Kevin did a great job thoroughly testing and installing our security system.  He even helped followed up with a lingering issue to make sure everything was properly done right.  Also helped with some other odd jobs and worked quickly and effectively.  Totally recommend!

Had Kevin install the same shower doors in 2 bathrooms and he and his helper did a great job.  Despite dealing with an old and imperfect house and a wall that wasn't square, the install turned out perfectly.   I got quotes from a few places and his pricing was very fair and for his talents and strong reviews, it was actually a bargain.

Kevin was really professional and finished the job much quicker than expected. He called and said he could arrive earlier than our appointment time which I appreciate for the advanced notice.

His pricing is more than fair for the quality of work he provides. All the tasks I had (window repair, light switch installation, and a surprise light switch face plate installation) were done quickly and without problem.

We LOVE Kevin! We have used his handyman services for the past 3 years and highly recommend him! His attention to detail, cleanliness and helpfulness is wonderful!! Not to mention he is great around my kids which is such a blessing considering how much time he spends in our home! Some of the things he has helped us with are TV mountings, electrical, lighting, painting, childproofing, minor plumbing and various other inside and outside projects.

I first found Kevin from iHandy on Yelp when I did a search of a handyman nearby. He was quick to get back to me, and I told him I need someone to change out my kitchen cabinet drawers as there was a pest infestation in the drawer sliders. I know this is a very weird situation so let me explain...we just got done painting our kitchen cabinets on a house we just bought and had just moved into this house. After the move I went to wipe out the cabinets so I can start putting in my plates and dried foods and such in the pantry. As I was wiping out the drawers I noticed a brown goo like substance on the side of all the cabinet drawers as I pull the drawers out I saw that they were some kind of bug. I immediately freaked out and went to town on trying to clean them out with simple green but then realized that I couldn't get all of them and plus I was degreasing the sliders and was going to cuz the bearing to rust. So long story short I told my husband we were going to need to replace all of the drawer sliders...tho the bugs were dead because the house got fumigated before we moved in I couldn't live in a house with dead rice weevils!!! Yes rice weevils!!! They are pests that live in rice or grains and the people that lived here before had an infestation of them in their pantry to the point that it infested into their drawer sliders!!! Yes very random and weird, I know but this is what I'm dealing with, so back to fixing this problem. My husband and I immediately started looking for someone to help us replace them. I found Kevin but he was busy with another job and wasn't available for a few days and I was very eager to get this done ASAP so my contractor recommended this other handyman that ended up not being so handy. He was a nightmare and a complete waste of time and money he put all the drawers in crooked and unaligned he didn't know the concept of using a level apparently!!! As I was about to pull my hair out with this guy working on 1 drawer for 3 hours...Kevin called and said he was able to move some stuff around and could come first thing in the morning! I immediately sent home not so handy handyman and called back Kevin to explain the situation. He told me he would make it all good and not to worry. He got here in the morning right on time and did exactly that! He not only made the drawers right but he repaired the other guy's mistakes and totally got how I was disgusted with this situation and was very accommodating! He sprayed down the cabinets with a special solution I made with vinegar, water and essential oils we laughed these rice weevils away and became friends in the process! He fixed my dishwasher, hooked up my washer and dryer, re-weather sealed my garage doors and set up our TV and sound bar!!! I would give Kevin 10 stars if I could! He is a great guy, super knowledgable, and very handy! I will be using him for all my handyman services from now on!!!! Very happy customer

Kevin is awesome!! Had a double-whammy disaster with both my water heater and my stove top failing at the same time.  Kevin was available same day and went to work - he took care of the problems with commonsense ideas and expertise.  I had several other projects around the house that he completed expertly as well.  Very personable, fair price and best of all, gets the job done correctly the first time.  I will be recommending him to all my friends and family!

Kevin turned our backyard Gazebo into an incredible entertainment center. He did everything... he suggested what kind of tv to buy, went over mounting options, string lights, misters- we got it all!

