BEST PLUMBING COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!

We had water gushing from under the toilets in the several of our bathrooms. I called United Drain and Plumbing in Belflower, Ca. the receptionist was very pleasant. She said she would call me back in a few minutes and let me know when she could have someone out. About 40 minutes later Terry and Scott were here and went right to work to see where the problems were. They were polite, professional and knew what they were doing. They found the problem right away and gave me an estimate. I cant tell you how happy we are with this company. They had a very fast response time. they are professional, polite, honest and you cant beat there prices.

Terry and Scott, thank you so much. Keep up the great work. I will be referring you guys to anyone who needs a plumber.

I am extremely disappointed in United Drain & Plumbing.  I have used them now for several years to meet my plumbing needs but on 10/22 I requested an estimate for plumbing work I needed on my new home, they came to look at the issues, took a copy of an inspection report and after repeated messages I've left to get the estimate, I have heard nothing and not gotten an estimate and not even a return phone call from anyone.

I phoned to ask for an estimate today.  The operater  and I had a poor connection but was able to give her my information that she requested in order to connect me.  She places me on hold and returns only to state that they were busy?? what? She asks so you don't want to set an appointment? No, I need an estimate.  She tells me someone would call me.  No one ever did! After hanging up I realized that I had contacted this business before and had the same issue.  This is quite unprofessional.

By far the best plumbing service ever recieved!! Ive been dealing with blocked pipes for about 1 month!!! I have had 2 different companys attemp to fix my pipes and both charged me and then informed me they were unable to help. And of course i didnt get my money back. I decided to try one last place thru referal from a friend. Let me just say from the minute he walked in the door he was perfessional and made me feel at ease that he was gonna fix my problem. And i was blown away how great of a price they gave me. I have been problem free for and few weeks now and im one happy customer. I believe the tech name is terry and i must say he was very pleasent.

Unlike a root canal at the dentist, the experience with UD&P and Dan, the general manager, was pleasant.  Late Fri. night we decided a plumber was needed for the clogged double-sink kitchen drain.  I called 24/7, spoke with a person who relayed our message for early Sat. morning.  We got a call early Sat. from Dan, who in fact appeared within 30 as arranged.  He immediately assessed, snaked, re-snaked with a possible hydro jet procedure followed up by Jose to complete the job within the hour.  Jose came and re-snaked the clogged drains.  Dan returned and together, they managed to clear the drains and left the kitchen sink working!  No hydro jet needed.  Honesty, integrity, efficienct  experience and value is reflected in their work.  Thanks, Dan, for being dependable and caring.  Call them for your inevitable plumbing needs.  We will.

I'm so surprised that  I am first to rate United Drain & Plumbing! They were excellent for my backed up sewer line going towards the city main sewer line.

The service was quick to respond and show up, no hassle, trustworthy, and friendly.

Not to mention they were able to work out a good deal for the work that I needed to be done.

They are 24/7 with a receptionist and have multiple guys out on the job. So for someone like me, who needed things to be fixed pronto, they were readily available!

What happened: My pipes got backed up, for the second time in a month (after recently having it snaked by another company), I wanted a second opinon on the job that was previously done and United Drain & Plumbing was able to tell me exactly what happened with the pipes and they checked for any other leaks.

They snaked (cleared out the pipes to the street), ran a camera to show me exactly where it was clogged. Apparently it was my main sewer pipe that was running from my home to the city street (unfortunately not covered by my city that I pay taxes to, and trust me I checked with the main city people to be sure). United D&P was willing to wait for the city to come out (15-30 mins) for the city to confirm that I had to get the pipes cleared out on my own.

They brought out the big guns with a hydro-jet to clear out the branches/ roots, yes branches that were obstructing my pipes. Showed me via video exactly where the problem was, what it looks like, and again after the hydro-jet to show me that it was all cleared out.

All fixed in a day.

Not to mention they also have warranty for the work that they do.

I want to tell everyone about the incredible experience I had today with United Plumbing.  My mother in laws water heater went out late last night.  I called United plumbing this morning and Dan took care of me.  He's always been great but today he really saved the day.  He had the water heater installed within a few hours of me calling them.  The quality is excellent and the pricing is always fair.  Thanks Dan and United Plumbing for saving the day.

In every interaction the staff was forthcoming with the expected cost and how long the job would take. They were prompt and polite, handled each job quickly and neatly while explaining anything I needed to know. They have been so punctual and helpful. I'll only call these guys from now on.

