Jake was prompt ! He responded to my sewer pipe issue right away and gave me options on what can save me money vs the reality of my pipe situation. He gave me a fair price and he kept me informed on what was happening why my pipe was having an issue. Whereas the previous plumbers I have hired gave me nothing and quoted me for a higher cost. There was one company I hired and, they were very corporate and I'm just glad I found this these guys . Will certainly call them again for any future issues I may have with my house.

We just had our house re-piped with Pex lines. (Yes, we live in Riverlakes.) We met with Jake and one other plumbing company for estimates. We were impressed with Jake's professionalism so we hired him. He, Tim, and Mark were on time everyday and minimized the time we were without water (1.5 days) as well as the number of holes in our walls. Great company to work with! Highly recommended!

I called Jake and described the issue I was having with my leaky toilet. He quoted me a fair price to pull and reset the toilet and set up an appointment for the next day during a 2 hour window of time. Jake called me 30 minutes before he arrived the next day, showed up when he said, showed me the problem I was having with the toilet and fixed it. I also asked Jake to check to see if the overflow in my shower was leaking, he investigated this for me and confirmed this wasn't the issue and that the tub spout was the problem. He recommended I replace this at some point and gave me a fair price but wasn't pushy on doing this immediately as it wasn't urgent - I  greatly appreciated this, as I've had plumbers be pushy in the past. The price quoted to me on the phone was the price charged once the work was done. Jake was professional, thorough, and fair. I definitely recommend Precision Plumbing and will use them for my plumbing needs moving forward.

Our 11 yr. old water heater decided it was done so we needed a replacement. I called on a Sunday, Jake, the owner answered, and after clarification of size/type, a replacement appt was made for the following morning.

Arrived on time w/new water heater, went right to work emptying and removing old unit, installed and connected new unit, and took the time to explain all valves and controls. They were very friendly, easy to work with, fairly priced, checked to make sure all lines secure and I finally have HOT water again....YEA !!!

Will hire again! Jake was very friendly, communicative, did a great job in repairing our cracked pipe, and left us feeling confident that he did a trustworthy job. It is evident that he is passionate about he does, and that makes all the difference!

This review has been long overdue. Last month our toilet would not stop running. I am a super light sleeper so it would wake me up and drive me crazy! I tried replacing it myself , sometimes that DIY bug hits hard and I overestimate my abilities ..... *cough* often , bless my wive's heart for not murdering me when I try lol. Got multiple quotes from a variety of plumbers and Jakes was competitive plus he could come check it out quickly. We initially thought it was just a rebuild but it turns out there was a hairline crack in the toilet that would cause it to leak slightly. It had  a terrible stain on it when we moved in and it was so hard to try and get out, it looked terrible and was embarrassing for people to see because it looked like we peed everywhere, I swear we don't ! Haha. Jake had to come back the next day since we needed an entire replacement.  Despite his work van being out of commission, he still got the job done and hauled the new toilet in his personal car.
Earlier this week I could not for the life of me get the hose BIB off the outside hose and ended up cracking the pipe, whoops! Called Jake, he helped me get the water off so the leak did not cause additional damage and was able to fit me in the next day. Everything is now fixed and I have totally learned to leave plumbing to the professionals, which I am sure will make my wife very happy and save me money in the long run.

Jake is very knowledgeable, helpful, reasonable, and honest! He fixed a drain that 3 other companies couldn't.  He was on time and got the job done.

Great they showed up when they said they would which is unusual in Tehachapi for a contractor to do and they completed the job in a neat  and timely fashion , it was a great surprise as to how good they did and if I have any plumbing issues in the future they will be the place I call .

The guys were very helpful and responded very quickly. They're very professional and showed me the problem with my plumbing and how they were going to fix it.
I'm definitely going to use them again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a good deal and good value!

Main sewer drain for my newly purchased house was clogged last night. Immediately I came to Yelp and sent out quote requests to several contractors and companies to get help. Figured weekend work would be near impossible to get dispatched out and so I started planning to leave for the weekend, since I couldn't shower or flush. But then Jake w / Precision messaged me back with his number. Called him back this morning while at a soccer game and he swung by right after. Was super transparent with what work he was going to do, the source of the issues, and told me several things to watch out for going forward. What I paid was within the lower end of range for the services I knew it would cost, and absolutely look forward to having Jake help again.

Added plus - he was very careful with my home floors and my dog liked him. Both great signs, 5 stars all the way.

Had 3 exterior faucets replaced.  Two were fine but the other has on the same style faucet and still leaks.

Had a toilet and faucet issue occur around the same time, do to bad luck, Jake showed up when I was working and my wife was in the back yard with my daughter so she didn't hear the door bell.  Despite this Jake waited around in the parking lot for something like 5 minutes before he was able to reach me and I was able let him in.

I wasn't present for the work but my wife reports she had a very positive experience of him, the price he charged seemed fair, and so far everything seems to be working well post fixes.

Overall, great experience, will almost certainly be contacting him again for any future plumbing related needs, and will be recommending to friends and family looking for a plumber.

Daughter bought a condo and I contacted them about fixing the main water valve serving the unit (stripped out).  While unable to schedule the service with them due to our time frame, they took the time to talk with us about what we could expect.  It really left an impression on us, so much so when a toilet at the unit developed a leak at the wall valve we called them to fix it.  Fast, fair and professional all while being friendly! They even examined the kitchen sink to address a couple of issues she had at no charge!  About two months later we had them replace that sink with the parts we acquired (sink, faucet & disposal). It looks and works fantastic.  This company is top notch and we will continue to use them for all our maintenance/repairs.

Jake responded immediately and was able to come out the next day. He installed two new faucets and valves, maneuvering through the potential pitfalls of decades-old pipes. He checked his work throughly and cleaned up very well, leaving the bathrooms clean. Highly recommended!

Really awesome service.  Had a clogged sink in the kitchen.  Messaged him at 6:45am, he was here by 7:30.  

Got everything fixed up in no time.  Will use every time we need anything plumbing related from now on.

Our plumbing under the kitchen sink had a huge leak one morning. Jake came out within the hour, fixed everything and best of all charged a very reasonable price. We will definitely call Precision again if we ever (God forbid) need a plumber.

I needed  to have a toilet installed and safety bars installed in the shower of our new home due to my husband disability. Jake and Stephen were right on time and got the job done. They explained that he should not put his entire weight on them because they could come out and crack the tile. They made sure they are solid and ready to go when my husband comes home from his physical rehabilitation.

Jake answered the phone that was professional quick to help came to my house within an hour and 45 minutes and had the problem fixed that evening my hot water heater broken! He installed a new one and brought it up to code! Highly recommend!

I called them to replace a water heater and they were able to get it done within a day and to code. Their price was better than most and they're expert at their craft. Would definitely hire them for any plumbing work.