Kevin's attention to detail is top notch. The electrical work he did was super clean. He painted the clips to match the bolts on our gazebo. He installed boards for the tv mount, and he color matched the wood to match our gazebo. The mount stores the tv in the ceiling, and with the push of a button it lowers down. It's really cool.

Kevin also worked long hours on a Friday to finish the job for a birthday party on Saturday! If you're considering Kevin, just do it. You will be very pleased with his work.

Kevin is a wonderful handyman who has helped us with several projects around the home (baby proofing, sealing the garage, installing a bidet, installing a keyless entry door lock, installing a shower head) and he made sure each and every project was 100%. He even made a great suggestion on the shower head to get a piece to make it higher as my husband is tall and we both appreciated his attention to detail and his genuine interest to make sure we were happy.

I called Kevin on a busy Saturday morning so frustrated that I had a relatively new washer and dryer set delivery...however no one capable to install!!! He was so kind and willing to come by later in the day to help me out!!!! Even though he was extremely busy he heard my pain and disappointment in my voice...on his arrival he and his assistant David couldn't have been more professional and confident in the job at hand!!!! iHandy showed up quickly, did the job perfectly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. He added an electrical outlet to our bathroom and installed a bidet seat. A couple months later and it's still working great. I would definitely use him again!!

Kevin is an excellent handyman, who is exceptional at fixing, repairing or servicing.  He came to my house to clean the laundry vent & install a new flex line.  My laundry vent was clogged with excessive lint, but Kevin did was able to unclog the vent line & install a new flex line.  Going forward, I will have Kevin clean my laundry vent on an annual basis. When the cleaning & installation was completed, the work site was cleaned.  Excellent work!

Kevin did an absolutely outstanding job on a very complicated double master bathroom vanity install. The installation included precision plumbing, drywall repair, removing flooring and reinstalling,and texturing.

I requested a re-texture of one area and Kevin complied without one question( looks brand new by the way,perfect plend). Kevin is very qualified, great skill set and I plan on using him for a shower upgrade!

I give Kevin my highest recommendation as he came to the rescue in many ways.  First of all, I had scheduled a very large job for him and had an emergency come up so I had to reschedule.  Somehow he managed to rearrange his schedule to accommodate my date and did so in the most courteous manner.  Then when he arrived, I discovered that there were four exposed and hot electrical outlets that needed immediate repair, and 9 sinks that needed to be snaked.  This was in addition to the already large job that I had scheduled.  Kevin was able to handle it all and left everything spotless and clean!  I will call him for any future jobs with full confidence that he will get the job done!

Kevin is an experienced versatile handyman.  He did several projects around my home, new installations and repairs.  They were all completed in a timely and professional way.  When encountering a problem he would not give up and would figure it out.  He also made several useful suggestions.  I appreciated the way he came into the house, got to work and didn't waste his time or mine and cleaned up.  Cleaning up was a major job after cleaning my dryer vent! I had a very difficult project to befit a replacement washer in a very tight corner of my new condo. Kevin spent a lot of time and a ton of creativity to figure out a way to do it neatly.  I was ready for the bad news that the cabinets had to come out and albeit costing me a fortune to fix. Kevin was our hero during 4th of July weekend! I was having mold issues in my bathroom ceiling and I have asked Kevin to help me install a new exhaust fan. During the installation, he had found an even bigger issue which was a leak in my neighbor's pipes that was causing the mold... And it was quite an experience after finding that issue.

