The gentlemen that came to our house were professional and kind.  they were efficient and answered all of our questions quickly. service was top notch!!!

I have them come for a clog and water leak under the sink. Sean was great they unclogged the sink. Look under the sink and found out the garbage disposal needed a gasket. He was efficient, and did a great job. We will definitely use him in the future. He is a big dog lover too.

Having a family-owned business is a huge plus, but Sean and his team at Orange County Drains went above and beyond what was requested. We sent out a few inquiries through Yelp hoping to get a prompt response. Within a few minutes, Sean (The business owner) responded to our call for help. Instead of asking us for our number to talk about the problem, Sean directly told us what he believes the problem to be. After offering to investigate the problem, Sean promptly came to our house the same day. After finding that we had a hot water slab leak under the house, he had directed me to follow the appropriate steps to help work with insurance, but also offered a solution to return proper running hot water to our house.

His team returned just a few days later to reroute the hot water line. Our pipes were getting really dated since it is an older house. They finished in just a few hours and ensured everything was working properly. Sean even followed up after a few days after to make sure the new line was working well.

After receiving at least 8 estimates for a water main line repair, I chose OC Drains and Sewer for the job.  Sean was extremely quick to reply to texts and was super informative and friendly at the same time.  The explanation of his estimate was thorough and he made sure to explain all possible scenarios as well.  His quote was very reasonable in comparison to the other estimates I received and his reviews were all 5 Stars.  I was sold!

His crew arrived on time and was led by Alvino, who was also extremely friendly and informative.   I had a leak in the main water line inside the exterior wall of my garage.  After some investigation, Alvino explained that the most cost efficient option was to install new copper pipes from the main to the inlet to the house and to rebuild the hose bib.  

Their team dug under the sidewalk , grass, and under the cement walkway leading to the entry.  All work was completed timely and neatly.  Their clean up was thorough as well.

I noticed that a T with a valve fir the irrigation system was not added to the rebuilt hose bib, so I messaged Sean.  He made it a point to get his guys back between jobs to add the T.  I really appreciated his effort to satisfy me as a customer!

We bought a new place where the kitchen sink was leaking in every possible spot. We did what we could for a month but then a pipe popped off the garbage disposal. They were the only company I contacted that suggested I send them a picture of the problem instead of scheduling for a guy to come out just to take a look. Within a couple days they had replaced nearly all the pipes under the sink for a reasonable price. Then a couple weeks later they came back and fixed a pipe that was angled the wrong way leading to backflow (we already knew this was a problem and asked them to look at it.) They were able to fix it more easily than they expected so they charged us less than they originally quoted which I really appreciate. We had also discovered a leaky hose bib a couple days before and they fixed it on the spot with the extra time freed up by the easier repair. I will absolutely use them again if needed.

Sean was amazing from the initial phone call to the service provided. I had slow running drains throughout the home and Sean was able to come up to my property same day and evaluate what was going on turned out to be I had major sludge and debris within my drain lines and Sean recommended I Hydro jetted them in order to relieve and flush out the system once Sean was done with the Hydro Jetting service we tested all the drains and everything was flowing and running fine like new again thank you Sean and OC DRAINS team ! 10 out of 10 Highly recommended plumbers !

I had a leak in my kitchen that was coming from the toilet upstairs. I went to help and I found this company. Sean and Geronimo answered right away after requesting a quote. They came that same day to check what exactly had water damage. The next day they came and did the inspection and were able to fix a wax ring on the toilet were it was leaking. They took about an hour to do everything and they were very professional. Thank you Sean and Geronimo.

I just got done with a kitchen remodel and the house started to smell like sewage-of course I freaked out thinking that we were going to have to tear out all the new cabinets and countertops.  

Initially I thought it was just my dishwasher because the smell was strongest after washing dishes.

Reached out to a bunch of plumbing companies using Yelps get a quote feature & Sean from OCD was the quickest to respond but more importantly he asked me questions to better assess the situation-at first we thought it might be a dirty dishwasher hose and he gave me a good quote right away.  The reason I chose Sean is because of the questions he asked, I could feel that 1. He knows his stuff 2. He actually wanted to diagnose the issue and get to the root of it rather than pick up an easy sale.

