Wow, he worked so hard to get the clog in our kitchen sink pushed through. I will need a hydro jet as well in a couple weeks still... because the house has 50 years of Yuck to have to deal with.  TNT Rooter spent so much time just doing the Rooter, he has earned my business when we get to the hydro jet full clean out.  Husband and wife team showed up on time, came SAME DAY when the other plumber said that he couldnt make the appt that was scheduled for the next day.  They should have charged more than they did!  So glad I went with someone so customer service oriented.  Use this company and you will be happy.

Tim and Christine are THE best. I've relied on them for years for many different issues, and I can't believe this is the first time I'm writing a review. They're good with a number of things, so their skills and knowledge are unquestionable. The best part about them is that they're honest, they aren't afraid to teach you, and they're super reliable.

I've moved out of their service area now, and I don't think I'd be able to find another team as trustworthy as them!

There's nothing like coming home from vacation to find... plumbing that's backing up. Whittier / LM folks, TNT Rooter is a good, family run business to try out if you have a small plumbing issue and don't want to pay a fortune to a chain company.  Our drains are now... draining.  Tim and his wife were quick to come out and fixed the problem in no time.

I was faced with replacing my gas line from the meter to the house after a recent gas company inspection - and I was given two weeks to get it done!
TNT Rooter was working in the area so I requested an estimate.  Their estimate was waaay cheaper than the two others I had gotten.  I scheduled them to start in two days and they completed the work as scheduled.

I'm new to the neighborhood so when the pipe in my back yard sprung a leak I wasn't sure who to call and trust to do a good job.  I'm super glad I called TNT Rooter.  I called TNT Rooter at 6pm on a Friday and an hour later Tim was at the door.  I thought he would come and evaluate the mess and tell me he'd be back another day.  BUT Tim was ready to work at 7pm!!!!!!!! On a Friday night!!!!!  I thought I would have to pay a pretty penny, but Tim's fees are really reasonable. (BTW he also does payment plans).  Thank goodness he didn't try to up sell me to do work I did not need. He assessed the job told me what would be involved and explained what I could expect in the future given the back yard pipes are old.  Thanks Tim!!!  You tip the scales when it comes to customer service and integrity.

I've owned my home for a few years and after dealing with a problem for almost that long I finally decided to find someone that cloud fix it. TNT Rooter was local and had nothing but 5 star reviews, so of course I had to call. Tim came out, I explain the problem I was having with the drain from the back of my washer and he went above and beyond to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question my husband and I had. Thanks Tim :)

You don't know how desperate you are until you don't have hot running water in the winter. My wife called TNT and they were out to our house first thing in the morning. Tim brought his wife and son on the call and they were all very kind. I showed Tim the water heater and he immediately diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote. He was done within 15 minutes and gave me a lot of pointers to prevent the issue from happening again.  I feel like the level of service I received was on the level he would give to his own family.

We will use no one else for our plumbing needs moving forward. A++

My bathroom started backing up a little on Christmas but became a real problem Sunday evening when my husband and I were doing laundry with water backing up through the showers.  We called several places and none was open or able to come out on a Sunday night until I called Tim.  He arrived in less than an hour with his son and unclogged the problem in less than an hour. He was professional, honest, and reasonably priced and I liked that it is a family business. I highly recommend.

So lets set the record straight about the two bad reviews below. If you have a bad experience, that's OK, it just means that you weren't satisfied. No need to call people names and what not and bash people. Two bad reviews among numerous 5 star reviews tells you something. It also tells you the character of a person that feels a need to bash others.

Now, i had a plumbing issue and called TNT. He quoted me two separate rates over the phone depending on where my clean out was located. he arrived, found the clean out where it should have been and quoted me the lower price. He proceeded to power snake the main all the way to the sewer manhole cover. He made sure the snake was in the sewer, and allowed me to hear and see that it had indeed cleaned out the whole line to the sewer. Tim was pleasant, friendly, professional and a good man. Did i mention this is the second time i used him? Or that i referred him to a family member who had an equally pleasant experience?