Really appreciated the timely and efficient work done however I was upset that the employee did not wear a mask. I know work is hard with a mask but when you are in peoples houses I would hope you would take the upmost care.

I called about an estimate on several plumbing issues and Linda told me the cost for the estimate and that it would be applied to any work we had done. She was able to dispatch someone who arrived in about 1.5 hrs - amazing! The tech Leo was extremely knowledgeable about our older plumbing system and fixtures.  He was helpful in answering all my questions and explaining what needed to be done.  He quickly replaced a leaking p-trap and gave me an estimate for the rest of the work with fair pricing.  I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of United Drain & Plumbing and their staff and will be using them again soon!

I am super excited to write a review for United Drain & Plumbing. I had an issue with my sink in my bathroom.  I called my home warranty and of course they said  that it was not covered by my policy (shocker!)  I happen to be outside my house and saw a United truck.  I walked over and spoke to the gentleman. About 20 minutes later I called the office and never thought in a million years they could come over right away and look at the sink, but they did.  About 30 minutes later Miguel showed up and was extremely pleasant and communicated with me what he thought it was the problem, how he was going to fix it and how much it was going to cost.  He immediately went to work and less than 2 hours later my sink was fixed.  I would definitely recommend United for your plumbing needs.

They are amazing....used them again for another property...they showed up on time...prices are reasonable...they take the time to explain everything.

Had a clogged shower drain so called Monday morning & within 2 hrs they were here, wearing masks & ready to tackle the problem. Shower solved rather quickly & since they were here I asked them to chk. kitchen sink, working but draining slowly. That was more complicated, the snaking uncovered a weak area in a pipe under the sink. Surprise! but they spliced a new pcs. of pipe & reconfigured some other pipes so everything was fixed. Bonus points for cleaning up the work area so well that I didn't have to mop. I would highly recommend this company

I have not personally used their service as I live in Michigan.  However, the owner of this company is amazing and generous.  I received a generous delivery from her a my home.  It was meant for a previous resident.  But, it was simply because she saw a post online from this person stating that they were experiencing hardship and rationing food.   I have contacted the recipient it was meant for to forward it on to them.
Talked with the owner of United Drain and Plumbing directly to let her know I received it and that I was searching for the person she intended it for.  Absolutely amazing to know there are people like the owners of this business.  Kudos.  I definitely recommend doing business with them.  If they care enough about random strangers across the country to offer assistance, they will take amazing care of your needs!

Wednesday and Thursday I had plummers come to my fathers house and my house to fix the sink faucets and dryer connection, The plumbers were extremely Professional and knowledgeable.  The faucets and dryer work great. I have only delt with united plumbing for over 25 years and will continue to only use them. Thank you for your continued excellent service .  Charles Anderson Downey

For years, I had been unable to adjust the temperature in my two upstairs showers. I  called United one day and they gave me an appointment t for the next day. Tony arrived during the time slot, and was able to replace/repair the stem and trim replacement.  As usual, I am quite satisfied with the work and the integrity of this company. I remain a very pleased customer. thank you United and Tony.

Although I feel their service is quality, I'm not impressed with their communication.

When I called to schedule my appointment, I was told 8am was an available appointment. I wasn't told there was a 2 hour window of time starting at 8am.

The morning that I was scheduled for an 8am, routine plumbing service, I waited until 8:30am with no sign of anyone. I called to follow up and was told the Plumber was in the neighborhood, and would be there in 15 minutes.

Another 30 minutes passed with still no sign of a Plumber. When I called to cancel since I needed to leave for work, I was told he was around the corner, and I would be charged for the cancellation if I went though with it, because there was actually a 2 hour window of time the plumber had to arrive to complete the job.

I relented since I didn't want to be charged, suddenly being aware I would be charged for a cancellation.

Another 15 minutes passed, and I followed up with the company again, only to find out the the Plumber was still at his first job site of the day. I had to leave for work, so decided to reschedule for a day when I could be available for a longer period of time, again being told I'd be billed for the cancellation.

I'd like to suggest that the 2-hour window for service be communicated clearly when a client first schedules an appointment.

8am was a time slot offered to me, but it wasn't communicated that by choosing 8am, I was actually choosing 8-10am.

Oscar was right on time. He fixed our kitchen faucet in no time flat and didn't leave a mess like some plumbing companies do.
