These are the most amazing people that you will ever deal with I had Karla and luis And crew completely take care of my house by repiping and fixing all of the plumbing issues we had ,From our kitchen to our restrooms and Laundry room they fixed everything and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and everything worked wonderfully. I am super satisfied with their service their knowledge and the price that I was given.. I had been given several other quotes from other companies who had price us several $1000 above what they were asking from us this is by far the best price and work we will be referring them to family and friends!!
I got to speak with Carlos about water treatment options and immediately I could tell he knew what he was talking about and cared a lot about it.
Carlos was knowledgeable and up front, not to mention he offered the best price and didn't try to push anything I didn't ask for.
I like how things wound up, and have a warranty now as well, which adds to my sense of security.

I was extremely happy with this company when they first installed our water softener system and reverse osmosis system last year. I followed up to have them change our filters(reverse osmosis) this year(they told us at installation they would do this). It took awhile to get an appt(mostly on my part b/c of our hectic life). Someone came out and said they didn't have the correct filters and would come back. That was about a month ago and no one has called or updated us. Really frustrating as we had been so happy before.
Replaced my old water softener with my newly purchased AOSmith equipment. Excellent plumbing work around the appliances.

I have researched the water treatment system for our house for some time and Carlos from Fina Water has been super responsive and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. They recommend their products but no pushing which makes you comfortable. Their quote is of great value and I am glad I finally picked them for the project. Juan was professional in setting up the whole system and the work done with the lady who I didn't catch the name(sorry~) is quality. I have found the BEST water filtration system in Orange County. I highly recommend Fina Water - If I can give 1000 stars I would. First of all, they beat EVERY OTHER COMPANY price wise. I interviewed six companies and Carlos gave me the best quote not just for the water softener but for the two reverse osmosis systems I wanted. And he still came in much lower than all the companies, without the reverse osmosis. Second, he went above and beyond to match my gold faucet with the new fixtures he procured for me. It looks absolutely stunning and I'm so so happy and impressed at the level of customer service. He didn't have to do that but he did! His daughter Karla and Luis were so nice and professional. I felt so comfortable with them working in the home because they were respectful and quiet as I was working in my home office. They took the time to explain to me and they never ever left a mess.
So that's the customer service part of it. Let me tell you about the quality of our water now.
When we got this house back in November, the water was so incredibly hard. Two months into it, I was done with the dry skin, bleeding knuckles and the soap scum left on the tubs and sinks. I tested the water back when we moved and it was very hard. 48 hours after Carlos team installed the system in my house the test came back with soft results! I am over the moon about this. The RO water tasted just like our filtered water from Costco (even better, my hubby said) and The water in our shower even tastes better! You can really tell the amazing difference. Everything just feels healthier!
I also want to say, while I was doing research, that carbon filters are a good addition if your chlorine is high (ours was 1.1 which was classified high). Carlos didn't even try to upsell me anything. I was the one who asked him to get it for me and he ordered it right away. You can tell he's not just in it to make a quick buck. That's why I really liked working with his company.
They installed everything in just several hours.
And really made sure that everything looked great where the other companies I spoke to said they would put the tanks visibly in front of my house. You can't even tell that there was anything different, and yes they put a pipe under my front yard! It was such a good investment. I'm really so happy with them and I know I made the right decision.
Forget any and all other filtration companies you see online... I've done the research for you guys. Go with Fina Water Systems. You absolutely will not regret it.

From the moment I reached out to Carlos, I felt assured by his prompt and straightforward response. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything. Carlo's professionalism and knowledge put my worries at ease, and I knew I was in good hands.
One of the biggest highlights for me was Carlos's competitive pricing. Not only did I get an excellent deal, but the level of service they provided was nothing short of exceptional. The entire team was courteous, efficient, and highly professional throughout the installation process.
The installation itself was clean and seamless. They installed a bypass so that my lawn irrigation system would still receive hard water. Every part of where piping went was explained to me. There were some concerns immediately after the installation which were all normal findings (such as air in the lines) and Carlos and his team answered my calls/txts and reassured me.
Since we started using the water softener system, my wife and I have noticed a significant reduction in soap scum buildup. Overall, I can't recommend Fina Water Systems enough. From the first interaction to the final result, they have been professional, attentive, and truly a pleasure to work with. If you're in need of a top-notch water softener system at a great price, look no further than Fina.
Carla is amazing! Very knowledgeable and fast. She installed our 5 step whole house water filter from Aquasana for a great price. We called for the estimate 5 other companies and nobody would give us strait answer how much they would charge us and when they arrived and saw a bigger house the ballpark estimate usually doubled.. We were also told it will take them 1 and half day to install.
Carla was done in few hours. This company has integrity and they earned our loyalty. I recommend them to all my friends.
You know in today's world it seems like all you can find is negative people. So I took time out of my day to write this review; because, I think it was deserved and earned.
First and foremost; this was the only company that gave me a quote via the Yelp app. All we were having done was a water treatment system on a new build. This company was not the cheapest, but it also was not the most expensive, so I'm going to say it was a fair price. The thing that impressed me most was, he gave the quote from the picture I included of the garage area I wanted the install.
I have the skills and knowledge to install this unit myself, but I would have voided the warranty that came with the unit. So, I used a license plumber. Now let's talk about the plumbers that came to the site. The company sent two plumbers out for the job, to my surprise one was a female and she was the lead plumber. One of the things I enjoyed was seeing a woman in the trades, after watching her for a little while she was beyond knowledgeable about her profession and a true tradesman or should I say trades woman (times have changed). Come to find out she's the daughter of the owner of the company ( I know dad's proud, I would be).
If you are a person who looking for someone who is knowledgeable in this trade and enjoys what she does I would highly recommend her. I only wish I could remember her name and share it with you. It was so nice to see someone who loves what they do. Normally I have to watch people like a hawk because they'll take shortcuts just to get paid and get out to the next job.
The work was so good another water company asked me did she do subcontracting as they needed an installer in this area. I had to tell them I did not know, but I gave them the company phone number. I hope this review helps someone in the future make a decision on what plumbing company to use.
Fantastic experience all around with Carlos and his team. Extremely knowledgeable, very timely communication throughout, efficient installation with very good attention to detail. We had a whole home filtration, water softening, and reverse osmosis system put in and will likely use these guys for all future plumbing needs.

