Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to sprinklers and lawn care. Jose showed up the day and time we agreed on and gave me a fair quote before he started the work. He rewired my sprinkler system and replaced damaged sprinkler heads my dog had chewed. Very nice guy and extremely helpful. He's my go-to guy for my sprinkler system and I have no problem referring him. Thanks Jose!

Kristopher is always willing to help. KNC installed tankless water heater for us. It is working wonderfully and they are always ready to help you ASAP when you contact them. They also have fair prices and do the jobs excellently.

If you ever need a plumber DON'T CALL THIS PLACE THEY WILL REAP YOU OFF they give me a quote to replace a faucet and a p trap I already had bought p trap and faucet just for labor 340.00 I said thanks but no thanks I found someone way better he charge 140.00 I am a woman but that's doesn't mean a stupid one .

I had to install a new washer but the hot watervalve was broken. They were the first one to respond when I requested a quote on Yelp. They came the same day, unfortunately couldn't do it on the same day because of the valve type, but they were able to come the next day and got it fixed. They were professional, informative and very reasonably priced. I plan to ask them for any plumbing work I may need in the future.

Ask for Joshua, he did a great job replacing our water heater and uncloging our drain. Mattucci plumbing is the best plumber in the area...

I met Steven the owner and he was able to return my calls very fast! Then he gave a great price on doing my plumbing on a house I'm buying plus because I'm a realtor he has been giving me great service to all my clients, so I don't use anyone else but his company! I highly recommend him to all your plumbing issues.

Steve did an amazing job installing a new hot water heater and toilet. He gave us several options to make and very up front with us. Graham Plumbing will always be my go to, plus they are a local business.

Called and made appt for next day. Need a lot of plumbing work, different issues.
They said they'd come 8am-11am window. They would come give estimates and possibly begin some of the work. They also said they would call 20 minutes out. 11:30 and no call....nothing. I called, they had no explanation.
Sorry, that's very unprofessional in my opinion. I wouldn't trust them with another 3 hours of my life waiting for another appointment.

Airconditioning went out and I was in full panic mode.  Happened
on weekend so I was calling all kinds of different companies.  
Thankfully, no one was available.  Talked to my friend in Lakewood,
Ruth and she recommended Western.  Called 1st thing Monday
and they advised that they may be able to squeeze me in later
that afternoon or for sure the next day.  About an hour later, they
called and had a cancellation and could be out soon.  Rick showed
up, and quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me the quote and
did the repair.  The whole time explaining things, and giving me helpful hints for the future.  Rick was extremely friendly and professional.
Did a great job for a reasonable price and I am extremely satisfied and
would recommend this company to anyone.  If and when I have
other issues will give them a call, and will also use them for plumbing
issues.

This company literally guided me through the whole process!! I reces a letter in the mail about some testing and paperwork had to be submitted I had no idea what's do to, I called AAA Backflow and Eddy took great care of me. He took care of the testing and submitting paperwork to the city for me!
Amazing service, he responded super fast and came to test my backflow same day.

We had water dripping from our ceiling. Reported it to our HOA and they called Mike's Plumbing. They were very communicative about arrival. They came and assessed the situation, found the source in the unit upstairs, and fixed the problem. They were very professional and polite the whole time. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards. I'm very happy with their service, 5/5 would definitely recommend.

I gave Rubio's Plumbing a call when my mother told me that her bathroom had a water back-up problem. Robert immediately sent out someone to check out my mom's issue. They gave her an estimate to fix her entire plumbing issue and also helped her unclog her plumbing that had something trapped in there. They offered great service and explained everything in detail to my mom. She was very pleased with their service! I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

These guys are amazing! Our shut-off valve under our bathroom sink and the one to the dishwasher broke.  Daniel came out and did a phenomenal job!  He showed up right on time, was friendly, courteous, and professional.  And, we now have brand new shut-off valves that are much better than the old ones.  Thank you Daniel and Gorsuch for providing such friendly and professional service!

This is the worst local business in Signal Hill. I've lived here for 13 years and always support local businesses. Today, December 27, 2013, I was helped by a tall skinny dude (with black metal framed glasses) working the counter and basically he lost a $100 sale because he does not understand good customer service will bring clients back to purchase even more supplies. Seriously, I'll never go back to support this local business, and I will make sure to let my neighbors and friends know to avoid this business. For my plumbing supplies, I'll gladly give my business back to Home Depot or Lowes. Note to Owner: Fire the guy at the counter...he's terrible!! Make Carlos in charge of working with the customers only.
