I called Wright Electric when another electrician crapped out on me. After a cursory walk-through of my house by the first guy, he told me he couldn't give me an estimate of the cost for the project because you don't know what you're getting into until you start working on old wiring. After weeks of delays and non-communication I finally gave up on this guy.

What a pleasant surprise it was to deal with Kody Wright after such a horrible experience with the first electrician. Kody conducted a thorough inspection of my home, and talked to me in great detail about what I wanted to accomplish. After a couple of days he provided me today with a detailed estimate of the time and cost of the project. Kody and his assistant, Adam, worked diligently to complete the work on my home. They were courteous, flexible to my desire for minor changes in the plan, and were very professional. They finished the job early and came in on budget. They returned about a week later to test all the circuits and label my panel so that it will be easy for us to identify specific circuits and what they control.

We recently needed sewer lateral inspection work at our home in Santa Cruz County and were very fortunate to have been connected with Bellows Plumbing.  From day one Bellows provided us with exceptional professionalism. It was wonderful working with knowledgeable, courteous and personable Mike Murrow who went above and beyond to guide us through the project. Jennifer, William, the office personnel and everyone else on the team demonstrated the same high standards, always punctual and taking the time to explain everything in detail. I am just sorry there is a limit of only five stars on this review and highly recommend you look no further than Bellows Plumbing, Heating and Air for your sewer lateral and plumbing needs.

I was very surprised at this business; and sad to say, this is my very first negative review on Yelp.

Sam was nice on the phone and in person.

However, Sam had rescheduled my appointment because he forgot he had another client, took 21 days to send us a quote, and provided us information for a receiver which is available at Best Buy for 1/5th of the price quoted.

Disappointing.