I 100% recommend Carlos to install a water softener. Not only does he provide a great product at a fantastic price, but his service is top notch. Even a year after he installed our system, he was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the power running to the unit. They say you can judge a person's character by how they act when no one is looking. I give him an A+ for caring when most companies are just trying to make a quick buck. Highly recommend!
Carlos was very helpful and very patient when we had our system reset and the settings were all off. He patiently walked us through the trouble shooting process and we were up and running again. Would highly recommend to all our friends and family as we did in the past and will continue to do so.

Carlos installed a water softner and thankless water heater for me last month. I usually like to wait awhile to see if I have any problems or find other things before I write a review.
But I got to say that I've been very happy and haven't had anything to complain about. So quick review, very upstanding guy/company.
Long review: Carlos was very upfront and was able to get me a price with just a video call. Super easy. He held true his price and install took only one day. Price was very good and he even gave us a tankless heater with a longer warranty without up charging us. Water softner seems very high quality and so far we are loving our softer water. The water heater so far has been working. It's summer but we should see a nice drop in gas usage and we filled for our $1k rebate from the gas company. So you can subtract that from the cost!

They installed my system last Saturday, February 20, 2021. They showed up and finished on the time that they said. They were very courteous and considerate of the other members of the house.
They're price is very reasonable and Carlos held on to the price he quoted me originally. We're very happy with the price and service we got and the system is working smoothly. I'm highly recommending them.
Carlos was highly referred by couple of my friends and I am happy they did. I wanted a water softener installed in my garage and Carlos, who is a licensed plumber by trade, runs a water softener business and gave me an incredible deal on softener, carbon filter and RO drinking water system with a 3 year warranty. He and his team installed it and tested the system in under 3 hours and my family and I started enjoying the soft water immediately. He also identified a bad water pressure regulator that was sending in high psi water into my home, and changed it. I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone, not just friends.
Called DLC construction and spoke to Carlos on a Friday night, after calling several places as I needed a water softener installed. He instantly FaceTimed me and saw the location I needed the install and brainstormed on the best way to add a drain line. He gave me a reasonable price on the install. He was able to make it out the very next day. Showed up on time and did a very neat and thorough job. I would recommend Carlos for any water softener job , as he is very knowledgeable and detail oriented.
Carlos and team did a great job in installing a water softener in my condo in a tight fitting area. The system works great so far and you can feel and see the difference. His customer service attitude is top notch and is ready to answer any questions you have.
I was very happy with the response from Carlos in terms of speed of responding to questions. He quote was very reasonable and he did not try to up-sell anything that was not needed. I had originally gotten a quote in March 2022, and after talking to other companies, home depot, Costco, I decided to go with Carlos.
The crew was excellent, it was his daughter and a helper, family business. They took away my existing water softener. Previously, I have three-quarter inch pipes that the previous owner/plumber had installed to the old water softener, and the team replaced to 1 inch pipes (which it should have been this way). The previous water softener was too small for my house. The 1 inch pipes has improved flow of water into my house.
Their work was was very professional. They sweated the copper pipes with solder instead of shark bites (which is the easier way of getting copper pipes connected). The set up is very clean and they used good right angle techniques so there is no stress on the pipes being bent.
They cleaned up before they left. They programed the water softener.
So I got the following:
Total water filtration - Big blue - replaced every 6 months the filter
Carbon tank
Softener tank - Pentair controller - does require an extra salt bin as seen on the picture to do the ion exchange.
I live in a 2500 sq ft house, it has 2.5 baths, 3 toilets, and 2 adults with 2 kids.
I contemplated on getting just a water filter and water conditioner that doesn't need the salt, but the with the hardness of the water where I live, it was a better choice to get the softener.
Overall very pleasant experience.
Would recommend to other people looking to get a water system.

