I had a problem that looked like it was going to cost a ton of money to fix, but it turned out to be misdiagnosed by another plumber. Daniel figured out the real problem, and solved it quickly and affordably. He also explained how the plumbing in my house was unusual, and gave me a video from his inspection camera going through the pipes. Plus he was diligent to put booties over his shoes every time he went into my house to track the location of the camera. I'm extremely glad I found him. Thanks Daniel!

Amazing job done at my work place Jared the Galeria of Jewelry in Brea today. Came in to fix a leak and because we asked ended up fixing few other things. I would definitely recommend him to people I know.

Joseph was quick to respond to my Yelp quote request with a price range and availability. I have guests arriving tomorrow and he was at my place in less than 2 hours. I was lucky since he was just completing his last job for the day. He quickly identified the issue with my shower and was nice enough to look at my kitchen faucet too. I'd absolutely call him if I have any other plumbing issues.

Last October, our whirlpool water heater went out.   B&B came out and charged us $120. The part was under warranty,  but they had to order it they came back and charged us another $120 to install it.  

Yesterday,  the water heater went out again with the same symptoms.  On B&Bs receipt,  they guaranteed their work for one year. However,  I was told I would need to pay $165,for them to come out.  

Nice guarantee. Will never use these guys again,  although their service people were nice

The morning our water heater stopped heating, I went on Yelp to find a plumber. I spoke to Jason over the phone and immediately felt comfortable.  The plumber arrived later that afternoon and replaced the water heater in just over an hour. My husband was impressed with the plumbers skills and professional attitude. The problem was solved in just over 6 hours without it costing us an arm and a leg. I will be calling them again if/when we have plumbing issues! Thanks Jason!!

This guy is a blessing.. Will never use anyone else. He came out right away. Fixed the problem and more. He's honest & very kind and helpful. I was beside myself he calmed me down and said dont worry. He saved me thousands of dollars.

I called pretty early on a Saturday morning, the Rick, was willing to come out and help with my water issue (broken pipe). Once he finished with the work, we turned the water back on, and everything worked just like it should. He even gave me some pointers on how to help prevent the next disaster

The Pinedo Bro plumbing is Family owned business, with fast service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Pinedo brothers, for all your plumbing needs. They made quick work of a sink installation that included locating a drain and running new pex water lines. Since they were already on site, I asked if they could flush my tankless water heater, without hesitation they were able to accommodate. They laid out tarps and plastic to protect the work site. Definitely would recommend them if asked for a  recommendation for any plumbing work.

We've been using NexGen for over 3 years, and they've always provided fast, friendly and reliable service for our home A/C and heater maintenance. We've always had great technicians but our most recent tech, Carlos, was awesome! He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He also suggested an electronic air cleaner for our home but wasn't pushy. I will definitely request him in the future!

Dan is definitely our man and go to person for our all our needs when it comes to getting things serviced and fixed in our home. This is our third time using him and he came through for us again! This time we needed a new garbage disposal since we had excessive leakage in the old one. He's always quick and efficient.  Thanks Dan for your service!

Proper Plumbing handled the job, we're on time, and exceeded my expectations. If you don't call Proper to fix your plumbing, you're missing out on quality that's rare to find. This is a great and honest company! I'm so glad I called!! John and Mike responded quickly to my call and were able to fix our backed up sinks and tubs without costing me an arm and a leg! He showed us the problem and didn't try to over sell the job! Now I know I will call them in the future for any plumbing problems and have already recommend them to my church and friends! They are awesome! Two thumbs up!

I don't recommend this company. I don't know if it was that one of the two guys who came out was bragging that they usually work in houses in Laguna Hills ( we are in Los Angeles) or if it was the fact that they refused to come back out at 11 pm after they caused a LEAK and flood In our bathroom from the toilet they had removed and worked on for hours just two hours before the leak. Marcus demanded a $180.00 overtime fee to come back out and fix the issue they caused. After accusing me of lying about realizing the leak he still demanded we pay him after just paying the company $2,000.00. Poor customer service. Lack of empathy and BAD BUSINESS. CALL SOMEONE ELSE.
