I've been dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for the past 10+ yrs that I have been living in my house in Tustin. Early on, I use to snake the line myself, but theses days I call the plumbers. Over the past 3 yrs, I've had other rooter companies come out an clear the clogs about once a year. I got sick and tired of it, so I found the 5 star reviews of All Service Plumbing, and called them up for an appt. Mike came the next day, and after telling him about the history, he recommended a hydrojet. He didn't have the proper equipment with him, so he cleared the drain with a snake so I could actually use the sink. He came back the next day and started the hydrojetting. I was there to see what they did, and they were very meticulous, and didn't stop until the pipe was completely clear. He also used the camera multiple times to make sure he was getting the problem areas. After years of dealing with this, we found out that there was a ton of grease that was clogging up the pipes. Thankfully, Mike took his time, and made sure he got everything cleared out. Thanks Mike! 2 months in, and still no issues!!!
I had a serious main drain situation. Very courteous phone service Same day appt, no problem. Manny L cleared the drain, in the rain, no complaints. Extremely Grateful for the easy, courteous, and professional work! I will use this plumber again!

I don't have a landlord, none of what you claim I was quoted was true, and I don't know what you're talking about. I think you texting me trying to deny what you literally just said to me (and is recorded on my security cameras) within 30 seconds of my posting the initial is very telling.
Had a blockage in the bathroom and water leakage in the leaving room. Insurance company sent people over fixed the bathroom pipe blockage and fixed the water leak and replace the wood flooring. After 2 weeks the new flooring started to break and have water underneath it. But they couldn't figure out what is going on. We were recommended to consult with plumbing experts. First company came, camera in the pipe can't see any thing. So we decided to look around and found All service Plumbing The lovely lady sent Jesse to come take a look. He is an experienced young man, very detailed and very skilled at his job. He was able to find several pipe junctions are broken. Jesse recommended us to do a pipe lining to cover the metal pipe and junctions. Now our floors are dry, mold free.

My kitchen sink has been giving me problems all week. I was finally able to call a plumber today at 10:30am. Spoke to Mike who said he would have someone out around 1-3. I was happy that I was able to get someone out same day and so soon. When the guys came out very friendly and walked me through everything. They quoted me and started working. They had to run lines through my house to outside but was very clean and organized. I say they were in and out maybe an hour. The two technician's did a great job! Very friendly and informative. Great customer service. I would recommend them.

Our warehouse had a leak coming from the bathroom. I called All Service Plumbing and they were quick to answer and even came out that same day within a couple of hours. Kevin was super helpful and explained what the problem was and was very thorough with explaining our options. He was able to get everything fixed within 2 hours. I would definitely recommend using them for any plumbing services.
Unfortunately after just moving into our home, our pipes were full of sludge and partially collapsed. We thought our pipes would have to be dug up inside our home. Fortunately the guys from All Service Plumbing were able to run new piping around the side of our home and into the mainline. They were able to fix our devastating situation in a timely manner. Our main contact was Augustine. He was extremely helpful and made sure to check up on us weeks after the project was complete. We are very thankful we found a reliable company to help us.

These guys are good AND fast.
My wife and I recently took over a home and had to have the main drain cleared which is hooked up to septic. ASP cleared it out but were able to find a major pipe issue at the septic connection in the drain. They were able to show me the problem with their camera setup and told me what could be done to fix it. They had to dig up the old pipe and replace it. Within 24 hours, our drain was cleared and fixed. You can't go wrong with ASP.
ASP helped me solve my angle stop problem on the kitchen sink. They also cleaned out my kitchen line (ooof that's pretty gross).
Very easy scheduling, friendly service and good pricing. I'd definitely recommend ASP.

Our water heater's thermocouple malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. Called Mike on Sunday morning and he indicated that he would be at our home the next day at a specific time with the part. Sure enough, Mike showed up at the specified time with all the necessary equipment, clearly communicated the cost, and had our water heater back on line in no time. We very much appreciated the prompt service, efficient work, and our hot water flowing in the house once again. Thanks for everything Mike!

These guys are great! I've needed plumbing services 3 times recently (due to issues that crop up with an old house) including one semi-emergency. Looked for plumbers on Google Maps, found All-Service right down the road from my house. They came right away exactly when scheduled and did a great job. It's a small business; I've dealt with all of the guys by now, and every one has been friendly, nice, and easy to talk with. They even came out on New Years Day (today) to relight my ancient floor heater

I called All Service the day before the Super Bowl because we had a sewer line backup that would have majorly put a cramp on our Super Bowl party. They were able to come out within a few hours and take care of the problem and for a very fair price. Super Bowl party saved! I would definitely recommend these guys!
I hired All Service plumbing to do a Hydro jet of a clogged sewerline with tree roots. Unlike large sewerline companies that just jam the hose in there and start spraying, they sewerline scope the pipe first to make sure that there aren't any cracks that will break first. They had the rigth equipment and the price of their hydrojet was comparable to a Snake from other companies so I felt like I got a great value! They are a great medium size plumbing company that services the westside and central Los angeles neighborhoods. They also do real estate inspections

We had lousy water pressure in a 2 family home. If the downstairs tenant flushed their toilet, the tenants upstairs couldn't shower. Michael was prompt to inspect, prompt to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate, helpful in answering all our questions, came on time, finished on time and left us with great water pressure and happy tenants, all at a price as good or better than their competition!
Usually, when choosing a contractor, you have to settle for any two of the three traits: Price, Reliability and Work Quality. With Mike at All Service Plumbing, we got all three at once, a rare thing indeed! 5 Stars

Was referred to All Service by my home warranty company. Mike called me the same day to schedule an appointment (today, Saturday which is awesome I didn't have to take a day off).
Nonetheless, when he arrived he explained to me what was causing the dripping faucet in my bathroom and also gave me some tips on how to keep my drains clean and prevent slow drainage.
Mike was also willing to walk around my property with me to discuss re-piping options including the different materials that can be used. Extremely happy with the quote and will be scheduling the work in the next couple weeks.

My water pressure regulator was leaking water. I called All Service Plumbing, and Mike gave me a fair price. He's friendly and very knowledgeable. With that, he addressed my leaking regulator by removing it with ease and replaced it with a brand new, reliable part while doing some modification work. Installation took about an hour. Extremely satisfied with his quality of workmanship, service, and price!
Oscar was great! He came in fast, took a look at the issue and explained the possible problems. We verified what needed to be done and he quickly proceeded to fix my clogged toilet. Amazing work! Would highly recommend!

I called 10+ companies getting availability and quotes when our kitchen sink clogged.
These guys were so flexible and came out the next morning after I called. Their pricing was half (or more) less than everyone else and they didn't try to sell me on anything! These guys are real people. Real plumbers who will simply fix what's gone awry. Who knew that genuine plumbers still existed?!
The guy who came was so friendly and didn't mind that we have a big fluffy golden retriever who thought he was her new best friend. He got the job done in about 20 minutes and took the time to show us exactly what had gone wrong. He even took the time to call his boss to see if we could get a better rate, since it went so smoothly.
All in all, these guys are our new go-to plumbers. Even our golden, Heather, approves! :D
My house is 40+ old house and recently had blockage in kitchen pipe. I called All Service Plumbing to schedule an inspection with cleaning service if it is needed. They are very highly efficient and effectiveness. The engineer, Jesse, came with very professional and nice attitude. He examined with camera first and explained to me very clearly why and how he would do to clean the sewer pipes. After examined, there are several leaking spots of my sewer pipes. So I decided to replace my sewer pipes. Jesse completed all jobs with 2 days. Not only they completed the job quickly, but the price is quite reasonable. I am very happy and appreciate this company. I recommend it strongly to anyone who needs plumbing service.

My ancient kitchen sink disposal unit suddenly locked up due to a failed motor, necessitating a replacement. I made a call to the service at 8:30 a.m. and had a helpful customer agent who guided me through the process. They requested pictures of the old unit to ensure they brought the correct replacement. Diego, the service technician, sent a text to notify me when he was on his way and arrived promptly before 1:00 p.m. He verified the motor failure in the old disposal, and despite some extra effort required due to rust, he skillfully removed it and installed the new one in under 40 minutes. Diego's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process, and the job was executed exceptionally well. I'm extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely request his services if I need anything else in the future. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable considering the quality of service provided. Overall, I'm very pleased with the experience.

I don't work with many plumbing companies, luckily, but I'm glad I found these guys on Yelp. When my hot water stopped working, it was easy to schedule a service appointment over the phone and then Mike was here to save the day! Very professional and easy to talk to. We had our gas shut off due to a leak, no hot water or ability to cook. All Service Plumbing was very responsive, their pricing was good and they had the leak fixed very quickly. The service was excellent, they would take the time to answer all our questions and were available for us. Would definitely hire them again if we ever run into any issues
I called few places from hydro jet... one called mr.xxxx. one Mike xxxx .. and also team xxxx... all quoted me between 400 to 700 for hydrojetting the kitchen line in a single family home with clean out...
Do yourself a huge favor and call this place, very easy to get a hold... they have appointments on the same day or the next day.
Elijah finished in about 30 mins. Quick service.

