Had a pinhole leak inside a wall in the kitchen a few days ago and called Joe to have a look. Joe performed another very high quality repair and we were finally able to turn our water back on! Thanks, Joe! I'm telling you folks, JOE IS THE BEST.
Honest, affordable, and right. With no attempt at all to sell unneeded services or parts. Oh, and was at my house within 4 hours for a non-emergency repair.
Will use him again. Actually, I hope I don't need to, but if I DO need a plumber, I know where to go.

We had a slab leak in our house and I called America's Plumbing. They sent Joe over for diagnosis and repair. I am very impressed with Joe's knowledge and experience. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and provided the best recommendations. He will be my go to guy for all my plumbing needs. Needless to say that most of my neighbors know him and have worked with him in the past. Thank you very much Joe!
After Christmas dinner had water leaking fast under sink. Couldn't spot problem. Called America's Plumbing based on Yelp reviews; very glad I did.
The office did charge a service fee ($49) in advance because I told them I wanted to pay by credit card and they couldn't do that from the field. Said they can normally respond in an hour but it would be about two - three hours today due to high number of calls. Joe arrived on time after calling ahead and almost immediately found the problem was just a loose faucet head (retractable faucet with hose) that had come almost entirely unscrewed (boy did I feel stupid -- I had looked everywhere for a problem underneath but didn't think to check the retractable faucet head up above). He tightened it and that was that. There was nothing wrong with it and he charged me nothing further.
I am VERY satisfied as he could have taken advantage and found a problem in the faucet assembly, but he didn't. I appreciated the honest, quick service. The basic service fee was entirely reasonable in my opinion. Thank you!

Joe is great! He came out the same day I called him to fix a broken sink pipe. He was friendly, on time and his prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!
I had a leak coming from under a toilet. I called Joe, and he said he'd be able to come look at it in about an hour. Sure enough, about an hour later he showed up. After showing him the issue, he quoted me a price for the job that I thought was quite reasonable. He got right on it, and it ended up being a little more involved job, but he did it quickly. The original price he quoted was still the price paid, even for the extra work. Joe was very friendly, easy to talk with, and good and explaining what was actually going on. I will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing issues!

Joe did an amazing job to replace our shower faucet. He tried very hard to take out our cartridge to avoid any further damage to our wall and his pricing was very reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

I've used Joe at America's Plumbing for several emergency jobs and he has always been responsive, punctual, professional and reasonably priced. I would (and will) use him for every plumbing job I have from here on in, and would recommend him without reservation.
On the first visit he charged $350 for one hour to repair a 3/4 copper water line pinhole leak, but failed to notice the badly broken cast iron sewer pipe which was immediately adjacent.
The situation did not improve, so I called him back out.
On the second visit he charged $685 for one hour to replace the section of badly broken cast iron sewer pipe with plastic pipe.
Over $1000 for the two repairs shown in the photo below.
After I wrote my initial review, he sent me several very lengthy emails (too lengthy to leave here, but copies are available on request), stating among other things that:
1. His charges were not unreasonable.
2. He had performed TWO jobs, not just one.
3. Plumbers do not charge by the hour, they charged by the job.
4. If I didn't like the price, I should have haggled with him instead of leaving a bad review.

Hands down, a very well deserved 5 star review! Joe is awesome. After waking up to a flooded living room, kitchen, and dining room, needless to say, it was full on panic mode at 8am. After having a nightmare of an experience with a major plumber that made seem like a bigger issue than it was, and tried to nickle & dime me over literally EVERYTHING, I got online and found America's Plumbing. Joe came to the rescue within the hour! He not only took care of the matter, but did it within minutes and for a fraction of what the prior plumber wanted to charge. He did exactly what needed to be done, without trying to up sell me on extras, and charged exactly what he had quoted.
Joe was not only professional, but sympathetic to the situation and extremely friendly & honest. For anyone that has any type of plumbing issue, TRUST ME - call Joe, you won't regret it. Thank you JOE! You rock!
Joe at America's Plumbing has done all of the plumbing work in our home for the past 13 years! Everything from clogged sinks to slab leaks -- you name it, he's done it and it's always done right. You won't need to look elsewhere for an honest, reliable, friendly, professional, and competent plumber. I know this sounds too good to be true, but I've been recommending Joe for years to friends and just realized that I never put a recommendation for him on Yelp. I had a plumbing emergency and Joe came out to fix the problem on same day, on Sunday. His price was fair and he even gave me advice on how to fix other plumbing issues myself. Finding honest plumber and mechanics are difficult to come by, so I feel blessed to have found his excellent service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. STAY AWAY! Joe is an absolute disgrace to this company. We called our landlord about a leak over our washer and dryer, he came over and assessed the leak, left to get a part to fix it, and we were thrilled about how quickly he was getting things done. About 1.5 hours later we came downstairs to discover water all over our garage. According to Joe, due to the emergency (even though he had time to leave and get a part) the water got all over. We are in the process of a move and due to his negligence, over 200.00 in moving boxes, an 86 year old family heirloom, my husband's hockey gear, and potentially our washer and dryer were destroyed. After we discovered this, my husband asked him why he just didn't ask us to move our things and he got extremely hostile, yelling profanities at my husband. I am extremely appalled at his behavior and I hope nobody in the future has to deal with him. Whatever the case may be, bad mood, bad day, nobody should treat a customer this way. What a shame. Good luck with your business Joe, you are going to singlehandedly run it into the ground.

