Adam is a true professional. We had a minor/major plumbing issue in the master bath in our third-floor condo, and dealing with the HOA is a big hassle; 48 hours notice to alert other home owner of the water shut-off, etc. Our LA contractor canceled at the last minute and we were in a bind (to say the least) Sunday evening I randomly yelped the nearest contractor, and he answered the phone! Lucky? Very! Not only did Adam arrive (within 20mins) but checked out our issue and scheduled an appt. to start the next day! Not only did he fix the plumbing issue, but noticed several other issues, and worked on these also. Dining room light fixture-done, dimmer light plates (2 rooms) fixed. Hot water overflow (major copper welding) he did it. Monday night and I am saying a prayer to Adam, he fixed SO much. He is my hero, and I have more work to be done! What can I say besides exceptional work, and a very nice guy. 5 stars all the way.

I am so upset that I am writing this review.  We have been trying to get an issue resolved with this company for almost 2 years.  We had a new water heater installed.  They picked the water heater and installed it.  It was still taking 10 minutes to get cold water.  Then they suggested that we should have had a circulator put in to help with that.  Would have been nice to have been given the option.  Then the new heater was making noise and they came back out and we were told that our water pressure was too high and the technician should have never installed the heater.  Ok, again, would have been nice to know.  Then they adjusted something and we were supposed to let them know if it was still happening.  It was.  Then the technician came out again and said, oh, there is a problem with this water heater - it's faulty, I am going to have to contact the manufacturer.  Then we never heard back.  Called about 10 times, asked to speak to the manager, etc.

FINALLY, the manager came out and said he would run some numbers that day (which was a month ago), and we have never heard back.

We have been trying to resolve this situation for almost 2 years!  I don't even know what to do anymore.  

And to top everything, they use an answering service so it's impossible to even get a direct line.  You have to wait for someone to call you back, which never happens!!!!!!

The staff is so nice though, which is why I am sad to leave this review.  But it's time.

5 star for quick service, quick response, polite, and reasonable pricing. We had a water that backed out inside the shower tub and toilet every time the water is running on the sink. They were able to identify that the problem was probably a clogged water line and just needed a rooter. Some plumbing company would say that the water line was broken and needed a repair. After the repair, they provided a free video view of the line and there was a small hole that needed repair which the tree root entered and clogged the main line. I am very happy with their service and this would be my 3rd time using their service.

Showed up on time, mask and social distancing, polite, knew exactly what he had to do. Finished the job and charged exactly what the quote was. I will definitely give them five stars

I used JustinTime for the first time today for my clogged kitchen sink. The service tech, Tyler, arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He did a great job and my sink works as good as new. I'd definitely use their services again.

This is the second time I've called Bedr to help me with some handyman type work, and again he's overdelivered! He's super friendly, works fast, and is an awesome communicator. So long as I'm in San Francisco, I'll be calling Bedr and Hassle-Free Handyman for everything home related!

Luis was great to work with & responded quickly! Will use his plumbing services again in the future for our condo. Prices seemed very fair & was easy to work with.

Been home during the lockdown with nothing to do. Decided to pick up a few projects to keep myself busy and they had everything I needed and they were open during the lockdown too which was a plus.

We have a home in Lakewood  that was built in 1950--Chris is amazing with the repairs we have needed.  He is on time, quick and neat--I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I found this plumber somewhat unconventionally. We had an issue with moisture getting into the exterior wall of our finished basement room, which is below grade. We do have a French drain, which was installed by the prior owners. But we knew nothing about it - where exactly it was, whether it was clean and functioning.

I had multiple contractors come take a look and most of them said we need to dig out all the concrete outside to locate the drain, and then waterproof - or even replace (!) our foundation etc. This is all because of a tiny bit of efflorescence on a wall.

Feeling stressed, I went for a walk. I turned the corner and saw the Gateway truck parked. I went up to the guy standing outside and asked if he could come take a look. To my surprise he said yes, he'd be there in a half hour.

The plumber, Daniel, showed up right on time. He took a look at everything, told us where the French drain was located based on the location of the catch basin, and said he could do a camera inspection for us. He came back a few days later and ran his cool camera thingy through all our pipes (I called it a house colonoscopy.). He climbed the fence and inspected the opening of the French drain, which is in our neighbor's yard. He gave us some ideas about how to mitigate the moisture issue without breaking the bank, and put my worries at ease.

Daniel was professional, on time, and extraordinarily reasonable for the amount of time he spent with us. I will be sure to call them to fix plumbing issues in the future.

Five stars! Excellent service. I urgently needed a repair of a leaky kitchen sink after 5 on a Friday. Denver showed up within an hour and got the job done. He's professional, friendly and communicative. He teaches as he goes which helps me understand what happening to my house and makes me feel more equipped to recognize problems in the future.

It's also worth noting that I contacted Starboy on referral from my neighbor who had a similar experience just two weeks ago. An urgent leak and a prompt fix. Consistent and reliable!