We just bought a house about 2 months ago. We noticed some slow drainage at the kitchen sink. We called ASP and Jackie was very courteous and caring about our frustration with the situation since we just bought the house. We were so thankful that they offered financing for us to pay for this unforseen repair. A few days later, Mike and his team repaired the section of pipe that had root intrusion and was causing the slow drainage. They did a camera inspection with us once completed, so we could see the sewer line was clear and functioning. I would highly recommend ASP.
Our usual plumber could not come out for 5 days so I took a chance in All Service and they had an opening same day. We had a water blowout behind our washer. Kevin came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and snaked it out. He pointed out an excess drain pipe I had no idea existed. These guys were more reasonable than our normal plumber and we will be calling All Service again!

My experience with this company was very strange. I asked how much it was to Hydro jet six storm drains and was quoted $2500 over the phone. For that amount I could have installed brand new drains. The quote I received from the other plumbers were anywhere between $250-$500. No attempt was made for them to visit my place for a quote.

I called this morning to see if the plumber worked on hansgroph faucets. The lady who answered checked with her husband and he said yes they did but parts were hard to get.....no worries cause I had the shutoff valves to replace the leaking ones. we scheduled an appointment for this afternoon.
The plumber and his assistant came as scheduled. Walked into the bathroom and said , oh you want both valves changed? That will be $195x2
I said I was quoted $195 . He looked at me and I said that's not right, he then said ok, I'll do both for $250. I told him to leave.
We start out at $195, then go to $390, then go to $250. Sounds fishy to me!
I wasn't looking for a bargain but I wasn't looking to be taken advantage of either.
Hands down the best plumber ever! This is my second time using Mike and he is fantastic. Comes out quickly and is very efficient with troubleshooting and repairs. He came out in the pouring rain on a Saturday when our main line backed up. He arrived in 30mins, wears booties and his prices are beyond fair. Thanks billions Mike!

Can not rave enough - brand new house flooded with sewer water. They quickly came at night, figured out exactly what was happening and replaced our entire sewer line with a liner so it's like new. I was very happy with the service from All Service Plumbing Drain and Hydro-Jet. I had a toilet freshner get flushed and it ended up in the main line. My technician first checked the toilet to see if it was stuck in there. It wasn't there. Then he got the first snake and found that the freshner was in the main line. Then he got the larger snake and broke up the item in the line. The toilet was then replaced. The tech I had was very professional and to my surprise actually cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with the work he did to fix the problem.

Had contacted a few plumbing places, a few did not even call back. One plumber kept putting me off. Caledl All Service Plumbing because leaks do not fix themselves. I received a call back within the hour, they scheduled an appointment the next day. Rick was the service tech. called me an hour prior to his arrival. Rick was efficient, polite, clean and extremely professional. I would recommend them.

All Service Plumbing and their staff are amazing! Did I say amazing? I meant super duper amazing! Before contacting All Service Plumbing another plumbing company had quoted us over $13,000 to repair a kitchen sink drain. All Service Plumbing did the job for a third of the cost.
The owner Mike came out and put an extensive amount of time and effort into diagnosing our problem and figuring out the best way to solve it. He scheduled our job for a few days later. A two-man team, Ricky and his brother, were sent to our house on the day scheduled to start the work. These two men could not have been more professional, courteous, respectful, and informative! Ricky explained everything that was going to be done, how is was going to be done, and how long it would take. They did everything they could to have their work have as little impact on our lives as possible.
When the job was done my home and yard were restored to better than they were when they arrived to do the work. They also walked us through the finished product and explained how to maintain it over the years. Whenever the work crew was ready to take a break to go have lunch they informed us that they were leaving and how long they would be gone.
They also warranty their work and expressed that any issues we have we could call them and they would come out immediately to address them.
These are the only plumbers that we will ever use. We highly recommend them!

This company overcharges. They came to fix a leak...later we find out (ourselves) they did not fix the issue. If they had done a SIMPLE BUT THOROUGH test run before leaving, they would've discovered the leak. When we called them to say they haven't fixed the leak, they charged even more for coming back! RIPOFF! Never call this company again! Don't believe these fake positive reviews!
Rafael takes cares of you. I had Rafael drop by for an emergency job. Emergency jobs are pricey for what they are, but Rafael's team did the job quickly. It was worth the price given the short notice.
The job was explained to me first, but I really liked that Rafael was inclusive and explained the job to my family. We had pipes installed that would allow plumber cameras/snakes into pipe system. We did not have inlets for plumber camera/snakes prior to this day's work.
The team also correct a Mickey Mouse job that had been done on the plumbing system by another person. Buy nice or buy twice. That's the moral of the story. The team did a phenomenal job at correcting prior work on some kitchen piping someone else did.
After that, we saw via the camera sent through the pipes, that a previous plumber's snake broke off when it hit the agent that was clogging the pipes. ASP was able to remove the broken snake and the object that was clogging the pipes.
The staff who were at my home were friendly. They were knowledgeable about the work they were doing. They answered my questions as well.
I was impressed by how accurate they can give you an estimate before running the itemized, line-by-line total. Also, Rafael was straight forward. He tells you the job to be done and a good guess on the estimate before running the numbers on the system.
I was never pressured into making a decision. No urgency or salesman tactics. Rafael is one of the few salesman that comes off honest. Very numbers driven and he gives you options on the job to be done if there's more than one job that needs to be.
Day 1
Was recommended these guys by another company.
We needed a water heater as ours had gone out and would not relight. The business guy came out and gave me an estimate. The business guy said all existing Water Heater piping and valves needed to be replaced. He gave me job estimate including replacement of kitchen faucet. We agreed to job.
Business guy was out of here, he said he will pickup new WH from supply house (Home Depot). He said actual service plumber would come later. I went to my supply house ( also Home Depot) and bought a kitchen faucet.
Service plumber came and replaced kitchen faucet. Then removed water heater and pipes and valves that need to be replaced. Installed new WH and piping. He finished and left around 8:00. I waited about an hour for WH to work. Got hot water only from cold side of my new kitchen faucet. No hot water supply to bathroom. Texted business guy, he said he would come buy next day.
Day 2
Business guy came by and switched supply hoses under kitchen sink. So hot water out of left, cold out right. I explained situation to him. I told him thought no hot water supply was plumbed from WH to the Bathroom. He asked if I watched the service plumber work. I told him that i didn't want look over guys shoulder, besides I'm an old guy not a plumber.
I did explain the problem as I saw it. He agreed with the solution. Business guy was out, wait for service guy to come back. Service guy arrived, cut out plumbing that needed to be re-run. Service guy reinstalled the piping, collected up his gear and.left around 6:30. He said business guy would have old WH and scrap pipe taken away. We waited for water heater to cycle. Ran water thru and got hot water in bathroom. Kitchen is cold from hot, hot from cold again. Next day is Christmas Eve, so i thought wait until after Christmas
Day 3
Day after Christmas text busness guy to see if I can get kitchen faucet problem fixed. I looked under the sink and noticed water on floor of my cabinet. Text business guy about leak that appears to be coming from angle stops. He said that he noticed bad angle stop, when was under sink back on day 2. He said angle stops would be about $350 more according to his job price book, and was not included in the guote for replacing the the faucet, which I bought. Ok, I'm not a plumber but angle stops are about $10 each a few years ago at my supply house( Home Depot ), but I haven't priced them out lately. Anyway, he said a new service guy would come to address the under sink leak. So as I'm waiting for the guy to come, I hear a water driping from WH area I looked inside and see water leaking from a fitting on the water heater. I did not get a chance to text business guy as new service guu arrived. The new service guy fixed the final leaks.
Finally after three days, my WH and faucet seem fully installed.
ASP YOU GUYS SHOULD DO BETTER.
These guys came out to my emergency within a couple of hours. Dan, the guy who fixed my issue was super nice and easy to deal with. Super reasonable prices also. My new plumber.

I called them around 10 in the morning. They said a plumber would be at my house between 12-2pm. They were not only late without the consideration of calling Once the gentleman got here he looked around for literally three minutes and said, there is nothing I can do. You should call your other plummer. My equipment won't fit. I had previously explained the problem and did not understand why he wouldn't bring more than one tool...I was polite and said thank you. I figured he was behind and just wanted to shove me aside because I was an emergency call. I felt unimportant.

Mike, the owner provides exceptional service. Every time we have a problem, he is here the same day with a specific time and he has never been late. He is quick and efficient and he cleans up! His pricing is fair and in many cases, it is below what his competitors are asking. It is a breath of fresh air to be able to rely on him.

I had a kitchen clogged and needed a snake sunday morning. Made an appointment with Mike and he suggested that he will come bright and early on monday morning at 7am to avoid the weekend charge. Pablo came at 7am. He is very courteous, friendly, and professional. Ended up with the hydro jetting service. Let's hope the kitchen pipe will be much cleaner now after the hydro jet service.
I appreciate transparency and Armando was very truthful in his assessment. A job that could of costs me thousands, only cost me the price of opening the wall.
They were the only local plumbing company that picked up the phone on a Sat when my kitchen plumbing blocked up. Armando and Manny came out and were awesome. They arrived when they said they would, snaked our kitchen, and explained the problem. A few days later I had another back up in our shower. They were super responsive and talked us through our options. Overall super helpful and reasonably priced. Plumbing issues suck but these guys make it less painful for sure.

