Best Plumbing Services in Long Beach, CA

Normally, I do not write reviews, but I am making an exception. I have used Complete for 3 years now.  Mike and his crew are honest and very reliable.  That is very important to me because I am a single mom. I tried calling another plumber to compare prices in the past and discovered Complete was hundreds cheaper.  Mike even went out of his way on a Sunday night to stop by when my water heater stopped working recently.  You can't get better service than that.  Mike is awesome!!!  His crew is very pleasant and professional when they come over to do their job.  Mike's wife, Lilia, is always helpful and is very nice. I will definitely continue to use their services.  I would highly recommend Complete to everyone.

Steve and son came as promised 5:30 Monday evening to unclog sewage clean out on side of house.  Weather drizzly and he correctly called, only one cloud, no rain.  20 min to chisel loose rusted clean out cap, charged 20$ for that.  Then next 30-45 min of putting down almost 150 feet of router in as night fell. Cold night.  Got out handful of tree root. Line cleared!!

Total bill 170$, and I added gave tip.  They surely earned it!

I asked him about his guess on weather, I surf. Surfer gotta know that.  He has has been doing plumbing for 41 years as of 2019.

I had an emergency  and Carlos was at my home within an hour!! He explained what could have happened and had everything taken care of within 1/2 an hour.  He was very courteous and knowledgeable.  I have had other plumbers but know one has ever explained the way he did.  I still need to have another issue taken care of and I am 100% sure he'll take care of it with ease.  I would recommend Carlos to anyone who needs a good company.  Thank you Carlos!!!!

Just got my kitchen drain snaked by Mark from The Rooter Company. He was super polite and very helpful. He showed me the inside of the drain pipes with a drain camera, and he got the grease clog I had to pass my pipes very easily. The service was fast. I couldn't be happier with this house call!

I needed help removing a shower cartridge that was likely original in our 1960's home. The bonnet nut had corroded and wouldn't budge, and whoever owned the house before us had clearly tried and failed to remove it, as the nut was nearly stripped. I called first thing on a Monday morning and they had the plumbers (Sam/Aaron) out here in less than an hour. Right at the outset, they told me that there was a high likelihood that they would need to cut out the whole valve and replace it (which would have been 4 times the cost). However, they spent nearly an hour working on the bonnet nut and finally got it off, then replaced the shower cartridge for me. They could have gone the easier route (and the one that would have made them more money) by simply cutting out the old valve, but they went above and beyond to try and save me some money - and they did. I just put their phone number into my contact list, as they are now my go-to plumbers!

We were plagued with bad plumbing at our house from from the start, and Carlson Plumbing has done an extraordinary job getting everything fixed up and in perfect condition. I have been meaning to write this review for some time now because we've used their services so often, and if ever we have plumbing issues at work, I know exactly who to call. Kyle especially exemplifies the epitome of professionalism and punctuality, however I certainly extend that sentiment to the rest of the Carlson Plumbing team.

Long overdue review - Ray came to our house within an hour of our call, late at night, after the previous plumber refused to do any work on the pipe leaking under our house (long story there that I won't get into). Without any hesitation, Ray hopped under the house, sealed up the pipe, and unclogged our main line. He even gave us a great recommendation for a cleanup crew to take care of the soil under the house. He was very friendly and professional all around, and we wouldn't hesitate to call him back if we have any more issues.

Our bolts came loose and we messaged Ron. He responded within minutes and by the next day, he tightened our toilet's bolts, replaced the wax ring and tightened some flushing related parts on another toilet. Ron was nice, quick and responsive.

I was having a plumbing issue with my pipes that was affecting my washer machine. Contacted Atomic Rooter & Plumbing and they were able to immediately come on down within an hour or two but same day service. Definitely recommend! Will be saving their number for future business. The tech Al who came on by was excellent! Really straightforward and genuine about the process and I appreciated that. As well he had some mine with him who was training the the gentlemen was great as well and definitely was a fast learner. Competitive pricing as well as I did check around locally for pricing as well as timely service. Also, Vianka the dispatcher was great with the dialogue and accepting payment and kudos for being active on Yelp via the messaging system. Also, I did appreciate the flexibility when it came to time as they techs arrived earlier than expected on one occasion and on time on another and gave a courtesy of a small grace period. Thank you.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday.  Sal's answered my call, and sent out a plumber immediately.  The work was done quickly, and the plumber cleaned up before he left.  Prices were in the ballpark of my regular plumber.  I will call Sal's again!

I wish I could give a zero star. Terrible customer service! They cancelled me at the last minute and refused to accommodate me in any other way. I will never call them again

I needed a Good ,Fast, Honest plumber. I had a burst pipe that was leaking in the ceiling, causing lots of damage fast. I first called the Family Plumber in Los Alamitos. They still had about two hours left before closing, but didn't want to come out. Ok... I can maybe understand that if they are busy. So, they scheduled to be ther first thing in the morning. They called an hour and a half late. When they got there, they took a look and said they would be back later. One hour, two hours... nothing. I called Johnson Plumbing. He came right out, gave me a decent price, and repaired it all within an hour or so. Great work guys!

As for Family Plumbing, they called to check in many hours after the job was done by Joe Johnson Plumbing.

We had a plumbing emergency late at night and contacted J&L Plumbing, Luis messaged me right away and gave me a very reasonable quote.
He was able to come out the same night and fix our problem, I would deff recommend J&L to anyone

Honest and reliable! We just purchased our home a few months ago in Manhattan Beach. Our neighbor recommended this company for a leak in our back house. Gabriel found the leak in our sprinkler system. He also went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns with other plumbing issues. I will definitely use this company again! I requested a quote on yelp and he came back with honesty and sincerity of what he thought the problem was. I appreciate his willingness to help, even without $$ involved. We will forever call him with any pluming or water heater needs from here on out.

I called all city plumbing due to a clogged toilet .They were able to send Matt within the hour and he was very professional. He explained to me what the issue was and showed me a video of my sewage line (had to pay extra for that but worth the peace of mind) and gave me some options for possible future repairs and some advice to avoid clogs in the future. I truly appreciate his honesty. I will definitely call all city plumbing again if needed.

They got back to me right away for a clogged sink. Their quote was about what other places were quoting. When they got here they told us that our pipes went up first and then went down. No other plumber has told us that. They proceeded to have to get up to our roof to get to the opening to un clog. I wish I could find the other plumbers to see why they never let us know this (could be that equipment has gotten better or that they just were too lazy to fix the problem all the way). This is why it never stayed clog free after previous plumbers. To go onto the roof, they had to charge a bit more, but it was reasonable. The sink is draining like new.

Needed a plumber asap and received just that when I called, was surprised when someone answered since I had called several others with voicemail only. I started calling people in the morning and a few called back and said either to busy or just didn't want the job.
After a very nice lady answered she immediately said hold on for her to contact a plumber since it was late in the day. She came back and said he could be there in 10 minutes.  John arrived in less then 10 and looked under our sink and after 45 minutes it was fixed and he was gone. The price was very low and his fix was guaranteed even though he said soon all the old pipes and connectors would have to be replaced.  Definitely will call them back for the entire fix and any other plumbing issues that come up.