For starters, this a family operated business and they are very great people! Carlos is the owner and he's very responsive to any inquiries you have! His daughter Karla came out with her husband Luis to install the Fina Water system and RO water filter at my home and they did an impeccable job! We got the on tap hot water system and water wasn't flowing out of it for the first couple of days. Luis gave me his number before leaving and he kept promising me that it takes a day or 2 to fill up the tank. Like clockwork, after 2 days it started working! They were always a text or a call away and they respond almost instantly! I highly recommend this company! I also want to mention that their prices are great!!! We got quotes for other systems that were much more expensive and this one did the trick! They also back their work with a 3 year full service warranty! Overall, feel very confident that you're in good hands if you move forward with this company!
I hired this firm to install salt-based water softener, whole house carbon/ sediment filtration and undersink RO system. Carlos and his team were so responsive and professional throughout the consultation and installation process. Quote was fair, and I was impressed with their piping skills that fit everything into very tight spaces. It was Carlos's daughter, Karla who led the installation process, and she was kind enough to replace the worn-out 1 main water shutoff ball valve at a reasonable cost increment at the last minute. - I bought a water tester on amazon to check my Tap Water, Refrigerator Filtered Water then compare the results to the 5 stage filter Carlos hooked up.
- Results were day & night! The refrigerator standard filter barley had better result than tap water. After Carlos ran a new water line to my Fridge wow on purity results of my drinking water!
I now feel confident that the ice cubes in my drink are nice & clean

If you're sitting there looking at yelp reviews for the most awesome water softener installation, you found it. I waited a couple months to write this review because.... well.... I had to make sure everything was fine and dandy, and you know what? EVERYTHING IS FINE AND DANDY. Carlos is a stand up guy who stands behind his work. We had a leak and he came the day of to fix it. He literally has the BEST price available. You know how I know? Because not only did I call around, I also had another company send someone out to give me a quote and their quote was $500 MORE. Yea, I'd rather spend the $500 I saved on my kids. Look at his perfect reviews. And if you're still unsure by the time you're reading this part of my review, then you need actual help... Just kidding (sort of) Anyway, it's your loss if you don't call or message Fina Water Systems RIGHT NOW.

You will be hard pressed to find better service at a better value elsewhere. He will always be our go to for any plumbing concerns.
When looking for water purification systems here in Anaheim, we got three estimates: one from a big box retailer, one from a nationally known company, and Fina Water. The first two reps spent most of their time selling me on the cleanliness their systems provide and showed water samples and pamphlets. Neither got into the logistics of how it would actually work in my house. When Carlos arrived, he didn't try to do any big sell, but instead was very matter-of-fact about the process and what the system would do. He answered all questions and provided information as requested by me. He also, unlike the other two, went into the crawl space and basement area to see if and how it would work. He did not endorse any one system and has installed many types in his experience. This was refreshing to know.
When it came to the price, Fina was much less. I have had many projects done at the house (windows, solar, AC, roof) and most times I have not gone with the lowest estimate, but this time I did. The decision was far too easy.
When Carlos and his crew arrived, they were on time, worked diligently, and completed the installation exactly in the amount of time they estimated. In addition, they had to work around my severely autistic adult son and it was no problem. They were all kind and professional!
Fast forward one month to now, and all I can say is we are so happy with what Fina Water installed. We got the whole house salt-free conditioner and purifier, as well as a reverse-osmosis faucet in the kitchen. Now, we have clean, pure water in the entire house- and it tastes great.
There is no need to spend extra time getting estimates. Fina Water will be the one you want- believe me.

Carlos was great over the phone and explained his custom setup. It's 5 filters and tank. He arrived on time and was very friendly and easy to understand as he explained his process before and after. He even drilled an additional hole for my soap dispenser. He did a very clean job and I'm very happy with his work. We live in the chino area and he tested our water from 322 hardness. The RO system installed took it down to about 43 immediately at install. I was instructed to let it drain for 12 more hours. He is very transparent with his process and despite his low review count I felt more comfortable with him when I talked to him in person. Job started at 10amish finished around 1145ish. Highly recommended.

Carlos and his team are top notch. I have a very tight space in my garage to add a water softener system and they got creative and made it work. Carlos is very responsive and uses top notch materials. The team that came out was communicative in their eta, professional, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Carlos and his team are great. Carla came today and installed my carbon and water softener twin tank system. They took the time to explain everything to me. They explain which valve does what. How to shut off the valves. They Installed a shut off valve for me for the reverse osmosis going to the fridge so I am able to turn it off if needed. The installation of copper piping was great. Looks astheically beauty. Carla is a real artist when it comes to copper piping. They made sure the area was clean when the job was done!