Mike is super responsive and accommodating. He was able to schedule me for next day service, provided only a one hour window, gave me 30 minutes notice before arrival, and came on time! We hired him to hydro jet and scope our waste line per city's requirements. He did the job, gave us the video on USB immediately, and even pointed out some things he saw that we should look into. I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs in the future!
All Service Plumbing fixed a couple plumbing issues we had, one was ongoing and it's so nice to have to fixed! The plumbers were friendly, professional and efficient. They wore masks and kept the area clean. They also followed up with me afterwards and came back for an additional concern. Highly recommend!

Mike and his crew always showed up on time if not early. They explained every option I had and the pro/cons of each option. My project was a new sewer line from the house to the street. They had the job done very quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

Fantastic quick professional cost effective. I called they answered immediately took my information gave me a three hour window of when the person would be here instead of an eight hour window the person was here within that timeframe actually a little bit early and then for me that he would be a little bit early job is done in five minutes can't beat that. Elijah was here and he was a professional as knowledgeable and as efficient as anyone I've ever seen

I had a broken gasket inside our toilet that I couldn't replace myself. I spend a day trying to do it myself, and decided to leave it to a professional so I called All Service Plumbing Drain and Hyrdo-Jet. Mike came to my house. He was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to talk to. He also repaired the gasket in a very short period of time which I appreciated because it was a busy day here. If I could rate 0 stars I would. They came out last week to fix a running toilet for my mother. Told me I needed a new one as the current one was old, but said they fixed the running. I asked for estimate on a new toilet .(May 3rd) After going to my mothers, saw that the toilet was still running but continued to ask for estimate for new one. Finally given one over text for $800 for new toilet (May 4th). On May 10th I asked for written estimate. Asked again on May 11th and 12th. On Saturday, May 13 was told the person was sick and would send right over. Signed it and set up for 05/19 at noon. No one should up on 05/19 at noon. When I texted and asked where they were and if they were coming, the reply was Let me find out, give me a second. When I texted again at 1pm I received no response. When I texted again at 1:30, one hour and a half later, I still received no response. Still no response, no apology no call to reschedule as of current. If I ran my business this way I wouldn't be in business. A professional common courtesy call was all I expected. I'll go with Krandalls which I should have in the first place. Goes to show you don't find random professionals: on the internet. Save yourselves about a week and go with someone you know and trust

Talk about great, trustworthy service. Mike came promptly and did an amazing job. I had a clogged sewer drain which had given me problems in the past, but now that we called All Service Plumbing - our plumbing problems are a thing of the past. Mike ran a camera into the sewer line and identified the problem quickly, and delivered a reliable solution on the spot.

My husband called to see if this company could come out TODAY to help with our plumbing repairs. They gave us a 3-5 pm window. They were very nice and helpful (Dan). They came and gave us great service and explained what they felt our situation needed and gave us a price for it. We were very happy with that price and went with their suggestions. ***BEWARE CONSUMER-NO STARS THIS PLUMBER IS DISHONEST!!***
They were dispatched to my home from home insurance for a potential backed up sewage line.
Mike snaked it and ran a camera through, did a whole act that there were breaks in our sewage line.
Quoted me several thousands of dollars to repair it.
Home insurance would pay a portion.
Mike started to bargain with me saying that if I didn't do it now I will continue to have problems. He bargained the cost a few times and in the end said as a temporary resort to pay him a few hundred dollars out of pocket to clean out the line. How does one go to its urgent so spend thousands of dollars to let's just clean the line?!
Thank god i didn't believe him and requested a second opinion. Second opinion snaked and sent a camera through, the results?-NO BREAKS IN OUR SEWAGE LINE!

I can't say enough good things about Eddie at All Service Plumbing. My tenant reached me at 3pm on the Friday after Thanksgiving to let me know their toilet wasn't draining. I used google maps and found All Service Plumbing - after the first place I reached wanted to charge $325 for a service call! I was relieved that they were open on the long weekend and Eddie was able to diagnose the problem that same afternoon. It turned out the problem was more complex than just the clogged toilet (which couldn't be snaked because something had been dropped in it). He used a camera to see that there were also roots growing into the original cast iron drain line - not surprising since the house was built in the 1920s. Eddie was very patient explaining all the issues and how they would be addressed and he and his crew came back on Saturday and everything is as good as new now. He even took the time to send me all of the before and after pictures. It's never fun to spend money on large repairs, but I am so grateful to have found such a competent and thorough company and Eddie was a gem.

Exceptional service thanks to Jose and Brandon. Both were very professional. I gave All Service Plumbing a call on a Monday at 5:15 PM - Jose and Brandon showed up at 6 PM and took care of the job in less than 3 hours. Raphael and Kevin were awesome! They were prompt and professional and explained the process of hydro jetting and scoping explaining what was taking place every step of the way. Very personable and friendly. It was a pleasure working with them. I called them and they came out last minute on the same day. I needed to find out what was going on with the sewer in an escrow transaction and their pricing was very reasonable and even gave me a 10 percent discount as a first time customer. Jackie who answered the phone was very helpful and answered a lot of my questions. As a broker/realtor I will be using their services for all my future clients and recommending their services!
Had issues with my trash disposal and shower drain. Greg showed great customer service, was very professional and corrected issues with no delays.

Mike was professional, efficient, and friendly. I sent out a service request to 4 plumbing companies through Yelp around 6:30 a.m. and Mike from ASP was the first one responded. He did a thorough job to clean out the main pipeline at my rental property. In comparison to the time and efforts he spent on this project, the price he offered is beyond reasonable. I would definitely use his service again.
We called quite a few plumbers in our area and we have to say Oscar was hands down the best! This guy was not only nice but so knowledgeable. He got the job done! We will be calling when we run into any troubles in our home! THANK YOU OSCAR!
Our dishwasher was not draining properly this morning. There was a leaking under the sink when dishwasher was running. The technician came within one hour right after we called and fixed it.
Wow! I contacted Mike at 8:45 last night, he responded back to me by 8:55! Our upstairs shower backed up last night and we needed some help! He said he could have someone out between 8-9 am.... Pablo was here at 7:55! Are you kidding me... a company that shows up 5 min before their window!! Pablo came prepared, he wore his own booties while walking through our house. He snaked out our shower and the drain is once again flowing. Pablo was very professional, and just an all around nice guy. We had some other plumbing questions, and he was more than happy to answer them all. We would definately use this company in the future. Our water pressure was low on our hot water so we called out some plumbers to try and figure it out. One company wanted to replace the water heater which I was reluctant since it was only three years old. Another company wanted to repipe my hot water piping. Finally, all service plumbing came out and figured out there was a clog on the hot water nipple on the water heater. All service plumbing saved me hundreds or thousands of dollars because they knew what they were doing. I can't thank you enough all service plumbing and Pablo our technician.
Super friendly. Explained all of process that was going on. Turned out i had roots in drain pipe under driveway. They added main clean out since i didnt have one. They busted up roots with hydro jet. Did work in one day, the next day, which was Sunday. My issue was zero water was draining from my house. So very happy i called them. Also they arrived before scheduled time, about 15 min after i called them on a Saturday.

Not sure the office often schedule their technicians in tight schedules caused the techinican didn't arrive on scheduled window time or it just happened on my appointment day...... I made a appointment for 10/31 Monday between 10am -12 pm window. I waited till 12 pm and no one came. Later, their customer service called me and said the technician was still busy with current customer. He will be at my house very quickly. I asked her can he unless arrive before 1:30 pm, because I have work to do. She said yes, but one hour later she called me and said the technician can't arrive at 1:30 pm. So she signed me with another technician, named Diego.
Diego and his partner came in 15 mins!!! super fast. They did the job nicely and explained to me the reasons my tube plumbing didn't work well and taught me how to maintain. I would give him and his partner a 5 out of 5 review.
But about their office I would give a 2 stars. It would be nicer if the office send some one right away after is over the scheduled time window (10-12) so it won't waste too much of my time and that scheduled technician won't be in rush with current house he was working on.

Had a pretty bad issue at my house with tangled roots in the main sewer line. A friend of mine tried to snake it and had no luck. My dad found All Service Plumbing online and sent me the number. I called and they were at the house in under the 2 hours quoted. Dan was the service technician that came out. Him and his crew used the hydro jet and got the pipes clear in no time. Dan put in a lot of the work himself and brought my girlfriend and I outside to show us on the camera exactly what was going on. Very solid company with trustworthy people. Super impressed with them and would highly recommend!
Jesse came and saved the day! My laundry room drain backed up and needed the main line Hydro Jetted. Now I am back in business thanks to Jesse He worked hard for me up and down steps of my building! I would have him out any time I have a problem.

