Sink disposal and drain were leaking after being installed wrong by a contractor, these guys answered the phone right away and were able to come out same night and take care of us. Super friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable, they diagnosed the problem right away and took care of it. They're the only plumbing service Im calling from here on out. I can't recommend enough!

The best price!
Had a simple job of extending a branch of the natural gas line from the kitchen outdoors to a new bbq grill. This required running a line from under the crawl space of the house. Jorge and his team went under the house to be sure and came back with an offer of $400 to do the job. I asked how long it would take and he said about 2-3 hours and that they could do it today!
Work was done as predicted and very well done. Works great and looks excellent.
VS.
I had another plumber come out and give an estimate earlier that day that was $1000. I asked how long he thought the job would take and he said 3-4 hours and starting selling me by talking about how he wouldn't know what was needed till he got into the job and there might be this and that. He didn't even go under the house to actually see what was needed. I said, so...your hourly rate is over $300 per hour?? Of course he said it was by the job, but again I pointed out, if you think it will take 3-4 hours and you are quoting $1000 then you are essentially valuing your time at over $300 per hour.
Thank goodness I had an electrician over at the time who overhear and told me that the job should be between $400-500 tops.
I would hire Jorge and his team again for excellent work and fair pricing. I appreciate how quickly they responded and that they were honest and considerate with their estimate.

The gentleman I had in correct was amazing. Contact him the day before in the evening and needed someone asap to come replace the gas valve on the drier. He responded back immediately and was able to provide a price after seeing the picture that was sent of the gas valve. He mentioned he would arrive at 8am so around 7:30am he called to confirm and arrive alittle before 8. He had the job completed under an hour and price was exactly what was quoted. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Scheduling was super easy and they had plenty of available times. Rob showed up on time, was wearing a mask and shoe booties, and provided a quote at no charge so we know exactly what needs to be done on he home we are about to close escrow on.
Had a great experience thus far with Pristine Plumbing and will be scheduling the repairs I inquired about with them shortly.
Thanks to Rob who was super professional and provided lots of great information on our new home!

This review is strictly my experience and does not appear indicative of the typical experience reported on this page. Normally I am disinclined to post negative reviews, but the potential cost avoided was so significant that I felt it was necessary. First of all, they were very responsive, and had a plumber (and assistant) out very quickly. He was very punctual in his arrival, used COVID safeguards, and was extremely nice. All positives. Especially shortly before Christmas.
The reason for the call was weak almost non-existent hot water flow on a three valve bath/shower. After about 10 minutes of inspection I was given the news that I needed to have the valves replaced, there was nonother option. Cartridge could absolutely not be replaced. Cost quote was varied, based upon whether I wanted to pick up my own valve. As I was told buying myself would save over $400 from the $1350.00 price tag, I opted to leave work and pick up the parts myself. They were helpful, spoke with/texted me while I was looking, but due to COVID closures and other issues it was not fruitful. I chose to defer to what they would have in stock, and was told by the tech he could come out the following day. Due to jobs running late that did not happen, and because of Christmas they could not come for several days. I spoke with the intake receptionist/ dispatch and received a call from the owner due to slightly varying price quotes and amount potentially saved by buying the parts myself, which ended up being less than $100. Owner said if I wanted it done he could have someone out in a few days (again, holidays).
Due to the variance on prices, and concern about the high price tag, which also involved additional costs for breaking into the wall (internally or externally) i chose to get a second opinion.
Turned out the second plumber I called immediately said he thought the cartride was replaceable. He located the part within a day, came a day later, and the shower was back to perfect. No torn out walls, LOTS of saved costs. Total repair cost, including a bathroom drain rooter job, was $245.00, 18% of the valve replacement cost I was told I needed. .Total saved: $1,105.00, (1,205.00 if you add in the additional cost or the rooter job, but I believe they might have thrown that one in) plus wall/stucco repair costs. And I was able to maintain the original configuration of the shower.
That was a BIG financial bullet dodged.
Moral of the story: you may want to get a second opinion on high cost jobs.

Competent, honest, and reliable.
Another HVAC contractor (A USA) attempted to mislead me to replace the compressor on my AC unit. Compressor replacement is costly, and for my unit made little sense--because the unit is less than two years old.
A compressor should not fail that soon. I was suspicious, so requested Next Gen to provide a second opinion. The Next Gen technicians performed a careful, comprehensive evaluation--during which they easily ruled out the compressor as the problem. A clogged drainage pipe instead was causing the malfunction. The difference saved me more than $600, and my unit now works beautifully.

Our water heater started leaking about a month ago or so. We were going to have a family member replace it, but we were having trouble finding a water heater for purchase/delivery in stores. When the leak got worse, we called around and found Sam Rooter and Plumbing. They were really friendly over the phone and gave us a reasonable quote for parts and labor. We were happy with that in itself. What made them even better is that the quoted price was what they charged us. AWESOME!!! They did great and fast work and the new water heater seems to be working great.
We called around to about 6-8 different places in the South Bay area and they were the best priced and most friendly of them all. I would highly recommend their services and we will be using them for our future plumbing needs.

Great service and speed. I contacted Zorro on Thursday because we had a leaky garbage disposal. It needed to be replaced completely. After our phone call, we switched to texting so I could send him pictures. He was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for Saturday from 10:00-12:00. The guys showed up a little late, around 10:30 but it was no big deal. They were done with everything before 11:30. It cost $275 which was a little pricey for me but the convenience and speed made up for some of that price.

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

I want to tell everyone about the incredible experience I had today with United Plumbing. My mother in laws water heater went out late last night. I called United plumbing this morning and Dan took care of me. He's always been great but today he really saved the day. He had the water heater installed within a few hours of me calling them. The quality is excellent and the pricing is always fair. Thanks Dan and United Plumbing for saving the day.

If all this companies service techs are as good as Nick, the gentleman that rebuilt our shower controls as well as install a new bathroom facet they can be very proud of the culture they have established within their organization. When I made the initial call to schedule an appointment I was treated in a professional and friendly manner. I was given a 2 hour window for the tech to arrive and he was on time in the middle of the given window. He greeted me in a friendly professional manner and asked me to explain my problem. I explained the problem and showed him the shower. He looked at the unit and knew exactly what the problem was. Hard water deposits had clogged the cartridge filter in the unit. Understand I have had 2 other plumbers come into my house in the past regarding the lack of pressure in this unit and both advised I needed to re-plumb the bathroom. I knew that couldn't be the case because had had the bathroom remodeled several years back and the bathroom plumbing was all new. I kept trying different plumbers hoping to find someone that knew what they were doing. Nick was the MAN! He fished the job in a timely manner, was pleasant and professional and did a super job! The price was fair, the work was outstanding and the company get a FIVE STAR rating from me.