Of all the places I called to install a water softener, Carlos was the only one who quoted a fair market price that required no negotiating. He is very knowledgeable in equipment and plumbing so our quick phone conversation led to a scheduled appointment right away. Once he arrived for the installation, he did a thorough walk-through and knew exactly what needed to be done. The whole process took under 2 hours. And most importantly, when the water was tested, the results showed no hardness.
Called a lot of water softener installer & Carlos gave me the lowest quote.
On the day of installation, there was a problem for the placement of the machine - there was a big tree. Carlos was very nice to reschedule the job. I looked for a company to remove the said tree and when I found one on that day, I called him and he immediately dispatched somebody to install the pipes and after 3 days, the water softener system was installed. I was also surprised that a reverse osmosis machine was added in our kitchen.

Carlos is a great guy and very professional to perform his job. He installed a salt-free water conditioner, filter and RO combo system at reasonable price. We found a small leak due to manufacturing defects of the system and when I called Carlos to describe the problem, he didn't show any hesitation to return and fix it. We had a hard water problem. Contacted our water softener company Culligan and several other plumbers all of whom could not even figure out what our root issue was much less how to resolve. Carlos came out and was able to figure out the issue, when three other plumbers could not, and recommended a practical and affordable solution. His daughter Karla came to do the work a few days later and she is such and expert at her trade. Together both Carlos and Karla make a great father daughter team! So impressed and satisfied by their service from beginning to end.

I have to say that I can only mimick all other reviewers word by word. I was also very fed up with hard water at my home which was clearly making my appliances go bad faster, not to mention the gunk buildup. So I started looking for a water softener system that was affordable. I feel very lucky to find this place. Not only their price is so much lower than other companies, their sevices is definitely high up there.
Luis and Karla came to install the system... i was with them throughout the whole installation. Karla knew exactly what she was doing. She also wants to make sure every pipe is straight and didnt allow any mess. I really liked that about her.
Luis installed the under the sink drinking water filter. I have to say he went above and beyond the service that was required. I asked him to drill extra hole for the soap dispenser. He did it and also installed my soap dispenser. He even fixed my drawer for free. He would clean and clean along the way and left mo mess when he left.
Their customer service and definitely above and beyond but their price is so, so much more affordable.
Carlos had mentioned that the reason why he was able to give a good price is because there's no sales person in the middle. I can totally see that!
I most definitely recommend Fina to anyone that's looking for a water softener system!

I know that I have been meaning to write this review, just been a bit busy BUT here goes.
WOW - I cannot believe that the system that DLC Construction installed in my home was over $3,000 CHEAPER than what I was originally quoted from Culligan for pretty much the same exact system. Luis and Karla actually came to the house and found a drain to use that the Culligan man who came to our house originally missed (Culligan was thinking they were going to have to do all sorts of holes, etc to lead to the drain). Luis and Karla were VERY professional and Luis has been available for after installation questions I had post-instillation.
The water feels SO GREAT! I had no idea how the hard water was affecting my skin, and our dishes, our pipes, and our home as a whole! Dishes come out of the dishwasher spotless, water tastes AMAZING, and showers just feel so great with such soft water. I have noticed since the install that shower heads have kind of started to unclog themselves from all the calcium buildup.
I would tell ANYONE to go with this company over Culligan. Besides, I am all for supporting a smaller business. Thank you so much!!!!!!

They were running late from prior job, but let us know the time they should be arriving. They did arrive at the new time with a mask. Trevor got right to work & we were amazed at how fast he was able to get the system assembled & working. He did an amazing job in just a little over an hour, when I asked about how long the installation would take, I was told that it would probably take around 3-4 hours! I chose DLC Construction
for 2 reasons. The first one being that they had Licensed plumber & the second reason was due to the price that they quoted for a licensed plumber! The other companies that replied to me were charging anywhere from 2-3 times the price to install a Pelican Salt Free Water System for the house. After Trevor finished in just over an hour, I would have been furious if I had paid a penny more than I did to have it installed so professionally by a licensed plumber. Don't waste your time looking any further, use DLC Construction!
Very responsive and we're able to immediately assist me with the service I needed. Even though my service was requested last minute, they still came the same day ....likely after their last install and should have been heading home, but came to help me. If you want VALUE: fair pricing with outstanding service and product, hire this vendor; if you want to spend TWICE as much AND waste your time in sales pitch then I suggest not to waste your time a second longer because DLC Construction & Fina Water Systems with the help of Juan are NOT salesmen and are NOT looking to rip you off. Do yourself a favor, rule of thumb in purchase is to gather at least 3 quotes and then save yourself the time and hassle by hiring this vendor because I spent a solid month / 2-3 months casually talking and getting quotes from multiple suppliers via Yelp, Thumbtack and door-to-door vendors. I cannot believe how many in my neighborhood could spend 5k on water softeners and R/O systems, do not fall for salesman needing to set up a face to face appointment in your home because they need to accurately give you a quote. Knowledgeable plumbers and suppliers only need to ask you a few but invaluable questions (a few pictures will help tremendously) to give you an accurate quote.
Big thanks to Juan who took the tim to answer my questions via text, Yelp or phone call AND accommodating my request last minute (the night before) to install my dual tank water softener and under the sink R/O system. He came out of his way late afternoon and finished installing between 9-10pm, so I really appreciate him working overtime and fulfilling my request to have it installed on a day they were fully booked. He didn't run home after installation, he still took the time to explain and then answer more questions.
I couldn't be happier with our water quality especially with 3 kids. I feel I should have prioritized it when we purchased our new home almost a year ago rather than buying water bottles and putting up with hard water stains and buildups but at the same time I am with peace of mind knowing that I took the time to do my research and that I didn't get ripped off like many of my neighbors.

