We called Luis after he successfully completed a pretty large project for a family member who was happy with his and his team's work and referred us to him. Luis had a quick response time and good communication to schedule an estimate within two business days. He even came early to our appointment. Luis was honest, upfront and clearly explained everything about my external drain situation. I look forward to having Luis and his team complete my project in the near future.

Triple P Plumbing & Rooter was very responsive and fast. The technician Alex was very professional and clean. He is affordable and got the job done after I accidentally flushed my keys.

Luis provided excellent service! I originally had Ser Plumbing out to our home before we moved in to have the gas line cut and capped in the kitchen. Then shortly after we moved in, we had an unexpected block with out plumbing. I contacted Luis that night, and he came out the next day to fix it! He gave us advice on the system (which wasn't installed correctly) and suggested ways to fix things ourselves in the future. As new homeowners, we appreciate the knowledge and understanding of Ser Plumbing. We will definitely be return customers.

Chris and his employees came and installed my Washer & Dryer hookups and even installed a new gas line, love it!! amazing work will surely call him again when I need more plumbing work, thanks Chris!

I am a professional construction  critic (retired building inspector).  I have been involved with hundreds  of repipe projects.  None could have done a better job than Repipe Pro.   The company does not farm the work out to piece workers and the  employees have been with this company for a long time....up to 18 years  ... that translates to getting the work done right and on time.
Our  home has four full baths, seven sinks, a laundry and they installed a  new hose bibb....in one day.  The patching started the next day and was  done in two days.  The patch work is perfection....I mean you can't tell  that there was a hole.
They covered the floors and furniture and didn't leave any sign that they were here.  
As  a government inspector I shied recommending contractors but this  company has my confidence. I appreciate a job done well and the crew was  a delight....oh and the price was right too.

Robert is the best!! He's quick to respond, fast and efficient.   If you have any plumbing needs, you should give him a call. I cannot recommend his service enough!!

1st of all... Love the company's name. Joseph, the owner is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone. He was able to sit and listen to all my concerns. He has a lot of patience with his customers unlike other companies they don't hear you out and don't give honest opinions. If any one needs any help, I highly recommend him and his company.

I was in complete distress over a plumbing issue I had been dealing with for the better part of the day . I called around and most plumber I called were rude and insanely expensive. I tried one last time and called plumbing by Jacob he was so incredibly kind and most importantly honest and worked with integrity! My plumbing issue got fixed thanks to him . It's hard to find that combination of skill and integrity when it comes to stuff like this so I really appreciate him and how he helped . Thank you !!!

David will definitely be my plumber from now on , needed a plumber right away and within an hour he was at my door. My drains from the outside were clogged and he was able to get it unclogged thank you David for being so helpful and not expensive as well.

Kelly did quick, qualty work. Kept everything clean, will definitely call Mandel and his team again.

This review is a few months overdue. I'm happy to report that we have had zero issues to report. Ruben and crew have done a stellar job.

We had several quotes from other repipe companies but I preferred his straightforward style over others whose prices were maybe slightly less. He's not sitting up in some air conditioned office collecting checks, he's down there in the trenches with the rest of his team--And that ain't just lip service. He showed up on time every day and made himself available for the onslaught of questions I unfurled upon him. Having been stung badly by a fly-by-night contractor (who installed cheap parts very poorly), we were *extremely* vigilant, rigorously putting him through his paces. He kept up and ensured us with photos every step of the way. There were a few points where I felt he had really gone above and beyond to keep us happy. It can be such a slippery slope with plumbing, but I never felt like Ruben was overselling. I felt his advice was honest and insightful. I really only wish we had hired them sooner!

Oh, and two words: Lifetime Warranty.

Jan 2018 Update: I just wanted to say after a couple of years that I'm still so happy we went with this company. We had a minor repair under warranty and they came  and fixed the issue right away. A+!

Our shower valve stripped at midnight of Christmas, so we contacted multiple plumbers to try to solve this issue. Daniel was the quickest to respond (responded within 20 mins) and offered the best price. He was very polite and came into the house with shoe covers to protect our floors. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise because he explained the problem to us as he was working on it. He helped us fix our problem in around 1 hour and even told us how to prevent this from happening again in the future. Best Christmas gift ever.

So he came out when he said he would and like a ghostbuster had all his equipment. That said he destroyed my sprinklers, used all of his equipment including the precious hydrogen but never found the leak. He ended up charging me half price. All would have been fine had he not destroyed my sprinklers in an attempt the find the leak.

I am completely satisfied with this service, and Jose Lopez was clean, thorough and good!! Highly recommended!! ;-)

My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood.  I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service.  I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses.  North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate.  They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would.  The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done.  He was quick and polite.  Highly recommend!

Left in the lurch and presented with a bill: That was our experience with Pete's Plumbing.

If you have an emergency, DO NOT call these people. We had a serious flood and put in a request for help, specifically asking for a call-back to let us know how long the wait would be since we had to get someone to help right away.  We never received that call and turned to the fire department after a follow-up call to Pete's also yielded no response. About an hour later the plumber from Pete's showed up. Fortunately, the problem was solved by then.  When I asked the plumber why he didn't phone me, as requested, he insisted he did, but my phone log shows otherwise (and verifies our long wait).  Soon afterward we received a large bill for... nothing.

Called their office because of a leak somewhere around one of the restrooms. Eddie answered and rearranged his schedule to come out. He arrived on time. Man is this guy good-- he listened to everything I said, asked really smart questions, and then systematically eliminated all the possibilities until he found the problem, which was a leaky toilet seal. He fixed it quickly and left the area super clean. While he was here, I noticed water coming from the water heater. He found that the hot water inlet was corroded. I was able to run down to Home Depot for a replacement hose, which he attached for me after fixing the toilet. If this is the kind of service The Drain Guys give every day, then I know who I'll be calling next time. Thanks Eddie and Drain Guys.

After being stood up by another local plumbing company (who felt my job was too small for them), I was fortunate to have SoCal recommended to me.  They answered on the second ring, dispatched plumber Shandy within 3 hrs and he did an excellent, thorough, and professional repair job. He copper Repiped a main line leak below my house shutoff valve.  Highly recommend these plumbers and specifically plumber Shandy who proved to be very ethical. This company has integrity!

I had an emergency possible gas/sewage leak that I needed taken care of. I had another place confirm and then not show up, so half my day was wasted. Roman was able to come over within 30 minutes and find the problem. Thank you.
