and two evaporative coolers. I expected to hear back in a day or so, but they emailed the quotes to me about an hour later! I purchased my home on April 29, 2022 - had 2 home inspections done, and purchased a home warranty from American Home Shield. On June 12, my AC went out, so I placed a call to American Home Shield, they set me up with a Heating and AC Company, my appointment was on June 16. The tech showed up, on time, clean-cut, and very professional he was at my home for about 35 minutes, he replaced the capacitor and AC began to get cool. I left to go and get some errands done, when I returned the AC had stopped cooling again and I immediately call the tech to come back out. The company sent another tech, on time, clean-cut, and very professional, he was at my home for about 40 minutes, he found that a fuse had blown and suggested I call an electrician because of an issue with the breaker. I made the call to AMS to request an appointment with the electrician, on Monday, June 20, the electrician came out, checked out my unit, and checked out the breaker, he proceeded to change out the breaker and suggested I call the Heating and AC company to come back out due to him finding there was no issue with the electrical. Tuesday, June 21, the electrician and HVAC company traded findings and another appointment was made for my unit. Thursday, June 23, HVAC co arrived, the tech found a fuse had blown again, he changed it, the AC cooled and the tech went on his way. The AC stopped cooling again! I got on the phone with the HVAC company, and requested another appointment, the lady I spoke with said she could not send anyone out until Monday, June 27. I then asked if she would call AHS and recommend a new unit be installed, she told me American Home Shield would not replace the AC because it would be considered a PRE-EXISTING CONDITION. I then called American Home Shield and told them I would like them to send out another Company, someone with more diagnostic skills, and that it needed to happen this day. American Home Shield told me nobody else was available and they couldn't do anything more than what they were doing.  I then took myself and my frustration to the manager of the association to ask if she could recommend somebody that could possibly come and look at my unit before Monday, that is when I got the best recommendation ever. On Time Home Services, I placed the call and an appointment was made for me with a tech named Steve. Steve came to my home on Saturday, June 25, checked out my unit, and told me the compressor was the problem. He said the reason the capacitor and the fuses were having to be replaced was because of the bad compressor. Steve suggested a couple of financing options and based on his information I made the decision to replace the entire unit. Steve then said he would bring me an indoor AC unit to use until he could get my AC installed. Steve did bring me the AC unit that very same day, well past closing time.
Tuesday, June 28, Steve and his partner arrived at my house with my new AC unit. They set to work and within an hour and a half, my unit was installed. Never in my life have I been absolutely blown away by the service I received from Steve, his partner, and the On-Time Home Service Company. I honestly can't say enough about On Time. This was horrible.   Dispatch told us Brandon would call within 2 hours.    Without air in 105 we wait two hours And call back.   Dispatch said they would put in another request.    We called three more times ; each time they said he would call us. At midnight we gave up!   If you can't come - just tell us !  Lame.    The next day the company tells us Brandon got our info mixed up with another job.   That's not even a good excuse when each call they take your name , phone and address.

Want to say the customer service I received from On Time was great! !Alfonso thank you for your honesty and excellent work you've done on my rental property and also here at my home. work was done fast and he knew what he was doing. Used Can Do again this time for plumbing and I have nothing but all good to say!  They called before arrival and actually arrived early.  They did a great job and only needed to rebuild the insides flushing parts for the toilet.

I had such a great experience with on time home services. Randy was our technician and he was so informative on what was going on and telling us about our unit. It was just for a service appointment. But I would recommend this place over and over again.

Excellent service. On time and very friendly. Jason, was great. He answered my questions and even helped us with an additional problem I sprung on him at the last minute. We will definitely be calling again. One of the few places that  never lets me down. I won't go anywhere else.

Update: Shortly after the repairs were made, I noticed that the fan was running continuously,  running,  day in,  and day out. I mentioned it to my husband,  but he didn't pay much attention,  he figured it was because the unit was running overtime. Since it's been cooling down recently, we've been able to turn the AC off,  and open up the doors. Right away I noticed when I turned it off completely that the fan still continued to run. My landlord had someone out within a couple of days to see what the issue was. And sure enough, just like I suspected,  something was wrong. I don't know the details,  but all I know is that they had to fix whatever Brandon screwed up on.  Stay away!

Randy & Jacob were here even earlier than our appointment time, it's so refreshing to have a set time & not a four hour window.
They were friendly, professional & completed the maintenance of my air conditioner & swamp cooler quickly & more importantly, correctly! They checked to be sure everything worked before they left. This company is great & dependable.

