Jose and his crew did a great job replanting two small slopes on my property. They arrived on time, walked through the job with me, and made sure we were in agreement about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The crew took care of everything just as discussed and were kind enough to clean up the leaves off my lawn before they left. I will definitely use Jose for any landscape job I have in the future!

Ixtapa Construction did our kitchen remodel, and not only was the work completed with craftsmanship but we were treated with caring and a truly professional touch.

Jay and Alex were great people to work with. They answered my (and husband's) many questions and were very patient and helpful. Both were very knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the project.

We were also very pleased with the job itself. Ixtapa Construction did a great job while respecting the timeline and budget. Jay also kindly helped to fix some problems left by the previous contractors. The crew also did a great job cleaning up after everything was completed. Highly recommend!

So I called on a Saturday (today) around 10:30am, problem was my kitchen sink that was draining slowly and filling up upon using the dishwasher, and during normal usage as well. Hoping to dislodge whatever might've been in there, I tried letting the sink fill enough to plunge it but all it did was bring up a bunch of sludge. The more I tried, the more sludge I got, but the slower the drain too. I mean it would take a good 20 minutes to drain with only 1 of standing, sludgy water.

It occurred to me that although I was apparently loosening something up, after trying that for a couple hours and only bringing more sludge up into the exceedingly slowly draining water, there was no way I was going to deal with the stress and anxiety it was causing me any more. It was obvious it needed some professional assistance.

When I searched yelp for plumbers, they had a little questionnaire I could fill out to be submitted to local plumbers for them to contact me. I was provided four options, all with high ratings, but I went with KNC because I was impressed with not only the fact that they could be out in only a few hours but also the very reasonable price.

In fact, the price quoted was so reasonable that I was worried that there was a service fee that wasn't reflected in the quote, but I was assured that the price quoted was the total cost.

Also, their initial and subsequent response was instantaneous, and all communication was clear and friendly.

They sent a text with the technician's picture and detailing his qualifications, as well as a time frame we agreed upon. Soon after he asked if that time was ok or whether he could come even earlier (1 instead of after 2). Heck yeah!! The sooner the better. Kitchen drain issues are annoying, not to mention obviously stress inducing.

When Kris arrived at 1 he was polite and immediately donned both booties and a mask (I, too, wore my mask of course). I appreciate all efforts to be safe these days. Extra points for that, Kris!

Kris was able to get my issue resolved in little time (I'd say under 30 minutes, but I wasn't watching the clock).

When he went over the bill, which was as quoted, he mentioned that he gave me 20 off that quoted price. I forget the reason but who needs a reason, right? Talk about awesome. I mean, as it is, I am currently house sitting for family while they're away all month and didn't want to burden them with a plumbing issue so I was hoping to just swing it myself without their involvement. So this was just an incredibly positive experience from beginning to end. In fact, the $ saved went to Kris in the form of a well deserved tip.

Please, anyone who needs assistance with plumbing, give these guys a try. I'm in no way affiliated with KNC, never heard of them before 10:30 this morning. I'm so glad I chose them!

**just wanted to add this to my previous review. Last night I had another plumbing issue when my nephew decided to shave his fuzzy face and filled the bathroom drain with his bird's nest. The bathroom backs up to another bathroom, so both drains were affected, plugged them both up for a bit then they started to drain, but slowly.

Because I was so impressed and pleased last time, I of course called Kris again and just like before his response was immediate. We arranged for him to come over this morning first thing, and he was again prompt, courteous, wore booties and a mask, and completed the task very thoroughly (including providing me w quite a few pictures of the job he did, like what came out, what the pipes looked like inside, even a pressure check).

Another thing I have to say is that he left zero mess behind, both times. Also, he explained everything very thoroughly and answered all questions politely and to our satisfaction.

Anyone who owns or even rents a home will eventually require plumbing services, there's no way around it. I'm just really glad I found such an honest and affordable professional to trust to do the work right, and at an unbeatable price. Plumbing problems can be so stressful, but both times Kris handled the jobs so quickly and affordably, it was such a relief. This guy is legit. You won't go wrong by giving him a call.