We schedule an appointment same week, and turns out it's not a dishwasher hose which he could have easily replaced it and charged me and then tell me there were other issues, I would not have known any difference, but this guy cares and isn't here to make a quick buck, he is doing what we as consumers are often promised only to be disappointed later on which is he wants to fix what's wrong and take care of the issue rather than find an opportunity to take advantage of my lack of piping and plumbing knowledge.

Turns out this was a much bigger problem, the main drain line was cracked and barely staying connected and I had drilled a hole into the pipe when mounting a tv(leave your comments to yourself) so water was draining into my walls and sewage gas was seeping into my house.

Long story short-OCD came through gave me an upfront estimate after assessing the situation, gave me a more than fair price and even handled a second leak I had in the guest bath.  Sean and his guys are down to earth good people, not once making me feel stupid for drilling a hole into the pipe or coming within inches of a gas line.  He explained everything to me very clearly and concise so I could understand what was happening behind the walls.  They got everything done in a day, kept their workstation clean and double checked that everything was working properly before heading out.  0 hesitation recommending OCD to all my friends and family.

Plumbing always fails at the worst possible time (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) so I decided to flush out the kitchen drain ahead of a family visit.  I picked Orange County Drains for three reasons: (1) they get only great reviews on Yelp, and (2) they were one of the few plumbers who would tell me up front what the cost would be, and (3) their quote was the best.  

They showed up EXACTLY when promised. Hydro-jetted the kitchen drain, removing HUGE amounts of nasty sludge. Then they ran a camera down the drain and showed me where the cast iron drain narrowed from the original 2 to less than 1 1/2 and kept the camera from going any farther.  Pretty normal after 60 years. Looks like I'll be cleaning that drain frequently. OR... they can come back in two days and descale the drain.  When they left, the patio looked like they had never been there.

Again they showed up exactly when promised, descaled the drain and now the camera ran all the way to the main sewer line.  60 year old cast iron pipe is never going to be smooth, but at least there is not an obvious blockage that will cause gunk to build up quickly. Good for probably 10 years.  And they credited me for the cost of the first visit.

Plumbing is not cheap.  You're not paying for their time, but for having a truck full of expensive tools and over 10 years experience using those tools.  If I snaked drains five days a week for a year or so, I could probably learn to do this. If I have a drain issue again, I will just call Orange County Drains to start with.

We had a pinhole leak in our backyard and Sean picked up the phone.  I immediately sent photos and a video of the leak, and Sean gave us a range, depending on the situation.  He said he would be able to come out to look at it in a couple of hours, and sure enough, he did.  It was quite a relief.  I heard from my neighbors that the plumbers they used have them expecting to wait  two days.  Perhaps it was good timing, nonetheless, I was glad they were able to come that day.  Sean came out ahead of his team to look at it, and later that day, his team came out to fix the problem.  Price was within the range quoted, leaked fixed, problem solved.  Payment made, digital invoice sent to email.  Homeowner relieved.  This company gives great response times, and keeps you in the loop.  Five stars, especially when dealing with a leak!

I have had a couple of jobs done by OCD now, so this review is long overdue. I had a gas leak and had to have some pipes replaced. I got a few estimates from some of the 5 star big fleet companies on Yelp and decided to go with one of them. Then I needed my bathtub drain redone, so I decided to go with the same company. They had to back out because of an emergency, and I remembered getting a really good estimate on drain cleaning from OCD, so I called Sean to take a look. His estimate was significantly cheaper, and he even went above and beyond on the work. I was willing to pay the other guys the higher rate because I knew it would be done right. Luckily they did back out because I got in contact with Sean and got the same high quality work at a much lower price. Read the reviews! These guys get 5 stars in all aspects of their work! From cleanliness, friendliness, quality, and price, OCD is a gem!!! Don't hesitate to let them hook you up. You get a small family company with the quality of the big guys. I will never use another company again for any of my plumbing needs!

Sean and his company are quick to reply, worked with my busy schedule, and are very knowledgeable. They explained the drain leak issue to us thoroughly and provided a fair price to fix the issue we had with loose fittings, capped off vent lines, old crusty cast iron pipes, etc.