People that rant and rave are generally unhappy people that will never be satisfied. For plumbing problems, call TNT and decide for yourself. All these 5 star reviews can't be wrong.

I have dealt with plumbing issues for years due to tree roots. I've used many services, and I've rented a snake several times from Home Depot. Years of headache dealing with this problem. I finally found TNT Rooter. We set up bi-yearly maintenance, and I haven't had back flow problems since. Exceptional people. Do yourself a favor and use this honest and professional company. Tim is great. He will take care of you.

I have nothing but good things to say about TNT Rooter.  Tim and his team were FANTASTIC!!!  I called one afternoon for low water pressure in my kitchen and they made a visit to my house in under an hour!  Not only did Tim figure out what the problem was, but he also educated me on how my kitchen faucet works and how this problem can potentially affect other pipes in my home in the future.  Their consultations are free until the problem is fixed.  However, since my issue didn't require much, Tim didn't even charge me!!! WOW!!!  Talk about AMAZING service!  Although I was not charged, TNT's prices are very reasonable!  I will never contact another plumber again as long as Tim and his team are around.  Thank you SO much, Tim and Christina, for your quick and honest service.  You will be hearing from me again for my family and my future plumbing needs!

I called TNT for my grandma to repair her water heater. Tim quoted my grandma $576 dollars to fix. Mind you, she's 81 years old and on a fixed income! Called another company for second estimate and was quoted $125.00. Serious price gouging going on. I do not recommend this place.

I woke up to the lovely sound of running water, turned out the pipe to our main shut off cracked and was flooding our front lawn.  The city came out to close the water so I prepared for a day of not having water and waiting for a plumber.  I called Tim and he rearranged his schedule to come out and fix our pipe as soon as possible.  I had my pipe repaired and my water back on all before 11 am.  The price was great and the service amazing.  Tim and his wife were great,  genuinely nice people.  I can't thank them enough for coming out so soon.

Tim offered me a realistic assessment of the potential issue with my bathroom sink connection. A small leak turned into a pool of water in my bathroom. Tim not only fixed my plumbing issue but then walked me through the process for airing out my bathroom to ensure the cabinets were not impacted by the water leek. Further, he showed me exactly how and where to turn off the water...and the right procedure for turning the water back on with an eye to not bursting the water pipes. Lastly, he provided me the address and location to acquire the right key to turn of my water main.

The main pipe underneath the house, leading to the sewer, had corroded and failed.  I got three (3) bids to take care of the problem, ranging from the outrageous ($10,000, from the initial service) to the more reasonable ($3,000 or so to replace all the piping underneath the house), to that for TNT Rooter.  Although Tim could have gone for a much larger scope of work, he crawled underneath the house, took pictures, discussed them with me, and indicated that most of the piping was solid and good, and it was only one section that had to be replaced, at a cost that was a fraction of what others had quoted.  Moreover, he and his wife immediately responded, took care of the situation promptly, kept me informed about everything he saw, and was a real boon.  I recommend his company very highly and was very favorably impressed.

This morning I had a clogged kitchen sink.  It had been giving me troubles for a couple of weeks so I decided to call TNT.  I had used them in the past and they were right on time and quickly solved my problem....Same thing today.  They were at my home within 2 hours, cleaned out the drain (without leaving a mess), and gave me advice for future use to help prevent clogs.  What I think is best about Tim & Christine is they aren't out to make money - their business approach is simple, cost effective, and reliable.  Wish all companies operated the same way.

Had an small issue with connecting my water line to my refrig..no water coming out from my pipe. Long story short, the pipe to the refrig wasn't correctly connected inside the walls.

So I decided to call TNT Rooter and Tim, with experience, figured out way and made a connection under my sink. With some light drilling and connecting two flex lines together, I had city water to my refrig.