Im remodeling my bathroom and turning it into a master suit. That means I had to rearrange my shower, toilet and faucets.   Fitzgerald plumbing came over took some measurements and had everything ready for installation the very next day.  Service was great and the quote was half as much as another contractor.  We are very pleased and will recommend them to all my family and friends.  Thank you Fitzgerald Plumbing!!

If I could give 10 stars to Jetline Plumbing I  would. As always they came through when I  needed them. Originally called for a clogged bathroom sink but unfortunately turned into something larger. All my drainage were practically closed.  But in the end Jetline's tech's after 2 days of work came through and I have all new drainage for my one bath. ( Sink, tub, shower, and toilet. Even drywalled everything up again. And at a great price. Won't  use anyone but Jetline Plumbing. Thanks.

Graham plumbing is affordable, reliable, and customer service oriented. We had a backed up shower drain. Called for service first thing in the morning and with a few hours they were at our house taking care of the problem. The best plumbing business in SoCal.

Western did a great job clearing out my clogged sink and helping replace our 20-year old water heater. Rick and his helpers were extremely kind and did an incredible and timely job. I would definitely use Western again!

We found AAA backflow on Yelp as we were looking for a plumber/backflow testing specialist to comply with our City's annual test requirements. Of all the different ones that we found on Yelp, we decided to give AAA Backflow a try. Eduardo (the owner) was very responsive and made time for us at the last minute and accommodated our schedule. Eduardo was honest and efficient. We will use him again and will recommend him to others as well.

My water heater was leaking and I contacted Jesse via Yelp for a quote. He responded right away and we scheduled an appointment for that same weekend. His service was professional, speedy, and affordable. On the day he replaced by my heater, I asked if he could help me fix a water leak I had on a pipe. He made a quick run to Home Depot to buy materials and brought someone to help with the soldering. He went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend his services!

Seriously?  Is he from the land of unicorns and fairies?   We suddenly stopped getting hot water so I called Chris yesterday afternoon and he answered right away.  He said he would come by first thing the next day and would call 30 minutes prior to confirm.  I texted him our address and sure enough, this morning he called at 7:30 a.m. saying he was going to get a cup of coffee and he would be here for our 8:00 a.m. appointment.  He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem right away.  We have a water heater leak that is irreparable.  He lit the pilot for us and did not charge for the visit.  Then he gave us a quote to replace it as well as a quote just to install one if we bought it ourselves.  Our heater is over 15 years old so it's time for a new one.  It should be noted that the other plumbing company that gave us a quote didn't bother lighting the pilot for us, so that we would temporarily have hot water, and we didn't even know this was possible or how to do it ourselves. This was so nice of Chris to do and I was able to give my kids a bath.  

He has been great at communicating and answering my 50 billion questions.  Due to his professionalism and very competivite bid, we have decided to have him replace our water heater.  He is including parts that another plumbing company was charging us extra for.  Not only that, his warranty is double that of said plumbing company.  He will be coming out today and I will update the review once he is finished.  I am very pleased thus far.  He will be our new plumber, without a doubt.  He is honest, knowledgeable and professional.  We are so happy to have found him on Yelp!  Highly recommended.  If anything changes, I will update my review, as always.  :)

Mike Mazon and his crew have always been very responsive and prompt. They  have always explained what the issues are and what it will cost to fix it. And they have been open to adjusting the bill when it's warranted. These guys are great local plumbers.

My husband and parents had used Harry's Rooter in the past, so when I had some minor plumbing issues that needed fixing, I decided to call.  I called on a Monday afternoon (for a non-emergency), and they schedule an appointment for first thing Wednesday morning (because I was not available on Tuesday).

He arrived on time (5 min early, actually!) and promptly fixed my four different bathroom issues (dripping shower, clogged shower and sink drains, and slow/running toilet) very quickly.  There was no mess left behind.  Reasonable price.  I would definitely use them again!

Found Rubio's Plumbing through Yelp and we are so glad we did. Honest, reliable, and does a good job of explaining everything.  And the prices were better than three other quotes i received for my fixes.  They replaced a laundry faucet box, added a descaler to my traditional water heater, and replaced a kitchen sink faucet.  We plan on using them to replace water heater and other work in the next few months.

Incredibly over priced for an extremely easy job that took just a few minutes. Confronted the office on the outrageous overage and was told to expect a check in the mail, never received it and now my emails are blocked from the company. Pick a new plumber.
