My water heater stopped working on Sunday morning.   I found the Water Heater Warehouse on Yelp with 300+ 5 star ratings and contacted for a quote.  Within 15 minutes, a complete quote with details were provided and after accepting the quote,  the technicians were scheduled for the next day between 11 and 1pm.  The technicians arrived 15 minutes early and completed the installation by noon.  I was provided a text with the technician's name and notified via text when they were encountered.

Installation went smoothly and social distancing was observed.  All new fittings, valves, supply lines,, straps, pan, gas sediment catch, and heater installed with 2 technicians.  Pricing is very competitive and quality and service is unbeatable.  I will definitely recommend Water Heater Warehouse to my family and friends.

I hired Josue to renovate both bathrooms in my house.  They were very outdated and thanks to Josue's hard work, they are now modern.  He took out the old vanities and installed new ones; he removed the old lighting fixtures and installed new ones; he put in new mirrors as well.  While he was here, he also informed me of a broken valve outside which I had him fix as well.

His pricing is very reasonable and he is easy to work with.  I also appreciate that he picked up my purchases/supplies from Home Depot on his way to my place.  For the two days he was doing the work, he always had a smile and a positive attitude.  He kept me informed throughout the renovation process.  I will be hiring him again.  Thanks, Josue!

I appreciated that they showed up on time and wearing a mask. He was very polite and considerate and explained to me what he was doing. The sound we were concerned with was just our old house and nothing to be concerned with. He was efficient with looking at all options and put us at ease. We have used this company before and we will be using them again if needed in the future.

Used A&A for first time last week. Jessie was right on time.  Called to let me know he was on the way. That was important since my time was limited. Went right to the source. And was done in about a half hour allowing me to keep my apppointment. They were also the best price of the ones I called. This was for a plugged shower drain.

Replied fast worked even faster! Sadly I didn't know how to fix pipe and sink myself but he came and explained everything within a minute very clear on what was wrong and price too. Very professional would recommend to anyone

Water heater repairmen are a lot like lawyers; you don't appreciate their service until you need it. I called Priority on a Monday to check out my problem and thankfully they were able to make it out the same day. They gave me an estimate that from my endless online research was definitely more than fair! They came back Wednesday and fixed the issue without bait and switching me into a higher price or noticing another issue. Great work for fair pay and a friendly professional attitude. I got their business card and they are now my first call should I have any more plumbing issues.

The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

NexGen is my new AC and Heating company!!  I couldn't get any techs to come out and work on my Mr. Cool DIY Mini Split AC unit because they all told me that they didn't want to be associated to the poor quality of the Mr. Cool systems.

Well Noah from NexGen came out and showed me how to clean my coils and filters and showed me that the coolant levels were good, and his leak detector found no leaks.  

I am extremely satisfied.

These guys were awesome! I called them late Saturday afternoon to clear my kitchen drain because it was backing up every time I used my garbage disposal.  Who says i can't blend an avocado seed..... lol. I called and they were able to get out to my house pretty quick.  They were in and out and made sure everything was working before they left.  I'd call them again, if i couldn't figure out the problem, cool guys.

If you need your drains cleaned, Jeff is the best. I called in the morning on a Friday he had a job in Newport Beach and said he there in the afternoon. Got a text when he was on the way. Several years ago I signed up for plumbing insurance through my water company. Downey Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning is who the insurance uses. Downey has been out to fix problems a number of times. They are professional and reliable.  I've been very happy with their work.