I needed an air conditioner replaced at my parent's house, and I was given a very fair estimate.  They came out 4th of July weekend, and here is where things went a little off the rails.  I understand that no one wants to work on a 3 day weekend, but whoever is responsible for setting up the jobs for the workers dropped the ball.  We were supposed to get 4 guys, and they only sent 2.  These guys were awesome though.  They worked from 8am to just after 5pm on Saturday in horrible heat.  The only problem was they were not provided with some key parts in completing the job.  So, the install job could not be completed.  I know they felt horrible, and tried to help us out the best they could.  Another worker came out with a portable air conditioner to help us through the weekend (the living room was at 90 degrees by this point).  When Tuesday rolled around, I called first thing.  They had already scheduled someone to come out, and within the hour they did.  So!  What started out fairly rocky ended up all right.  They put in great work and now my parents are able to enjoy a comfortable home for the first time in years.  I guess my only advice would be to avoid an appointment on a holiday weekend!

I called on a Friday morning at 8:00am requesting a serviceman to remove and replace an outside water faucet. An appointment window was set for 1:00-3:00pm.
The serviceman actually arrived early. I received a text about 12:15 letting me know he was on his way! Carlos was friendly and explained what I needed to have done and about how long the job would take. He also told me the base prices before he began the repairs.
I was very satisfied with the whole process and I will call On Time Home Services again.

The team at On Time was phenomenal. I found them when they responded to a request for quote on Yelp and they sent a tech out to assess the situation in my sons house in a few hours from our first conversation. He had a water heater and valve that needed to be replaced and severe water damage in the garage. They gave me a very fair price to handle it all and the job was done in a very timely manner. I really enjoyed receiving the text updates and the photos of my techs so I knew who to be expecting at all times. Their team was professional and courteous and did a great job. I'm so happy that we chose On Time for this job and I would recommend them anytime. It's never fun to have plumbing issues but they made the process so smooth!

I recomend this place, they are super fast to respond and ready to take care of anything! Jason was knowlegable and explained everything. He replaced my water heater and cleaned my dreyer vent.  I would highly recomend them to anyone needing work done. I was impressed how fast Jason responded and got the job done.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I had two different companies out about 6 times, and everytime they came out it was always something else that they couldn't fix straight away. After being without air for 3 weeks in 100 degree temps, we were over it! Can do came out the next day, diagnosed the issue, and gave me a quote for a new unit, which I decided on doing. They got me approved for financing in seconds and will be here in 72 hours to install the new unit. Jesse and Amanda were amazing, could not ask for better service! Doug is a very good man and boss . I have worked for a few different companies here in town and I have never been as blessed so much at work as I have been working for Doug, he has put a positive presence in the company . Doug truly cares for the customers and his employees. I am glad he is our chief and commander. On time is a company that cares.

I walked out into the garage this fine Saturday morning only to see a pool of water near my water heater. I reached out to On Time and the owner Douglas responded within 30 minutes. He gave me an ETA and Carlos was here within two hours. Carlos arrived during the timeframe that they promised and was very professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. I had these guys out a couple weeks ago to get my heater ready for winter. Steven came out and did an excellent job. He cleaned the what ever they are called on the back of my refrigerator while he was there even though he wasn't there for that. Said my fridge will run more efficient and save me a few bucks. I'm all for that! Was on time, like the name would indicate lol,  and did a good job.

We finally needed to replace our AC until after 21 years. Received quotes from 3 different companies, they came in the lowest. From the day they came for the quote, to actual install was 4 days. That's only because it was over a weekend. Jacob and the team were quick, friendly, responsive and thorough!

Wow! Amazing! Our water pipe burst in the attic I called many places around town but some were unavailable others didn't want to go in the attic in 106 degrees or then done that wanted to upcharge me for a grand. That's crazy! Then I got a hold of on time and man was I impressed. So so reasonably priced no fret over the attic location and on time. Their technician Jason came out and he was very polite and efficient. I will always recommend this business.

Fast, affordable, clean, and friendly. We had our AC go out Thursday night with a new baby and 100 degree heat. Needless to say we were freaking out. On Time was out the next day to fix the problem. Be prepared for a long story.......

About three weeks ago, our pressure dropped a little throughout the house. It was noticeable but not TERRIBLE. When lennar ties in houses, it sometimes happens but will regulate after a couple days. A week later, it was still an issue. Called the city to check and they sent someone out but also asked the neighbors if they were having issues and they weren't. City guy said it was likely our regulator.

Used Google/Yelp to find a local plumber and called to see if they could trouble shoot this issue. They said they could and sent someone out the next morning. He showed up on time and was friendly but had no idea what he was doing. Said the regulator looked fine and that I would likely need to cut into a wall to see if there was a kink and/or if the bracing was loose. Well, I'm not about all that without a second opinion.

