We moved into our new home to find out we didn't have any hot water. I called Alan the next day and he was able to come by immediately. Luckily he was able to restart the pilot on the hot water heater, and took the time to ensure that I understood how to restart it myself, and texted later in the day to check if it was still working. I definitley plan to use Alan for all future plumbing work.

I called them on Sunday. Then I got service in 30 min!! Thomas came to my house and took 3 hours to replace my water heater!

First of all, please note that MInde (GLuxH4You) has ZERO bad reviews.  That might seem unlikely, but, if you read them, they are very believable.  I am proud to add to these reviews, because, last week, on the day before Thanksgiving, our kitchen pipe broke and the kitchen sink was usable.  This was obviously a crisis, so I came to Yelp and found this plumber.  He was very polite but suggested a Friday repair.  When I explained to him that I had a Thanksgiving feast planned, he squeezed me into his schedule in the late afternoon hours on the night b4 Thanksgiving.  Figuring, like what happens with most workers (complications arise), I didn't figure he'd be on time, but he was 10 minutes early!  He got right to the job, and even as I could hear him struggling with it, he got it done (which ended up being more than just a broken pipe, though he honored the original estimate) faster than any plumber had in a similar situation.  He was friendly, patient, and professional, but, most importantly, he saved our Thanksgiving.  When I asked him if this was it for the night, he said, no, I have a friend that needs help mending a fence.  I mean really, what more can I add?  Thanks Minde, you're on my list for any problems me and my friends may have!

Jim is the owner and worker. He is professional, punctual, clean and he charged by the hour and was fast so ended up being a great deal as well.  I paid him $87 for a job that I was getting quotes up to $300 for.   I was comfortable with him in my home and around my animas. I have a 1927 home and have had a lot of plumbers here over the last 5 years since I bought the place.  Jim is the only one I will call back for my future needs.

I was ready to rip my toilet off the floor, I went down the line on who'll answer my call of toilet clogged frustration on Yelp . My 3rd to call was Go Go Plumbing and Edward answered immediately and professional. Asked what's the problem with my toilet and gave me 1-2 hour window when he'll send someone over. Bryan arrived and professional, we shook hands and he went right to work on my problem toilet. He unclogged my toilet as we chatted on types of toilets that are good and reasonable. I give this company 2 thumbs up. He went above and beyond. I will be asking for their bid on my other bathroom. AWESOME PEOPLE

Tweedy Plumbing was quick to reply to an emergency pipe break. They were professional and timely. They drove to several locations to locate a special part for me at no charge. After a minor incident in accidentally damaging something, they promptly replaced it taking on any associated cost.They are true professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Not only did he waste my time by rescheduling 3 times. He left me waiting and then was very rude and told me to find another plumber on a Friday afternoon at almost 4 o'clock. Very rude and inconsiderate to say the least!

Needed our drains and sinks snaked as part of our annual maintenance on our house and also need a faucet fixed outside. Kenneth responded quickly and answered all of our questions. He was a pleasure to deal with and his prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be doing business with him again and I have already referred to him to all of my family and friends.

I'm plum(ber) happy to have connected with Prodigy today.  Seriously.  I know nothing (nada) about h2o and how it flows.  This company not only showed up... but efficiently, happily and reasonably fixed our issue.  Did I mention we needed help on a busy Friday afternoon? Nothing but pure praise for this family-run biz.  Roto is a no.  Give these guys a  GO!

I had a little communication issue, which turned out to by my dyslexia and sleepiness after a night of not sleeping well, so not their fault, but they worked with me to get the job done!

That said they were very accommodating at rescheduling (twice, again my fault!), and once the tech got here, he needed to get parts (Toto toilet, so proprietary flapper was needed, along with a new flow valve assembly), and when he got back it took all of 10 minutes to drain the tank and install the parts!

I would very much recommend them to anyone looking for service on their toilet!

And I might add they were the lowest online estimate I got among 5 replies, and it was within the range they gave, though I will admit that I knew exactly what parts they needed to replace and gave that in the estimate request.  (Their top was only a couple of $ more than others min., so jumped on their offer.)

If needed, I think I will use them again for other plumbing issues.

I can't believe I'm the first person to review JR and Norm's Plumbing. These guys have been such a lifesaver for me over the years - they've installed my water heater, done the plumbing for my bathroom remodel, and generally been quick to respond when any other issue involving water comes up.

I had to call JR at Norms this morning after we noticed funky odors for a couple of days, we checked under the house this morning and sure enough there was a pool of water in the crawl space from a leaking drain pipe. Upon further inspection, the backup had pushed its way up an old drain in the bathroom that had never been capped, so now I also have a soaked closet and mildew farm. Oh joy. Oh rapture.

JR is just the best, he's great to work with and reasonably priced. I've never had to bring in another contractor to fix something he or his guys screwed up (which I cannot say about other plumbers I've hired.)  I have a rule now that nobody but JR touches my pipes.

If you are in the Long Beach, Cerritos, Lakewood, Bellflower, Paramount area you will not go wrong with Norms. (Picture is of JR outside my house, he'll be back tomorrow replacing the drain from the kitchen all the way out....)

Needed to install replacement control valve on a Rheem water heater. I messaged Tony and his team and they delivered within a day. They sent an expert technician out who couldn't have been nicer and on top of it (Mark). I recommend Tony's for excellent, efficient service!

Fredd was awesome! He came out and fixed a slab leak that was causing major issues in an emergency situation. He was the only plumber we called that was able to come out right away and he took care of it quickly. He showed me the problem and told me how he was going to fix it and did the job. Seeing him work I can tell that it's a lot of hard work and it requires a lot of expertise and Fredd displayed both at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Fredd's Handyman Services.

Mr. Harris is very professional and honest. He provided a good price for the services completed at my home. He responded timely to my same day request to install fixtures in my bathroom for my sink, shower, toilet and also cleared the shower drain. He kept me informed along the way when changes occurred during the installs and even picked up additional items to complete the job. Job well done.

We had a new water heater installed by another company yesterday...and for some reason after we waited for 3 hours we still had no hot water. By the time I realized it and called the company was closed.
We had already been without hot water for four days. The company that installed couldn't come out on the weekend to see what the problem was so this morning I found AC Plumbling on yelp and called them. They gave us a one hour window and were here on time and went out of their way to fix a breaker box that was causing the problem