Easily 5 stars, maybe more. We had a clogged line - toilets and baths backing up - and based on TNT's great ratings, I called them up. I am so happy I did. Tim is so knowledgeable, friendly, polite, honest, fair, and professional. He cleared out the clogged line, which had been blocked by some serious root growth, and he made sure that the line was as clear as he could get it. He offered good honest advice about future care and maintenance, did not try to overstate problems, or try to sell us pricier services.  I was also taken aback by how little he seemed to charge.  I thought the cost of his services was more than fair.  We will definitely be calling on Tim and TNT Rooter again!

Called Tim in the morning cause my water heater stopped working. He said he could be out shortly which he was. He told me what was wrong with it which was a part that you could tell was already replaced by the previous owner of my house. He could have just replaced the part, but since it had already broke before i didnt want to have to deal with it again so i decided to go with a new water heater. He went out and got me a new water heater, installed it and fixed the vent pipe which wasnt up to code all by the afternoon the same day. Couldnt be happier with Tims work and how professional he was.

Just had a new garbage disposal installed by The owners of TNT Rooter.   They provided us with excellent professional customer service they went the extra mile to make sure we are very well taken care of.  The garbage disposal was installed in a timely manner in a very professional way.  Tim and his wife are great I really enjoyed Great conversation and great sense of humor.  keep up the great work. I called Tim after reading a review on yelp. Little did I know the extent of professional and personal service I would get. I my self was a plumber at one time but Tim has shown me and my company the true  definition of real customer service. If you seek true customer service from a man that really cares about his work and performance you need to look no further. I wish yelp had six stars this man and his employees deserves it.

TNT is outstanding!  This was a GREAT experience.  My regular plumber was out of town, but he very strongly suggested Tim at TNT Rooter/Plumbing.  It was late in the day on Friday and Christine gave me the next available appointment.  She was very kind and professional on the phone.  Today Tim called to confirm with me and was punctual.  Tim arrived with his sidekick Christine, and they were a dynamic team.  I had a sink stoppage and Tim explained the least expensive and most efficient method of clearing the stoppage.  He mentioned that if this method was not effective, it would cost a bit more.  Very quickly Tim was able to clear the stoppage.  This was good for me.  As Tim was under the sink, he detected a leak, and said that he would need to replace a broken nut at the top of the kitchen sink trap.  I didn't know what he meant, so he showed me what it was and he carried this part in his truck.  Ten minutes later, everything was replaced, and the sink was draining and not a drip under the sink.  Tim then told me what to do to ensure that I would probably not have a similar sink stoppage for years.

      Christine then blessed me with the invoice that had an unbelievably low price for this service call.  I was truly amazed.  Thanks so much, Tim and Christine.

Tim came by on late Saturday to complete a repair on our water heater. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I would gladly recommend him for any repair or service. I can't say enough good things about TNT Rooter. They have come to save us 3 times now. The first time was for a clogged tub, septic overflow, and sink. They came the same day, at night in the complete darkness, were extremely friendly and quick and reasonably priced. Tim got on his knees with a drain snake, in our back yard while his wife Christine held a flashlight.  The 2nd time was for a water heater.. we were petrified to call anyone because of prices and were scared we'd need to replace the entire thing. Again, they came the same day, fixed a wire and charged us barely anything. This third time.. same thing.. water heater. They came within 3 hours of us leaving a message, told me the pilot was out and charged NOTHING for his troubles. I would recommend TNT to anyone who ever needed plumbing or heating assistance , and will always contact them again.

Tim and his son deserve more than 5 stars.  I learned something new during my quest of searching for a plumber.  Always get a second opinion.  I had a problem with two of my bathrooms where everything was backed up except for the sinks and looked to my fellow yelpers for assistance.