Fina water Systems set up my whole house water filter and reverse osmosis under the sink filter. Trevor did a great job!! They also noticed I had a leak outside my garage on the stucco. With some back I forth with my home mortgage warranty insurance Carlos was able to get the leak repair covered. They bypassed the bad pipe and put in a new water line. Very professional and hard working staff. I will definitely use them again if I have any water issues in my house. Very honest pricing.
Carlos and his team were amazing to work with. It started with his up front pricing estimate - which honestly was the reason I went with him and his team. He looked at my request and didn't try to upsell me on anything - I knew what I want and he immediately sent back a quote for the system with the caveat that he would need a site inspection to confirm. His site visit was quick and he discovered some piping would need to run underneath our home and the quote increased slightly, but he was very upfront about everything.
Installation day was a breeze - his team was in and out within 4 hours and the system works GREAT!
Carla installed the whole house water softener and I couldn't be more happier with the install. She was meticulous in making sure the copper pipes were perfectly aligned. It's a work of art because I have seen some weird contraptions in the past and this is not one. She was thorough in explaining everything and made the install experience very pleasant. Yesterday Fina installed a new water softener to replace our 21 year old water softener. They were prompt. courteous and efficient. The drain for the old softener was not up to code so they went to buy the part so now we have a new softener and are up to code. Their price was also reasonable. We highly recommend DLC Construction.

I got my water filter/softener installed by DLC and I would say they are truly the best out there. Awesome customer service, awesome price, and awesome work. The piping work they've done is on point and I have no complaints. They answered all the questions I had when they were doing the work. I also had them to do maintenance on the tankless water heater. I would recommend them to all. The only downside is that they're pretty busy so plan your job ahead and wait for their availability.

After an exhausting search for a water softener system, I settled on Fina. Carlos was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He cares about his customers and will do whatever it takes to make sure you're satisfied with his product. His pricing was better than everyone else I checked out. Installation went fairly smoothly. Water softener works great. Only hiccup was that a filter in the reverse osmosis system his team installed ended up leaking into my cabinets. As a result, the bottom wood panel grew mold (since we didn't notice for weeks) and needed to be replaced. I called up Carlos and he sent a team member to swap it out. Problem solved for a few weeks until we noticed a leak again. He ended up providing a different reverse osmosis system (this one with a catch tray and better design), and this one hasn't had any problems so far. He also sent someone to fix/replace the water damaged board. All in all I wish things would've gone better but he bent over backwards to make it right, so I won't hold it against him (more the RO manufacturer's fault IMO).

I first reached out to Carlos via Yelp to get a quote. Rather than having him physically come out, he was able to give me a number over video chat. The initial contact was simple and straightforward; there was no up-selling which was much appreciated. I ended up scheduling an install with him about 2 weeks out.
The night before, Carlos called to confirm the appointment. The morning of, I received a call from DLC Construction to let me know that they were on their way and I was given an ETA. When they arrived, the fellas quickly got to work and let us know how they'd need to run the pipes around the tricky space that is our garage.
The following day after install, I noticed that the head valve was off. I texted Carlos who patiently tried to troubleshoot the issue with me on videochat. At the time, we suspected the extension cord. But after I hung up, fetched a ladder and followed along the extension cord, it was discovered that the extension cord was plugged into a power source that was dependent on the garage door being open i.e. when we opened the garage door, the head valve of the water softener unit would turn on; when the garage door was closed and after a few minutes go by, the head valve of the water softener unit would turn off. But I can't fault DLC for this as it worked since they had the garage door open the entire time up until when they left. I ended up having to re-route the extension cord to another part of the garage.
All in all, it was a pleasant experience and brownie points to Carlos for making himself available after hours for questions.
I was sick of the hard water at my home and decided to spend some money on a nice reputable water softner. I knew it was going to be expensive but I went ahead and did my research via Yelp getting multiple bids. Carlos was very straightforward, gave me his qoute that included the water softener, drinking water filter, parts, installation and tax. His price was amazingly competitive!
I quickly booked him to add the water softener to my home. Because of Covid and the popularity of Carlos, expect to wait 2 weeks to make an appointment. The wait was worth it. It did take two people to install the water filter by my sink and the softner in my home. The process took about 2 to 3 hours.
I did encounter some minor issues which Carlos quickly responded and came right over. He really follows his 3 year warranty and makes sure his customers are satisfied. I highly recommend using him and really love the silky texture of the water :)

I had a company named Right Time come look at my water filtration installation. They charged $35 just to come out and look. I knew it would be expensive because the sales rep I spoke to handed me over to a different department to get my info then got transferred me back confirm with dispatch So I knew their over head pricing has to include all this unnecessary phone bouncing. Sure enough they said $500 to drill a hole on the counter and install it in 30 minutes. We said he'll no!
We found Mr De La Cruz and we dealt with him directly so there was no overhead pricing to burn through. He gave us a price over the phone and he never changed it or tried renegotiating. He did what he said he would do and even helped us match the water spout that our system came with that was godawful chrome. We were so happy with his help. He also took the time to help with a side issue we had in a restroom. We recommend working with Me De La Cruz schedule. It's worth not getting burned by companies like Rite Time.

