Made an appointment and the person did not show up on time. As with many, weekday appointments require coordination with in-office work schedule. Incredibly disrespectful of a customer's time. Would give a 0 star if possible.
We recently had some plumbing needs and we contacted Sal's Plumbing. They provided a great value for their service, the plumber was very knowledgeable and courteous and helped us resolve our needs in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sal's Plumbing to anyone!
We called another competitor to have a faucet in our bathroom installed and they tried to charge us $875 so we called Sals Plumbing and Fernando came out. Fernando charged us $350 and did an excellent job, was so courteous, cleaned up and was very friendly. We highly recommend him. Sals Plumbing is our new plumbing company
They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.
Thomas came to the rescue on a Sunday when our garbage disposal / kitchen sink clogged up in our old townhome. Not only was he punctual and professional- he quickly fixed the problem and took extra measure to ensure our pipes were clear! Thank you so much Sal's & Thomas!!!
I have used them 2 times and they were very responsive, easy to answer the phone and they were able to come on the same day.
Tony was very professional, neat, and nice.
Had a shower handle that wasn't working and another plumber replace the trim and cartridge, only to have the unit leak. Said I needed a new valve and quoted me over $2k. Called Sal's plumbing for a second opinion and Geno came out next day. Looked at the unit, saw the new cartridge was missing a clip and within 30 minutes fixed the whole problem. Saved me two grand and a headache!

These plumbers are the best! We had the pleasure of getting to meet Gino when he came to fix our bathroom sink, and then again when our kitchen faucet connection burst. Every interaction has been nothing but a pleasure and he also does fantastic work! 10/0 would recommend Sal's to anyone!

Sal's responded quickly to my inquiry, then came out right away and took care of the issue.
Kevin Q came out on a Saturday night to cap a busted water line. He came out within 30 minutes with no rush charge and got it handled on a holiday weekend. Very thankful!
We had a sink clogged today and it was hard to find a plumber on the weekend. Joe from Sal's plumbing was very responsive and sent someone within an hour. Thomas was the plumber who came over and he was on time and very helpful. He plunged the sink and it got fixed immediately. The clog seemed to only be in the pop up assembly.He didn't need to run the snake so he didn't charge us at all. We couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much!

Had another plumbing issue and I called sals plumbing. They came the next day, crawled through the attic and found a small needle hole in a pipe. They fixed it the same day! Thank you for the fast and realiable service.

Mike was awesome, came out to my house within a few hours of calling on a Saturday to help locate a leak. He assessed my problem and told us what he recommended to resolve it. Will definitely be using this company in the future.
Plumber was prompt, pleasant, and arrived to provide a free estimate to repair my shower diverter. He screwed the part back in and, I later learned, bent the washer and made it inoperable. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I was distracted from work and paid a $98 invoice for the damage to the diverter and received a $2,400 estimate to tear everything out. A second plumber was able to replace the broken part.

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.

We bought a house and found out that our sink pipe was broken and needed it repaired ASAP. Thomas was able to come out late Friday night and fix it Saturday morning. They were responsive and reliable and did a great job.
After realizing we had a leak under the house we called Sal's. We've used them before so we knew we would be in good hands with them. Angela walked me through what I should do until the plumber could arrive, and then they dispatched Gino. He showed up exactly when they said he would and got right to work. He found the problem immediately and got everything fixed in 45 minutes!
What could have been a really stressful situation turned out to be no big deal because of Sal's.
I called them on Sunday. Then I got service in 30 min!! Thomas came to my house and took 3 hours to replace my water heater!

I had to have three bathroom faucets repaired or replaced. Kevin came out initially. He was polite and professional and explained that I would either need to order new cartridges to install in the old faucets or get new faucets. The old faucets were pretty beat so I decided to get new faucets. Geno came to install them. He did the installation well and efficiently and I am very satisfied with the work. I will definitely call Sal's again for my plumbing needs.
I got several quotes from competitors. Others quoted $75-$250 minimum for diagnostic. After speaking on the phone with a friendly representative at Sal's, a worker was sent out with a few hours to look at my issue for a free diagnostic. My issue was a slightly clogged outdoor drain. He recommended a procedure that would cost $500-$950. I really appreciated that I did not feel pressured into making a decision right away, and he gave me some advice if some alternative solutions that resolve the problem, at least for now.
With services like plumbing one of my biggest challenges in the LA area is feeling like there is a lack of trust between customer and service provider. Although I did not move forward with the recommended procedure for my drain, Sal's understands the importance of building trust, which is huge for me. They will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing issues in my home.