I called a different plumber, not Tim, in the morning and they arrived about three hours later.  They said they would call before arriving, but they didn't.  First red flag.  They show up at my door and they were very unprofessional.  Vehicle was not marked with the company logo and their uniforms had no identification with the company.  Second red flag.  After looking at my problem, they videod the line and they determined that they did not want to attempt to use a snake because they were afraid that it would crack the pipe.  That was understandable, for a lay man anyways.  So they continued with the water jet.  They would charge $575, if it worked.  They tried it with no success because they couldn't get it through the vent on the roof.  Ok, so on to the third option, replace the main under the house up until the garage where there was slab.  That would cost me $4,400 just for the main that runs under the house up to the garage.  Then the plumber recommended I do the uppers, which means everything that is above the floor.  That would be $5,800, but all the drywall and stucco that they break, they will not fix.  We are plumbers, not drywallers, he said.  Another red flag.  Then he went on to say that he would give me a 10% discount if I paid cash and that if I don't hurry and act fast, I wouldn't be able to shower until Sunday, this was Monday, by the way.  Woah, two more  red flags.  And then he gave me a great idea, he said, If you want to get a second opinion, do it.  I don't want you to think that I am trying to take your money.  So I did.  But wait, here's another red flag, I was charged $100 for the unsuccessful use of the water jet.  Nice.

I told him that I would call him back after I thought about his estimate.  Then he went on to list all the jobs that they have pending, but he was willing to squeeze me in.  Hmm, I thought, that's pretty cool, all those are jobs are not as important as mine.  WOW!  Yeah right...Red flag.

So i keep looking through Yelp and I find TNT Rooter.  Read the reviews, looked at the pics and I said, well Tim's appearance was professional compared to the first plumbers and the reviews were what I was looking for, so I gave him a call.  Tim and his son show up about an hour and a half later.  We start talking about my issue and he's walking me through possible causes.  At the end of the conversation, he tells me what he's going to do, does it, and guess what, I was able to shower that same night.  Not only are Tim and his son courteous, friendly and professional, but they deliver and are honest.  There was nothing that raised a red flag.  I saw how much effort they put in and I didn't have a problem paying them what they billed me for.  In fact, it took them longer than they expected because of the different angles on both vents, and he simply told me, Don't worry, we are not going to charge a penny more.

No mess was left behind, gave me some tips and told me to call him anytime if I had any questions.  Their work is guaranteed and above all, Tim is honest and he saved me thousands.

TNT Rooters have become my go to plumbers from now on.

Oh, before I forget, before he began working, I asked Tim if there was a charge if he wasn't successful and he said, No, why would I.  That doesn't make sense.  With that, I called the other plumbers the following morning and I asked them about the $100 that they billed me for the unsuccessful use of the the water jet.  The owner answered and we chatted about it and my experience with the second plumber compared to his plumbers.  The owner did save grace and voided my check.  I thought that was great.  Seems like a win win to me.

I want to give five stars to this company because Tim was very nice and responsive. I called and left a voicemail and he called me back a few minutes later. Although I no longer needed plumbing service, I sincerely appreciate that he #1 called me back immediately #2 let me know he'd be there should I need him again and #3 was very nice, concerned, and wanted to make sure my situation was taken care of. Thank you Tim!!!

Tim and his wife are awesome. They were the only company willing to work when we absolutely needed help on New Year's Day! After that, they have come back twice and their rates are fair and dependent on the completion of the job.

MAKE TNT YOUR PLUMBER!!! You won't regret it. I wish I would have went with Tnt the first time my main drain was clogged, would have saved me $300. The first company that came out completely ripped me off and didn't even fix the problem like they were paid to do. Soon as they saw the roots in the pipe they thought Cha-CHING$$$, stopped their work, and tried to charge me $3000+ to replace the pipes even though they haven't even seen it. I stopped and called TNT right away. Not only was Tim helpful even though I didn't originally use him, he was very informative, which I highly appreciated. I had every confidence that he was the person for the job because instead of trying to rip me off, he was doing everything to help fix the problem because he actually loves what he does. Not only am I saved from a backed up bathroom, I now have a squeaky clean, not needing to be replaced main drain, and more money saved in my bank account. Tim was thorough, very carefully cleaned up any mess left, and the price he quoted was exactly what he charged me. If I ever have a problem, I will 100% call Tim because I am tired of being ripped off from companies that lack in customer care.

