Richard was great. Very responsive and quick. He was able to come over assess the problem, go shop for the parts, and then make the repairs all within an hour or so. While other companies quoted higher he was honest and only charged for the project. I would recommend him to anyone for services around the house.

Richard Installed a new sliding glass door that leads to an enclosed patio. He included some extra services I had not anticipated . Perfect installation. I am already making a list of other repairs and upgrades. I have other home improvement projects I would like him to help me with. Hire with confidence.

We recently hired Richard to install our new back door. He came out within the hour on a weekend, provided an estimate and scheduled the installation for the next day. He arrived right on time as promised and replaced the entire frame and door. He did a terrific, professional job and we are so pleased!

I don't know where to begin with Richard. We have tried having many quotes come out for a catio to be built under our porch but many other businesses would never call us back or would say the job is impossible without spending tons of money.
Richard came out assessed the area and built it in 2 days without breaking the bank. He listened to what we wanted and did his best building the thing all by himself while other companies probably would have used 2-3 guys.

I needed my utility sink replaced. Richard came and gave me a great price. He also allowed me to shop around to find the right sink on my own. I bought a size that was slightly too big but he was able to customize how the sink was fit to the opening and it looks fabulous. Very personable guy, very easy going, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he needed to do beforehand and even gave options to get the job done how my wife and I wanted. Highly recommend and I'll be contacting him again soon for future jobs.

Edit: Also wanted to mention that his turn-around is really quick. I had family coming from out of state and he worked with us as best as he could to get the job done before they came. Thanks again!

My sister and I hired him to put up drywall in her garage.  He responded to her request for a quote promptly and provided a timely reasonably priced quote.

He did a good job on the drywall (not great but good enough).  HOWEVER, he left a complete mess behind once he was done.  It was probably at least an inch of dust and debris.  It took my sister many hours to clean up.  We felt that was unprofessional and should have been cleaned up.  He didn't say anything about it.  Just left it all there.

If it wasn't for the lack of cleanup, I think we would have given him like a 4.5 stars. :-)

Richard was quick and responsive and came out on short notice to take a look at the issue I had with my toilet. Unfortunately, it wasn't something that could be fixed on the spot, but he did recommend the right material/product. Appreciate the prompt attention to the matter.

Richard was quick to respond and kept his word with coming the same day to complete the job. He replaced three outdoor lights for a reasonable price. I will use him again for other things I need done around the house in the future.

We ordered an entertainment center on line.  It came in five boxes on a pallet.  Dropped off in our garage.  My husband

My dishwasher was not operating properly and was starting to accumulate water and was not draining. It also smelled from left over water. After searching on Yelp i came across Same Day Handyman. After speaking with Mr Richard, he went out the same day .

He added a vent for the dishwasher. which was missing to begin with. Relocated the garbage disposal to the correct side. Re assembled all the connections correctly. Very happy with hes clean and knowledgeable work. Price is very reasonable. He also texts you through the process of the work that's being done including photos of the work.

He also made adjustment to the sliding backyard door which was not locking. I will definitely use hes services in the near future.

I hired Richard to install two bedroom doors in my home.  Richard is not only highly skilled, his quote for the job was considerably less than other bids I received.   He did a phenomenal job and was punctual as well. Richard is also very personable and respectful.  He's a delightful guy.  I actually hired him to do another job in my home.

It was not as good as I expected. I cannot recommend it since he promised to come to an unfinished job and twice different kind was not done right. I paid as requested, but I was not happy with the job. Carpentry? Maybe not.

Called after another person messed up the main water line and had not been responsive for 3 days. I found Ricards number on yelp and sent him a picture of what the previous person left and he came by within an hour and had the water back and running by two hours! Definitely calling him for future projects and would recommend 100%

Richard is literally a same day handyman. I couldn't believe that he was on the way to my property within moments of speaking to him and one day later the job is already done. He didn't try to upsell me on anything or mark up any materials and actually helped me choose the materials from Home Depot. After giving me a quote and agreeing on the price I ordered what we needed. Richard picked up the items from Home Depot the next day and immediately finished all the repairs I needed to my property. He even patched up a damage wall in my kitchen at no extra charge.

I'm happy with the work. He replaced the entry door to my garage, and even had to increase the size of the opening to accommodate the door I actually wanted but that didn't seem to slow him down. He was the most reasonable cost for the type of work that I needed done but I suppose most importantly, he actually showed up and did the work as opposed to other contractors that I reached out to on yelp, who have still not gotten me a quote after several days.

I'll be calling him for all of the repairs I need in the future.