I chose Fina Water systems because of the reviews and I am happy to add mine now! Carlos was able to give me a quote over the phone via FaceTime and his workers were reliable and efficient. Carlos not only installed a water purification system, but also was able to connect me with Karla and her awesome team to replace my old galvanized pipes. The next day we realized our washer was not connected to the water so Karla and her partner came first thing in the morning and were able to fix it within a few minutes. Happy customer!
I HIGHLY recommend Carlos and his crew. I initially hired Carlos for my water filtration system, and took 5 different quotes. The first thing I noticed was the level of attention Carlos gave to understanding my setup and what it would take to install the tanks I wanted. Further, his pricing was straight forward and on the lower end of quotes I was getting from some of the bigger companies. I decided to hire Carlos, and his crew came on time and on the day we planned. They did all the work the way I had discussed with Carlos via FaceTime when he initially gave me the quote. It's been about 2 months, and I'm extremely happy with my system.
To top things off, about 2 weeks ago my water main broke and I texted Carlos to see if he works on water mains. He said only for existing clients given the demand of the water filtration business, and he offered to personally come over with a device to find the break, free of charge. Once again, I was getting quotes from big companies for ~$5k-$10k to replace the whole main, and here is Carlos offering to come and try and find the break with me at no charge. I was shocked, and of course took him up on the offer. When he came, not only did he find the break but worked with me to dig out the hole to expose it. There was some work that needed to be done once we found the break so I hired a plumber who fixed it for a few hundred dollars. Carlos saved me thousands of dollars TWICE (water filtration system and the water main break). Carlos is honest, trustworthy, and a good businessman who does quality work at an affordable price. He is my go to contact for water filtration, hot water heaters, and all things plumbing. I can't recommend him and his crew enough.

I'm glad I went with Fina/DLC to get my water softener/conditioner system installed! I was worried that space would be an issue but Carlos was willing to work with me and answered all my questions. He even took the time to FaceTime me to see my garage and provided suggestions. I asked him a million questions and he answered them all! With a Hach 5B, City water was measuring ~18-19 grains. Water softener, I am measuring ~1-2 grains of hardness.
Very good purification system, they did not waste my time with making me taste all kinds of water like other companies did and give a huge quote !

Requested a quote on Yelp, and talked to Carlos right away. Carlos gave me a quote which I thought it was too good to be true. I face timed Carlos to show him my garage, and he told me it's going to be the same price as he quoted. I scheduled an appointment with him. Couple youngsters showed up on time and ready to install. At first I was a bit worried because I thought Carlos will be installing, but man, was I wrong. The youngsters were fast and polite, most importantly, I can tell the piping was done flawlessly. The next day I recommend my brother to get the same set up at his house. Highly recommended!

Several months back I reached out to Carlos regarding a softener. I had spoken to maybe 6 or 7 different companies. Most were very expensive. Carlos was able to offer me a very system (softener, chlorine filter, RO) system at a very good price. It wasn't fancy or stainless steel but did exactly what I wanted it to do. I called him to service my alkaline water system. Since he didn't install my system, he suggested buying my own filters for cheap and do it myself. He sent me links to Amazon for filter parts. Carlos was super helpful and transparent. We had lost water pressure throughout the house. We had our local water department to come out and inspect the situation. He immediately suggested that with his experience over the years, it's usually the water softener unit that causes the water pressure issues. We had a water leak in our existing whole home water filter system in our garage. Called Carlos for help and got in touch with him right away. Carlos even offered to help and troubleshoot over the phone. Carlos came by the day before Thanksgivings and immediately help fixed the leak very fast. After looking at commercially available systems, such as Kinetico, Pelican, Culligan, etc., there was still something missing. I wanted to find a small business owner who is knowledgable about the subject matter someone who is honest, has fair prices, and uses an industry standard valve such as clack or fleck. Fyi...I am a chemist, and can quickly judge an individual's skill level about water chemistry.
As soon as I texted him, he responded within minutes. After a free initial consultation, I had no doubt that I had found the right person/company to do the work. About a week after the initial visit, Carols arrived on time with all the necessary tanks, valve, reverse osmosis unit, etc. and completed the job in about 3 hours. His work is clean, meticulous and worthy of a 5 star review, and a strong recommendation.