Such honest and caring people! Cleaned out our main line when another company said $1600 to jet out the blockage and said it was our only option. Called Tim up for a second opinion and gave us all our options for a lot cheaper and had a simple fix to our problem. So happy I called them.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! We had been seconds away from signing a contract for a job that would have cost us over $3,400.00. The price did not include the cost of getting a permit from the city.
We felt stuck because our toilets, shower and bathtub backed up. The smell good plumber was waiting for another co worker to come and break through the concrete. He had already called out his supervisor. The supervisor gave us the estimate. Before the quote was written up. We just got a sick feeling.We still have the written quote as a souvenir!
We went out to tell them we were going to get another estimate. We had quickly checked  the on line reviews while they were writing up the paperwork and waiting for a 3rd person to come to work.
We called another licensed plumber.He quoted us $1,700.00 for the same exact work.
Of course we should have checked the reviews first but a friend had good luck with the smell good plumber in his area.NEVER again will we make that mistake!

Tim and Christine were fantastic!!! They unclogged our plumbing and offered to do the other work at a later time for less than ANYONE quoted! They came out quickly and answered each question professionally. These are experienced people! They didn't need to call anyone out to approve anything. We didn't tell them everything to see if they would say the same thing as the other plumber. They were so knowledgeable. What a relief!
They spent almost 3 hours working and charged us $259.00. Tim was dripping wet from working in the hot sun! Christine was wonderful and was so much help. We loved them for saving us from spending so much and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Ladies if you want an honest polite well priced plumber and are worried about being taken advantage of ....Call TNT Rooter!  As a single mother its always a worry that I would be taken advantage of but at least in the plumbing area my mind is at ease.  The family owned business of TNT is definitely the people to call!  They were polite, quick and worked with my budget.  These wonderful people really saved me from a backed mainline just before the weekend, helped me with the pricing and gave me a 90 day warranty!!!

We had a great experience with TNT rooter. They came and snaked the main line of our house. They were very professional and attentive to my questions. Not only were they friendly but very HONEST as well, something I think is hard to find now a days. Tim and Christine did a great job I will be using there services from now on.

Super nice folks. Very professional...did a great job at a very fair price. Arrived in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night and got our root infested pipes flowing again without any problems.

I called Tim because our water heater kept turning off.  Sometimes the pilot would stay lit for 1-3 hours or 2-3 days.  He came out to take a look at no charge. He diagnosed the problem to be 1 of 2 things, he suggested we try the cheaper of the 2 to see if that option worked trying to save me some money. He said that if it was the more expensive option, he would do the labor for free. Thank you Tim, it's been 3 weeks, and so far our water heater has stayed on.  If you are looking for someone who is professional, reasonable and honest...Tim is your guy.

Husband and wife duo are amazing. Received quick responses, came out the next day to address and remedy our plumbing issue. Exceptional pricing, quick service and very friendly and attentive to their customers. We hired them soon after to install a clean out. They were so proficient and knowledgeable. Explained the entire process to us and provided us with updates along the way. After the install, they used the camera to inspect the clean out install and main sewer line and showed us as they were doing so. Highly recommend and have already shared their information with friends and family. So happy that I came across them and their business.

I called TNT for a mainline stoppage on 4/21/16 at 5:00. I was concerned they would have left for the day, but Tim answered the phone. I explained my problem, and even though he was headed out for another job, he stopped by to give me an estimate.Upon hearing he would have to use the cleanout on the roof, I told him I couldn't afford it right now, and he and Christine graciously offered to let me make payments.  How often does that happen anymore?  Tim and Christine are the best!

