I highly recommend Jim for his professionalism, fair prices and responsiveness.  I called Jim after calling another local plumber because I needed a sink replaced in my bathroom and needed it done quickly.  Not only did Jim arrange his schedule to get my job done within a day, the actual work was done fast and it looks great.  Plus, his price for the job was considerably less than the quote I got from another plumber.  I will definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

I had a small but urgent plumbing job on a Saturday: my tenants who live downstairs from me could not turn off their shower. I was out of town for the day and they had to turn the water off at the main, and then they had to leave for the day. I posted a request on Yelp. Rene was the first to reply and he said he'd come right out. I directed him how to open our lock-box and get the house keys, and he turned the shower off. He said the shower mechanism was shot, because putting in a new cartridge didn't solve the problem. So we will have to replace the mechanism. That's for Monday. Although he had driven from San Rafael, he only charged me $110 for the job. Great service.

We had our kitchen remodeled with Mr. Unger from July-August 2019. The process was smooth and Dmitriy helps you along the way providing you with next steps to complete the project. His employees: Marcus, Nikolas and Anatoli were all amazing. Marcus did a wonderful job on demolition and replacing our electrical system. Nikolas and Anatoli then installed everything for our new kitchen. These guys are masters at what they do and they will complete the tasks requested of them expertly. I have no reservations about recommending Mr. Unger and his construction company to anyone looking to remodel a kitchen. I am very satisfied with their work.

We had some other projects going on at the same time like popcorn ceiling removal and patio door replacement while Mr. Unger and his crew were remodeling and they were extremely accommodating and worked around these other projects. Everything worked out and our kitchen looks amazing!

Needed to fix a clogged sink and checked Yelp for plumbers in the area. Called Citywide and spoke to Johnny, who provided a ballpark estimate over the phone. Scheduled an appt for later that week. Johnny called a few hours before the appt confirm time and logistics. Sure enough he was there on time and fixed the problem without any hassles. In and out in ~30min.

It may seem obvious to expect someone to show up on time and do the work as expected. But this isn't always the case. Johnny was friendly, reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Even spent the time to answer a few questions I had about our water heater. And he knows where to find a good slice of pizza! Would call Citywide again in a heartbeat!

We've requested their service a couple times. Once to replace a valve and the other for leaks in our bathrooms. Each time they are quick  to respond and gets the job done. Will definitely be using again when we need a plumber. Thank you.

Noticed my kitchen faucet leaking in the morning. Called up Go Go Plumbing. About an hour later they were at my house looking at my problem. Told me I needed a new faucet and I could go to Home Depot pick one up and they'd install. Did that,called again and they were back about 30 minutes later. Install all done within 15 minutes. Excellent response time. Very professional service. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing!! We had a leak and fridge issues (that were totally our fault) and Richard came out in less than 30 minutes and has our water running and our fridge dispensing. So amazingly polite. We just moved to Mojave and didn't know who to call but we are so glad we called Richard! I couldn't recommend him more! Fast! Amazing! Free Quotes! Use Richard!!

Majid came to our house to help us with a clogged kitchen sink. We contacted him on yelp on a Sunday and he was kind enough to come out that afternoon. He was thorough and efficient, solved the issue, and gave us some areas to address if we had recurring issues. He also provided me with an estimate before coming which I appreciated! Would definitely use x-ray plumbing's services again!

I called Channon on Thursday After Hours and he had one of his guys Vaughn at my Property the next day. Friday of all days and they still stuck me in their Schedule. BTW, this was Not an Emergency and they could have easily put me off until the next week. Nope! Vaughn shows up on a Friday and switches out a Fitting in my Outdoor Fire Pit within an hour. This is a vacation Rental and we had an incoming Guest. The Fire Pit is a Major Focal Point for the property and Vaughn made the thing perform as never before.

So happy with Clint McCauley work  he relocated and extended two if my water valves so that i can access them safely and without bending or tripping

Definitely was disappointed with today's service! Sent me the wrong individual to do a men job and on top of that really bad attitude! Totally disrespectful thinking that he is talking to his family or a friend! He forgot that I called for service that I have dealt with them for the pass 5 months and that I already know the problem and the only thing I needed him to do was to unplug my sewer! It's always the same thing. He said that why we don't fix the problem that we needed to change the pipes so he didn't have to be coming all the time. I mean dude I'm paying you for the Job you be doing! If I wanted the pipes change I would had asked you to do so. I told him that we know the problem and that we are not changing the pipes so I only wanted him to unplug the toilets like the regular guy Gustavo does every time he would come. Then he said ok I'll charge you $450.00 when I usually pay $200.00 then  I said you know what never mind! You lost a customer because of unprofessional individuals who think they can get away with their attitude and corruption methods. Never again.

This is my second review for Pacific Drain and Rooter Service.
My water heater was leaking and I call to make an appointment with Pacific Drain.
On the phone i was told I probably would need a new heater and we discussed the price.
I had to work that day, left the key for them.
When I got home my old water heater was there with a note to call. (I don't use a cell phone when i am at work.) I called expecting the worse -- you not only need a new water heater BUT new --bla bla bla.
To my surprise I was told I did not need a new water heater, but only a new valve, they would return with the new valve, drain my heater and put the valve in.
The total price including labor  $100.
There more.
My water heater is on a tiny back room used for nothing but the heater and washer and dryer. For years for some reason I never have cleaned it.
When I returned home from work the day they put the new valve in,  to my surprise they mopped the floor. It was like a got a new room in my house. The floor was sparkling!
The plumbers i used in the past never even cleaned their own mess, let alone mine.
It is so nice to have a plumber that you trust; I am from New York and in I think it it a little harder for us to trust people.

Needed our drains and sinks snaked as part of our annual maintenance on our house and also need a faucet fixed outside. Kenneth responded quickly and answered all of our questions. He was a pleasure to deal with and his prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be doing business with him again and I have already referred to him to all of my family and friends.

We have used Ethan for many years for our plumbing needs for our local Alameda business. When something goes wrong with plumbing at your business you need it fixed FAST. Ethan is amazing. He gets there in a hurry and gets the job done right away. His prices are very reasonable and he is SUCH a nice guy. I highly recommend him.

A rental home had a couple of plumbing problems.  My attempt to deal with each failed!  A non working garbage disposal and a backed up shower drain needed attention.  Called Albion.  Within a short time Armando arrived and solved both problems quickly, much to the relief of the folks living in this house!  Albion definately deserve the positive reviews they've earned here.

Steve installed new toilet and did an excellent job.

One of my outdoor spigots started leaking over the weekend pretty badly, and they were able to come out and replace it first thing in the morning! Several other places said they were booked through the beginning of the week or I'd have to pay extra for an emergency service but these guys came out, gave it a quick look and had it fixed in 15 minutes! No hassle no tacked on fees!

We had a leak under the sink. Ed came out, fixed the problem, and didn't even charge us because the leak was an easy fix. Needless to say, we will be using Plumbing Solutions again!
