I highly recommend using Wright Electrical Company. Leslie is very prompt and punctual in responding to quotes and appointment inquiries. She was wonderful to work with and made sure that I was well taken care of. Cody is the electrician who serviced my property for the electrical needs and he was also wonderful to work with. Cody is punctual, professional and very trustworthy. I am incredibly blessed to have Wright Electrical as my go-to company whenever I have electrical issues. Bellows was able to offer an appointment (on a Saturday) three days before the competition could make it. HVAC Tech Kris Craig called to see if he could come two hours earlier than scheduled, which was great for us. He diagnosed the problem with our Bryant Plus 80 furnace in no time, had a replacement capacitor on his truck and did a couple other improvements while he was at it. He also made a good case to sign up for Bellows' annual maintenance plan, which we did (and got a discount on the service to boot). Of course we paid vastly more for the capacitor than if we'd bought one ourselves. But we would have had no idea that's what was needed, so we didn't mind paying for expert service. Which Kris delivered.

Sam was nice on the phone and in person.

However, Sam had rescheduled my appointment because he forgot he had another client, took 21 days to send us a quote, and provided us information for a receiver which is available at Best Buy for 1/5th of the price quoted.

Disappointing.