Tim and Christine are wonderful. I needed new hose bibs installed throughout the house. The prior ones were soldered to the pipes. I requested a quote through Yelp on a Sunday afternoon, and received a reply within 2 hours. He asked me to send a picture of the pipes which i think is genius. The day the work was to be done, Tim & Christine called before they were on their way, and arrived right on time. No games with the pricing, and they were done in about an hour & a half. TNT Rooter came to unblock a main drain pipe from our house to the street (about 90 ft) that had roots blocking the flow.  Tim and Christine solved our issue for a reasonable price.  They came the same day (I called in the morning).  They called me twice before arriving to update me on their estimated time of arrival.  Tim had to run the snake down the drain three times, because he wanted to make sure it was really cleared.  In the past, other companies weren't nearly as detailed and thorough, running the snake down no more than twice.  It was physical work, but Tim did it with a good spirit.  It was a relief to have the work done by such polite, friendly, and positive hard-working people.  My family will definitely bring them back again in the future.  If you're in Whittier or the surrounding areas, give them a call.

My regular plumber retired. I saw the great reviews & called & so glad I did. Tim & Christine (husband & wife) came out.  Being a women & alone, I liked that Tim had his wife with him.  When you don't know someone it's uncomfortable letting someone  into your home. I had three problems & Tim fixed all three. The cold water to my washer barely trickled out. I did wash this morning, great water pressure.  My kitchen faucet had low water pressure & the cold water in my master bath sink barely came out. Thanks to Tim & Christine both are working great. Very nice couple & really caring. The fee was fair & I will definitely recommend them. I have found my new plumbers.

I called TNT Rooter for my father in Whittier, CA for a clogged washing machine drain pipe on a late Saturday afternoon and they came out forty minutes later.  Tim came with his wife Christine and worked as a team and I found them friendly and knowledgeable.   As another customer stated, they're courteousness and professionalism was beyond reproach.  They had difficulty clearing the clog due to the configuration of the drain pipe in the wall since it is also connected to a sink in the laundry room.  After trying to clear the clog for forty five minutes without positive results he reassembled the plumbing and went up onto the roof and used the vent pipe to rooter the clog.  That worked well and he did not charge me for his extra time and work spent in the laundry room.  He even solved a hot water problem I had been having for about three plus years that two other plumbers were unable to solve.  Tim spotted the problem immediately recommended a fix and instructed me on how to do it myself.  I replaced the water shutoff valve to the heater and that corrected the problem.  Tim charged me the original quote, even after the extra work and advice to fix my water heater problem.  I would recommend Tim and Christine to friends and family without hesitation!

I had the opportunity to use TNT Rooter this afternoon and I couldn't be happier with the service.  Tim gave me an accurate quote over the phone and said he would be there in about an hour.  He called back 5 minutes later and said he would be there immediately.  I guess he was able to move some work around because he knew I was having a problem.  I found Tim to be friendly, knowledgeable and honest and as a small business owner, I thoroughly support locally owned family business.

They have been our regular plumbers for years.  Pipes, fittings, new installation, bringing installations up to code, they do it all.  Always honest, always reasonable.  They are our family plumbing company.

I recently bought a fixer upper that had all the problems you can think of. This house had major issues but my wife and I loved the house we decided to take the risk. What a headache, i mean a real headache. If you every watch the movie the moneypit, that was my wife and I. Everything in the house had problems, or was soon going to be problems. Its a punch in the stomach and i lost sleep worrying about are we going to be able to afford the repairs.

I was at a plumbing store getting a tank less water heater for my house. when i asked for a referral from the receptionist, as to who could install it. She gave me Tim's contact and i figure what the heck i will give him a call. He came on time and was generally concerned about how to install my water heater the best way possible. By taking his advice i was able to save the much need cash to repair my house the best way.

I never forgot how kind he and his wife were and how i did not feel like i was getting hustled. I've had other major plumbing companies come to my house before and i always felt i was getting hustled from my hard earn money. Like they had a quota and i was last on there list to make it. I never got that from Tim or Christine, they look and assessed the problem first, give their opinion and gave me options to choose from that was the best way.

I have done business with them for over 3 months and every time i call it been friendly and professional. He has consulted me on the 3 bathroom that i had gutted and remodeled. He takes the time to explain things to me and give me a clear understanding of how things work. On our last bathroom, Tim came over and used his camera snake to look into my sewer line to see if my line was damaged and needed replacement. It was damaged and definitely need repair. I asked if he could fix it and he said he could not. He instead referred me to another plumber who could and was able to fix it. I liked that he was honest in what he could and couldn't repair. Most plumbers would say yes and mess up the plumbing worse and walk away defended.