We called Carlos to install a water softener and RO system in our home. He gave us a great price and accommodated our last minute schedule. He came with a team and they were all very professional, came prepared, patched up any holes they made and cleaned up after themselves. He even installed a fireplace burner per my request and did a thorough job of checking for leaks to make sure it was safe. He did the work in a few hours and was very efficient. Quick response to get a quote to purchase and install a water softener/conditioner. Quote started virtual and via text. I was also considering purchasing a different less expensive unit and just contracting the installation. The team came out to do a quick visual confirmation of the space and plumbing available for the unit, and after balancing the pros/cons of the different systems decided to purchase it through Fina, and we scheduled an installation date for a couple weeks later. Within days I got a text that they could come install that Saturday so we did. The young man that came to install was curteous, communicated his plan, answered all of my questions, cleaned up, and then explained the system before leaving. Super easy and took about half a day to install the system and pipes across my garage (for regenerating draining).
I would completely recommend Fina over some of the big name systems and contractors you see in the home mags. Much more affordable and the water quality is SOOOO much better. I will add that my system churned out brownish cloudy water out of the kitchen tap the morning after installation. I texted Fina in a panic and was assured that this is normal for new stystems and it would clear soon. As promised, it did.

From start to finish, customer service & communication was easy & on point. We were able to get a quote for a residenrial water softener + reverse osmosis drinking water system within an hour (the *best* quote by far), and we were able to schedule an appointment within 1.5 weeks.
Two technicians came out & completed the job/ answered all our questions in ~2 hours. Very professional & courteous despite the fact that they seemed to have had a very long day (thank you to Juan & the other gentleman whose name I cant remember). Only thing to consider is - the tank they use for the reverse osmosis system can be pretty big & it needs to fit under your sink, so be sure to ask for sizing/ measurements if needed. Overall, very happy with services rendered and would recommend to others.

Once I explained the issue with my leaking water conditioner uv system, Carlos asked if I wanted to keep the uv. Once I told him I did not want to keep it, he got on a FaceTime with me and instructed me on how to remove it myself! Thanks for your honesty and assistance. So greatly appreciated. One wonderful day, my tankless water heater decided to kick the bucket and I was left stranded with cold showers over the course of a week while I was trying to find the right company to service my system. If you don't know, a lot of companies spend a lot of money on yelp's advertising that saturates the top 5-10 spots on search results which leave a lot of really good contractors at the bottom. I did my due diligence and reached out to a lot of these top results as well as a few of the lower ranked and what I found in price quotes fluctuated a LOT, with the top end outrageously high nearing $4k.
I then messaged Carlos and his team who gave a fair quote after I had already decided to purchase the water heater on my accord. Carlos was straight to the point and flat out gave me a price which I was willing to accept. However, I also noticed a lot of his previous customers posted pictures of water softeners which I was lacking but piqued my interest since I know of the benefits of having one. After inquiring about it, Carlos then came out to my residence to have a look over to give a better estimation for the work required. He then gave me a out-the-door price for the tankless, water softener, and also included a reverse osmosis system that was more than agreeable to me.
Had the tankless water heater and reverse osmosis installed next day, and a hot shower has never felt so good after a week of frigid temps. The water softener was installed by Carlos' daughter who is also on the team a week later due to scheduling conflicts but that was not an issue to me.
All in, I am pleased with the courtesy and professionalism Carlos and team exuded and would not hesitate to recommend to others as well.
I was told by a company that did a tune-up on my water heater that I had really hard water. My son had visited from New York and he talked about the difference in the water in my house in Chino and how it's really hard. After getting confirmation from the tune-up guy I decided to get water softener installed. I looked online through Reddit to see what other people were using as far as materials and then I checked out Yelp. This company, out of three, were the only one to actually respond to me right away. It seemed legit. He was using the materials that was recommended from Reddit as far as the brand and I am very happy. It is a family small business and I recommend it!

Long overdue review... My family got me looking at whole home water filtration systems and saltless conditioners. Many late nights narrowed my search and I spoke to reps from MANY companies. Quotes were all over the map and everything was proprietary or something that would take a biochemistry Ph.D. to understand. I narrowed it down to 2 people and Carlos got the sale thanks to his prompt replies to ALL my Yelp messages. It didn't matter if it was 10:00pm, he replied - to the point I became uncomfortable sending messages as I knew they'd get immediate attention; tried to keep all correspondence to business hours after that. He chalked it up to customer service and life of a trade-plumber but his level of service is something not to be taken for granted.
Anyway, his price was the cheapest BY FAR. I am not one to go with the cheapest guy but he explained his business model. He's a plumber that's contracted to install these systems for a living. Selling the filters direct to me cuts out the middle man making it far cheaper as I don't need to pay Costco, for example, to contract him. I will now contact him for all plumbing needs.
Now, what you're here for. My water is CLEAN! He threw in a 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis in my kitchen (again, could've charged me but threw it in for free, no negotiating). I went with the Prefilter (Big Blue), Carbon filter with 2-types of carbon and a SORB filter. Prefilter handles all sediment and rust from city pipes, Carbon removes chlorine and makes the water taste great and SORB prevents buildup on fixtures (anti-scale). This is NOT soft water, it's considered conditioned water.
Carlos was very clear, to be Whole Home Drinking Water claimed by many competitors, it should be free of fluoride. Well, the water out of my RO is free of fluoride but the rest of the house is not. That said, it still tastes great everywhere and the occasional midnight glass of water out of my master-bath sink with trace amounts of fluoride won't kill me if I'm too lazy to trek to the kitchen. It all tastes exactly the same. Carlos also connected the RO before the loop going to my refrigerator so my ice cubes are RO as well.
I was so pleased with everything, I had my boss purchase the same system from him - we're both tough to please and neither of us could be happier.
TL;DR: Hire Carlos, he's honest, fair and offers a level of service your grandfather told you about in the days of full-service gas stations and nickel hot dogs.