Thomas came to fix our kitchen sink clog , he went all the way down the house to make sure all the pipes are in good state before he ran the snake setup . He is very professional and explained all the details and recommended which ones to change . We recommend their devices and they are available on a weekend

Sergio assessed our needs and gave us a smarter and more cost effective solution versus what we were requesting. I loved that Sergio gave us his thoughts from the perspective of a homeowner himself. I will be going back to Sergio for all my plumbing needs in the future. It's hard to find reliable people.
Thomas was wonderful and so quick to respond when our kitchen sink was backed up late Saturday afternoon -- just two days before we had to move! Marvin Maravilla was amazing! Exceptional work. Professional, prompt, hard working and reliable. He fixed the leak from my faucet under the sink perfectly and promptly. Marvin saved the day, was incredibly flexible and went above and beyond his call of duty. Our beautiful home was on the VERGE of being a complete disaster and trainwreck but Marvin literally SAVED OUR KITCHEN. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARVIN MARAVILLA AND SAL'S PLUMBING. He came multiple times and was very diligent in his work. He solved a leak that no other plumbers could figure out. Will will definitely be using Sal's plumbing again. I highly recommend this company! I had an emergency the other night with a copper pipe leak and they answered the phone call immediately. Thomas came in less than 30 minutes and replaced the copper pipe with a better-quality pipe. He is extremely professional. If you ever have any emergency, don't look for any other company because Sal's plumbing is the one! Don't forget to ask for Thomas, I promise that he is the plumber that you are looking for. He is efficient, meticulous, professional, and very friendly. His work will leave you happy and satisfied!
Made an appointment easily over the phone to inspect a leak under the kitchen sink. Appreciated the free leak inspection as other companies sometimes charge just to come out. The plumber actually showed up earlier than the expected time window and was very courteous. He found the leak very quickly and it turned out the leak just needing a tightening of the water spray. Thankfully he said no charge as the fix took like one second. Appreciated the quick service and his time. Will definitely use them next time and recommend them.
Thomas came out to the house today to fix our clogged kitchen drain. He took the time to explain the issue and to let us know about future issues that may come up with out 1960s house. Reliable and responsive. Would recommend to family and friends.
They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

Hymen drained my bathtub in under five minutes, every time I've called Sal's, I've been perfectly satisfied.
Thank you Thomas and Jose for taking care of my plumbing. They replaced really old pipes that were disintegrating and put new pipes. It was a major job and they did great.
Very hard working and thorough.
Fast turnaround and they did get the job done, but they did it in a super unprofessional way. When they snaked the toilet drain, their machine flung black water everywhere in my bathroom, and they didn't clean it up so I had to bleach everything afterwards. They left some sort of gross some thing on the toilet after reinstalling it. Worst of all, they left my clean out open. I wouldn't have even known if the neighbor didn't see it and tell me. I paid almost $700 for this, and won't be going with them again.
I Highly recommend Sal's plumbing. This is the second time using them. They did a Great job as usual. Thomas was very professional and thorough. He answered all my questions.
Had a clogged drain.. it was an emergency.. I messaged Sals company via Yelp they responded with a number to call. My father called, they took our info and said a tech will be out within the hour. I forget the techs name who showed up 45mins later and fixed our drain in literally 15seconds. It was $98. We appreciate the work. Infinite Blessings to your company.

Our condo had a backed up line on a Sunday. We had called adeedo and they didn't pick up. So we tried roto rooter and they said it was going to be $750 to snake the toile!
We called sal and his guys were there in an hour and it costs us $120! These guys are my go to from now on.
First experience with sals plumbing was great. They came out super quick on this particular day they where here with in 40 min of my call. I was totally expected a longer wait time. They came in fixed the problem quickly.
Our water heater recently died and we no longer had hot water. We called Sal's plumbing and they arrived within 30 minutes of our call. They confirmed we needed a new water heater as the one we had was over 15 years old and I knew it was time. Sal's gave us a very competitive quote to replace the water heater and we went ahead and had them replace it.
Sal's plumber, Dominic was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing the water heater and completed the job in a timely manner. We will be calling Sal's Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.
I share a studio in el Segundo with four other bands... one of them (who I WILL soon find out) clogged the toilet and left it for me to find. Not cool. Long story short the toilet is unclogged 47 mins later thanks to Sal's Plumbing and I can record music without smelling the worst smell I've ever smelled :(

Again, I had to leave a good review for this company. After switching between so many different plumbing companies, it is so nice to have a company that is professional, communicative, and friendly. Often palmers make you feel like they are ripping you off, here you get what you pay for, they are quick friendly and get the job done ASAP
Five star service. Sal's plumbing came to my rescue right away. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thomas got to the root of the problem right away and will defiantly hire this company fir future plumbing problem. They also wear proactive gear including mask and shoe covering. So important during covid. Extra attention goes a long way. Thank a bunch!
