Our business is unique than other big companies since it’s only 2 of us working around the clock to solve our clients plumbing issues. We have no secretary, supervisor, salesman, etc. just a dad and son working day and night Monday- Sunday. Here at Jose M Plumbing we treat our clients as if you are family just how it should be with any business. We definitely don’t upsell anything. We tell you what the issue is and get it fixed. Jose M Plumbing is a company my dad started. He has been plumbing for more than 30 years since he was about 18 years old. He used to work for a plumbing company for many years until he mastered his craft and decided to go his own route. This plumbing business is ran by just 2 of us as we are expanding and meeting new clients/people we will continue to grow. We do our best to meet our clients needs/expectations and always strive to leave them confident enough to call us back if they ever run into another plumbing issue! Jose M Plumbing was started a little more than 10 years ago. This business is a family owned business. Just like any family owned business we take pride in our work and will always try our best to make our clients feel like family. We don’t take any shortcuts when it comes to our work. We keep it 100% transparent and professional. We know that plumbing issues can get a little expensive so we try to work within your budget. We are growing everyday and meeting new clients and at times we get overwhelmed with work so please have patience if we don’t get back to you quickly.

Never will I have to look for another plumber again. I had 2 different plumbers come out to fix my plumbing issue and none of them could figure it out and gave me the run around.

When I flush the toilet, dirty water came up through the tub. It was clogged. Another plumber came and ran a snake earlier today but wasn't successful. I called Jose who answered the phone immediately. He was upfront with prices and the price was very reasonable. He showed up at the house within 40 mins. He had to run 100 ft snake and it took him multiple times because the pipe was very clogged. I'm thankful he didn't give up. He was able to clear the clog (lots of things came out on the snake), made sure water was draining, put back the toilet and sealed the base. He was very helpful and also gave recommendations for the future. Thank you Jose!!! You're the best and saved the day!!! Will definitely be recommending him to family and friends that need plumbing work in the future. If you need help with plumbing, call Jose. He has the right tools to fix the issue and he was very honest with the price.

Jose M Plumbing was great! I needed a toilet repair in one of our bathrooms. They were very professional, they wore shoe covers coming into my home which I appreciated so much. Communicated with me if they were running late, something not everyone does. Will definitely be using their service again.

I hired another plumber and he inspected shower pipes. Your assessment was wrong that pipes were old. Turns out the pipes are in good condition. After he removed the stem you installed, the rubber piece was missing. The piece that I bought brand new that you used and still charged me full price for installing! Shower has worked ever since I hired other plumber with no problems. To say that I am mad is an understatement! It does not pay to lie or cheat someone to get more money! RIP OFF!!!

Thank u Jose and his son. They are quick and punctual. They answered call right away and got to house within an hour. They fixed the main water valve and my bathroom faucet in 2 hrs. They kept it clean during the fix and both of them are professional and respectful. Will use them again and definitely recommend.

This is probably the best review I will ever write. Jose answered my call immediately and within 20 minutes he was at our house. We had no hot water for five days because of the storm and my pilot was off. I called the gas company but they were no help. We were going from a tank to tankless but the timing was so that the job would take some time due to electrical work and so on but Jose gave us a good quote. He was very nice and we appreciated his genuine care for our problem. I spoke to many plumbers in the past few days but they all thought they gods gift to plumbing. Most were arrogant. Even some of them might have been cheaper but I wouldn't trust them to enter my house. He also helped turning on the old water heater until we have the tankless installed and he didn't even let us pay him. What a great guy. I highly recommend his services. Thanks jose.

Jose M Plumbing all the way! Needed to make repairs on a toilet and bathroom sink in Pasadena. As I started the daunting task of researching plumbers, I sent out several requests for estimates via Yelp. Some didn't respond, others didn't want to provide an estimate without an onsite consult and others provided extremely high quotes.
Jose was responsive, detailed and fair. He was communicative and explained the work to be done based on pictures I sent. It was easy to make an appointment and they arrived right on time.
The repairs were done quickly and professionally. This father/son duo impressed me with their customer service. If you need a plumber, Jose's your guy.

Excellent plumbing family business. Our water heater went out Friday night . They were very responsive, provided outstanding communication and customer service. They came out Saturday and replaced the water heater and got us up and running. Everything went very smoothly and they explained the process and everything that had to be replaced.

Jose and his son were a great team. Super responsive and they were able to come out the very next day to help. They were thorough in determining our problem that our leaky pipe was really due to our water regular being broken and our home's water pressure much too high. A new water regulator was installed same day, the leaky hose bib replaced and ALL WAS FIXED! Professional, Quick, and so Nice explaining and showing me and my 93 yr old Dad what needed to be done. They got back to me right away for a clogged sink. Their quote was about what other places were quoting. When they got here they told us that our pipes went up first and then went down. No other plumber has told us that. They proceeded to have to get up to our roof to get to the opening to un clog. I wish I could find the other plumbers to see why they never let us know this (could be that equipment has gotten better or that they just were too lazy to fix the problem all the way). This is why it never stayed clog free after previous plumbers. To go onto the roof, they had to charge a bit more, but it was reasonable. The sink is draining like new.
Jose M Plumbing is phenomenal. Responsive, professional, timely, and fair, they are everything you want and need for your plumbing project. They will be my go-to plumbers, and I HIGHLY recommend they become yours as well.

I had a bathtub clog that I couldn't get out, no matter how hard I tried. Hard stop, and seemed to be pretty deep in the pipes. Needed it out ASAP, two days before Christmas - reached out via Yelp, had an appointment booked for two hours later, they came as soon as they were able, and had the job done in 30 minutes. Fast, professional, friendly. I'd definitely use again.
Our bathtub was clogged and backed up on a Sunday. Most of the plumbing companies were either closed or charging a ridiculous amount for overtime because it was a Sunday. Jose M Plumbing was fast, responsive, and able to get a plumber to my house the same day. The plumber was able to remove the drainage. We were very happy with the results. I'd recommend this company!! I will definitely be using them again.

These guys were terrific. Had clogged dishwasher and washing machine. They immediately responded to yelp quote and were there on the same day. Right on time and saved the day. Honest and excellent - strongly recommend.