If I could give more stars I would. I was looking to get a water softener and tankless heater installed.
Carlos took his time and explained in detail how he would proceed with the project, and answered every single question I had.
On the day of installation he showed up right on time (cpl minutes early actually). He estimated that this will be a whole day project, he and his crew were done by 3pm. Completed job was flawless and very professionally done. used the system already for two weeks and it exceeds my expectations.
In a few words: Carlos is an amazing at what he does and he does not overcharge you. I recommend his services to all of my friends and family.
Love that Carlos is local and knows the water in the city. He recommended a different system than one that we ordered online which came broken anyway and I'm glad we went with his recommendations - I trust everything he says more than a fancy website and a pushy salesperson. Carlos and his team are amazing. We recently purchased a new home and the water in Whittier was incredibly hard. We knew we needed a whole system which included a softener, reverse osmosis along with a hot water spout.
After calling and talking to about 6 different plumbers, I knew that Fina Water and Carlos' team were the right folks to stick with. They came in easily $1,200 cheaper than the next best option. Carlos did not try to upsell us on anything and he taught me a lot about what I might need along with how to compare the products on the market. He's a very trustworthy company owner and general contractor.
Karla, the plumber who came out to install the system was just as impressive. She was meticulous, cleaned up the entire workspace, and did an amazing job. She was super friendly, on time and very detailed with her work and guidance once the system was set up.
Carlos and Fina Water are the folks you want to settle with as your plumbers. I already did loads of research and cost comparisons for you so just pick him. He responded immediately and is a straight shooter and honest when it came to our setup. We did have a small water flow problem after setup because sediment had built up in the filter - this is normal as the soft water cleans out all the gunk. Carlos came out the next day and fixed it and also taught us how to clean it out ourselves just in case it happens again.
Don't get up sold by the competitors saying they have NASA parts, include a whole bunch of cleaning agents in their tanks, etc etc. all water softeners do the exact same thing and no point in paying thousands upon thousands for the exact same thing with a different logo on it.
If you do schedule Carlos, know that it might take 2-3 weeks as he has a lot of jobs at the moment. He's booked ahead of time for a good reason (see above) so be sure to plan accordingly for a 2 week wait. It's definitely worth it!

Carlos and Karla provide excellent service. They were professional, extremely responsive, efficient and thorough. I requested an adjustment to the location of the water softener (after installation). Karla didn't show any annoyance, but was professional, courteous and did an excellent job. Their prices are extremely reasonable -- beat all other estimates by miles! Typically, when you get a quote that seems unusually low, there's oftentimes a catch -- look at their reviews, there isn't a catch! Just plain great service and great overall experience. I give them my highest recommendation.

Like all other house improving projects, I usually send out few quote requests on yelp and to compare. The moment Carlos responded me, he was able to provide a quote in a very short timing with a few questions exchange to confirm (comparing with others that they want to come and see before they want to tell you how much it will be). I really hate to deal with sales pitch and most of time they will try to rip you off and give you a pressure to purchase. Fina waters gives 0 pressure at all and tell you much it will be up front. This is something I like about this company. I agreed with one of the yelper (Dee R - I don't know him) that don't waste your time look around and just contact Fina water system. Fina water system provides very affordable softener system with excellent customer service (Juan). I researched a bit so I immediately jump in to get the water softener installed. Carlos was very nice and threw in a free installation (labor) on my RO unit.
I scheduled them right away and they sent Juan to install the Water softener and my RO unit. Juan was a true professional with great great customer service. When the Water softener was installed and we turned the water on but somehow one of the cap on the backyard pipe on popped out (because of the pressure) and it was pouring like a fountain. Juan help us shut off the main water switch and help us to reapply primer and adhesive to the cap and put it back to stop the water from pouring out. He didn't have to do this and he did it anyways. Then he continued to help us install the RO system.
Those little things makes customer appreciated your hard work even further. I was so glad Juan came to install for us!
My family have healthy water to consume everyday so we don't need to drink bottle waters anymore. I will definitely recommend my friends, family, or anyone to use Fina water system and dlc construction for their water needs!