Called Joe after reading a very positive review on the NEXTDOOR App. He was here quickly (on a SUNDAY!), made the (broken water shut-off valve behind the toilet) repair efficiently, and charged us a very fair price. Had a different plumber here a few months ago on the same issue, and he charged us twice what Joe did. Joe is our new plumber, hands down.
What a nice man! Joe came over to take a look at my shower that has been leaking/not working for longer than I would like to admit.
I called on Thursday and he was willing to come out same day (Wow!), but I was not prepared for that so he came the next day. He called me to let me know he was on his way and was on time.
He quoted me a price (reasonable) and got to work immediately. Unfortunately, my shower is not the easy fix (I didn't really think it was because of what it has been doing) so he only charged me for labor even though he had put new parts in my shower. Then he quoted me what it will cost for the longer job and recommended I get a second opinion.
So.. he came when he said he would, got to work right away, was honest with me, explained everything, didn't pressure me, told me to get a second opinion, and charged me less than I expected.
I found my new plumber! Thanks Yelp. :)

Joe was so responsive when I called him to fix my parents broken water valve behind their refrigerator. He came by the next morning and fixed everything for a very reasonable price. He was so kind to my elderly parents and did an awesome, clean job. He was in constant communication with me via text with pictures etc. I highly recommend him. It's hard finding someone with his work ethic these days. Thank you, Joe!
American Plumbing is the most responsive and reliable plumbing CompanyI have ever used. They have replaced our water heater with an appointment same day as well as a dishwasher with a clogged drainage line.
When I call there is always Carrie picking up the phone. She reaches out to see about when they can come fix or replace a plumbing problem.
No question an above and beyond plumbing company !

I called America's Plumbing at 11 am and the job was done by 115 pm the same day. Joe was very helpful and willing to teach me about the job. He let me know what I should do to prevent the problem and how to fix it. Although he taught me how to fix it, I still will call him again because he knows what he's doing. Joe was very friendly and actually helped me out with the pricing. He usually chargers a certain amount but helped me out and lowered it a bit. Deffinately will use America's Plumbing again (although hopefully my plumping doesn't go down.) Thanks Joe.

Our tenants in Aliso Viejo woke up one morning to a soaking wet carpet. Joe was beyond great! He came the same day and found the leak right away. It happened to be a pinhole on a copper pipe behind the wall. He did a very clean job. We are extremely safisfied with the excelent customer service, PROMPT response, very reasonable prices and honesty. We will be using Joe for any future plumbing needs and will highly recommend him to friends and family. In fact, we later found out few of the neighbors have used Joe in the past and are just as happy with his service as we are.
If I could do more than 5 stars I would! Joe is a wonderful plumber. I used him once 3 years ago when I bought my house for a miner leak. 3 years later, I had to call him again and he came out the next morning! He came over to take a look at the toilet which was making noises and was leaking. It turned out my water pressure in my house was absurdly high and the water regulator needed to be changed out. He told me the issue and how much it would cost. He went out to get parts and was back in a jiffy and fixed the regulator and with lower pressure, the toilet was good again!
Joe is super nice, professional and his prices are very fair. I am glad I have a go-to plumber for any other issues I may have. Highly recommended!

Joe at Americas Plumbing came highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. As I live in Laguna Niguel or Leaky Niguel as it is now often called you need a great, local, responsive and honest plumber. Joe was able to come and identify the leak in my downstairs shower quickly and fix it. Therefore I too highly recommend him and although I hope not to have to call him again anytime soon, half the battle is knowing who to trust and call when you need someone, so I will definitely call Joe!

Joe is a very good, reliable and honest plumber. He came to my house assessed the problems, gave me a very fair estimate and did more than required for the job. Very professional. I recommend him highly and will be using him again in the future

Joe came out quickly. He was on time. Changing the faucet fixture was harder by the hard water deposits and the need to replace the valves. He did it all. The results are great. The price was reasonable and fair. I would recommend his company for any plumbing needs

I highly recommend Joe from America's Plumbing!! My husband is pretty handy and tries to fix our plumbing issues himself, but got too frustrated when our toilet kept leaking (internally). I called Joe and he came by to check out our leaking toilet. My husband had already replaced all of the parts on the toilet himself - Joe was very impressed with the job and just saw one additional part that needed to be replaced that my husband had missed. He gave us the part name, and didn't charge anything for the service call, since he knew my husband would be able to fix it himself.
What great service! I gave him money for gas, but he wouldn't accept anything more. I will definitely use him for bigger jobs in the future. Nice to have an honest repair man!