This was the first time I had to deal with a situation like this and Kevin went above and beyond and helped me understand all the things that was happening and what I should do next to deal with the situation. I am a first-time home owner and needed a range of updates, repairs, and renovations, from small to large, on my condo.  Kevin was AWESOME!  First of all, he listened carefully to my needs, time frame, and budget constraints.  He helped me strategically arrange a plan on what to attack first vs. what could wait.  Then he diligently took care of our list item by item -- everything from lighting to kitchen appliance issues to a new updated thermostat/AC system to garage door opener issues to shelving, etc. etc.  He is professional, on-time, considerate, and well-organized.  If I did not have the time he picked up materials for me and just got the job done.  His work is impeccable.  I even needed a new dishwasher and my work schedule did not allow me to be there for the delivery and Kevin took care of it.  Along with general handyman work, Kevin also has a design background and consistently provides me with design ideas when I ask for them -- for example, in considering new lighting he sent me several options he thought would be good -- based on my design tastes and pricing needs.  I aim to keep Kevin involved in updating my home for years to come: his professionalism, practically immediate response to any questions or concerns I have, and kind/respectful demeanor are truly notable!!

I hired Kevin to do the electrical and assembly for my indoor sauna. Even before I hired him he impressed me with his initial questions regarding the scope of the job. He came prepared by taking the initiative and calling the sauna company to go over some of the instructions before starting. He was also able to improvise and figure out solutions when the directions fell short or some of the required hardware was missing. Kevin was competent with the electrical, working with the wood, and with the overall assembly and installation. I am quite pleased with the end result.

Kevin is great. He has done a number of projects for us since we moved into our Laguna Niguel home back in November. The quality of his work is excellent and he is quite creative, able to find solutions to pretty complex problems around the house. He's been a huge help for us, helping to make our house more of a home. He has helped us with so much--installing our TV, upgrading outlets and light switches, fixing a leaking tub, painting, travertine tile work, taking down old plantation shutters, installing new light fixtures and more. Most recently, he's helped us cat-proof our loft area with a beautiful glass wall extension that sits on top of the loft ledge. It works well and looks amazing. To top it off, Kevin is a genuinely kind person which makes working with him a pleasure.

Moving into a new place is so stressful when there's a million little things to be done. Kevin can basically do them all in a timely manner, work is top notch, he's super personable, knowledgeable & honest. Highly recommend (although I'll probably be keeping him busy for awhile...).

This review is long overdue, Kevin has helped us with many projects. He first mounted some shelves in an office. He installed a new electrical outlet in a bathroom. He also installed the motor of an automated rolling fence, this was a big project. He did some concrete work, some metal fabricating, and some tricky engineering, struggled with Chinese instructions and faulty equipment. But he stuck through it and the fence works great now. The magnets he installed to control the start and stop positions look subtle and work precisely.
I will definitely be contacting Kevin for more help in the future!

Kevin came to help me with a list of issues that I inherited at my MIL rental duplex.   With 2 tenants schedules to juggle, and a list a mile long, Kevin came and reviewed all of the items on my list.   Kevin helped me, and the tenant, figure out priorities and then he got to work.   As well as tackling most of my list, he has been a go to for me when the tenants have had emergency issues.  Kevin is very helpful and honest.  He is a jack of all trades and if he can't fix it or solve the issue, he has a great list of resources to help him.  Kevin has extremely competitive pricing, and his response time has been wonderful.   He has on more than one occasion rearranged his schedule to come help in emergency flood situations, and power outage issues.   Not only is Kevin a wonderful tradesman, his kindness, honesty and professionalism shine through.   I am SUPER thankful that he accepted my call and was able to come to help me with our property.

Was hired to replace a broken garbage disposal and some minor fixes.  Arrived at the expected time and completed the job in a timely fashion.  Cleaned up after the job was completed.  Wore a mask and had booties.

I reached out to Kevin for a new faucet install in the kitchen sink and by the next time I checked my phone (15 mins) he had responded and offered to pick up the new faucet I had sent him a link to! I need 10 stars to properly review Kevin.  He is truly worth 100 *s !!  He came for a few small things and has been doing all kinds of stuff that we didn't know we needed like tightening pipes under the sinks, tightening cabinets, shower faucet, etc.  Kevin is very personable and it is such a pleasure to rely on someone who knows what they are doing.

He will also replace a few windows here and come back in the winter to fix the wall heater.