Pilot went out on my water heater this morning. I called ALL SERVICE PLUMBING and they were here with in 45 minutes. Joey came to troubleshoot my water heater which was wet from the rain yesterday. He was able to relight it cautioning that it may not stay lit because of all of the moisture at the bottom. He left it lit at no charge and said to call if I have further trouble. I was very pleased with the service.

Called around to a few other plumbers. All Services Plumbing gave the most reasonable quote (price point and time) to fix our clogs. Love that All Service Plumbing is family owned and operated. Rick and Mike were prompt and professional when communicating with us. Rick was able to come out within 30 minutes on the same day as our initial call. He explained each step in the process and was polite and friendly. Took less than one hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink and also a hard to fix slow draining bathtub (that we tried many times to fix on our own with a handheld snake among other DIY remedies).

So this is just part one so it will be quick. I had a pretty bad problem with our main drain. We had toilets and showers backed up and nothing I could do fixed it. I finally realized I can't do this and went to Yelp. I came across this company and a few others with perfect ratings. Mike was the first to answer and just had all the right concerns and answers for us. He said he could be out in just a few hours and Pablo arrived when promised. Pablo worked on our main for a while and his only concern was to get us taken care of. After he talked with Mike they came up with a plan and got the drain cleared so we could take care of stuff! Also we are having them back on Monday to jet spray our pipes. I will continue with pet 2 then but I have no doubt it will be as good as this one!
Awhile back I got a flat tire and Jesse from All Service Plumbing pulled over to help me. I recently had some problems with our kitchen line backing up so I gave him a call to have it checked out. He was able to diagnose the problem that same day. He quoted me a great price for all the work that needed to be done. Right now with everything going on money has been tight but the quality I received was worth every penny. They were organized, clean and I would recommend them to anybody who needs plumbing services.
Jesse showed up within the hour. Mask on, courteous, diagnose the issue, got to work right away and finished the job. The price is extremely reasonable. I will definitely recommend ASP and use them again in the future.
Had very low water pressure in our sink at work. Called a large chain plumber who came out and quoted us $1,600 to fix it- no thanks! So I called this company randomly and Mike came out and fixed it in about 15 min for $250. Thanks Mike!!
The plumber who came out to unclog a drain was right on time. Óscar went through his diagnostics, he explained the options, and went straight to work. Great customer service. If all the plumbers in this company are the caliber of Oscar, then this is a top-notch service.
At first, I thought this was a simple clogged pipe problem. So I talked to a few plumbers to request quotes for snaking / hydro jet job. Mike came and did that work but also reviewed the issue with a camera and as it turned out, my main draining pipe is broken and the damage is located at least 9' deep. I discussed the issue with 4 other plumbers and all concluded the same, however, I noticed that Mike is not only one of the most skilled, but his team has the best capacity to provide a solution.
This is a big job! Mike and his team had to break down the concrete in my garage and excavate for more than 22 hours and up to 15' deep to find the broken part and fixed it. After that, they also hydro jet the pipe once more to ensure the ingress/egress is completely clear. For 5 days, they worked diligently and every day update me on their progress. Each team members are courteous, professional, friendly and hardworking. I'm so glad I found Mike on Yelp and did the right decision to hire him and his crew.

I didn't think I could be WOWed by a plumbing company, but here I am eagerly writing a 5-star review for All Service Plumbing! We had a clogged shower drain in our master bathroom that we couldn't get to clear. Called All Service Plumbing and they were here the same day, within a few hours. These guys are Awesome! We just moved in to our new home and all of our drains were backed up. They diagnosed and identified the issues and had prompt reliable service . They had the equipment to get down to the root of the problem . We were able to use our toilets again that evening, I'm so glad we called them.

Bought a new washer & dryer after 15 yrs. Had them delivered & to be installed but my shut-off valves for the washer was too old as was the shut-off valve for the gas dryer. Found All Service Plumbing on line, called & asked if they could fix this. The answer was yes, we'll be there between 11 & 1 today!!!!! That's what I call service. Jorge came & explained the problem & the fact that I still had galvanized pipes. Replaced the pipes with copper, fixed the washer & dryer shut-off valves. Very good service. Ok, well they don't want our business, all good. So I called All Service and spoke with Frank. He said they would be here by 2-4, but he was running tad late. All good! He called to keep me informed the entire time, so I wasn't left wondering.
When he got here, he quickly assessed the problem, answered my questions and tried to save me money every step of the way. He call a leak detection person, who also was awesome and gave it to me straight. They could have torn up concrete/walls and said that wasn't necessary and didn't charge me and got me discounts where they could.
They did a bang up job, cleaned up the leak and gave me a restoration company recommendation to dry out the water. It wasn't cheap (it never is), but it could have been so, so much worse.
Hats off to Frank and the All Service crew!
We had a complete house back up (full emergency mode) and Dan from All Service Plumbing provided all-around excellent service. I will use them again because each specialty team that came out did everything professionally and with technology that was new to us. Thank you Dan, Albeno, Marko and Edgar (forgetting a few) for ending this plumbing nightmare we had at the end of September 2022.
Five stars...definitely a 5. I have suffered from so many plumbers that treated me like I know absolutely nothing. That is what is so refreshing about All Service plumbing. From the moment Joey set foot in my door he treated me respectfully and listened to what I had to say. Joey was also very professional and aware that cost was an issue for me. I have 63 year old pipes that eventually go bad. Needless to say, I had to have a substantial amount of work. Joey even found the company to remove the sewage from under my house. Joey held my hand every step of the way and when I had my breakdown (momentary I promise) he and All Service Plumbing promised to worked with me. I saw all the pictures before after during and trust me I felt like they saved me a lot of money and they did a lot of work. I highly recommend them. And finally feel like I have a plumber I can trust. Thank you Joey and Jackie!!
Oscar was great. I had a leaking shower head. He explained the situation very well and answered any questions I had. I'm happy with the work done.
First a big Shout out Jesse whom showed up early, was kind, informative and very thorough. He even cleaned up the tub and the door knobs that he touched when he was finished!
Second, ASP was so much more affordable than several other companies, literally 1/3 of the cost some of these other plumbing companies were trying to charge. I will definitely use this company again when needed.
We had our first slab leak and it caused major damage. I called four plumbers in the area and none of them answered, all service was able to come out right away. Rick was very knowledgeable and explained the process of re-routing a water pipe and how these pipes were originally installed. He also gave us the option of re-piping the entire house due to the likeliness of another slab leak in the future. We went for the re-route of the one line and we were very impressed. Rick and his crew used plastic to cover our belongings and laid paper and tarps to cover the floors. They were done in one day and left everything clean. I hope we don't have to use all service again soon but at least we know we have a good plumbing company.

I woke up to water all over my kitchen floor yesterday. I called a few plumbing companies that said they were open but never answered. Finally found all service plumbing who was able to come out right away. Rick was my technician and found out we had a slab leak.
At that point I was freaking out because I thought my new floors were going to be ripped up and my kitchen torn apart. After some more diagnostics they found exactly where the leak was coming from and they were able to start right away.
The process of rerouting the pipe went very smooth. They put plastic over all of my furniture and appliances. They had a walkway in and out of the job area. Very impressed. The job was completed the same day! I only had to miss one day of work. All service plumbing is my new plumbing company . Thanks for everything.

These guys are great. On time, fair price, job done right. I would call them again for sure.
I am really happy to find plumbing service who is caring for the customers. I feel they have so many customers so they can more generous and not pushy to cusomters or they are not trying to add anything to make extra cash. They are very honest and they really try to please the customers. The employees really love their boss so they do great work. I will continue to hire them.
I called All Service Plumbing because of the positive Yelp reviews. Our toilet was not getting water and after turning the shut off valve one way and then back the other, I was stumped.
I got a call back within a few minutes and Mike said he could get out in the afternoon. We were not available in the afternoon, and he said he'd get someone to our home first thing in the morning, at 8:00 am. We got a call to notify us that the plumber was running a 10 minutes late. That is very professional.
The plumber arrived at 8:10. When he checked the toilet, I was embarrassed because it functioned properly! I asked how much I owed for the service call, and he replied Nothing, just remember us for your future needs! When does that happen nowadays???? That is great service and deserves getting great PR! We will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues .
Called this company yesterday, made an appointment for them to come by this morning 8-10 AM. No one showed up nor called me to cancel or reschedule. For this they get a 1 star.

I reached out to this company because I needed a pvc pipe caped and they never replied to my messages. They don't care about people that need help with small projects.
I don't ever write reviews but this company All Service Plumbing went above and beyond to get our home plumbing back in working order! Rafael Raygoza was amazing! He had to deal with our home warranty company which made it a hassle but Rafael was familiar with the process and got our plumbing issues corrected in no time! Great communication, arrived on time, kept the work area during and after service very clean, which my wife really appreciated! I would highly recommend All Service Plumbing to all my friends and family and I hope All Service Plumbing knows how valuable of an asset Rafael Raygoza is to the team!! I Will definitely use them again!