I used to work with the owner of this company a few years ago when we were both oilfield. We randomly connected on LinkedIn a few days ago and trust that he wouldn't pull a fast one on me. So, I told my husband I was going to reach out for a second opinion and was comfortable that On Time would figure it out. I messaged Doug on LinkedIn, in the middle of the night, while feeding my 3 month old. He got back to me at 6am and scheduled me with Carlos.

My window was 10-12 and I believe Carlos got here about 10:45. He did all the things for testing and determined the issue was the regulating valve. Unfortunately the one we had installed was no longer made so he could get something similar but would have to adjust the tree. He originally said it may be a few days but called back later that he got the part and could do it today!

Came back, made the fixes, and everything is back to normal!!!! You have no idea how stressful this situation was, thinking maybe we had a leak somewhere and not being able to run more than one fixture at a time!

This is the best company for any and all of your plumbing issues. I called because my tankless hot water heater was having problems. On Time sent a technician the same day (I live 30 miles outside of the city limits). Rick, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fixed everything. I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The Can Do Crew worked within my time restraint and repaired my AC quickly and at a great price! Definitely my go-to for service and repair!!!

Our AC went out on a 105 degree day.  My home warranty company told me I had to wait an additional 3 days before I could get a contractor out to assess the issue.   My wife immediately got on Yelp and found On Time Home Services.  Without hesitation they had a tech out to my home within the next few hours.  He looked in our attic and immediately found the issue. He replaced the damaged item and had us on our way. Within a few hours we again tripped the fuse outside.  I contacted On Time again, and within 30 mins the tech was back on the phone with us, guiding us with the next steps.  I could not have been happier with the professionalism and courtesy given by the techs assigned to us for our AC issues!  Thank you again On Time!!

Woke up with AC issues this past Saturday, called On Time and within a 2 hours Ruben was at my door. The service was quick, professional and VERY reasonably priced. The serviceman, Ruben, was very polite and professional. I have definitely found a new company for my annual AC and heating service.

We had a problem in the ceiling of our closet on a Saturday.  On Time was out within the hour and had the problem fixed quickly and efficiently.

From the start Doug came out and gave us an estimate and was the most helpful person I have dealt with in years. He emailed an estimate fast and followed up with a call.  All of the guys who came to do the install of our new HVAC were excellent and friendly. Joshua, Jorge and Jorge were the last ones here and you couldn't ask for better. From now on I know who we are calling for plumbing. Finally someone we can trust.

My garbage disposal went out on Sunday. Douglas, the owner, messaged me quickly back on Yelp. He set an appt for early the next day and my technician, Jason, showed up early and had a new one in within 30 minutes. Second time I've used them and they are always reliable and trustworthy!

Can Do Crew under Doug is not at all the same company as On Time Home Services. His leadership has resulted in a vastly superior experience with top-notch staffing. I am happy I gave them another chance and very grateful to Doug for doing his best to make right the mistakes from his predecessor. I'm looking forward to continued engagement with Can Do Crew!

It's about time to do an update. After my last review from the issues I had with OnTime Plumbing & AC's install job of my two AC units and tankless water heater, Doug from Can Do replied. Separately I had another interaction with one of his plumbers who reiterated that the ownership had changed and Doug was nothing like the previous owner and I should give them another shot.

I spoke to Doug who promised to make it right and got us on their maintenance plan. I called on Monday to schedule some of the service that we were overdue for and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful.  Today, both an AC guy (Randy) and plumber (Marcos) came out to replace my AC filters and flush my tankless water heater.

Both showed up on time and were professional and very helpful. I was really impressed with the thoroughness of Marcos. In addition to flushing my water heater, he checked every faucet and spigot on the property to help spot any issues early. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and proactively provided information on what I should look out for as my home ages.

Randy was also really helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to secure the right-sized filters for my home. Including calling to give me a timing update when this search took longer than expected.

What I can say so far is that the experience with Can Do Crew and the folks under Doug's new leadership are a breath of fresh air from my experiences with On Time Home Services under the previous owner.

So far, I am happy I was able to speak with Doug and experience his improved team. I'm looking forward to future experiences with his group and will, of course, provide update as we move forward and I have additional opportunities to work with Can Do Crew.

Technician Jason came out today on time and replaced an upstairs toilet. He was extremely professional and friendly. He explained everything to me as he worked so there were no surprises. Went the extra mile without charging extra. Just a great guy! Very affordable when I compared companies. Couldn't be happier. Thank you thank you thank you!