Plumbing issues always happen when you least expect or want to happen, like on a late Sunday morning.  And no one expects to see your bathtub and shower with water (and other things) coming up the drain instead of going down the drain.  I would consider this an emergency and I also expected to pay quite handsomely for the callout.  After calling four different plumbers and either getting voicemails or an afterhours/weekend answering service picked up, no one was responding to my calls.  Sean (owner) from Orange County Drains & Sewer Services, picked up the phone himself on my first call.  He was upfront from the get-go; told me he had a few calls they were working but he would be able to help.  He asked what was going on, I explained to him our situation and he said it sounded like a main line problem.  Not even an hour goes by and Sean called back and said he'll be there by 4pm.  Before he even started working, he was upfront and gave me a price to do the work.  Without hesitation, I told him to do the work because the price was more than reasonable for an emergency call.  How do I know it was more than reasonable?  I had someone tell me I should have called them because they have people who do this type of work, including emergency calls, and I probably overpaid.  When I told him what the pricing was and what we were paying, he immediately stated we got a great price from Sean.  Within a few minutes of arriving, Sean cleared out our problem.  It wasn't just a standard blockage.  As he stated on the phone, it was a main line problem, which caused our plumbing to back up to the house.  He recommended a cleanout at the front of the house and gave me a price to do that.  The nice thing about the price was whatever I paid for the emergency call would go toward the work for the cleanout.  I agreed to the cleanout and the next morning, Sean and two additional team members were there ready to work.  Within a few hours, we had a long overdue two-way cleanout installed and the hydro-jetting cleared out any remaining blockage.  The work was clean (no pun intended) and neat.  Sean and his crew were extremely professional, upfront, honest and hard working.  I know this isn't the end of our plumbing adventures because after seeing what I saw on his camera feed and his explanation of what everything was, I know there is still work that needs to be done under the house and our mainline eventually needs to be addressed.  Without a doubt or hesitation, if you need work done and hopefully it's not an emergency (but if it is), I would recommend Orange County Drain & Sewer Services to anyone who needs help.  As my wife said, Sean and Orange County Drain & Sewer Services has a customer for life.

Wanted to share a seamless experience with this group. Quick response to my service request! On a weekend but wasn't an emergency (the angle valves in both bathrooms were too corroded to turn so our weekend fix-it project was on hold). Alvino and Henry replied fast with a fair price to come by on a Saturday morning to get everything sorted out for us; they even finished our project (replacing the tank kit parts) and gave us some advice for future maintenance of our bathrooms to avoid future service calls on the weekends. I've had a continuous problem with my drains, after years of trying DIY I decided to give OC SDS a call and I'm glad I did. I rarely need a plumber because I'm a do it yourself type of guy, but once my house began to constantly get backed up I knew it was a problem I couldn't do. I called OCD and they were timely, professional, and fair with their pricing. They were able to clear the sewer line and diagnose the problem using a camera.

What surprised me the most about this company was how they left my house exactly how they found it. Nothing out of place. Everything was neat and clean.  This has not been my experience with other plumbing companies in the past. That's why I'm giving OCD 5 stars.

This guy's great!  Two previous rooter failed over two months.  Sean came out, stuck a camera down the line, saw major roots, and, for a little more than the useless roto service, did the water blast.  Pipe is clean as a whistle.  Very fair price, reliable, I'd go nowhere else!

Our pipes are old and it was a difficult clear. He tried from under the sink, the clean out pipe etc I kept waiting for him to give me the upcharge. He was here for a couple hours before it was fixed. When he was done, he noticed I also had a leak in the pipe below. He went to Hone Depot and bought parts and his price was so low, I gave him a little bonus. Amazing work, great guy and he's the owner. Highly recommend.

We had an outdoor pipe burst 3 times in 2 days. A different plumber couldn't solve the problem for more than a few hours. I knew I needed to try a different company, so I tried Orange County Drains and Sewer for the first time. We had no water and needed a fast solution. Sean had a full work load on a weekend, but he made a quick stop to my home within 2 hours!

About a month ago my father had Sean and Moe come out.  He contacted Sean on a Saturday  and was happy to have Sean so responsive and willing to come out on the same day.  
Sean and Moe arrived promptly at the agreed upon time.  My father was so impressed how friendly they were.  He said they were very thorough with their analysis.  They were very patient and explained everything to my father.  They worked until they fixed the problem and double checked just to make sure  They guaranteed their work.  Their fee was less than the last company that came out.  In fact the last company was not able to fix the stoppage.