We've had several plumbers out in the last year for drain issues and none of them have been able to give us a clear answer or resolution to our issue. I called all service plumbing and Mike came out to our home. He was able to clear the line and he ran a camera to see what the issue was. He found several locations where the pipe was not intact. In fact I'm wondering how we were able to flush the toilet at all. We went with his recommendation of a trenchless pipe installation and everything is running smooth. Don't mess with anyone but the pros at all service plumbing.
I am a real estate agent and had a problem that was called out during the home inspection. I called and asked if they could look at the issue and correct it. The problem was addressed and fixed in the time frame promised. The quality of the work and the professionalism was excellent. I would definitely use All Service Plumbing again as well as recommend them.

Fantastic services. They replaced my water heater and it is working great now. The two guys that came in were very polite and professional. Highly recommended.
We had a leak in garage at the laundry line water valve. Tech came out and looked at it for less than 5 minutes and told me that I needed a brand new setup that requires tearing up wall for $1350 that I didn't ask for me. I asked him to see if he can just take a look at the actual broken hardware and he said he wouldn't know where to start. Obviously, guy is on commission. I asked what's the best he can do for me and he went to sit In his car and came back pretending to talk to his manager and said $1100 but he would not patch up the wall. I said no thanks and found someone to fix just what I wanted which was a simple piece of hardware for $150. I would go zero stars if I could. Go to Guardian Plumbing instead. They won't scam you.

I have used the service of this business 2 times. Both times had been great. The technicians that came out had been professional and were honest with the issues at hand. They were knowledgeable with the problems and were able to answer all of my questions.
Prices were reasonable during this time of inflation, which was also one of the reasons i utilized. Their services.
The jobs both times were also done professionally with good results.
Hydrojet price was the most reasonable out of everyone I contacted for my blocked sewer. After the hydrojet, my sewer worked perfectly.
The sewer liner job was performed with precision. The team was able to line my main sewer right to where it was supposed to be.
In all, very satisfied with this company's services.

All Service Plumbing was very professional. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Their technicians where respectful and took the time to explain the issue and how to fix it.
Honestly very pleased with All Service Plumbing and can highly recommend. Had Dan out for hydrojetting since we just moved into a new place and wanted to understand if our house needed this service. He was extremely professional and helped my husband and me understand the whole process and really helped to educate us.

Late Thursday night, my wife tells me that the toilets and bath were backing up. I figured we had some roots in the main line since it had happened 3 years before, but I had to work the next day and was busy all weekend with commitments and knew that I would not be able to fix it myself. Early Friday morning I called All Service Plumbing and asked if they could come out and fix the issue. They quoted $99 but I told them I did not have a clean out and they would have to pull the toilet, so the price went up to $225 - Fair enough. I booked an appointment for between 12 and 2pm and they showed up on time and got to work clearing the line. My wife was the one at home and she stated they they were there for a few hours and did pull out some roots.
I got home late Friday night after picking up my daughter and she jumps in the shower and everything backs up. I call All Service Plumbing and tell them that the line has not been cleared and they told me they the only way to clear it would be to install a clean out. Quoted price of $1600. WTF!! I could put a clean out in in a couple hours for $150. My main line is 24 inches down and covered by some dirt and grass. Dig, cut and install, not that difficult. We are not talking about bringing a backhoe in and digging up an entire yard.
I am super annoyed at this point, because now it is late on a Friday night of a busy weekend and my family can't take showers, flush the toilets, do laundry, wash dishes etc...
I had previous engagement on Saturday that I could not reschedule and had to cancel 2 other engagements on Sunday so I could deal with the plumbing issue. I could have called another plumbing company, but now i'm dealing with weekend rates and even more money for rush service and to be honest, I didn't know if I could trust another company. Sunday morning I wake up and go to Home Depot to rent a main line snake with a 100 foot cable. I pull the toilet and fill the line up with water till it was backed up all the way, I run the snake into the line with a cutter bit on the end and in less than an hour from start to finish all the backed up water flows out and the line is cleared.
I am happy that the line is cleared and I will install the clean out to make it easier next time, but I am super annoyed that my wife, three daughters and I had to deal with this all weekend and that I had to rearrange my schedule in order to finish the job myself.
Some positive points were that they showed up on time, left the bathroom clean when they left and only charged $100 instead of the $225 since they could not get it cleared. The bad part is that they are the plumbing company and should have been able to clear the line. It was obviously possible to clean out the mainline without installing a clean out for $1,600 since the line is now running clean.

My kitchen sink suddenly started intensely leaking from a garbage disposal clog (intense as in water shooting out from the pipe and flooding the kitchen intense... truly traumatizing). I obviously needed a pro as soon as possible.
I originally reached out to another plumber who never showed up morning of, so I needed to find a new plumbing service quickly, as the clogged sink made it difficult to get any cooking or cleaning done and I couldn't wait any longer to get this issue resolved.
I found All Service Plumbing via Yelp and they were super responsive and dispatched their team out in less than 2 hours. They also fixed everything up in less than an hour for a competitive price (cheaper than the original option I had).
Joshua and his teammate Salvador were also so kind and patient with all my questions. Would definitely reach out again for future, regular maintenance.

I usually review food, but these guys were too awesome not to review! They really took care of my constantly backing up plumbing issue. He gave me 3 options and I ended up just taking care of it once and for all. In the middle of a pandemic with me and my kids home all the time I wanted to rest easy knowing I didnt have to hold my breath every time I flushed.
They showed up on time, were very clean, cleaned up my front yard, and always answered any questions I had. I could not be happier with these guys. Give them a call. I even trusted them to be in my house when I wasnt home.

Water heater started to leak so I got a quote from some big name companies that smell good . They're prices were outrageous so I took to yelp to find a local plumbing company. All service plumbing was easy to talk to on the phone and were even willing to give some rough prices on a water heater replacement. They came out over the weekend it went really smooth. The cost was about what they quoted over the phone. Rick was our technician and he was real polite. Thank you All Service Plumbing for the outstanding service.

Had all service plumbing come out for a hydrojetting service. They cost less than half of another big name company. Mike was our tech, he was very friendly and explained how our sewer works. Also he gave us trenchless and repair options. He was very honest and upfront. The big company tried to use scare tactics to get us to do the work quickly. Thank you Mike.

Today I needed a plumber to fix a slow draining bathroom sink and bathtub. I sent out a yelp project and All Service Plumbing got back to me first with a great price and immediate availability. Had a clog in the main line. Called after hours and made an appointment for the following morning. Pablo arrived on time and was very professional. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Great job, Great service!
Long story short, All Service Plumbing Drain and Hydro-Jet is the company to call if you need a job done right and at a very reasonable cost. I was quoted by another plumbing company $6000.00 to do a job that Mike did for $1200.00. It was the exact same job, and Mike did it within forty-eight hours. Talk about saving a ton of money, and getting the job done. I'll definitely be calling Mike again for any plumbing needs in the future
In January, the main waterline coming into our house broke, which we noticed at 6 am. I searched Yelp and decided to call All Service Plumbing based on reviews and location, since we had no water and needed someone who can get out to our soon as possible. Even though the business was not opened, I left a message and within 5 mins. Mike called me back and was out to our house within a couple of hours. He was able to find the problem right away and gave us couple of options to fix. He had the problem solved right away and at a fair price.
We were very happy with his service and price. So we decided to get a quote from him on other plumbing jobs we have been putting off. Including replacing a kitchen sink facet (which btw, we have gotten several ridiculously high quotes in the past), replacing couple of toilets and replacing all our builder grade cheap plastic water valve shut off with 1/4 turns. We thought his quote was very fair and scheduled him to come out again. Yet again we were very happy with quality of his work, service, and price. I have now added him on my contact list and have recommended him to my friends.
When I flushed my toilet stuff was coming up in my bathtub. I called All Service and they were out same day within hours. Mike used his camera to look and see what the issue was. So helpful. He showed me the camera and I could see why I had a clog. He gave us 3 options and I got it fixed the same day. I would 10/10 recommend them. They made the whole process so easy.
Had 2 blocked drains in recent months. Called All Service to handle both, because they're local, and they've gotten excellent reviews on Yelp.
Both times, Mike came out, took care of business, and went onto his next appointment. He's polite, efficient, detailed and tidy. Also appreciate his upfront pricing to root out blocked drains.
Haven't used his services for anything major, so you'll need to read other reviews, But I wouldn't hesitate to call him.

No call no show. Couldn't make it to our 8am-10am appointment which we made yesterday on a Sunday. Today is Monday, no one calls no one shows up in the time provided so we call and they say let us call you right back. But there was no call back. I'm called for a quote to Hydro-Jet our main sewer line, which I had installed a 4 dual clean out on a few years ago. When they arrived I was told the quote was for one direction and was a special price. Which they failed to mention on the phone. Finally they did Hydro-Jet in both directions for the quoted price but I was still ripped off because Hydro-Jetting should clear all roots. I was told there was a warranty. So when in less than a month we had a them back when the main line was completely stopped they snaked not hydro jetted and stopped after pulling out one root and said they had to dig up a section of the main line that's your only option we also had to pay for the service call on the second visit because I was told there was no warranty and the guy who told me that was fired. (both times they where just trying to sell us a 30 thousand dollar liner). So we had them leave without digging up the sewer, our main sewer line was still not flowing at all. So we hired a company who knew how to use a commercial snake machine and they cleared the line.
Had a clogged kitchen sink - eeewwww - so gross to wake up to!
Found them here on Yelp - called and the owner answered the phone early in the morning - like 630 am! Impressive!
We found their prices to be reasonable so we went with them. Unfortunately he did not have anything open for same so I had to live with clogged sinks - excuse to go out and eat since I could not wash dishes! :-)
They came the next evening, ON TIME, and gone in 15 minutes!! The guy that came, I think his name was Rick? Very, friendly and professional!
If you EVER need a plumber with great rates and even better customer service - this is the place to call!!