If Tim would not have put his camera snake and observed my sewer line and i had put flooring, cabinets, framing, tile, lighting and etc. i would have eventually had to re-gut the whole bathroom again costing me time, money and my sanity. I really appreciated people like Tim and Christine i feel like i needed to let whoever was looking for a plumber know that these people are trust worthy and fair. As for the Annie H, comments, I never experience what she claimed and feel that she is full of hot air or sh**. I meet the man and he ok by me and i have referred him to my friends.

Wow!  Tim and his wife are two of the nicest people to do business with.  Very knowledgable and will take the time to explain everything to the customer.  Give them the opportunity to earn your business and you will not regret it.

This was my first time using TNT Rooter and I chose them because they were local and could get to my house quickly.  Tim was so honest and helpful.  He cleared the line, gave some advice and did not try to take advantage of me.  The price was exactly what he quoted me to clear the main line and he didn't try adding any additional charges AND it came with a 90 Day Guarantee.

I highly recommend Tim from TNT.  Very rare nowadays to find honest guys like Tim. He gets the job done right at a very reasonable price.  He actually came back an hour after he was done with the project to make sure that everything is working fine after the glue on the pipe dried. Unfortunately the parts that we bought were poor quality. So he let us buy a better material & then he came back the next week to re-do the job again at no cost.

I've used TNT for many years. Extremely customer orientated. Friendly, trustworthy and responsive. I've had Tim unclog our lines, change out toilets, repair copper supply lines under our house and most recently replace our water heater. He's come out even to find out I really didn't have a problem and didn't charge me. You will NEVER find a more reliable person. BRAVO TNT!!!!

l had to call for a bathtub backup.  Tim and Christine arrived same day, cleared line of a huge amount of hair.  Got the tub draining great.  This is the 2nd time I have had them come out.  Good job.  Fair price.  Will be using them in future.

They came on short notice, spent a few hours working, and because they weren't able to solve our plumbing issue to their standards, they refused to accept payment. That's service that you just don't find anymore.

Today was my second experience with Tim. It is so great to be dealing with a plumber you can actually trust. I've been in my house 30 years and dealt with many different plumbers. For once I found someone who is not trying to rip me off or upsell me. I can't imagine ever calling anyone else.

Tim is a swindler!!!! GREEDY AND DISHONEST!!! Totally bait and switch. I called him about the clogged kitchen garbage disposal and at first he quoted me $99 bucks. After an hour of fiddling around he gave me a $700 bill! WTH?! He totally blindsided me. All he cares about is $$$. He told me he had to replace some parts and hydro flush the main line. I will never again use this company nor recommend to any family or friends. I am even telling strangers about them. I am extremely dissatisfied and I feel scammed.  How can he sleep at night is beyond me!!! TNT Rooter is an outstanding company.  I had a clogged kitchen drain and clogged shower drain.  I tried to clear them myself but after an hour realized I was getting nowhere so I gave TNT a call.  They were extremely honest over the phone when I called to request services, arrived promptly to my house, and completed the job in less than an hour.  I called them at 4:30PM, they arrived at 5PM as promised, and were done before 6PM.  Tim and Christine work great together and did not try to up-sell me anything at all and took time to explain what was going on and their recommendations.  I cannot express how happy I am to have connected with them, and will give them all of my future plumbing business!

I've had quite a few plumbers over the summer for one reason or another. But we finally had an issue that was never resolved, two other plumbing companies came out twice each and nothing was resolved and cost us a bunch of money.

Then I was recommended TNT and they came out and actually tried to solve the problem. They were friendly and enjoyable company and didn't just apply a blanket process on us. I will never use another plumbing company.