Super happy I went with these guys. I messaged them on yelp (great communication and response time) and they were here within about an hour. When they got here I was on the phone and distracted with another service provider, but I told them what the issue was and they got straight to fixing the problem. Took them no time at all and they were ready to show me that the problem was solved. I have had this same issue before and paid double the price I was actually shocked. Needless to say their card is stuck to the washer for any & all future plumbing issues. Super nice guys as well.

OC Drains quoted me 2 prices. One price for snaking my drain cleanout and another to hydro jet it. Luckily only snaking was needed. Sean and his men came well within the time he provided, and got right to work. I was very satisfied!

I recently purchased a house in Costa Mesa with electric kitchen appliances and needed to run a gas line before switching to gas appliances. I received over ten inflated bids before being referred to Sean.

The team came out to replace my gas water heater and garbage disposal. My water heater was basically on its last leg, making all sorts or funky noises, and I knew every day was a lucky day it didn't bust. My garbage disposal was very broken, and the way the previous owners of the house had it wired or installed was kind of funky. Sean, Bryce, and Geronimo worked quickly and efficiently to get all of this taken care of. I was really happy to have the work done in a reasonable amount of time because my availability was limited. They were able to come out the same day I asked and were on time! The guys were all very professional and friendly and answered any questions and concerns I had. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again when I need any plumbing work done.

I would recommended this place on a heartbeat up to a month ago. They added a water regulator for us and it was great. Call them out to check out an issue that I thought that it was related to it and they came out as scheduled and it was great. However, when I call and message them to pass by to check out a shower issue, it took them a couple of days to reply to me. I requested to get myself scheduled but it has been hard. Finally got them to give us a day but no fix time window. Then message them a few time for them to let me know that they cannot make it and they might maybe make it the next day. I moved all my meetings in the afternoon in vain. I really like them but now I feel that I am in a new quest to find a new plumber that I can call up. I don't get why they weren't honest to say that they cannot this week or they aren't interested in fixing my issue. I wasted a week waiting.

Our kitchen sink was severely clogged. Called Orange County Drains & Sewer Services and Shawn (owner) was able to schedule same day service. Bryce & Jr. showed up on time and worked hard to clear the tough drain with snake and hydro jet. Pleased with their scheduling, pricing and exceptional service. Highly recommend this company for drain related issues.

So many times we run into contractors and service companies that try to get a little more, add a little more, obfuscate an issue or exaggerate a problem.  These guys are not one of those.  They gave a very fair price, were responsive, on time, professional.  

They treat you like you would hope to be treated - with respect and understanding.  Cannot ask for more.

These guys are awesome - they snaked and cleaned my waste line, showed me with a camera what the issue was, no surprises, no problems.   Cannot recommend them enough.

Sean and team are the best! The entire crew is polite, professional, and works their tails off. We had to have our plumbing system hydro jetted over a  year ago. During the hydro jetting Sean got his team under our house and strongly suggested that we redo the plumbing under the house. Sean said that the house would back up again in time if we didn't redo the plumbing. Well he was right and the entire house plumbing backed up again. We called Sean and 5 days later he and team was at our house redoing the 60 year old plumber in our tight raise foundation. The entire project took took 2 days and they were great at communicating during the replumbing of our house. I can't say enough about the team's professionalism and politeness. It's great to see a growing family owned and operated business thrive by working hard and being honest.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to these guys! We were in a bind and they came through and got the job done faster than I even thought was possible! They are extremely professional, hardworking and fast!

If I could give 50000 stars, I would. Bryce and Jeronomo came through for a clogged sink. We just moved in a couple of days ago, and when using the sink last night it just stopped. Come to find out there was enough pasta to feed a village dumped in there. They got it all out, working perfect, and even made sure the garbage disposal still worked by doing it manually. Also the price quoted was the actual price-very honest!

It's not everyday you find such honest people, I am so glad to have found this place, and will forever use them for any plumbing needs. They deserve the world and more.