Revised...I left and honest review but decided to edit it because Mike called me to understand my situation better.
Long story short, they couldn't assess our clogged drain so I stopped the diagnosis and needed a 2nd opinion.
They were fast and cooperative and I would give them another chance in the future.
Make sure you ask questions and understand your problems before rushing into throwing money at a problem. It was a problem that me (the owner) could have avoided but I'm glad they followed up with me to sort it out.
How do I begin? We moved into a new home in Huntington Beach about one month ago. Sadly, this house had old, corroded plumbing underneath, unbeknownst to us and our landlord. A month into living there, we had a sewage flood! It was an awful experience. That's when All Service Plumbing came to the rescue! Last week, they tackled the disaster and delivered on schedule, just as promised. The job was completed within approximately five days. This plumbing team is professional at its finest. If you live in Southern California and need a dependable and skilled crew, I recommend hiring them. We are so grateful to Rudy and the entire All Service Plumbing team for their outstanding work!
Mike was very friendly, which is the main reason we decided to hire him. He replaced our office water heater and did such a clean job. We were given a fair quote for the replacement and he was in and out exactly in the time he had estimated. I highly recommend him and WILL definitely hire for future jobs.

These guys gave me a quote to service service a clogged drain for $79. Then they show up and and claim that its gonna $145/drain. What a rip. They bid low, then run-up the cost when they show up. They never mentioned that the $79 quote was based upon having a cleanout access point. That's a lie. They just made that up , after they arrived.
Greg and Kevin were super professional and walked me through the process as well as best options. They never tried to over sell like most companies but treated the situation like it was there home and worked with me to determine what is best. They even cleaned up the smallest amount of mess I told them was it fine and I would clean it up later but Greg was persistent as he wanted the place better than he found it. It is rare to find a company you trust and treat you like a friendly neighbor looking out for your home and pocketbook. True to the good team and company they are, I was provided additional steps to take care of any drain issues in the future.
Wow! They did such a great job. Came the same day I called to unclog the bathtub. Rick was super nice and I'd definitely recommend ASP!

Mike showed up about an hour late on a Saturday morning. But I can live with that. He replaced my garbage disposal for a price that I felt was a little high, but again I can live with that too. He took a picture of a tub faucet that needed to be replaced and was supposed to find one that he could order. A week later, I called him to remind him. He said he would get back to me that afternoon. I texted him the next day as another reminder and again a week later. Finally the day after that, I sent him a text saying forget it, I'll find another plumber. If he didn't want the job because it was too small or whatever, I wish he would have just said so. Today I texted him by mistake instead of another plumber. I was surprised to see that he had the nerve to block my number. Wow, he really does not want to be bothered by me anymore. That means he doesn't have any intention of replying to me ever. That was the last straw and prompted my bad review.

In early December, I called them for a clogged toilet at my 80 year old parent apartment. Appointment time was from 4-6 pm. The guy showed up at 7:15 pm. He used a snake machine to unclog the toilet for 375 bucks, with no guarantees whatsoever. If you want guarantees, they will run a camera and it costs a couple extra hundred bucks more. Two weeks later, my parent's toilet was clogged up again and they had to walk to public bathroom for their needs for 8 days. On New Year day, I had to rent the snake machine from Home Depot and spent 4 hours to pull the toilet out and unclog it myself. I don't think I will ever call them again. So sad!
All service plumbing did an excellent job. The gave gave step by step on what there going to do and pricing as well. Would call them back for another job. Recommend to family and friends for there plumbing job

I called All Service Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon requesting emergency service because the plumbing for the toilet from our rental unit was removed by another plumber and could not reinstall. I was hoping All Service plumbing would be able to come on Sunday but let's be real, that is not realistic. However, All Service Plumbing did commit to arrive first thing in the morning on Monday and they did. In fact they arrived at 7:30am which I appreciated because they acknowledged the urgency of the situation.They checked the issue and right away gave me an estimate which was approved and finished the job on the same day. Other plumbers had said it would take 2-3 days. Overall, I am pleased with the service that was provided. Did I mention I had tenants living at the unit too. The plumbers worked around all obstacles and did not disturb tenants at all. Thank you All Service Plumbing for your help and outstanding service.

We had a VERY clogged drainline involving a shower, toilet, 2 lavs and the washing machine! I called and spoke to Mike-he explained what he thought it would cost-which seemed very reasonable so I scheduled him to come out. He arrived within 5 hours and took care of the nasty clog in about 15 minutes! We were very happy with the prompt, same day service. The price was the quoted price, which we also appreciated. Mike was pleasant, professional and prompt. His trainee was also polite and competent. I would use this company again, and I highly recommend them.
I called today, and my called was answered, Pablo arrived here, he presented himself and gave me the price of the repair. In few minutes my shower was working. He removed the clog that it had. And gave me recommendation of what to do to prevent the problem.

Prompt and professional. Unfortunately the representative said the job would be $79 over the phone, but charged $99 even though it was under a 10 minute drain snaking (exactly what was agreed upon over the phone).
If you need to get to the root of the problem, Michael is your guy! Reliable, honest and hard working. He took the time to go underneath the house to inspect the underlining problems, recorded a video and explained what is needed. He went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing needs. Came out on a Saturday evening to clear my mom's main clean out line for the regular service charge - not extra because of the weekend. He ran the camera and snaked it, but she ended up needing the hydro-jet. Came back another day with the truck and gave her a credit for the first service charge to put towards the cost of the hydro-jetting. Would definitely recommend!

Water heater went out, called All Service Plumbing and they sent their guys out immediately the next day. Joey and John were great! They showed up at 8am. Assessed the situation. We decided out of our options, to replace a part that would last a couple of years or replace the whole thing that would last at least 10 years. We went with the latter. The guys left to go get our new water heater at 9am, returned at 1pm. Quickly they went to work. They removed, replaced and installed our new water heater with ease! Joey was very knowledgeable, he explained everything that he was going to do, he was efficient and he said we would have our hot water back by 3pm and we did!! It was actually earlier than that! Always get a second quote. ASP quoted a specific price for our slab leak in the bathroom, we made an appointment for the work to be performed, once they cut into the wall he stated he made a mistake due to the manifold was in the slab not above it. He stated the only way to repair was to either jackhammer the foundation or totally re pipe the whole house. Quote increased by approximately 4K +. I called another company, they located the copper pipes in the bedroom wall, cut a 2 x 2 ft square and located the manifold. Long story short, I saved $3,000.00 and my issue is now fixed. I am giving them 2 stars as they were prompt, and do not think they were trying to upsell , the plumber just didn't know.
I appreciate Mike going the extra step to help us on short notice on a Saturday. He sent Oscar and Henry. They sent us updates and arrived ahead of schedule. They were very professional and courteous. They assessed the job walking through it with me. They provided a fair estimate. The provided updates through every step of the work. They completed the hydro jet and camera inspection reviewing results. They provided a fair estimate for the additional work required. In addition, they provided recommendations for homeowner periodic maintenance. My family and I were very comfortable with them. My experience was good people taking pride in doing a good job and establishing a relationship. Pride and workmanship. We are grateful.
Unreliable service. I rescheduled an appointment because a technician was behind schedule. The second time, no one showed up.
Good, friendly service, but rip-ff pricing. I foolishly accepted a quote based on worst case and when it came in as a minor job I only got a $500 discount. That means their labor was $500 an hour. Won't be calling them again.

I called all service plumbing again for a leak under the sink. Armando was my tech and he was so helpful. It turns out my dishwasher was never installed correctly. The Technician said I needed an air gap for my dishwasher to work properly. Also I had some drains upgraded and a new faucet installed while I was getting this work done. Armando was very personable and professional. It's nice to have a reliable plumbing company I can call anytime.
Our base boards and door frame was bulging and cracking due to water coming from an unknown source. I contacted ASP through their website on Memorial Day and received a call back within minutes. They were able to send a plumber out the following day to inspect things. A timeframe was given for that day but our plumber was a little late; however, their service recovery was unexpected but great, and definitely made up for the slight tardiness. Long story short, the leak was discovered and fixed fairly quickly. The service provided by Rafael and the others at ASP was a positive experience. I also appreciate everyone wearing masks in our house without any special requests to do so - during these tough times.
I've had these guys come out for a couple of issues and have always been fast and effective. We had them come out about a year ago for a minor bathroom plumbing issue, and just recently to help with a broken and leaky thermostat on our water heater. Great work and fast. Always a pleasure and will keep using them.
Mike came out the same day and took care of everything on time! He is a great plumber and knows his stuff. So greatful for Mike and his team!
We are very impressed with how professional Mike and his team are, we needed some work done on the toilet and the water heater quickly, I called few plumbers on Yelp, all of them wanted to come out to look first and then schedule the service, Mike has enough experience to know what needs to be done from a picture he asked me to send. He gave a very reasonable estimate and scheduled the service right away, Pablo came and fixed the issues, after the work is done I noticed one minor issue and I called Mike, and Pablo showed up again next day and took care of the issue. These guys are really good, I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again in the future.