They have a short wait list if you're in need of someone last minute! I was surprised that I was able to get a same appointment that day. Their plumber was nice and the total price was reasonable. I had the pilot light on my water heater repaired. I would recommend them if they work your area. They did a great job!

Last winter, I found out sooner than expected that I had to replace my roof altogether when I had 4 major leaks throughout the house. With financial concerns and having in mind what the scope of the repair altogether would be, I reached out to Frank Londono Construction for an estimate. Frank quickly responded to my questions and was able to provide an estimate and time frame within days of my inquiry. We went over the contract together as well as the logistics of how long the project would be completed and materials. As they had begun removing the first layer of the roof, he discovered major structural damage and set out a couple of recommendations and options to move forward. Although the damage would raise the cost of the project, Frank did his best in keeping us within the estimated increase and was able to complete the project altogether within a week. Frank and team were professional and ensured that no debris was left over from the immense project of replacing my 1,900 sq. ft. roof! Overall, I am been very pleased with the results of the replacement of the roof and would highly recommend Frank and his team!

Sean at Collins Plumbing was great. They came recommended by another reputable plumber that only does new construction and install. Sean solved a couple of problems we have been having for several years on the first pass. He was very honest and clearly explained the issues in a way we could understand. His pricing for the work was also very fair. I can highly recommend Collins Plumbing and they will be my go-to plumbing firm going forward.

I made an appointment with J. Noble Binns for last Saturday for some basic plumbing repairs. In spite of their On Time policy, my technician arrived 45 min. late. He then gave me an overview of the work status, saying that all repairs could not be completed the same day. When my assigned appointment was completed, I was told that someone would return in one week at the same time to complete the work specified. I pointedly asked the repairman if I needed to call and make the appointment and I was told no, it was already on the docket. Fast forward to today. No call, no show after 90 minutes. When I called the office, I could immediately tell that my appointment was NOT on the docket as I had to relay all of my information from scratch. After 5 minutes, someone else called from J. Binns to say that they'd left me several messages to re-confirm the appointment WHICH IS A BALD-FACED LIE. I had no message whatsoever from this place. So now I'm left in the lurch, my day wasted. I am highly dissatisfied and I urge you to pass over his lame duck company. FAIL.

They wanted $1,650.00 to clean the drain. They were unable to clean the drain. He advised me to replace the pipes for an additional $400.00 cost!
I then called a real plumber, they fixed the problem for a fourth of the cost ROOTER HERO quoted us.
I had to pay $200.00 for a power wash to clean the patio area where they were working, they never even tried  to clean up. Also they damaged the slide out drawer underneath the sink.
They PREY on SENIOR CITIZENS!!!     COMPLETE SCAM!!!

Showed up on time, did the job, fixed it.  Cost WAY too much for the work (less than two hours of work cost $720!) which they were upfront about - I coulda said No.
Bringing me to the fact that plumbers in San Francisco ALL charge what I consider to be WAY more than their services are worth.  It's interesting that there apparently no competition in this market on price.

I have been using their services for years and can't say enough about Mike Dillon and his crew. In the most recent use, we remodeled a house and he supplied us with everything we needed and went to pick everything up we needed to remodel 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and installed everything. There were a few things we overlooked and they took ownership of resolution of it and we never had to leave the house. I would highly recommend them to any one in need of any plumbing services. I noticed a bad review on here which you can see right through because they only have done one review and it's just negative.

They call him Billy He was recommended by someone that said he needed work since he had a baby! I asked for two outside faucets to be replaced with the round handle and for my kitchen to be unclogged. Per his request, I took pics and sent them to him, so he can pick up the faucets. He told me it would be $350 total and if he needed to use the electric snake $450. I told him hopefully not necessary.
First issue: Billy didn't replace the mainline faucet at first and just put round piece at base. I looked and told him I was paying him to replace the whole thing, because it was corroded. He replaced it and it crumbled while he was doing it.
2nd issue: Billy replaced the hose faucet with same wing handle I told him I didn't want because he said they probably didn't sell anymore. He told me he only bought that one! I saw in his bag he did have the round handle (liar) I let it go since the wing looked ok.
3rd issue: He rented a snake machine for 4 hours that was apparently not long enough. He tried two ways and still didn't unclog. Billy had me call the city to see if it's their line? They came out and it wasn't. They said he should try the lateral line since it could there. He didn't want to come back to try because he needed to rent again and wanted to charge me $200 more dollars (CROOK) I paid him $400 because he game me a discount.

Conclusion: after going texting back n forth, bottom line he didn't want to come back for free ( I PAID HIM). My kitchen was backed up worst after he left. I called another plumber and his machine went 100ft and problem solved in 20 minutes.
Billy is a CROOK! Please beware, check after his work because he will try to get over. He told me it cost $100 to rent snake at HD and it only costs $50 at Homedepot for 4 hrs and $65 for one day! He also was wearing a MCKEE plumbing T-shirt. I called them and they said he was terminated and should not be wearing their shirt! (CROOK) HE IS NOT LICENSED!!