First time using Yelp to find a plumber and OCD made the process as quick and easy as possible for my family. First of all, they had a really quick response time when I requested a quote. Someone came by the house (at no charge) within a couple hours to check out the issue. We got their expert opinion and decided to replace our old toilet. You can tell they care about their customers. For example, he recommended a taller toilet which would be easier for my elderly parents to use as well as suggesting models with different levels of quality at various price points. The genuine care in their recommendations didn't go unnoticed. OCD took care of picking up the toilet, bringing it to my house, then installing it all in a couple hours. We encountered some complications in the process, such as needing to replace a valve and they took care of that as well. Lemme say, it looked like a lot of additional work that wasn't initially intended and they had the friendliest attitude about it the entire time. They are super polite and easy to communicate with. Also appreciate that they're family owned and local cause we gotta support our community!! I'd definitely recommend them to family and friends :-) Really appreciate the positive atmosphere they brought with them and the fine work they did!

I would highly recommend Orange County Drains & Sewers for any type of plumbing work. Sean and Junior were extremely courteous, affordable and a pleasure to work with. They conducted themselves in a highly professional manner and were knowledgeable in their field. I hired them to install a laundry connection in a newly built bathroom. Their work was impeccable, detailed and visually pleasing to the eye. They cleaned up any mess that was left behind and got the entire job completed in a few hours. They ensured that their work was complete by triple checking the water flow and newly constructed drain. We all know that plumbers can be expensive and a few may even price gouge. Not OCD! They were very fair in their pricing and laid out all of my options, even providing me with an opportunity to save money. I highly recommend them and look forward to calling upon them in the future should I require plumbing services.

I got into our office building in Long Beach with leaking water. I texted Sean and he was able to come within an hour. OC Drain has an excellent service, fast response and reasonable price. I highly recommend OC drain and will definitely use them again in the future.

It was 2 days before a family reunion and our bathrooms and showers were backing up. We just had our pipes snaked a few days prior so we knew it was a bigger issue that just that. We needed immediate help so we searched on Yelp for some plumbing services and sent out a few messages requesting quotes. Sean was so quick to respond with a phone call and I was able to schedule a visit for the very next morning.

Sean was my last scheduled plumbing quote of the morning. He performed his analysis and told me what he thought was our best option. He showed me exactly what was causing the issue and the most cost effective way to fix it.  The other plumbing services tried to sell us on much more expensive options. I could tell that Sean was very genuine so it was a no brainer to work with him.

We had roots growing into our pipes so we needed to have a section cut out and replaced. Sean's team (Bryce and Mo) did a great job with the excavation and replacement. They also hydrojetted and descaled the rest of our pipes while they had the hole open. By the time it was done it looked like nothing had happened and our drains were working perfectly.

I am truly thankful for Sean and his team for the quick turnaround time and great work. For anyone looking for plumbing and drain services I would highly recommend Orange County Drains. They are honest and provide an amazing service. Nothing more you can ask for.

I turned out to be a small job but they treated it as if it was an important job and fixed the problem fast. The two plumbers that came knew what they were doing and did it without worrying about it being just a small job. The price was reasonable and fair compared to other plumbing jobs I've had done in the past. I will keep their business card handy in case I need a plumber in the future.

Toto toilets are beautiful but a bit tricky to repair. Yesterday, on a SUNDAY request, Sean was the first to respond, asked the right questions, and had me send photos, then committed to a flat rate and offered to repair my Toto toilet the very next morning. It is now less than 24 hours from my initial communication with Sean, and my toilet is fixed, my bathroom is clean, and this amazing experience, I think the company name, Orange County Drains, is really an alter ego for OCD (in a good way). OCD was on time, on budget, and exceeded my expectations. They have a happy customer.

It is rare that you will find a highly professional, friendly and honest plumber. We called Sean (owner) out for a bid, not knowing what to expect.  Wow!  He and Bryce did great work, and now OC Drains is our go-to company.  Sean quoted us with exactly we needed, no games, and did stellar work. Plus they have a really awesome van ;)

Sean is the real deal. This review is long overdue! After working with Sean we would not use anyone else again. He's responsive, honest, clean and gets the job done. He's a small business owner and won't be gouging you like the other guys with fake reviews and big ads. Sean came to our house and cleaned out the clog, added a cleanout and did a small extra work on his way out. They were on time and real easy to work with. Highly recommend them.