WARNING DO NOT TRUST ASP Plumbing! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
ASP sent out plumber named Izaiah to fix a clogged sink at my house. Izaiah said he could not snake the drain and needed to crawl under my house to inspect the pipes. Next thing I heard was Izaiah yelling turn off the water main! I turned off the water main and found Izaiah coming up from under my house covered in mud. Izaiah then told me he found a paper barcode sticker covering a hole in a pipe and when he removed it water began to gush out. He also proceeded to tell me my pipes are old, corroded, impossible to snake and he wanted $10,000 to re-pipe the entire house. My house was completely re-piped 5 years ago when I remodeled the home so I knew this was a lie and also knew there was no way a paper sticker would hold back water pressure in a pipe. I told Izaiah I would need to get a few other quotes before agreeing to work with anyone. The next morning I had a trusted plumber named Marquez Bros that my father referred me to and had them inspect the problem. Marquez Bros fixed the leaky pipe and snaked the drain for $200. Also Marquez Bros brought me the section of leaky pipe and showed me a obvious freshly made sawcut and insisted that Izaiah from ASP plumbing cut my pipe intentionally to create more work and scam me. In addition after Izaiah from ASP came to my house Izaiah called me several times using high pressure sales tactics saying he would give me discounts and even offered me a Military Veterans discount knowing that I never served in the military. Fast forward 30 days later my wife heard the sound of water flowing under my house. I looked under the crawl space and found a pond of water pooled up and another leaky pipe. Once again I called out Marquez Bros and they quickly repaired the pipe and showed me yet another piece of pipe that was obviously cut with a saw and recently. I hope that nobody ever has to experience what I went through and I am very lucky that I did not fall for their scam. I now need to monitor the pipes under my house looking out for any other saw cuts ASP made to my pipes. I also have a mold specialist coming to inspect for mold and water damage as this leak was going for a long time I assume.

It all started with a loud POP from the toilet and water all over the floor! We quickly turned the water off to the toilet and hit up Yelp for some help! I called All Service Plumbing and Drain at 9:00 am and someone was here by the ten o'clock hour. He was very professional, took a look at the problem and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue.
He could have told us we needed a new toilet or charged us an arm and a leg...but he charged us the service fee because really it was just a hose that came disconnected inside the tank of the toilet and was spraying water all over.
I will absolutely be adding this business to my growing list of businesses to call for home emergencies!

We had a MAJOR plumbing issue in March 2019. Our toilets weren't flushing at all on a late Friday night. I called multiple plumbers and All Service was the only one that answered. Jackie was very friendly and I was able to make an appointment with their rep the next day. Greg came promptly and was very friendly. Our plumbing issue was bigger than we thought and we needed it done ASAP. Greg and Kyle installed a 2 way clean out for the main sewer line in the front yard and relined the sewer main. Then we had a rupture and broken sewer line underneath our home in the crawlspace, which was a health hazard, let alone a disaster. Greg worked with PRC to clean out the contaminated soil in order to repair the sewer line. This became a 24HR issue. After PRC finished their job, Greg, Reno, and Luis came in and finished replacing all the piping/sewer lines underneath our home. Amazing! They worked on this at all hours to finish the job ASAP and accommodate our special needs son, who needs to have his normal schedule and routine. This was a VERY expensive job but needed to be done ASAP. Mike came to our home to work out financing, which was very nice. Thank All Service! We appreciate your hardwork and will call on you for our plumbing needs.
Eddie did an awesome job redoing a bunch of our piping recently! Then, he came out again for something else that turned out to be a simple fix that we can do on our own. Fast and Courteous. All service plumbing is our preferred vendor for our apartment complex. These guys know what they're doing and have the right equipment to get the job done. Most recently we had a sanitary drain lines hydrojetted. Rick and Andrew serviced them and did a great job.

Dan and his team were exceptional!! Their customer service and dedication to the job was amazing. We were so pleased with the entire experience. Dan's follow up with us was so professional. Called us in the morning and night before his team arrived and left to keep us updated on the each day's progress.
All Service Plumbing was the 2nd plumber we had come out to our rental property as we had both of our bathrooms clogged and overflowing. The 1st plumber could only help us so much as he suggested hydro jetting or even replacing a part of our main line which he could not do. This is why we called ASP. When Dan and his team showed up they got right to work and were so knowledgable about how to proceed. Our house is from the 1930's and only a portion of our plumbing was replaced by our owners some years ago. The other portion needed to be replaced as they were cast iron pipes and corroded. They kept us informed about how they were going to do everything and how long it was going to take. We were without fully functional bathrooms for 3 days but they ensured we had some type of running water and bathrooms each night while they completed the job.
As mentioned, we do not own the property so this expense was taken on by our owners. I am not sure what the final total came out to but it was a big job. I have no doubt it was worth every penny. They guys worked so hard. It was obvious that our owners may have hired other plumbers in the past that were not as professional as ASP. Don't cheap out on jobs like this! You will pay for it later!

I can't say enough good things about All Service Plumbing. I had a major main sewer line issue and my whole house backed up. It was a complete mess. I called ASP and they came out within an hour! Dan was our tech and he explained everything he was going to do so that we understood the whole process. They put a clean out trap in the front yard and had the problem taken care of in two days. They also hydro jetted like 10 feet of old roots out of the pipes under the driveway. Dan and his team were super friendly, trustworthy and totally understanding to how dire our situation was. I highly recommend them and they will be the first company we call if we have any other issues. They do free estimates too! A+++

I have only written one other review... so writing a review is a big deal for me. When I called Mike the first time, I had to leave a message bright and early... within 30 minutes, he returned my call... and he showed up just as he said he would.
Unfortunately, less than a week later, I woke up to the same problem... the downside... I had to leave to go out of town... so I called him and scheduled a appointment for the day I returned... he showed up on time... and took care of the problem once and for all. It is assuring to know that I have a reliable person whom I can depend on when all goes south in our plumbing.

I called around 10am and Dan showed up by 1130am. He was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. He was in and out within 5 minutes and had our bathroom sink unclogged immediately. The service was great and as long as they keep this up, they will have me as a customer. Thank you Dan.
I have a rental property in Santa Ana in Orange County that once again had a clogged main sewer line that was backing up into the home. My usual plumber said he would be there in between 10 and 2, then he said between 2 and 6, my tenants were getting worried that they would be left with no functioning restroom and so was I. As the early evening hours had arrived I looked on Yelp for a local plumber in the area. As I spoke with Mike I knew that there was hope for a plumber to pull through for me in our time of need. He was able to clear the drain blockage that night so my tenants could use the facilities take hot showers etc. He provided me with options as far as long term solutions to my drain issue's. I chose to repair the main sewer line using the Trenchless sewer repair system that he had as a option. He knew exactly what to do and the job went super smooth, Mike event sent me pictures and a short video to keep me updated on the job witch was above and beyond what I expected. My wife and I just bought a house and we new the sewer line was bad, but we didn't expect it to back up within the first month! After we noticed toilet paper in the front yard we received a few quotations and gave a few calls. We ended up proceeding with services from All Service Plumbing. It was a very wise decision as we received a competitive quote, almost instant service, I was getting text alerts and messages on the status of our technicians (Rafael) arrival and follow up was on point. Rafael was the face of the company for this specific job. He was very professional, on time and gave accurate information throughout the entire process. He made my wife and I feel comfortable as this was a big job we had to take care of. I was super surprised at the efficiency of the team as well. Rafael originally came out to inspect our situation and provide a quotation. He said he and his team could start right away and start they did! Within the small amount of time they had found the problem 6 feet deep under my yard 25+ feet from my house! Absolutely amazing service. The entire job was finished in several business days. Had a bad leak in my shower for months. Tried to change the stem and washer several times with no success. All it took to fix it was advice from MikeE asking if I changed the seat. I was tempted to just have him come down to fix it, but he was very honest saying it was simple and if I could change a stem I could change a seat. I was very surprised that he did not try to sell me on coming over my house to do it and charge a fortune, which at this point I was ready to do after dealing with this problem for months. I needed a reliable plumber right away. I had been away visiting family and when I came home I smelled moisture . I have a realtor nose ..so I started searching for water ..nothing ....that night I heard drip drip drip coming from somewhere. Well I located the drip drip in the walls of the Laundry room. OMG this was NOT in the budget it sounded expensive. I looked up a few reputable companies for quotes. I chose All Service plumbing for a few reasons 1. The owner came for the inspection. 2. They were the only company that went under the house to take pictures of the leak. 3. The ONLY company that did NOT assume I have copper from the outside to the water main since that area had been repaired wirh copper prior. 4. Offered financing that was such a relief. I never felt pressured and they knew my money situation. They offered a few options that would resolve the issue. I'm so happy I know I got on their nerves and sometimes got in the way. Mike never made me feel like that though. I really appreciate and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Mike was Super responsive especially at 9pm at night. I had a new water heater put in earliar that day and couldnt hook the gas up because of a leak in a pipe. I contacted multiple people at 1 time via Yelp and he was the first and pretty much the only one to respond within minutes. I sent a pic of the water heater set up and he gave me a qoute and told me they would be there as soon as the AM. Ricky showed up great guy very knowledgable and helpful and also told me whats needed for an inspection. He Replaced and fixed all within 30-45 min. We had clogged yard drains and were somewhat skeptical as to whether the hydro-jetting would work. Mike came out with large hydro-jetting equipment and worked hard to clear our lines. My husband was very pleased but noticed that a few still needed to be done. I called Mike and he came back the next day and worked on the additional drains and we couldn't be happier.
Mike E. did a repair on my gas heater cold water line that was leaking. He also modified my backyard faucet, by installing 2 faucet upon my request. Great job !! I will definitely recommend him to relatives and friends needing a plumber in the future.
Called ASP out for a clogged drain on a Sunday night, they sent Levi. He was able unclog our drain, and showed us with his sewer camera that our pipe needed to be reinforced. The option he gave us really went well, they did a trenchless liner, and finished the job in 2 days. It was such a relief.
I am very pleased with All Service Plumbing. I called late Friday afternoon and they said they could come over in a couple of hours. They sent an email and text to confirm the appointment. Oscar arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. He gave me two options for the fix and didn't pressure me to choose the more expensive solution. They snaked the line and cleared the blockage. The only problem was that a part broke and they didn't have a replacement part, so they put plumbers putty to stop the ensuing leak. Otherwise Oscar would've gotten 5 stars.
They responded quickly. The guy who came out was nice and professional, but was a little reluctant giving me an estimate for repairs since I wasn't the home owner. I explained the situation and I got a verbal, rough estimate. I was told that I would be emailed an estimate within 20 min and I never got one. Looks like the search for a plumber continues