Tim is awesome! I called him last minute and he was able to fit me in to his schedule. I've used tnt rooter twice now. Once for a clogged washer drain and second to add a line water line to refrigerator ice maker. Tim is an honest guy who does quality work at a reasonable price. Tim is now my go to plumber.

I was having issues with my tub and my toilet, both were backed up at the same time (very stressful) TNT came by and resolved the issue, in a very professional manner, on time and as an emergency call. We found out that the issue are roots causing the pipes to clog.

Tim's always on time and accommodating.  He came upon recommendation from our plumber and I see no reason to call anyone else.  I've called him 3 times now, twice to clear clogs and once to rooter our sewer line because the roots on our street is so bad.  Each time, Tim has exceeded my expectations on how timely he can come.  The most recent time, I called him and he was at my home 2 hours later!

Tim is a rare find who sincerely takes pride in what he does. Honest and knowledgeable was used in the previous review. Spot on description. He is very thorough in even the smallest of jobs.   We have been using Tim for years, even asking for him when he worked for another company.

Take the time to at least give them a call for your plumbing and rooter jobs. It will be one of the best calls you make.

Our main line was stopped up and we called a well known smell good plumber.  He snaked our line out several times with a small snake, could not unplug the stoppage and said we needed a hydro clean out for $1450.00!!  We found TNT ROUTER on YELP, decided to give them a try and called Tim.  He came out to the house with the larger snake that was needed and snaked the line many times to make sure the job was done right!  He and his son were polite, friendly, VERY honest and reasonable and got the mainline unclogged.  He also told us that that if we did need the hydro clean out in the future because of roots from our two large oak trees, he would only charge us $500.00. (Big difference from the $1450.00!)   We loved him and will ALWAYS call him first from now on.  Would love to have him for a neighbor, he and his son were that nice, friendly and accommodating!

This plumber couple are great people. They respond to your calls quickly and their prices are fair. I've never had an issue with their service. I've referred several of my family members to them.

I am super grateful for yelp when it comes to businesses like TNT.  I called last Saturday for a clogged kitchen drain (turned out to be due to built up grease) and TNT was returning my call and at my house within an hour. Fast professional and completely reasonable in pricing that I will be referring family and friends in the future.

Woke up this week to a broken water heater.  Normally it would not be an emergency but we have a 3 week old newborn and my wife is still recovering.  Found TNT Rooter through Yelp and called him early in the morning.  Tim answered right away, asked a few basic questions and I sent him pictures of the water heater information.  He said not to worry and that he would handle everything as the water heater was still under warranty.  He had two other jobs however gave me an approximate time that he would stop by.  Tim showed up on-time as I had to leave work early so appreciate his time management.  Between draining the broken water heater, replacing and educating me on the basics; Tim was done in a little over an hour.  He wanted to ensure everything was working properly so he called the next day.  My wife and I were very thankful to finally find an honest plumber that cares about his craft/work.  We will definitely use TNT Rooter again!  Thanks Tim!

Sorry for the long post but I had to provide an update as we used TNT Rooter again.  It used to take 2-3 minutes for hot water to get to our furthest bathroom.  Discussed the situation with Tim and he suggested installing a re-circulating pump instead of running additional pipes.  This saved us money and the hassle of installing more piping under the house.  Tim, his wife and son showed up on-time and were finished in 45 minutes.  The installation was very clean and professional and Tim charged me less than the initial estimate because he did not have to modify or change too much of the original piping and connections.  TNT understands what great customer service and trust really means!  Keep up the great work!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.  Our water heater went out a few days ago, so I called them to ask if they can come down and check it out.  Tim and his wife came down, checked it out and re-lit it for us.  They are VERY honest people which is hard to come about now a days especially for a business.  I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.  I have a magnet now on my fridge and will never have to  use YELP again to search for a plumbing service as long as they are still in business.

Needed my main line cleared, and on short notice. Tim and company adjusted their appointments to fit me in. Very professional and extremely warm, friendly and honest. Tim alerted me to a problem with my line, and I will have him back soon to take care of it. As I've seen others post here; if I could give Tim and family more than 5 stars, I would!