I had a water leak in the kitchen ceiling yesterday. Could not get our plumber out until this morning. Jason got here about 8:10 am. like they said they would. We found the leak and Jason was quick to repair it. Thankfully we found it early as it could have been worse. Thank you On Time Home Services as always. Big shout out to Jason as well.

Hot water heater went out on me and On Time had the quickest response  time.  It was a costly visit as  it had to be replaced.  I get hot water much quicker and it's much hotter in  my back shower.  My old one could be on full blast hot, not this one.  Work was done quickly and efficiently.  I'd likely call them again but I hope I dont need the.  Not able to say howthe price compared to other businesses.  No time to look around. It was costly though and the invoice did not provide a break down of expenses (labor vs parts).  Significantly more than I anticipated.  Grateful I was able to cover it.  That's the only reason I gave it a 4 but may be more about my shock and disappointment with the cost rather than the service.  : /

We have used On Time Home Services for years now for our all of our HVAC and plumbing needs. We've always had great experiences with all of the technicians, who do in fact arrive on time and are very friendly and professional. Jason in particular (who repaired our faucet today) has worked with us many times and is wonderful. He's personable, quick, efficient, and always goes out of his way to make sure we are completely satisfied. We'll gladly continue to use On Time for all our home service needs in the future.

I've used them twice for two different needs. Of course our air conditioner would quit in the middle of a Bakersfield heat wave! So I wasn't surprised that my appointment was out several days. What really made me happy was when they had a cancellation Doug reached out and asked if I would like a days earlier appointment..... Well, duh, yes! The technician repaired the unit in a short time didn't try to up sell with something not needed. I definitely recommend On Time Home Services.

I called On Time Home Services to take a look on an older house I purchased last year. Their plumber was able to replace the old cast iron pipes under the house. The service was fast and efficient. Just this week I had a water leak from the main water line that caused us to shut off water to the house completely. I called On Time Home Services late at night and got a hold of their answering service. Luckily they were able to  set an appointment for me the next day. By early afternoon a plumber was on their way to fix the cracked pipe. In both cases On Time Home Services have been reliable with great customer services. I will definitely call them if anything else needs fixing!

Charged me $120 to try and sell me a whole new heating and air system for 8k. This guy tried to tell me my heater was going to leak carbon monoxide and kill my family, but didn't even bother to remove his sunglasses the entire time he was inspecting my heater. I Called Rodriguez heating and air who came out inspected my heater assured me it was absolutely fine and fixed the thermocouple that was actually the problem I had in the first place. Thanks for nothing on time.

The company was on time and gave great customer service.  The service techs were great.  They completed a complete water heater installation efficently .

They were super professional through the whole process. Had 2 other bidders and On Time included an Air Purification system in their bid and I couldn't reject it.  Their bid was very affordable and after getting the literature on the purification system and answering all of my question, I was convinced and hired them them on a Tuesday and by Friday of the same week they completed the HVAC installation and got the job done. I would definitely hire them again and they were very cordial and very pleasant to work with. Thank you On Time for your quick turnaround on our kids house.

On 1/9/2019 On Time was called to take care of my Dad's bathroom faucet. The Tech was Wade and he did a wonderful job neatly and promptly. My Dad was very happy and so was I!!!

I don't know that I've ever had the HVAC stuff at my home checked out. Some rooms get more heat while some get less and one room for only a trickle of air coming through. We thought it might be good to call the pros and have them clean out vents. The service was a bit pricey but well worth it and great overall! The process was fast, clean and safe as I had kids in the house. The two service members gave some great information about why the airflow wasn't what it should be and how to possibly fix the problem. I really appreciate the job well done and knowing that I have an expert team to lean on if something ever goes wrong.

Our water heater for 20 plus started leaking Friday night.   I tried the Yelp professional finder that gave me two responses,  none of which were able to make it to my home.  Saturday around noon I called this business. I was told that the technician would call  between 2 and 4:30 PM.  That call was spot on.   Jason looked at the old water heater and said that we needed a new one.  Believe me, I didn't want to pay nearly 2 grand to this.  But Jason said to shop around and recommended on certain brands.   I didn't have to shop around.   This guy was honest, full of knowledge and  someone I could trust.  He did the entire job within 2 hours and we are happy with his work.   So much did it cost for a new American Standard 40 gallon tank at is up to code...slightly over $1600.  In addition,  Leah at the office setting up the appointment was great too.

They were quick to communicate, solved the problem of the kmc logged, explaining what he was doing and cleaned up any mess made.