Main drain line stoppage, ASP came out to service and repaired major leaks in kitchen lines and main drain line that connects to city line. Very professional and would recommend to all my friends and family. Truly a company that you can TRUST.
This Sunday I woke up to my only shower being full of water and it wouldn't drain. I tried fixing it on my own and nothing would work. So, I went on YELP :-) and found All Service Plumbing to see if they were available to help. They arrived at my house within the hour! Chris was my main contact and he was seriously awesome. He was honest, helpful, friendly and really easy to work with. He and his team ended up having to replace my 60 year old galvanized pipes and they did a really great job! Chris made sure that everything was working properly before they left (because he knew I really needed my shower back haha). We used Mike and his crew for our trench less main line replacement a couple of months ago. Mike's price was the fairest one I received by far. Our home is 55 years old and we've known for long time that we needed to get this done. We can rest easy now thanks to Mike. Great communication and service - a job well done. After dealing with several plumbing companies finally got a plumbing company that came out to my job Within the hour I had a sewer backup going into my house they went ahead and Jet Hydro jetted my line out due to Roots blocking my main line he told me what I had to do to get this resolved and looking forward to doing more business with them if anybody has any Plumbing emergency please give this company a call they should be out there and no time I will highly recommend it
I called on a Sunday, not expecting All Service Plumbing to be open but Mike answered the phone and I could tell he was just trying to have some time to himself as he is open all the time. I told him it wasn't an emergency so we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Mike and Manny showed up on time, looking as professional as ever! I briefly explained my situation, using my hopeful professional plumbing lingo, exactly what I wanted and needed. They produced a complete job on releasing my sludge and took their time to make sure my main piping was cleaned out. Hope I didn't upset Mike and Manny watching them as I was very interested seeing the sludge my house was producing and with my dry humor...as I gave them trouble on their price but I know they did a great job. Dan ran the crew for our incredibly old house in Altadena. I was amazed at their kindness and professionalism. Much major work was needed as the mains had to be replaced. In tearing up the driveway (during a torrential rainstorm no less) these men had to coordinate neighbor parking among many issues. Sal, Brandon, Chava, and Andres worked into the dead of night in the pouring rain. Their kind and compassionate attitudes truly humbled me. They all spoke well so communication was a breeze. They listened intently, always making sure everyone was on the same page. I will also say that their respect for other people's property was very noticeable. Several neighbors asked for their card (in our neighborhood, pretty much everyone knows about everything two minutes before you know yourself). They completed the work and repaired the driveway and within minutes the I can't believe it conversations started. This was a big job under the worst possible conditions. I complimented Dan on his crew and coordination as well as thanked him profusely, he replied, We're a team. They certainly are and I will NEVER hire anyone else and will happily wait if ASP is unavailable until they are available and I'll do it without complaint! In short, ASP is epic and you won't be disappointed!
Mike came out to fix leaky faucets in a walk-in tub and a 35 yr old sink.
The walk-in tub faucet is a rarity so he had to special order the parts for me and said he'd call me back when it was in ready to go. I was constantly pestering him about its status and he handled my phone calls with patience and professionalism.
The workmanship and attention to detail from start to finish was top notch. He kept me in the loop and consulted with me over important decisions as work progressed. I really appreciate his constant effort to keep the work area clean of dry wall and cement during the demolition phase of the job.The final walk through upon job completion left me feeling confident that this was a job well done.

This company stays busy, but they try hard to accommodate! My toilet would keep running slightly and didn't pay it any mind until I received my water bill. Quickly called a couple companies based on Yelp reviews. 3 out of 4 had voicemail recordings...All service was able to get back to me the quickest, though it would take a couple days for them to come out based on their workload...no problem as it wasn't urgent and the estimate was free! They performed a rebuild and even helped tighten/adjust one of my faucets for no additional charge. They covered the area around the toilet and cleaned up after the work. Price was reasonable, especially since some companies charge for evaluations.
Read all the fantastic reviews on Yelp and gave them a call. Rick was fantastic......very fast response to my phone call and arrived exactly at the time scheduled. His quote was spot on and the quality of his work was superb. Very polite, honest, fast, clean, and did we mention FAST! Will call Rick again for all our future plumbing issues. Thank you!
I have used the services of All Service Plumbing twice. The first was for a relocation of a water heater from inside my home to the outside. Mike came, looked over the job, and gave me a reasonable quote. As scheduled he and his crew came back to do the job. Everyone was courteous, keep the inside area where the removal occurred clean and completed the job on time and on budget! I was so happy with the work that when an issue came up at my business I called Mike first. Came home to a broken water pipe and needed a plumber ASAP to fix the break, the guy on the phone assured me someone was on their way and would fix it right then, but that's not how the service call went at all.
I should have known better when he told me there would be a $60 charge to show up that it was going to be a scam.
It took the guy over two hours to arrive and he had no intention of fixing anything, His pure intention was to sell me a complete re-pipe. I told him he was called out to get my water on now and we can discuss needed upgrades later but he was set on telling me all the horrors of my current plumbing and how huge a job I need to have done including removing my hot water heaters to cut walls and slabs.
At this point I'm pissed off and it's after 9pm and I pay the guy his $60 and he goes on his way yet I still need a plumber and it's getting to late to find anybody but crooks answering there phones so I call it a night and go to bed.
The next morning I go to home depot and got a 3/4 inch plug and removed the broken section and screwed in a plug. Problem temporally fixed for $1.49 why couldn't the emergency plumber do that and quote me a re-pipe after he was done.
I spent the next couple days getting quotes from plumbers for a re-pipe,
and while I'm looking I have running water to every sink and drain for $1.49 you crook.
All the plumbers that came to give quotes after the leak was capped were professional and didn't charge me for a quote, they even got down and dirty to look under the house, and I chose one based his ability to quote me exactly what I need while listing high quality product names and good solutions for all aspects of the job.
I'm having a total re-pipe done on my house this week, but it's not by All Service Plumbing Drain and Hydro-Jet.
I found them on yelp. I had a clogged toilet which affected two bathrooms. The warranty company sent a plumber who said he couldn't fix the problem without going on the roof. Huh? Anyway Mike sent his guys over and they did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.
I called All Service on a Thursday evening to see if they could Hydro-jet my sewer main because I couldn't clear it with a snake. They said they could be there in the morning early. After clearing the clog, the camera showed roots and several line breaks. Greg (the Foreman) suggested to have the main sleeved, as compared to digging up the street. I agreed, thinking it would be a day or two before they could start, but he said he would start now. Greg, along with Reno and Levi, worked into the evening to finish. Great job!

We've had our kitchen sink back up as well as our laundry machine leak. We knew our main line was plugged and had another company try to fix it and failed in addition to giving us horrible customer service. Called All Service (actually texted them) today, Saturday, in the morning after my garage floor was all wet. They were at my house by 12 and not only was the gentlemen nice, professional and honest, he was efficient and hydrojetted our main drain cleaning out the disgusting black solidified grease. Reasonable pricing but the quick service made what we paid even more worth it! Thank you so much!!