I have been using Joe of America's plumbing for over 13 years. Everytime that I have used him, it has been an emergency or after hours. Joe has always fixed my problem quickly and perfectly with his years of experience. Today, I had a copper pipe leak in my bathroom shower. Joe fixed it in about an hour with minimal drywall cuts. I am very happy with his professional, prompt and fairly priced service.

Joe is a good guy. Super friendly and makes you feel like he is looking out for you... which is rare these days. The best thing I could say about him is he's honest. He gave me the option of calling my Home Owners Association and checking to see if they had their own plumber before taking my money. He was patient and charged me a very reasonable rate when I eventually called him back later that day and asked him to return and take care of the problem. Joe's number is going on our fridge and I feel comfortable with my wife calling him and getting things resolved if I'm ever on the road and something goes wrong with the pipes. We need more folks like Joe in the world.

I called and left message for 2 times to fix my bathtub. Never call me back! I don't know why?
I called America's Plumbing and spoke with Joe. He was able to fit my work in the same day. Not only did he complete the work requested, but also assisted with a clogged faucet. He was in and out in less than one hour. Super nice man, honest and quite knowledgeable. I will be calling for his services again.
It was July 4th and my laundry room flex faucet wouldn't stop running. I thought it was broken so I tried to close the valve leading to it located under the sink. The quarter-turn knob was corroded and broke off when I attempted this causing water to shoot out of this broken valve, so I had to turn off the whole house main water valve and was now without water throughout the house.
I called a number of plumbers but all either wouldn't see me until after the holiday the following day, or wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to come out the same day. I found Joe at America's Plumbing online who was well reviewed, and then discovered why.
He was at my house within a few hours on a holiday, replaced the broken valve and the adjacent one as well, and did so very professionally and at a reasonable price without any holiday or same day surcharge. He also fixed the flex faucet by simply tightening a part on it which spared me the inconvenience and cost of having to go out to the store to buy a new one.
Even though I was a first-time customer and it was a major holiday, Joe fixed the problem quickly and enabled me to have full use of my home's plumbing and that faucet again. I am very appreciative to him for what he did on July 4th, and he is now my preferred plumber.
Joe is awesome!! Came out in one hour and gave me some advise in how to do the quick repair on my own and saved me $200.
We have used America's Plumbing twice (for unrelated issues) and will certainly do so for all of our plumbing needs. Joe came out most recently today to fix a leak in our meter box on the customer side of the valve from the water company. He was fantastic in all respects but especially in communicating status and quality of work. He is very personable and professional. His charges are reasonable. We highly recommend Joe and America's Plumbing.

Joe is great. He talks you thru everything so you know your options. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and his prices are reasonable. I will definitely call him again and recommend him to all my friends.

Joe is such a nice, friendly, professional plumber to work with! I unfortunately had a slab leak in my condo and I picked him to handle the job, because he genuinely sounded concerned for me and wanted to handle the issue as quickly as possible. He was there within an hour and helped walk me through the process, because I had no idea what was happening. If you want a plumber that is quick to respond and will work around your schedule, then he is the guy for you!!
I couldn't be more impressed with a plumber. Joe was honest, did a great job, and always tries to save you money. I highly recommend him.
I just used Americas Plumbing to come out and install a gas dryer. They arrived within 10-15 min of my call, and had the job done in 10 min. He also gave me very helpful advice on how to set up the drainage for the washer. He was quick, polite, and because the job was small, said I could pay him for gas and that was it. This blew me away! I expected a $60-$100 minimum. They deserve more than 5 stars! I will call them again anytime I have a plumbing issue. I could not be more impressed with their service.
I decided to give America's Plumbing a try after not being thrilled w/ the last company we used a couple of weeks ago. I found AP on Yelp, and even though they only had 1 review, I gave them a call.
They answered the phone right away and told me someone would be out within 1 hr.. That was awesome news seeing as how I had a toilet that overflowed, was unable to be used, and was quite disgusting. Within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone, Joe from AP called to confirm he would be over shortly...
As he confirmed, he showed up within maybe 15 minutes or so... He was very nice, personable and professional.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because I feel that the invoice amount was a bit higher than I would have expected for un-clogging the toilet....
Joe has been our go-to plumber for years now. He's honest, responsive, and reliable. His prices are also reasonable
